4차 산업혁명은 2016년 1월 다보스 세계 경제포럼에서 클라우스 슈바프 회장이 처음 던진 화두로 사물인터넷(IOT), 인공지능(AI), 로봇기술, 생명과학이 주도하는 차세대 산업혁명을 의미하고 있다. 또한, 우리의 삶 속에는 알게 모르게 인간과 컴퓨터, 기계가 유기적으로 연결돼 있으며 모든 삶의 영역에 맹렬한 속도로 유기적인 관계가 더욱 진화되고 발전되고 있다. 과거 1953년 휴전협정 이후, 우리나라는 북한과 대치 상태를 지속적으로 유지하고 있으며 서해교전, 연평도 포격도발, 천안함 폭침, 무인기 및 발목지뢰 사건 등 북한에 의한 국지도발 전투행위는 지속되고 있다. 이러한 국지도발에 대한 대비를 위해 우리 군은 부단히 대비를 하고 있으며 첨단 군사장비를 개발하고 도입하여 전투력을 강화해야 할 것이다. 결국, 국방분야에서도 새로운 전쟁 양성에 따른 4차 산업혁명에 연계된 군사 드론 산업분야에 정확한 진단과 앞으로의 급격한 과학기술 및 IT 기술의 발전 속도에 맞춰 군사 드론에 대한 연구를 지속해야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명시대를 맞이하여 기업의 채용변화에 따른 광고학 교육의 혁신 과제를 알아보기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 종합광고대행사와 디지털광고대행사의 실무자를 대상으로 4차 산업혁명이 가져오는 광고산업의 인력양성과 실무교육에 대한 연구를 위하여 초점집단면접방법으로 데이터를 수집하였다. 연구결과, 국내 대학 광고학 전공 교과과정은 전통 매체 시대의 교과과정을 유지하고 있으며, 4차 산업혁명 시대의 광고환경에 적합한 혁신적 교과목 개정이 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업의 새로운 채용방식에 적합한 진로교육도 준비되지 못한 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 근거로 광고학 전공 교과목의 혁신 방안을 제안하였다.

Meantime there has been a tendency to keep silent about the role of Afro-Ibero America Diaspora which contributed to the spirit of independence and the realization of country foundation ideology in the official history of Latin America. In some countries, although the collective resistance of Afro-Ibero America Diaspora, which intended to establish a liberal and equal society resisting against slavery and colonization system, was the foundation of independence and the establishment of a new country, their contribution has been difficult to leave an official trace in Caucasian criollo-centered history system. Along with the development of Hcienda in 17th Century, black slaves' collective resistance was developed mainly with el Virreinato de la Nueva Granada, the center of the Independence movement of Brazil and South America. The black people who escaped resisting against slavery formed communities and developed organized activities through various politics and social activities. However, such communities were mostly dispersed or destroyed by the colonial power, and the collective resistance of Afro-Ibero America Diaspora lost life. On the other side, in case of Colombia, a community of escaped black slaves which was formed in the early 17th Century is solely remaining in Latin America, moreover, Afro-Ibero America Diaspora's struggle for liberty and equality became the foundation for Comuneros revolution and Independence movement in the late 18th Century. Comuneros revolution which occurred in 1781 awoke self-awareness of liberty and equality, and became an ideological base for independence movement based on revolutional republicanism and philosophy of enlightenment. It is considered that South America's independence movement lead by $Sim{\acute{o}}n$ Boívar was a history that could not have started without historical base of Afro-Ibero America Diaspora's resistance against colonization system. Therefore, this study intends to discuss the role and achievement of Afro-Ibero America Diaspora in the process of independence of Latin America mainly with Colombia, which is the center of Independence movement of South America. Through this process, this study intends to revaluate historical contribution of Afro-Ibero America which has been relatively neglected meanwhile in the process of independence and the establishment of country.

With the convergence of the information and communication technologies, a new age of technological civilization has arrived. This is the age of intelligent revolution, known as the 4th industrial revolution. The 4th industrial revolution is based on technological innovations, such as robots, big data analysis, artificial intelligence, and unmanned transportation facilities. This revolution would interconnect all the people, things, and economy, and hence will lead to the expansion of the industry. A high-density, high-capacity energy technology is required to maintain this interconnection. As a next-generation energy source, lithium-ion batteries are in the spotlight today. However, lithium-ion batteries can cause thermal runaway and fire because of electrical, thermal, and mechanical abuse. In this study, thermal runaway was induced in 72.5 Ah NCM pouch-type lithium-ion batteries because of thermal abuse. The surface of the pouch-type lithium-ion batteries was heated by the hot plate heating method, and the effect of the rate of increase in the surface temperature on the thermal runaway trigger time was analyzed using Minitab 19, a statistical analysis program. The correlation analysis results confirmed that there existed a strong negative relationship between each variable, while the regression analysis demonstrated that the thermal runaway trigger time of lithium-ion batteries can be predicted from the rate of increase in their surface temperature.

Over the past decade, the unprecedented internet revolution has dramatically altered many core aspects of out daily business and personal lives. Many of these fundamental changes have completely transformed traditional communication mechanism, boosted productivity, opened up new marketing opportunities, and given birth to entirely new applications in the world of eCommerce and eBusiness. But Many web applications doesn't connect with real-world device such as lights, pumps, and Motors avaiable over the Internet. In this paper We introduce XML and presents way it can be used with I/O system.

The paper considers the main processes of evolution and convergence of information and communication technologies, which have a permanent source for creation and introduction of innovations in learning and education. The modern scientific and technological revolution gives new features to all modern activities, including activities in the sphere of education, influencing it and transforming its phases, form and content, and perhaps understanding in general. Consequently, general understandings about the essence of the provision of educational services and their technological support are also being transformed. Note that, according to scientists, convergence is a new determinant of the development of society, and evolution is a multidimensional natural process of development (becoming).

The rapid development of the internet may not have occurred without techniques of linking and framing, which provide users flexible and easy access to other website. These techniques have enabled internet users to navigate the internet efficiently and sort through the products, services and information available on the internet. The Advent of the global information structure and the do-called EC revolution raise countless new issues and questions. There are no limitations regulating the expressions on the cyberspace due to internet's of quality anonymity? diversity? spontaneity. Therefore, the freedom of speech is expanded in both areas of time and space, which was impossible with the old communicating system. Although online technology raises many new legal issues, the law available to help us resolve them, at least today, is largely based on the world as it existed before online commerce became a reality. Thus the challenge is to predict how these new legal issues may be resolved using the current law. As a result of the drastic change of the environment for international trade of which that has taken took place in parallel with the global information technology revolution on a global basis, the scope of issues to be addressed which should be resolved by the conflict of laws principles has been remarkably expanded, and various new issues of an entirely which are quite new in its type and nature have arisen been raised. Further more in addition, the old act prior act was regarded as insufficient in that it lacked rules on international governing law to adjudicate, or international adjudicatory governing law, where as the expectation of the public was that the private international law should function as the basic law of the legal relational encompassing rules on governing law given the increase of It international disputes. for the move the private international law has also attracted more attention from the korean.

이 연구는 4차 산업혁명시대에 본격적인 도래를 앞두고 종교는 어떠한 역할과 기능을 할 수 있는가 하는 문제의식에서 출발한다. '대순진리회의 미래관'이란 종교 신앙적 차원에서 증산 상제의 천지공사에 의하여 도래할 미래사회의 모습을 예견하고 전망하는 사명으로 이해할 수도 있다. 그러나 종교의 존립근거는 변화하는 현실 속에서 새롭게 교리를 재해석하여 시대적 의미를 적극적으로 부여하는 데 있다고 할 수 있다. 증산은 앞으로 도래하는 시대는 '인존(人尊)시대'라고 밝혀주었다. 이는 기술 과학의 혁명을 인간이 주도하고 인간이 통어하며 인간을 위해 진행되어야 함을 의미한다. 그런데 '산업혁명'의 핵심은 '지식'을 기반으로 삼기 때문에 지금까지 '지식기반사회'에서 발생하였던 '인간소외'와 '양극화 심화' 및 '환경파괴' 등의 문제는 여전히 발생할 수 있고 그 정도가 심해질 수 있다. 따라서 4차 산업혁명시대의 진입에 있어서 이러한 문제점을 직시하고 그 대안을 제안해줄 종교적 역할이 새롭게 대두된다 할 수 있다. 본고에서는 대순진리회의 4대 종지 가운데 하나인 '해원상생'의 이념이 다가오는 제4차 산업혁명시기에 있어서 구체적으로 어떻게 재해석할 수 있는가 하는 문제를 다루었으며, 크게 세 가지의 연구를 진행하였다. 첫째, 대순진리회의 종지와 그 가운데 해원상생의 본래적 의미가 무엇인가를 밝히고, 이를 새로운 4차 산업혁명시대를 염두에 두고 그 보편적인 의미를 어떻게 해석할 수 있는가 하는 점을 밝혔다. 둘째, 종교학적 차원에서 4차 산업혁명시대의 소외와 갈등 요소를 규명하였다. 4차 산업혁명의 특징과 더불어 노동에서의 인간소외, 인간의 정체성 혼란, 인간 대 포스트휴먼의 갈등 등을 다루었다. 셋째, 해원상생의 원리를 통한 소외와 갈등의 치유 방법에 대하여 다루었다. 두 번째 작업을 통하여 드러난 소외와 갈등을 치유하기 위한 해원상생의 이념의 새로운 해석과 적용을 통하여 4차 산업혁명시대의 대순종학의 해석의 지평을 확장하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop an educational model based on the capacity analysis of college students. In order to measure the learning ability of female science and engineering students, we used various tools to derive core competencies. The competency element of human resources implementation, the element of learning achievement area in the undergraduate education actual condition survey, and the analysis of the learning achievement elements of the engineering certification program were analyzed and the development of teaching method was searched to find ways to increase the competence of female students. In addition, we developed a model that can apply the development of pedagogy in the curriculum to the liberal arts, majors, and comparative courses, and presented the internship in field experience area, the improvement of on the spot learning, and teaching method and guidance to enhance the female students' competence. Also, as a case study of the proposed teaching method, new curriculum of 'Understanding of Big Data' which is the basis of the fourth industrial revolution technology in the second semester of 2016 was developed and applied to the education model. The results of this study are very positive, and we can expect the effectiveness of the new education model to enhance the learning ability and capacity of female students.

In this study, we conducted technology monitoring to search for the current technology level and new technologies targeting the core technologies selected as "convergence technologies based on advanced ICT". This technology group, selected by the National Research Foundation(NRF) as one of the future-emerging technologies in 2018, consists of 'next-generation millimeter wave wireless communication technology', 'data-centric computing technology', and 'immersive media interface' that can be seen as important technologies in the fourth industrial revolution. It is possible to provide strategic research direction to the R&D-related stakeholders of countries or enterprises by providing information on newly emerged technologies through quantitative analysis based on patent data on these technologies. Therefore, in this study, we proposed a new technology for the convergence technologies based on advaned ICT group through patent data based on the newly emerged IPC code, and also suggested that it can suggest a strategic direction in planning R&D on related technologies.
