GIS와 AHP 의사결정 방법을 이용한 도시 근린 공원의 입지 분석 (Analyzing the Location of Urban Neighborhood Parks Using GIS and AHP Techniques)

  • 도시민들은 생활의 편리성ㆍ쾌적성ㆍ안전성을 극대화하면서 도시 기반 시설과 공공 편익 시설을 이용할 수 있어야 한다. 그러나 지금까지 도시내 오픈스페이스인 도시 공원 시설을 조성함에 있어서 적정성, 효용성, 접근성, 공정성, 이용성향의 수용 등과 같은 질적 기준이 아닌 인구 1인당 면적기준과 같은 양적 기준이 적용되어 도시 근린 공원의 경우 실제적인 시민의 효율적 이용이나 도시내에서 접근이 용이하지 않은 실정이다. 또한 유치 거리를 적용시킨 법적 기준에 의해 이용자에 대한 고려나 지리적인 특수한 상황을 무시한 일률적인 적용이 이루어지고 있으며. 더욱이 이러한 규정에도 미치지 못하는 근린 공원이 조성되어서 공원배분은 질적인 기준들에 지극히 맞지 않는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 GIS의 공간분석 기능 등을 활용하여 사례지역 도시 근린 공원의 공간적인 형평성, 분포균형 등의 분포특성을 분석하고, 공원입지 필요지역을 선별한다. 이렇게 선별된 지역에 대하여 객관적인 평가기준과 AHP 의사결정 방법을 이용하여 공원입지 가능지역을 분석하고자 한다.

대구시 주거이동 결정요인별 선호주거지역 분석 (Empirical Analyses of the Relationships between the Factors of Residential Mobility and Preferable Residential District: The Case of Daegu)

  • We explore what factors influence the residential choice and mobility of people, and try to figure out the preferable residential district in Deagu. Household, housing characteristics, and neighborhood environments are considered as explanatory variables to predict the residential choice and the preferable residential district, and logit regression is used for the analysis. We found age, ownership, income, property, and education level as household characteristics, building age as housing characteristics, and accessibility to park and open space, public library and shopping mall as neighborhood environments are significant in determining residential choice of people whereas housing size, accessibility to elementary school, local market, cultural facility and gymnasium are not significant. These results imply people choose the residential district according to household characteristics as they did, as well as choose according to housing characteristics and neighborhood environments which are newly issued factors.

노인의 거주지 주변 보행환경 인식이 만족도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Perceived Neighborhood Walking Environment on Satisfaction for the Elderly)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived walking environment around neighborhood on satisfaction for old adults in Daegu. The study was conducted using 407 questionnaires were collected through the survey. The walking environment was categorized into accessibility to neighborhood walking facilities and walking environment around path. Regarding perception of walking accessibility, access to 'public transit stops' and to 'medical facilities' was relatively high. For walking environment, 'pavement condition', 'continuity of sidewalk', and 'slope of sidewalk' were rated relatively high. Multiple regression analysis after factor analysis of walking environment variables showed that religious and convenient facilities, park and leisure facilities, and medical and welfare facilities had a significant effect on satisfaction in walking accessibility. For walking environment the convenience for walking, safety for walking, and amenities for walking had a significant effect on satisfaction. The findings from this study can be used for improving the walking environment for old adults.

활성화된 근린 소규모 전통시장의 도시·공간 특성 - 서울특별시 관악구 사례를 중심으로 - (Vibrant Traditional Markets in Small Residential Neighborhoods; - A Case Study of their Urban-Spatial Characteristics in Gwanak-gu District, Seoul -)

  • Due to the changes in the contemporary society, small-scale traditional markets have declined and lost their functions as the center of neighborhood commercial and cultural affairs. While most traditional markets are deteriorating, there exist rare cases of neighborhood small-scale traditional markets that continuously maintain their vitality and popularity. This paper examines urban spatial characteristics of those markets. As for the cases, this paper inventoried eighteen such markets in Gwanak-gu, Seoul. The research methods include literature reviews, on-site investigation of total 18 such markets, and participant observations. The findings of this paper are as follows: There are distinctive differences in the urban-spatial characteristics of physical environmental factors between the revitalized markets and declining markets. In terms of neighborhood and commercial environment, the franchised super-markets are not necessarily in competition with small-scale traditional markets. The former often has symbiotic relationship the latter, if the small scale traditional markets are strategically located in between residential areas and subway stations, providing active pedestrian networks. There are many outdoor display stands in the revitalized markets, while the declining markets rarely have them. The market improvement projects such as transforming the open space into arcade space, hardly have effects on revitalization of the small-scale traditional markets.

도시근린공원 식생의 생태학적 진단 -전주화산공원을 중심으로- (The Ecological Diagnosis of the Vegetation in Urban Neighborhood Park -In case of Hwasan Park, Chonju-)

  • This study is to offer the basic information and materials for the restoration of the urban forest and the ecologically healthy and continuous green belt through the investigation and the analysis on the vegetation in Hwasan Park, Chonju-City. The flora of Hwasan Neighborhood park was composed of 86 families 230 genera, 261 species, 35 varieties, 1 formae or 298 Taxa. Among them, calculation of Pte-Q Index represented 0.60, Fisher's Index. Some characteristics of the plants in this area have represented such as Th-D1-R5 type in biological type, erect form(64.6%) in growth type, 30 taxa in naturalized plants. The life form spectra investigated from Hwasan neighborhood park was recognized as the following M"17.4%, N:11.4%, E:0.3%, Ch:0%, H:29.8%, G:6.7%, HH:0%, Th:34.2%. By the Z-M method 5 plant communities and 3 afforestation were recognized; Quercus variabilis community, Q.acutissima community, Q.serrata community, Sorbus alnifolia community, Pinus densiflora community, P.rigida afforestation, Robinia pseudo-acacia afforestation and Larix leptolepis afforestation. The actual vegetation map constructed on the grounds of the communities classified and other data. The pattern of successional trend of tree species might be suggested: L. leptoleipis, P. rigida and P. densifloralongrightarrowQ.variabilis and Q.acutissimalongrightarrowS.alnifolia and Q.serratalongrightarrowCarpinus tschonoskii community. Three measurements of species diversity (richness index(SR), Shannon-Wiener index(H'), evenness index(J')) and their relationship with community type were studied in the surveyed plant communities. Q.serrata community was higher in SR, H', J' than the other communities, whereas R.pseduo-acacia afforestation was low. Finally, The vegetation of the Hwasan neighborhood park must not allowed any more. Nothing ca be better than native states in preserving the ecosystems.tems.

An Efficient Built-in Self-Test Algorithm for Neighborhood Pattern- and Bit-Line-Sensitive Faults in High-Density Memories

  • As the density of memories increases, unwanted interference between cells and the coupling noise between bit-lines become significant, requiring parallel testing. Testing high-density memories for a high degree of fault coverage requires either a relatively large number of test vectors or a significant amount of additional test circuitry. This paper proposes a new tiling method and an efficient built-in self-test (BIST) algorithm for neighborhood pattern-sensitive faults (NPSFs) and new neighborhood bit-line sensitive faults (NBLSFs). Instead of the conventional five-cell and nine-cell physical neighborhood layouts to test memory cells, a four-cell layout is utilized. This four-cell layout needs smaller test vectors, provides easier hardware implementation, and is more appropriate for both NPSFs and NBLSFs detection. A CMOS column decoder and the parallel comparator proposed by P. Mazumder are modified to implement the test procedure. Consequently, these reduce the number of transistors used for a BIST circuit. Also, we present algorithm properties such as the capability to detect stuck-at faults, transition faults, conventional pattern-sensitive faults, and neighborhood bit-line sensitive faults.

The Quantitative and Qualitative Plans of an Urban Park In the Landscape Ecological View

  • The purpose of this study is to carry out the quantitative and qualitative analysis of an urban park in the landscape ecological view and to provide the important basic data in the urban development process. The results of this study are as follows. First, in the case of disposition distance analysis in quantitative plans, very necessary regions of the children park are turned out to be 24 sites, of the neighboring park are turned out to be 30 sites, and walking park are turned out to be 22 sites. Second, in the case of undevelopment neighborhood park analysis, priority orders are Daebong Park, Suseong Park Third, in the case of area, shape, and isolation in qualitative plans, interior area of Bummul park is larger than that of Chimsan park and isolation of Bummul park higher than that of Chimmsan.

사회경제적 지위에 따른 대구시 근린공원 질적 가치 형평성 (Qualitative Equity of Neighborhood Parks in Daegu According to Socioeconomic Status)

  • 환경정의의 관점에서 도시공원은 시민들에게 신체활동 기회를 제공하는 중요한 어메니티 역할을 한다. 공정한 도시공원의 분배기준은 커뮤니티의 수요, 배경을 고려해 최대의 혜택을 나누는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 사회경제적 지위에 따른 대구시 도시공원의 질적 공급 불균형을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 공원의 질적 수준 평가는 대구시 내 82개 근린생활권 및 도보권 근린공원을 대상으로 NGST(Neighborhood Green Space Tool)를 통해 진행하였다. 사회경제적 지위 변수(기초생활 수급자 비율, 한부모 가족 비율, 평균 주택매매가, 노후주택비율, 인구 당 공원 면적)는 그 형평성을 분석하였다. 조사를 통한 대구시 내 도시공원의 질적 형평성 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대구시 내 공원계획은 지자체 정책보다 주거단지와 병행해서 진행된다. 중심에서 외연부로 뻗어나가는 외곽주택지구 개발은 대구시 내 주민들의 사회 경제적 지위를 양분화 하였다. 구도심에 있는 행정동은 상대적으로 오래되고 제대로 관리 받지 못한 공원들이 많았다. 둘째, 대구시 내 근린공원은 전반적으로 레크레이션 시설 부족 문제를 겪고 있었으며, 이는 공원을 둘러싼 주거의 가치에 영향을 받았다. 레크레이션 시설 점수가 낮을수록 공원의 지형구배가 높았고 신체활동의 제약을 받았다. 셋째, 대구시 공원의 양적 공급은 공원의 질적 가치와 관련이 없었다. 일인당 공원면적은 충분했으나, 시민들이 생활권 내에서 실질적으로 사용하는 도시공원은 매우 적었기 때문에 질적 형평성을 나누는 기준이 될 수 없었다.

  • 근린의 개념은 근현대사를 거치며 우리사회에 지역사회를 조성하기 위한 원리로 활용되어 왔으며, 물리적 시설을 중심으로 하는 근린의 개념은 역할과 의의에 관해 꾸준히 논의 되어왔다. 본 연구에서 주목하는 쌈지공원은 근린시설로서 재생을 통한 환경의 개선과 이를 통한 지역 공동체의 확보에 역할을 하였으며, 수도권지역에 조성된 한평공원 및 한뼘공원 총 72개의 답사 조사를 통해 계획적 의의와 함께 설문조사를 통해 쌈지공원 주변 거주민과 이용자의 이용성 및 장소애착을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이용자의 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 집단별로 공원에 대한 장소애착에 유의한 차이가 존재하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 오늘날 공급되는 주거의 주된 유형의 차이가 생태적 공간을 경험하고자 하는 차이에 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 교육수준에 따라 집단별로 공원에 대한 장소애착의 유의한 차이를 확인할 수 있다. 셋째, 이용자의 이용행태에 따라 집단별로 공원에 대한 장소애착에 차이가 존재하며 이는 이용회수, 체류시간 등에 따른 구체적 차이를 확인할 수 있다.

도심내 실개천 조성을 통한 생물서식처 복원방안 - 서울시 강남구 청담근린공원을 사례로 - (Biotope Restoration for a Brooklet Creation in Urban -Focusing on the Cheongdam Neighborhood Park -)

  • This study was conducted to propose the plan of creating a brooklet reflecting an water-friendly space as well as its function as the habitats of wildbird in Cheongdam Neighborhood Park in Seoul. Major fields of this study include a survey of the staus, a basic plan, a master plan, a execution; a survey of this site was focused on topography, water system, trail, existing vegetation, wildbird; a detailed plan was focused on flow plan, planting plan, facility plan. Existing vegetation was classified into 5 types; Quercus mongolica-Q. acutissima forest, Robinia pseudoacacia forest, Populus${\times}$albaglandulosa forest, artificial green space, urban area. 11 species and 49 individuals of wildbirds appeared in 2004(3~4month). The plan of creating a brooklet were divided passive-zone, eco-zone, and dynamic-zone. Environment elements of each space including a mountain stream, ecological pond, marshland, ecological landscape forest, wildbird observation trail, waterway etc. The brooklet of Cheongdam Neighborhood Park is rated high as an important space for wildbird biodiversity. Accordingly, continuous monitoring of this biotope as a urban habitat is required as the environment changes.
