Purpose: Changes in the employment environment in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution are influencing various factors by the emergence of new jobs and the change in perception of job stability due to globalization of information technology and industry This study attempted to present implications by verifying the structural relationship of beauty workers' sustainable organizational commitment and the method necessary for conflict management in the industrial field due to the recent changes in the employment environment of the beauty industry in the 4th Industrial Revolution. Research design, data and methodology: This study sampled 604 beauty industry employees Frequency analysis, validity and reliability analysis, factor analysis, and path analysis were performed using SPSS WIN23.0. Results: It was found that the change in the employment environment caused by the 4th industrial revolution had a significant negative (-) effect on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of beauty industry workers. Conclusion: This study is that changes in the employment environment negatively affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment of beauty workers. We hope to contribute to the development and growth of the beauty industry by providing basic data for the beauty tech service industry in the 4th industrial era.

Purpose: Convergence and social ripple effects caused by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which encompasses new technologies in various fields, will have a great impact on the beauty industry structure and market economy. This review reviewed the literature on the changes in the employment environment of the Korean beauty industry due to the 4th industrial revolution and the countermeasures of the beauty industry accordingly. Research design, data and methodology: Using the October 2022 PRISMA flowchart, it is a review of changes in the employment environment of the beauty industry, the need for human resource management of beauty workers, and the employment environment to be applied to the beauty industry in the future. Results: Changes in the employment environment in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the current state of the beauty industry, and reviews on beauty industry workers were collected, and a direction for training beauty industry workers was presented. Conclusions: This study presented the direction of the beauty industry in preparation for changes in the employment environment of the 4th industrial revolution and suggested that research is needed to actively establish human resource management (HRM) to overcome the problem of fostering talent in the beauty industry.

With the rapid development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and digital transformation, scientific and technological innovation measures are being devised to overcome Korea's low-growth, high-cost structure. Accordingly, by examining the R&D investment evaluation system of R&D PIE (R&D Platform for Investment and Evaluation), which has been promoted by the Korean government in response to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, from the perspective of R&D transformation, this study aims to explore a new path for a sustainable national science and technology innovation system following digital transformation. In particular, from the perspective of R&D PIE, a MLP (Multi-level Perspective), which had been conducted as an abstract theoretical study, was attempted with specific cases and analysis for each of the three layers: niche, landscape, and regime. In conclusion, R&D PIE was intended to elevate the abstract R&D investment evaluation system to a platform that leads innovation in the digital space of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In addition, it was confirmed that the R&D PIE could be replaced or enhanced as a platform for innovation in response to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, thereby providing an alternative to job creation and an escape from economic crisis.

일본은 다가올 제4차 산업혁명 시대에 선제적으로 대응하기 위해 전략적이면서도 구체적인 계획을 수립하였다. 일본의 제4차 산업혁명 대응 전략은 강점 활용 전략과 약점 보완 전략의 두 가지로 나누어지는데, 전자에 속하는 것이 '현실 데이터 활용' 및 '신 로봇 개발'이며, 후자에 속하는 것이 '글로벌 이슈 해결'이다. 특히 일본 정부는 제4차 산업혁명의 지향점이라 할 수 있는 Society 5.0 실현을 위한 사회 실증 제도로 일본판 '규제 샌드 박스' 제도 도입과 관련하여 다른 어떤 국가들보다 적극적 입장을 취하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제4차 산업혁명 관련 주요 문건들에서 제시하는 주요 전략을 고찰하고, 이 고찰을 토대로 한국이 제4차 산업혁명 대응전략을 수립할 때 참고할 만한 시사점들을 제시한다.

As the era of the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution began, it is possible to provide smart education by utilizing various new technologies. This paper included 6 steps to prove that the educational satisfaction of students' can be improved by applying the technology of the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution toward smart education. The first step is to review technologies of the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution that could enable smart education. The second step is to define areas that smart education should include by adopting technologies of the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution. The third step is to extract the keyword through literature review while the keyword can constitute the smart education for the defined areas. The fourth step is to present the research model by using the extracted keyword. The fifth step is to verify the proposed research model through questionnaires. The last step is to analyze the result of questionnaires to suggest better educational method. Consequentially, the purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of smart education by measuring students' expectation about smart education through questionnaire. As a result, students responded that the presented factors of smart education could maximize the effect of education by increasing the satisfaction of education. Therefore, it is necessary to utilize the technology of the $4^{th}$ Industrial revolution in the education field and apply the smart education method for better education.

18세기 1차 산업혁명 이후로부터 여러 차례에 걸쳐 혁명적 산업 변화가 이루어졌다. 4차 산업혁명은 지능과 정보가 융합된 형태로 전개되는 새로운 형태의 산업혁명이다. 사회, 문화, 경제, 교육 시스템은 접속과 경험이라는 커다란 주제 안에서 전개될 것으로 예상된다. 4차 산업혁명의 특징적 요소인 지능적 기계화의 흐름 속에서, 인간과 기계의 분업화라는 관점은 반드시 필요하다. 도구에 관한 것은 기계와 인공지능에게 맡기고 인간은 본질적인 문제를 바라보아야 한다. 4차 산업혁명의 패러다임과 기술발전의 흐름 속에서 교육의 관점은 근본적으로 변화되어야 한다. 암기력을 기반으로 하는 소유의 개념이 아닌, 접속과 활용의 능력을 길러주는 교육으로 나아가야 한다. 로봇과 인공지능이 많은 부분을 담당할 수 있으므로 인간은 기계가 할 수 없는 토론, 협업, 의사소통, 감성, 예술성이라는 영역에 주목할 필요가 있다. 4차 산업혁명은 인간과 기술의 융합, 인문학과 과학기술의 융합이다. 융합적 교육과 독서가 중요하다.

Since the 4th Industrial Revolution is implemented based on superintelligence, new insights must be provided through convergence studies with other fields to find optimal solutions to create new ideas. In this paper, we intende to present improvement measures for probability and statistical education, which is an athlete's subject on data analysis and processing in the ICT(Information & Communication Technologies) field in the era of superintelligence of the 4th industrial revolution. This paper aims to strengthen competitiveness through early development and commercialization of new technologies by presenting probabilities and statistical curriculums that require linkage in the ICT field. Second, it is necessary to present an educational system diagram linking probabilities and statistics in the ICT field to prepare a mid- to long-term response strategy for ICT education in response to innovative changes. Third, through a survey, we intend to present an effective educational operation plan linking probability and statistics to ICT major subjects by analyzing the perception of probability, statistical importance, and utilization of majors in this field.

The field of construction and transportation R&D has been increased and improved wih the integration into the ICT. With the rapid trend changes like the Fourth Industrial Revolution, new direction and solution of R&D policy is being explored to prepare for the convergence era with other diverse research areas. In order to present new direction, it is necessary to analyze the external environment influencing construction and transportation field. In this regard, this study analyzes the science and technology policy plan and goal in Korea. In conclusion, through the policy analysis, this study suggests new direction of construction and transportation R&D in Korea.

The "fourth industrial revolution" (FIR) is an age of advanced technology based on information and communication. FIR has a more powerful impact on the economy than in the past. However, the prospects for the labor environment are uncertain. The purpose of this study is to anticipate and prepare for occupational health and safety (OHS) issues. In FIR, nonstandard employment will be common. As a result, it is difficult to receive OHS services and compensation. Excessive trust in new technologies can lead to large-scale or new forms of accidents. Global business networks will cause destruction of workers' biorhythms, some cancers, overwork, and task complexity. The social disconnection because of an independent work will be a risk for worker's mental health. The union bonds will weaken, and it will be difficult to apply standardized OHS regulations to multinational enterprises. To cope with the new OHS issues, we need to establish new concepts of "decent work" and standardize regulations, which apply to enterprises in each country, develop public health as an OHS service, monitor emerging OHS events and networks among independent workers, and nurture experts who are responsible for new OHS issues.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명의 글로벌 추세하에서 한국의 산업경쟁력약화라는 현실에 직면하여, 지역산업정책의 현황과 성과를 분석하고 향후 새로운 국가성장전략으로서의 지역산업정책이 지향해야 할 정책방향을 제시하고자 함에 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 문헌연구에 기초하여 변화된 정책환경에 부합되는 새로운 지역산업정책의 틀을 구상함에 주안점을 두었다. 먼저, 큰 틀의 정책방향으로 권역 간 형평과 권역 내 효율의 동시적 추구라는 산업정책틀을 제시한다. 이를 위한 구체적 정책방안으로 첫째, 지역주도 지역산업정책 거버넌스의 구축, 둘째, 인력양성중심, 중앙정부컨설팅을 법제화한 지역산업정책 기획, 셋째, 지역고유의 문화와 정체성에 기초한 라이프 스타일 산업 생태계 조성을 통한 지역전략산업 육성 넷째, 4차 산업혁명기술의 종합시현장인 스마트시티를 참여형 혁신플랫폼, 창업 및 자본유치 플랫폼, 공공조달과 데이터에 기반 한 신산업육성 플랫폼으로 활용할 것을 제안한다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명의 전개와 기존산업의 경쟁력 상실이라는 새로운 환경에 대한 대처전략의 제시에 의의가 있으며, 향후 세부적인 실천방안에 대한 추가연구가 요구된다.
