제4차 산업혁명으로 촉발된 변화는 지금까지보다 앞으로 더 많이 사회를 바꾸어 나갈 것이다. 이에 우리의 교육은 제4차 산업혁명 시대의 변화에 맞추어 새로운 미래를 준비할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구는 현행 교육 내용 및 관련 교육 분야에 대한 분석을 바탕으로 미래인재 핵심 역량을 향상시킬 교육과정을 제시하였다. 이러한 목표를 달성하고자 본 연구는 다음과 같은 단계로 진행되었다. 첫째, 미래인재의 핵심 역량과 현행 교육과정을 분석하였다. 둘째, 미래인재 역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육과정의 목표를 수립하고, 그 내용 및 체계를 구성하였다. 셋째, 구성된 교육과정을 현장에서 적용하여 효과성 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과물은 향후 미래교육과 미래인재 육성에 참고 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

4차 산업혁명 시대의 본격적인 시작으로 새로운 산업과 사회의 빠른 변화로 인한 교육적 수요의 변화와 급속히 감소하는 학령인구로 인한 생존경쟁에서 대학교육의 질 향상을 위한 노력 즉 혁신적인 대학교육을 위한 고도화 방안이 요구되고 있다. 특히 학생들의 대학 입학부터 졸업까지 대학생활적응진단을 통해 학생상담 및 지도 관리를 위한 시스템 적용이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 각 대학에서는 빅데이터(Bigdata), 인공지능(AI) 등 4차 산업혁명 시대 핵심기술을 기반으로 과정 연계형 통합 플랫폼 고도화 사업을 추진하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정보보호학전공 분야를 바탕으로 혁신적 대학교육을 위한 학생관리시스템 고도화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 대학도서관 실무자인 사서의 인식을 바탕으로 대학도서관 서비스 범주별로 활용할 수 있는 4차 산업혁명 기술 조합을 탐색하고 효과적인 서비스 전략을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 문헌조사를 바탕으로 4차 산업혁명 기술의 개념과 유형을 파악하였고, 국내외 도서관 서비스의 기술 활용 사례를 살펴보았다. 국내 대학도서관이 서비스하고 있는 항목들을 조사하고 범주화하여 대학도서관 서비스 분야-범주-항목 체계를 정립하였고, 이를 바탕으로 설문조사를 실시하여 대학도서관 사서들이 인식하고 있는 서비스별 기술 도입 필요성과 적정 서비스 자동화 수준을 파악하였다. 조사 결과 우선적으로 고려할 필요가 있는 대학도서관 서비스-기술 조합 9가지를 선별할 수 있었다. 조사 및 분석 결과를 종합하여 서비스 범주별 서비스-기술 전략을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 대학도서관 서비스의 고도화 및 효율화를 위해 신기술 도입 및 활용 가능성을 탐색하고, 실무자들이 공감하고 있는 인식을 통해 서비스-기술 결합을 위해 추진해야 할 방향성을 살펴보았다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Since the introduction of new health technology assessment in 2007, benefit coverage process of health insurance related to new health technology has become an upgraded system through the evidence-based decisions. As a result of enforcing this system for 10 years, however, there have been several rising concerns. It needs to support the insufficient evidence of medical technologies, introduce reassessment system for post management of market entry technologies, and improve evaluation methods and process. In addition, there is the possibility of emerging an unheard-of medical technology, fused various categories like artificial intelligence, robot, information technology, physics and life science in the fourth industrial revolution. Now, new updated system introduced to improve new technology assessment, such as 'limited health technology assessment system,' 'system for postponement of new health technology assessment,' 'one-stop service system,' and 'integrated operation of approval for medical devices and new health technology assessment.' Therefore it needs to prepare the improvement plan for new health technology assessment to be established more advanced system, and we have to resolve concerns by communication with various healthcare experts and patients now and for ever.

본 논문에서는 4차 산업혁명 핵심기술 중 가장 활발하게 산업화가 진행되고 있는 사물인터넷 산업을 대상으로 비즈모델 혁신방향 중심의 연구를 수행하였다. 글로벌 트렌드 분석을 위해 PEST분석을 활용하여 정책적, 경제적, 사회적, 기술적 이슈를 도출하였고, Gartner, International Data Corporation 등 ICT관련 조사 분석기관의 사물인터넷산업에 대한 미래전망을 제시하였는데, 사물인터넷은 인프라 및 플랫폼을 기반으로 산업인터넷(IIoT), 소물인터넷(IoST) 등으로 네트워크 기술경쟁이 이슈가 될 것으로 전망하였다. 4차 산업혁명으로 인해 급변하는 산업계에 대응하기 위해 기존의 비즈니스 모델 혁신을 위한 다양한 경영학적 방법론들을 검토하였고, '적용성', '민첩성', '다양성', '연계성' 4가지 기준을 가지고 전문가 설문조사를 수행하여 Business Model Canvas 모델이 비즈니스 모델 혁신 방법론으로 가장 적합하다는 AHP 분석결과를 도출하였다. Business Model Canvas는 비즈니스 모델 혁신을 위한 방법론으로 비교적 최근에 제시된 경영전략이며, 9개의 블록 접근 방식을 통해 비즈니스모델의 가치를 식별하며, 비즈니스의 4대 핵심 영역인 고객, 주문, 인프라, 사업타당성 분석 등을 포괄한다. 결론적으로 ICT융합산업 분야에서 어떠한 Business Model Canvas 모델을 방향으로 적용할지에 대한 고찰을 기술하였다.

Today, we live in the New Information Age based on Internet/Intranet. It is expected to bring a new revolution on the business, general enterprises are using Internet/Intranet more and more on the business field. Intranet is a new definition of network environment which conducts all the inter-business by internet technology. It offers a standardized software environment in the development maintenance regardless of inner hardware and operating systems. This research studies on using and development trend of the intranet. In addition the author analyses the problems which occurred during using also suggests the desirable solutions for end user/evaluators and enterprises about intranet based on his research, several papers and case of studies in many company.

A new speed detection method using low resolution incremental encoders, especially excellent in the low speed region and in the transient state, is proposed. The half period error of an incremental encoder is greater than the period error. So it's not recommended to quadruple the number of pulses per revolution, because it increase the ripple of speed. To overcome this restriction a speed detection, method has been proposed. But it requires so many latch circuits. Therefore we propose a new speed detection method that has different concept and has fewer latch circuits.

Recently, many organizations in various industries have introduced e-business for the purpose of adding value to their business. But, the e-business model has not existed before and so, it is difficult to analyze clear effectiveness. It frequently does not live up to an organization's expectations. It is due to an absence of environmental changes analysis in the new model, not by a new model itself. System Dynamics(SD) may provide effective results as a tool of analysis for the new model. This research shows the analysis of the effects of a simulated e channel model, which was expanded from existing channel modeling with actual data in basic materials industries. The results show average prices increasing by auction process on the e-market and an increase in sales. So, by increasing the speed of sale revolution stock expenses are reduced. Additionally, we applied a possible scenario to the developed simulation model and investigated strategic issues to draw desirable strategies with market changes.

The latest advances in great revolution for digital media and contents industries with Ubiquitous era. Because of spread and supply of various multimedia devices with combination digital with network, we need various type of digital contents. The Digital contents consists of Middleware industries, network business, contents service presenters and users. For supporting digital media. contents and media devices have been converging Digital contents convergence has been proceeding rapidly in media, broadcast and communication field. And also, whole Environment for these industries has been changing, too. Wee need another digital contents convergence for new type of products and services because of convergence of IT and broadcast. In addition, new business trends is very important about these new industrial change and developments with digital contents convergence.

4차 산업혁명이 일어나면서 각 산업에서 새로운 개념이 탄생되었다. 각 산업의 새로운 개념은 빅데이터를 핵심 인프라로 가정하여 발전하고 있다. 따라서 빅데이터에 대한 품질관리가 점점 중요해 지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 빅데이터 품질 사례 연구를 통하여 빅데이터 품질관리 체계를 제시하고자 한다. 사례 연구를 위하여 새로운 정보기술을 활용한 법률서비스인 리걸테크 분야를 대상으로 하였다. 최근에 구현하고 있는 법무부 생활법률지식서비스를 위한 빅데이터 품질체계를 도출하였다.
