Purpose: This study aims to verify sellers' economic incentives for voluntarily disclosing negative information in online markets and provide practical guidelines to online sellers in terms of whether, when, and how sharing low quality to buyers increase sales. Research design, data and methodology: Our model examines the number of bidders in Internet auctions to measure potential demand and uses count data analysis following previous studies that have also analyzed the number of bidders in auctions. After checking over-dispersion and zero-inflation in our data, we have run a Poisson regression to analyze the effect of sharing negative information on sales. Results: This study presents a counterintuitive result that low-quality sellers can increase their demand by fully disclosing negative information in an online market, if appropriate risk-reducing methods are employed. Our finding thus shows that there exists economic incentive for online sellers to voluntarily disclose negative information about their products, and that the context of transactions may affect this incentive structure as the incentive varies across product categories. Conclusions: As the positive impact of disclosing negative information has rarely been studied so far, this paper contributes to the literature by providing a unique empirical analysis on the impact of sellers' honesty on sales. By verifying economic incentives of disclosing low quality with actual online sales data, this study suggests practical implications on information disclosure strategy to many online sellers dealing with negative information.

The circuit simulation has been done on the current-programmed AMOLED and shows that the circuit which behaves as a negative capacitance can reduce the effect of parasitic capacitance fixed on the data-line and can accelerate the current programming speed as high as that required in Full HD AMOLED.

The purposes of this study were to show general trends in the aspects of psychological family environment (parental communication), peer factor, academic performance factor, depression perceived by adolescents and to examine possible changes in such trends in accordance with demographic variables and the family structure environment (parental marital status, family economic status, and parents' education level), and then to determine the effect of these variables on adolescents' depression. The subjects were 1009 middle and high school students in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The main results were as follows: 1) Paternal communication was significantly lower in technical high school students, divorced/ separated parents, and families of lower economic status. Maternal communication was significantly lower in male students, divorced/sepa-rated parents, and families of lower economic status. Academic performance problems was significantly higher in males, technical high school students, divorced/ separated parents, families of lower economic status, and a less educated father. Peer relations was significantly lower in students of divorced / separated parents, and of families of lower economic status. Depression was significantly higher in technical high school students, divorced / separated parents, and families of lower economic status. 2) In the case of male students, paternal communication had both a direct and an indirect negative effect through peer relations on depression, while academic performance problems had both a direct and an indirect positive effect through peer relations on depression. Both peer relations and maternal communication had a positive and a negative direct effect on depression. School grade had both a direct and an indirect negative effect through paternal communication on depression. Parental marital status(divorced or separated) had both a direct and an indirect positive effect through academic performance problems on depression. Family economic status had only an indirect effect on discussed.

본 연구는 스포츠센터 지도자들이 인식하는 조직공정성이 혁신저항에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석함과 동시에 이들 관계에서 조직신뢰의 매개효과를 검증하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 자료 수집을 위해 서울·경기지역에 종사하는 스포츠지도자 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 274부의 자료가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하여 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 분배공정성은 심리적 저항에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 반면에 행동적 저항에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 절차공정성은 심리적 저항과 행동적 저항에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 분배공정성과 절차공정성은 조직신뢰에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 조직신뢰는 심리적 저항과 행동적 저항에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 조직신뢰는 분배공정성과 심리적 저항의 관계에서는 부분매개 역할을, 분배공정성과 행동적 저항의 관계에서는 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 절차공정성과 심리적 저항, 절차공정성과 행동적 저항의 관계에서는 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

The DC characteristics of GaAS Gunn diode are investigated as a preliminary study on the planar grade gap injector GaAs Gunn diode which is the transferred electron device with high output power and dc-rf conversion efficiency. The Gunn devices we fabricated were confirmed to have the DC characteristics of negative differential resistance(NDR). We discussed the nature of the NDR effect, including the electron intervalley transfer; the NDR effect was examined for six different cathode radii.

In the course of the investigation to the field dependent electrical conducation mechanism in polypropylene, an abnormal conduction phenomena such as voltage controlled negative resistance charateristics has been observed at the junction of two regions charateriged by schottky effect and space charge effect respectively. This abnormal characteristics was observed initially about 110MV / m of the field strength and at 25 , however, the field strength where it observed was decreased and the apparent feature of negative charateristics was less pronounced as increasing ambient temperature. Although the observations of analogous characteristics in other materials such as polyethylene, polymethylemethactylate, and polystyrene have already been reported together with plausible explanation by Toureille and others, however, it was found that the proposed concept by those authors was little use to the present observations for quantitative discussions. Accordingly we tried to adapt another conceptual discussion based on Gibbons's formulation pertaing to the saturatio trend of the field dependent drift velocity of carriers towards the thermal velocity corresponding to the ambient temperature so that the quantitative explanatio on the observed facts has been succeeded to some estent of reasonable acceptance.

The negative curvature effect on the breakdown voltage of p-n junction, which may realize 1-D breakdown voltage due to the lower peak electric field at the junction, is proposed and verified by the fabrication of lateral diode on Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) together with MEDICI simulation. The experimental and simulation results show good agreements with the theoretical expectation. The proposed method is effectively applicable to the lateral, especially on SOI, power devices.

The purpose of this study was to examine sex and grade differences in children's body shape, body image perception and diet behavior and to identify the effect of children's body shape and body image perception on their eating behavior. Data were collected from 345 3rd and 6th graders by questionnaire and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, and Scheff. Girls' body image perception was more negative than boys' and 6th graders' was more negative than 3rd graders'. Self-perceived obese children had more negative body image and had attempted to go on a diet more often than children who thought themselves normal or thin. The more children perceived their body image negatively, the more they attempted to go on a diet and perceived food and eating negatively.

The purpose of this study was to explore the consistency between rators(mother report & child self-report) of children's externalization and internalization behavior problems and to examine the effect of mother\`s depressive traits and child\`s negative emotionality on consistency between rators. Subjects were 434 children attending grades 4, 5, and 6 in Pusan and their mothers. Results of this study were as follows ; First, children reported significantly greater on behavior problems than their mothers and correlations between mother's and child's score on behavior problems was .20 (externalization behavior problems) or .27(internalization behavior problems). Second, mother's depressive traits influenced significantly the consistency between rators of externalization behavior problems. Third, child's negative emotionality influenced significantly the consistency between rators of externalization behavior problems.

The purposes of this study were to classify the types of consumers' emotion experienced in-store by shopping motivation and to examined the effects of store environmental factors on emotion and on shopping behavior. The questionnaires were administered to 330 women shopped in department store. Data from 299 women were analyzed by using frequency t-test and regression analysis by SPSS for windows PC program The results of this study were as follows : 1. The consumers' emotion experienced in -store were composed of five factors. But it could be divided by positive negative factors. 2. There was not significant difference in positive emotion between he Product Pu-rchasing Motive Group and the Window Shopping Motive Group. But there was significant difference n negative emotion between two groups. 3. It was found that the effect of environmental factors of apparel store on emotion was significant in both groups. Especially salespeoples' pressure significantly influenced negative emotion in both groups. 4. The emotion experienced in -store significantly influenced clothing shopping behavior.
