Mobile Ad-hoc Network(MANET) could be applied to various applications by virtue of its characteristics such as self-organizing and infrastructure-free network. This paper proposes a multimedia application service model for MANET, called multi-hop Relay(mRelay) system. It supports a multi-hop communication-based multimedia service interworked with Internet by using an unmanned moving robot with wireless multimedia communication function as a mRelay terminal. The modified AODV routing protocol was applied to the terminal and it was verified that composition and maintenance of mobile Ad-hoc network in mRelay system under the various indoor scenarios were successful and stable multi-hop multimedia services were possible. The mRelay system can be applicable to various application services of mobile Ad-hoc networks.
Purpose - The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of 'unmanned cafes' on the network through big data analysis, and to identify the latest trends in rapidly changing consumer perception. Based on this, I would like to suggest that it can be used as basic data for the revitalization of unmanned cafes and differentiated marketing strategies. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected documents containing unmanned cafe keywords for about three years, and the data collected using text mining techniques were analyzed using methods such as keyword frequency analysis, centrality analysis, and keyword network analysis. Findings - First, the top 10 words with a high frequency of appearance were identified in the order of unmanned cafes, unmanned cafes, start-up, operation, coffee, time, coffee machine, franchise, and robot cafes. Second, visualization of the semantic network confirmed that the key keyword "unmanned cafe" was at the center of the keyword cluster. Research implications or Originality - Using big data to collect and analyze keywords with high web visibility, we tried to identify new issues or trends in unmanned cafe recognition, which consists of keywords related to start-ups, mainly deals with topics related to start-ups when unmanned cafes are mentioned on the network.

Data monitoring is an important foundation of modern science. In most cases, the monitoring data is time-series data, which has high application value. The deep learning algorithm has a strong nonlinear fitting capability, which enables the recognition of time series by capturing anomalous information in time series. At present, the research of time series recognition based on deep learning is especially important for data monitoring. Deep learning algorithms require a large amount of data for training. However, abnormal sample is a small sample in time series, which means the number of abnormal time series can seriously affect the accuracy of recognition algorithm because of class imbalance. In order to increase the number of abnormal sample, a data augmentation method called GANBATS (GAN-based Bi-LSTM and Attention for Time Series) is proposed. In GANBATS, Bi-LSTM is introduced to extract the timing features and then transfer features to the generator network of GANBATS.GANBATS also modifies the discriminator network by adding an attention mechanism to achieve global attention for time series. At the end of discriminator, GANBATS is adding averagepooling layer, which merges temporal features to boost the operational efficiency. In this paper, four time series datasets and five data augmentation algorithms are used for comparison experiments. The generated data are measured by PRD(Percent Root Mean Square Difference) and DTW(Dynamic Time Warping). The experimental results show that GANBATS reduces up to 26.22 in PRD metric and 9.45 in DTW metric. In addition, this paper uses different algorithms to reconstruct the datasets and compare them by classification accuracy. The classification accuracy is improved by 6.44%-12.96% on four time series datasets.

The objective on this project is to develop a cooperative Field Robot (FR), by using a customize Open Control Platform (OCP) as design and development process. An OCP is a CORBA-based solution for networked control system, which facilitates the transitioning of control designs to embedded targets. In order to achieve the cooperation surveillance system, two FRs are distributed by navigation messages (GPS and sensor data) using CORBA event-channel communication, while graphical information from IR night vision camera is distributed using CORBA Asynchronous Method Invocation (AMI). The QoS features of AMI in the network are to provide the additional delivery method for distributing an IR camera Images will be evaluate in this experiment. In this paper also presents an empirical performance evaluation from the variable chunk sizes were compared with the number of clients and message latency, some of the measurement data's are summarized in the following paragraph. In the AMI buffers size measurement, when the chuck sizes were change, the message latency is significantly change according to it frame size. The smaller frame size between 256 bytes to 512 bytes is more efficient fur the message size below 2Mbytes, but it average performance in the large of message size a bigger frame size is more efficient. For the several destination, the same experiment using 512 bytes to 2 Mbytes frame with 2 to 5 destinations are presented. For the message size bigger than 2Mbytes, the AMI are still able to meet requirement far more than 5 clients simultaneously.

Alternative radio-navigation technologies aim at providing continuous navigation solution even if one cannot use GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System). In shadowing region such as indoor environment, GNSS signal is no longer available and the alternative navigation system should be used together with GNSS to provide seamless positioning. For soldiers in battlefield where GNSS signal is jammed or in street battle, the alternative navigation system should work without positioning infrastructure. Moreover, the radio-navigation system should have scalability as well as high accuracy performance. This paper presents a TWR (Two-Way-Ranging)-based cooperative positioning system (CPS) that does not require location infrastructure. It is assumed that some members of CPS can obtain GNSS-based position and they are called mobile anchors. Other members unable to receive GNSS signal compute their position using TWR measurements with mobile anchors and neighboring members. Error propagation in CPS is analytically studied in this paper. Error budget for TWR measurements is modeled first. Next, location error propagation in CPS is derived in terms of range errors. To represent the location error propagation in the CPS, Location Error Propagation Indicator (LEPI) is proposed in this paper. Simulation results show that location error of tags in CPS is mainly influenced by the number of hops from anchors to the tag to be positioned as well as the network geometry of CPS.
Web robot is an important Internet software technology used in a variety of Internet application software which includes search engines. As Internet continues to grow, implementations of high performance Web robots are urgently demanded. For this, researches specially geared toward performance scalability of Web robots are required. Hoover, because researches are focused mostly on addressing issues related to commercial implementations, scientific researches and studies are not still made on the performance scalability. In this research, Ive choose a Web robot model implemented by fork-join based. multiprocesses. With respect to the model, we evaluate the effect on the collection efficiency that the timeout values set to requests from Web robots to Web servers have. Also, we analysed the behaviors of Web robots by comparing the execution time between the URL extraction and the uniqueness checking for the extracted URLs. as well as by comparing between the computation time and the network time. Based on the analysis result, we suggest the direction for the design of high performance Web robots.

Intelligent homes consist of ubiquitous sensors, home networks, and a context-aware computing system. These homes are expected to offer many services such as intelligent air-conditioning, lighting control, health monitoring, and home security. In order to realize these services, many researchers have worked on various research topics including smart sensors with low power consumption, home network protocols, resident and location detection, context-awareness, and scenario and service control. This paper presents the real-time metabolic rate estimation method that is based on measured heart rate for human adaptive appliance (air-conditioner, lighting etc.). This estimation results can provide valuable information to control smart appliances so that they can adjust themselves according to the status of residents. The heart rate based method has been experimentally compared with the location-based method on a test bed.
Recently, there are many researches have been studying for analyzing user interests and emotions based on users profiles and diverse information from Social Network Services (SNSs) due to their popularities. However, most of traditional researches are focusing on their researches based on single resource such as text, image, hash tag, and more, in order to obtain what user emotions are. Hence, this paper propose a method for obtaining user emotional information by analyzing texts and images both from Instagram which is one of the well-known image based SNSs. In order to extract emotional information from given images, we firstly apply GRAB-CUT algorithm to retrieve objects from given images. These retrieved objects will be regenerated by their representative colors, and compared with emotional vocabulary table for extracting which vocabularies are the most appropriate for the given images. Afterward, we will extract emotional vocabularies from text information in the comments for the given images, based on frequencies of adjective words. Finally, we will measure WUP similarities between adjective words and emotional words which extracted from the previous step. We believe that it is possible to obtain more precise user emotional information if we analyzed images and texts both time.

We propose an global color model based method for tracking motions of multiple human using a networked multiple-camera system in intelligent space as a human-robot coexistent system. An intelligent space is a space where many intelligent devices, such as computers and sensors(color CCD cameras for example), are distributed. Human beings can be a part of intelligent space as well. One of the main goals of intelligent space is to assist humans and to do different services for them. In order to be capable of doing that, intelligent space must be able to do different human related tasks. One of them is to identify and track multiple objects seamlessly. In the environment where many camera modules are distributed on network, it is important to identify object in order to track it, because different cameras may be needed as object moves throughout the space and intelligent space should determine the appropriate one. This paper describes appearance based unknown object tracking with the distributed vision system in intelligent space. First, we discuss how object color information is obtained and how the color appearance based model is constructed from this data. Then, we discuss the global color model based on the local color information. The process of learning within global model and the experimental results are also presented.
