Even ordinary-looking plays can have a profound meaning. Based on this assumption, Eugene Pink (1960) has established an analytical model of play with five elements, namely "delight", "meaning", "community", "rules" and "tools." It was an effort to reflect on the true meaning of play beyond the cortical entertaining nature of play. In this study, it was carried out that all the texts containing images and performance from the EBS character "Pengsu" were selected, since he emerged as a new star in 2019. And also his play structure was analyzed by applying the Pink's model. As a result, Pengsu's play structure was confirmed to be systematic and complete as a play prototype because it was well-organized with five elements of play. It was regarded as a successful character that skillfully attracts participants to the play world. Among the components of the play, "fun" was found to be his funny appearance, sudden and unconventional behavior, "meaning" was the elimination of authoritarianism, self-esteeming and energizing, "community" was a multi-platform media user who crossed off-on-line, analog-digital-line, "rules" was to set his concept fixed as a young stranger with an ego to unreveal his identity, and "tools" was shown as his character itself and continual discourse. It shows that until now, Pengsu has a social net function of quite spreading the positive meaning of encouragement and comfort, advice and guide, consideration and forgiveness, introspection and nirvana to all members of our society, including the youth who are struggling with uncertainty and anxiety by showing rather exaggerated and stimulating performance that precisely combines these play elements.

This study is a study on the development of board games using local cultural contents. As a prior study related to this study, basic research on board game development, research on cultural products based on cultural heritage, and storytelling development research using local cultural and tourism resources were considered. Among them, for the main purpose of board games and development process, discussions were conducted on the research methodology of Lee Dae-woong and Oh Seung-taek (2004). As a result, it was possible to successfully proceed with planning meetings, proposal preparation, board game design, board game 3D graphic production process, and prototype development. What is peculiar is that characters (dried persimmons, strawberries, jujube, and salted seafood) containing Nonsan's unique regional characteristics were searched and utilized. In addition, major cultural heritages such as Donamseowon Confucian Academy and Gwanchoksa Temple, designated as Nonsan-si cultural properties, were combined with important treasure hunt contents of board games to enhance interest and education at the same time. The theme of this paper, Nonsan, Finding Lost Treasure, is a new educational alternative that can solve the problems of computer games, and has the advantage of having the nature of community leisure play, not individual play. Based on this board game development research in the future, we intend to expect the results of game production using cultural elements from other regions.
Objective : Through the bibliographic analysis method, the flow of research is grasped from a macroscopic point of view and the connection system of key words is conducted. The purpose of this is to provide basic data for conducting research on aging anxiety and lifestyle. Methods : Among the bibliographic analysis methods, a citation analysis method that identifies the association based on the number of citations and a simultaneous appearance word analysis method that identifies the association based on the number of keywords appeared was used. VOSviewer was used to cluster and chart the analyzed information. Results : The frequency of occurrence of papers by year showed a gradual increase until 2017 and a rapid increase from 2018. In the field of research paper study, research was most actively conducted in the field of psychiatry. In the citation analysis, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom showed high correlation with each other, and as a result of conducting simultaneous word analysis on major keywords, words with high association with aging anxiety were found to be depression. Conclusion : This study is meaningful in that it grasped the flow of aging anxiety and lifestyle research from a macroscopic point of view using a bibliographic analysis method. Based on this, it is expected to understand the importance of lifestyle from the preventive point of view of aging and to be used as basic data for intervention and related education.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive major policies that domestic small and medium-sized manufacturing companies should consider to maximize productivity and quality improvement by utilizing manufacturing data and AI, and to find priorities and implications. Methods: In this study, domestic and international issues and literature review by country were conducted to derive major considerations such as manufacturing AI technology, manufacturing AI talent, manufacturing AI data and manufacturing AI ecosystem. Additionally, the questionnaire survey targeting 46 experts of manufacturing data and AI industry were conducted. Finally, the major considerations and detailed factors importance were derived by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Results: As a result of the study, it was found that 'manufacturing AI technology', 'manufacturing AI talent', 'manufacturing AI data', and 'manufacturing AI ecosystem' exist as key considerations for domestic manufacturing AI. After empirical analysis, the importance of the four key considerations was found to be 'manufacturing AI ecosystem (0.272)', 'manufacturing AI data (0.265)', 'manufacturing AI technology (0.233)', and 'manufacturing AI talent (0.230)'. The importance of the derived four viewpoints is maintained at a similar level. In addition, looking at the detailed variables with the highest importance for each of the four perspectives, 'Best Practice', 'manufacturing data quality management regime, 'manufacturing data collection infrastructure', and 'manufacturing AI manpower level of solution providers' were found. Conclusion: For the sustainable growth of the domestic manufacturing AI ecosystem, it should be possible to develop and promote manufacturing AI policies in a balanced way by considering all four derived viewpoints. This paper is expected to be used as an effective guideline when developing policies for upgrading manufacturing through domestic manufacturing data and AI in the future.
This study was conducted to examining the socio-cultural impact of the COVID-19 pandemic that swept the world around 2020, and the transformation of norms and social problems due to COVID-19. For this, the characteristics of changes in the socio-cultural norms of the 14th century European Black Death, a representative example of the pandemic, were derived, and based on this, the COVID-19 pandemic was analyzed. The Black Death served as an opportunity to change social norms based on the existing religious authority and the power of the feudal system to the Enlightenment. The population declination and labor shortage also promoted commercialization and mechanization. Printing, which spread during this period, led to the popularization of knowledge, which raised the level of thinking and led to epochal scientific development. This became the foundation of the Industrial Revolution. Like the recent Black Death, COVID-19 has triggered changes in social norms. The technological environment of metaverse, a mixture of virtual and reality, has changed the norm of a consistent identity into free and open identities exerting various potentials through alternate characters. In addition, meme, which are about people being friendly to those with the same worldview as him on the metaverse, weakened the sense of isolation in non-face-to-face situations. Artificial intelligence (AI), which developed during the COVID-19 pandemic, has entered the stage of being used for creative activities beyond the function of assisting humans. Discussions were held on what new social problems would be created by the social norms changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The pandemic of COVID-19 also affected performing arts business and stimulated 'Untact' performances, which means online streaming of the shows including real-time streaming. This study sought to examine factors to the consumers' acceptance. The research framework was based on the VAM, a revised model of TAM for the ICT products and services. For the research, consumer survey was conducted, where ndependent variables are perceived usefulness, pleasure, technicalty and innovation resistance, and dependent variables are percieved value and acceptance. Smart PLS was used to test the hypothesis. The result shows that the significant factors were percieved usefulness(+), pleasure(+) and innovation resistance(-). The percieved technicalty was not significant, the major reason would be that the digital devices and the internet technology are percieved a commodity these days in Korea. Percieved value was significant factor to acceptance. This study is meaningful because it is about the new phenomenon of 'untact' performance through the VAM methodology and it examined the significant factors to the attitude from the perspective of benefits and costs. There is limit that this study didn't consider old peoples' attitude. It is the reason that the continuous researches are necessary.

With the flood of digital data owing to the Internet of Things and big data, cloud service providers that process and store vast amount of data from multiple users can apply duplicate data elimination technique for efficient data management. The user experience can be improved as the notion of edge computing paradigm is introduced as an extension of the cloud computing to improve problems such as network congestion to a central cloud server and reduced computational efficiency. However, the addition of a new edge device that is not entirely reliable in the edge computing may cause increase in the computational complexity for additional cryptographic operations to preserve data privacy in duplicate identification and elimination process. In this paper, we propose an efficiency-improved duplicate data elimination protocol while preserving data privacy with an optimized user-edge-cloud communication framework by utilizing a trusted execution environment. Direct sharing of secret information between the user and the central cloud server can minimize the computational complexity in edge devices and enables the use of efficient encryption algorithms at the side of cloud service providers. Users also improve the user experience by offloading data to edge devices, enabling duplicate elimination and independent activity. Through experiments, efficiency of the proposed scheme has been analyzed such as up to 78x improvements in computation during data outsourcing process compared to the previous study which does not exploit trusted execution environment in edge computing architecture.
Virtual private network (VPN) services are used in various environments related to national security, such as defense companies and defense-related institutions where digital communication environment technologies are diversified and access to network use is increasing. However, the number of cyber attacks that target vulnerable points of the VPN has annually increased through technological advancement. Thus, this study identified security requirements by performing STRIDE threat modeling to prevent potential and new vulnerable points that can occur in the VPN. STRIDE threat modeling classifies threats into six categories to systematically identify threats. To apply the proposed security requirements, this study analyzed functions of the VPN and formed a data flow diagram in the VPN service process. Then, it collected threats that can take place in the VPN and analyzed the STRIDE threat model based on data of the collected threats. The data flow diagram in the VPN service process, which was established by this study, included 96 STRIDE threats. This study formed a threat scenario to analyze attack routes of the classified threats and derived 30 security requirements for each element of the VPN based on the formed scenario. This study has significance in that it presented a security guideline for enhancing security stability of the VPN used in facilities that require high-level security, such as the Ministry of National Defense (MND).
With the development of virtual and augmented reality technologies, the metaverse, a digital world that provides an immersive feeling like the real world, is overgrowing. Many IT companies such as Naver, Facebook (Meta), and NVIDIA are developing innovative technologies and launching the Metaverse platform and related products on the market. However, even though it is a new business in which many global big tech companies are aggressively investing, the results are not yet precise compared to the market expectations, and the rate of increase in the number of users is gradually slowing down. This can be attributed to the lack of consideration and understanding about how to grow the metaverse ecosystem and operate & harmonize various users/components from the time the metaverse platform was designed. In order to propose a better solution to these problems, this study adopts the yin-yang and five elements theory, which was created to understand the operation logic and logic of the human world for thousands of years. This research would like to propose a theory of double lines-five elements by defining two essential spaces of the metaverse platform, online and offline, and five essential elements constituting the metaverse platform. This study intends to provide a theoretical lens on how to design and operate a platform through the double lines and five elements theory and the concept of coexistence and polarity between the five elements.
Produced by steaming mature silkworms, HongJam is a natural functional food with various health-promoting effects. The current standard HongJam production protocol involves freezing and freeze-drying steamed mature silkworms for convenient long-term storage and/or selling it to customers. However, freeze-drying HongJam requires a range of processes and costs, which have contributed to its high resale value. In this study, we found that the cost of manufacturing HongJam powder could be reduced by homogenizing steamed mature silkworms using a high-speed blender and digital homogenizer, followed by spray drying. After the homogenized HongJam solution was digested by directly adding food-graded proteases, food-graded protease-digested homogenized HongJam solution was spray-dried. Food-graded digested protease or non-digested homogenized HongJam solutions could be used to produce food for special medical use for patients with general or specific diseases. This more efficient HongJam processing protocol proposed in this study can facilitate the development of sericulture farms and related industries by reducing the production costs of HongJam and its associated products.
