The paper is concerned about the discovery of new physics of the old oriental philosophy of the yin-Yang '||'&'||' five elements. the physical properties of Five Elements are defined, similarly as in thermodynamics, as five different characteristic state in a cyclic system of nature or a human body. Wood is defined as "warm and soft", Fire as "hot and dispersive", Earth as "agglomerating and sticky", Metal as "tensile and crystallizing", and Water as "cool and slippery" state, respectively. Based on the physics of Five Elements and Qi channel theory, five different constitution classification s are made according to the shape of human face, such as long, inverse triangle, circle, square, and triangle geometry, respectively.Since the constitution implies the relative size or strength of 5 major organs, this theory can be applies successfully to the prediction of the susceptibility to specific diseases as well as the analyses of personal character such as emotion and sensibility. The specific character is analyzed with four different aspects; that is, the first and second are caused by the positive and negative side of the strongest organ, the third character by determined the weakest organ, and finally the fourth by the abnormal psychology due to serious illness.bnormal psychology due to serious illness.

The physiologic and pathologic theories of "The Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine (黃帝內經)" were based on yin-yang theory. It has been an important constituent of traditional Chinese medicine, and the eight principal syndromes have been main guidelines in diagnosis and treatment. Recently it had an great influene on the formation of the pathophysiology of Constitutional medicine. Therefore each constitution menifests special pathophysiologic propriorities of the eight pricipal syndromes, especially specific to one's constitution. So we can recognize specific patterns of the yin and yang, cold and heat, exterior and interior, deficient and excessive syndromes through a series of processes distinguishing one's constitution. The theory of the Constitutional medicine, however, has contained those achievements in a new angle and view the problem from a little different standpoint. The dynamic relationships inevitably have caused certain changes and distortions in the meaning and application of eight principles. These are a progress in medical science, and this advance is the stirring venture of Lee jaema. This thesis has intended to show the delicate relationship between the two, and investigate into these "changes and distortions".

The fusion research subjects of Oriental medicine and Bio-Technology are actively advanced. Development of information analysis algorithm for constitution diagnosis using clinical and biological information is started recently. In addition, the research for providing personal oriented treatment information with Diagnosis result is to in the process of advancing. This paper considers the inside and outside of the country technical development trend of research for using clinical and biological information by analyzing patents and papers. It executed information analysis about changes to number of research papers and patents, present state and star higher officer of research facility from the dissertation which it sees. It is known that our country research result is slight so far in quantity and quality as result of analysis. But hereafter it contains a many developmental possibility. Also it reflects the appearance and a growth of new field like bioinformatics from constitution and bio information application field. The combination of bio information similar to constitution and heredity and computing technology to control those information efficiently comes to think with core technique.

This study was founded to identify the differences of the stress responses according to Sasang Constitutions(the Taeyangin, Taeumin, Soyangin and Soumin) of female college students. The subject were 226 the regular female students who majored in nursing in Kyungbuk, Kimcheon. Tools used in this study were the Questionnare for the Sasang Constitution Discrimination and the Scale for the Stress Response which were revised in some parts. The values of Cronbach's alpha for the Questionnare for the Sasang Constitution Discrimination and the Scale for the Stress Response were $0.45{\sim}0.73$ and $0.66{\sim}0.85$ respectively. The collected data was anaylyzed with the SPSS 10.0 windows statistical program. The results of this study were as follows; 1. The constitutions were shown in the order of Taeumin(45%), Soyangin(28%), Soumin(18%) and Taeyangin(9%). 2. There were significant difference in the stress response for Depression(p<.05), Anxiety(p<.05), Emotional irritability(p<.01) and the Total stress response(p<.05) according to the Sasang Constitutions (the Taeyangin, Taeumin, Soyangin and Soumin). In conclusion, it is needed to find out an effective ways of treating stress individually to apply Sasang Constitutions to a new esthetic treatment.

Recently Factory Saemaul Undong is stagnant and spirits of Self-helf, Diligence, Cooperation goes off the public in general our society. After the 1988 year, Factories have a sickely constitution of industrial structure for Saemaul spirits fading. So, it is now a thing of the past in the 1973~87 year's active Factory Saemaul Undong of Korea industrial rationalization movement. Come on the new age 1990's, it make a special study renew method and newly technique of Factory Saemaul Undong promoting for democratic new age.

이 글의 목적은 2016년 한 해 동안 태국의 정치 경제 외교 분야의 주요 특징과 변화를 살펴보고 평가하는 것이다. 구체적으로 2016년 가결된 새 헌법에 대해 살펴보고, 새 헌법을 둘러싼 정치 세력간 대립과 군사정권의 동향, 새 국왕의 즉위에 따른 정치적 불안정성을 검토했다. 그리고 군사정권 하의 태국 경제와 대외관계의 변화, 한국과의 관계를 파악하고, 푸미폰 국왕의 서거가 정치 경제적으로 미치는 영향과 향후 전망을 제시하고자 했다. 2016년 태국정치는 민정이양이 한걸음 진전됨과 동시에 권위주의적 체제를 위한 발판이 마련된 한 해였다. 민주적이라고 할 수 없는 새 헌법 초안이 국민투표를 통과하면서, 총선 후에도 군부의 지속적인 정치 개입이 가능하게 되었다. 특히 이번 새 헌법은 단순히 탁씬파 정당의 견제에 머물지 않고, 정당정치 권력 자체를 축소시키면서 군부와 정당과의 지속적인 갈등이 예상되고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서 정치적 안정에 결정적 역할을 해왔던 푸미폰 국왕의 부재와 새 국왕의 즉위는 정치불안을 가속화 시킬 우려를 낳고 있다. 쿠데타 후 지속되고 있는 정정불안은 대외관계에도 영향을 미쳤다. 태국은 현 군사정권을 인정하지 않는 미국과 EU를 비롯한 서방국가와는 거리를 두고, 대신 중국과 급속도로 긴밀한 우호관계를 유지하고 있다. 한편 2016년 태국경제는 큰 폭으로 성장하기 보다는 점진적인 회복세를 보였다. 푸미폰 국왕의 서거가 경제에 미치는 직접적인 영향은 개인 소비와 관광 등에 한정적으로 나타나고 있으며, 경제 침체를 가져오지는 않을 것으로 보인다. 그러나 민정이양을 위한 총선을 앞두고 정치적 대립이 격화되면 경제 위기를 피할 수 없을 것이다.

Purpose: This study had focused on evaluating the QSCC II for the elevating accuracy and the designing new Questionnaire. Methods : QSCC II was administered to 1051 patients who had been treated in Hospital and Kyung Hee Oriental Medical Hospital during 19 months from sept. 2000 to mar. 2002. We analyzed all subjects of the QSCC II. Result: 1. In the analysis with all subjects of the QSCC II , 1-1. 75 subjects had a significance between the Sasang Constitution groups. 1-2. In each Sasang Constitution group, we was able to select some significant subjects. I had selected 34 subjects in the Taeyang scale, 33 subjects in the Soyang scale, 28 subjects in the Taeeum scale, and 23 subjects in the Soeum scale. 1-3. When I applied the new intensifying value and calculation, the diagnostic discrimination abilities of the QSCCII was 61.8% about Taeyangin, 55.9% about Soyangin, 63.8% about Taeeumin, 63.6% about Soeumin, and total average was 61.8%. the Dong Eui Oriental Medical from sept. 2000 to mar. 2002.

각 체질군(태양인 5명, 태음인 10명, 소양인 10명, 소음인 10명)을 대상으로 혈액을 채취하여 면역세포를 분리한 후 각 곡류(백미, 현미, 보리, 찹쌀) 추출물을 투여하여 체질에 따른 면역 활성 효능(proliferation, NO production, TNF-${\alpha}$ concentration)을 조사한 결과, 백미, 현미, 찹쌀 추출물은 음인 체질군에서 양인 체질군에 비해 높은 면역활성을 보인 반면, 보리 추출물에서는 음인 체질군에 비해 양인 체질군에서 높은 면역활성을 보였다. 이와 같이 곡류 추출물이 각 체질군에서 면역활성 차이를 보이는 것은 곡류 자체에 기인하는 것도 있겠지만, 곡류가 가지고 있는 고유한 특이 성분 차이에 의한 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 본 연구 결과, 체질에 영향을 미치는 곡류의 각 성분을 조사하여 과학적으로 규명한다면 새로운 체질 적합형 식품 개발이 가능하리라 사료된다.

1. Objectives : It is very important to classify people into Sasang constitution correctly in SCM. There have been many researches for this and several tools have been developed for diagnosis of Sasang constitution. In our study, we introduce a new web application for Integrated Sasang Constitutional Diagnosis (ISCD) ${\beta}$-version and algorithm on the base of face, body shape, voice and questionnaire. 2. Development : The web application of ISCD ${\beta}$-version was designed to be used easily for subject, staffs, and oriental medical doctors. For this purpose, we developed a web-application of Integrated Sasang Constitutional Diagnosis ${\beta}$-version using mysql database, tomcat web system, JSP, JAVA, and C++ languages. 3. Current State : The ISCD ${\beta}$-version could be accessed at http://210.218.196.115/SDT/login.jsp. The ISCD ${\beta}$-version consisted of 3 parts, for staffs, subject and oriental medical doctors. The system has been managed since February 2011. Currently 7 oriental hospitals have used the system and 1,439 subjects have been diagnosed by the system. 4. Conclusion and future work : Although many researchers have tried to develop a system or an algorithm for diagnosis of subject's constitution, we could have not used the system based on objective information of human body type, characters, symptoms. In this study, we describe a web application of objective diagnosis algorithm as ISCD ${\beta}$-version. This system may help an oriental medical doctors to make a decision of Sasang constitutional diagnosis easily and correctly.
