한의대생의 교육 만족도 및 한의학 신뢰도에 대한 영향 요인 연구 (A Study on the Factors affecting Korean Medical Students' Satisfaction with Education and Trust in Korean Medicine)

  • Objective : This study aimed to investigate Korean medical students' satisfaction with Korean medicine education and their trust in Korean medicine. It also explored the factors affecting satisfaction with Korean medicine education and trust in Korean medicine. Methods : Based on a total of 381 survey responses, the satisfaction with Korean medicine education, reflection of educational needs, trust in Korean medicine, reasons for maladjustment to education, and suggestions for improving education were analyzed. Results : Satisfaction with Korean medicine education and trust in Korean medicine were generally above average. However, reflection of educational needs was below average. It was found that the curriculum should be rearranged according to the needs of premedical students and medical students. The factors affecting satisfaction with Korean medicine education were gender, academic year, dropout experience, trust in Korean medicine, and reflection of educational needs. Factors affecting trust in Korean medicine were gender, academic year, and satisfaction with Korean medicine education. Conclusion : This study found that satisfaction with Korean medicine education and trust in Korean medicine have a reciprocal relationship. To improve students' satisfaction and adjustment to Korean medicine education, it is necessary to implement strategies to increase students' trust in Korean medicine. In addition, it is important for students and instructors to collaborate on curriculum design by establishing a feedback system that reflects students' needs.

급식학교 영양사의 직무개선을 위한 실태조사 및 평가 (Assessment of Dietitians in Elementary School Foodservice Program)

  • The study was surveyed to evaluate the foodservice program. The survey was conducted based on instrument which was developed by reviewing previous research. The instrument was provided to 60 nutritionists at the elementary schools in Taegu area. The data include 4 major parts of task performance rate, delivery and service, menu management, and satisfaction of foodservice facilities. Data obtained from survey are analyzed by SPSS program. These results show that the performance rates of determination of nutritional needs and menu planning is high to 98.3% both and 23% of nutritionists don't perfomed nutrition education.

데이터마이닝 기법을 이용한 이동통신 광고 전략

  • 현재 국내의 이동통신 가입자수와 무선인터넷 가입자수가 급증하면서 인터넷과 이동 통신을 연계한 광고서비스나 직접 휴대폰에 광고를 제공하는 서비스가 등장하고 있다. 그러나 현재 이동통신에 제공되고 있는 광고서비스는 문자메세지를 이용하는 단문광고이고 제공되는 광고도 휴대폰 이용자가 직접 듣고 확인해야 하는 불편함을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이동통신을 활용하여 고객의 니즈(Needs)에 부합되는 광고를 제공할 수 있는 새로운 광고기법을 제안하고 이에 대한 수요예측과 데이터 마이닝 기법을 적용하여 이 광고에 대한 타겟마케팅 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The persons who realize e-Business should have capabilities of understanding in both information technology and business processes. It is expected that current education policies and systems could not meet needs of e-Business human resources in Korea. In this paper, we define and categorize human resources for e-Business as to application areas and expertise levels. An intensive field survey has been conducted. Based on the survey results, several strategic and practical alternatives are suggested for development of e-Business human resources in Korea.

수학교사의 테크놀로지 교수 내용 지식(TPACK)에 대한 연구 : TPACK에 대한 인식 및 교육요구도 분석 중심으로 (A study on TPACK of mathematics teachers : Focusing on recognitions and educational needs of TPACK)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between utilization of technology and TPACK in mathematics teachers, and to analyze needs and retentions, difference between needs and retentions, and educational needs of TPACK in mathematics teachers. Furthermore, we will prioritize TPACK items that mathematics teachers want to change, and provide implications for teacher education related to TPACK in the future. To do this, we analyzed 328 mathematics teachers nationwide by using survey on the utilization of technology, averages of TPACK's needs and retentions, t-test of two averages, Borich's educational needs analysis, and the Locus for Focus model. The results are as follows. Firstly, the actual utilization rate was lower than the positive recognition of utilization of technology by mathematics teachers, and many mathematics teachers mentioned the lack of knowledge related to TPACK. Secondly, the characteristics of in-service mathematics teacher's needs and retentions for TPACK were clear, and TPACK's starting line of in-service mathematics teacher can be different from pre-mathematics teacher's. The retentions was high in the order of CK, PCK and PK, and the needs was higher in the order of TPACK, TCK, TK and TPK. All of the higher retentions were knowledge related to PCK, and the value of CK was extremely high among them. In addition, mathematics teachers recognized needs for integrated knowledge related to technology, and they needed more TCK than TPK. The difference between needs and retentions showed that all items except two items in the PK were significant. Retentions of all items in CK was higher than needs, needs of all items in TK, TCK, TPK and TPACK was higher than retentions, PK and PCK were mixed. Thirdly, based on the analysis of Borich's educational needs and the Locus for Focus model, teacher education on TPACK for mathematics teachers needs to focus on TPACK, TK, TCK, and TPK. Specifically, TPACK needs to combine technology in terms of creativity-convergence, mathematical connections, communication, improvement of evaluation quality, and TK needs to new technology acquisition, function of utilizing technology, troubleshoot problems with technology, TCK needs to mathematical value(esthetic, practical) with technology, and TPK needs to consider technology in terms of evaluation methods, teaching and learning methods, improvement of pedagogy. Therefore, when determining the direction of teacher education related to TPACK in the future, if they try to reflect these items in detail, the teachers could participate more actively and receive practical help.

의료취약성 정도에 따른 노인의 미충족의료 경험 비교: 의료취약계층 노인의 필수적 의료자원 보장을 위한 시사점 (Differences in Unmet Healthcare Needs among the Elderly by the Level of Medical Vulnerability: Implications for Securing Essential Healthcare Resources for the Medically Vulnerable Elderly)

  • 이 연구는 우리나라 노인들을 의료취약성 정도에 따라 네 집단으로 세분화하여 경제적, 비경제적 사유로 인한 미충족의료 경험 차이를 분석하고, 이에 따른 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. 2018년 한국의료패널 자료를 사용하였으며, 65세 이상 노인 4,147명에 대해 분석을 실시하였다. 노인들을 세분화한 결과, 일반건강보험가입자가 79.6%, 비수급빈곤층이 13.6%, 차상위경감대상자가 1.1%, 의료급여수급자가 5.7%의 비율을 차지하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 병의원 또는 치과진료에 대해 노인들의 12.6%는 경제적 사유로, 10.6%는 비경제적 사유로 미충족의료를 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 의료취약계층 노인의 미충족의료 경험률은 비취약계층인 일반건강보험가입자에 비해 전반적으로 높았는데, 이는 대부분 경제적 사유에 따른 경험률 차이에서 비롯된 것이었다. 경제적인 사유로 인한 미충족의료 경험률은 일반건강보험가입자가 9.8%였던 반면, 비수급빈곤층은 18.9%, 차상위경감대상자는 40.0%, 의료급여수급자는 31.5%로 큰 차이가 있었다. 다른 영향요인을 통제한 로지스틱 분석 결과, 모든 의료취약계층이 일반건강보험가입자에 비해 경제적 사유로 미충족의료를 경험할 확률이 유의하게 높았는데, 비수급빈곤층은 약 1.4배, 차상위경감대상자는 3.3배, 의료급여수급자는 2.4배 높아졌다. 반면, 비경제적 사유로 인한 경험은 일반건강보험가입자 대비 의료급여수급자의 경우에만 1.7배 증가하였고, 다른 집단에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 의료취약계층 노인들의 필수적 의료자원 보장을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

Educational Needs for Employment Competency of College Students in Management Using IPA Technique

  • 본 연구의 목적은 경영계열 전공 대학생의 구직역량 인식 차이와 교육요구를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 2019년 12월 2일부터 12월 6일 간 충청소재의 A대학 경영계열에 재학 중인 215명을 대상으로 구직역량에 대한 중요도와 보유도 인식수준을 조사하였다. 수집한 자료를 활용하여 대응표본 t-test를 통해 인식차이를 분석하고, IPA 기법을 통해 구직역량의 교육요구도를 확인하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체에는 '전공분야 관련 성적, 자격증 등 전문지식' 역량을 강화해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성별에 따라서는 '정보탐색'을 포함하여 남학생은 '직무관련 외국어 활용'을, 여학생은 '취업목표설정 및 대안마련'을 추가하여 집중 교육할 필요가 있었다. 셋째, 학년에 따라서는 '정보탐색'을 포함하여 1학년은 '직무관련 외국어 활용, 구직에 필요한 서류작성'을, 4학년은 '자기이해, 직무관련 외국어 활용'을 추가하여 우선 교육할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 경영계열 대학생의 전체, 성별, 학년별 구직역량 교육요구의 차이를 밝힘으로써 집단의 특징을 고려한 취업지원 프로그램을 개발하는데 참고할 수 있을 것이다.

응급실 간호사의 법의간호 교육에 대한 인식과 요구도 (Emergency Department Nurses' Recognition of and Educational Needs for Forensics Nursing Education)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this survey was to investigate emergency department nurses' recognition of forensics nursing and their educational needs for forensics nursing education. Methods: Data were collected via questionnaires from 167 emergency department nurses who were working in 7 university hospitals. Nurses' experiences of trauma or accidents and their recognition of and educational needs for forensic nursing education were assessed. Results: All subjects reported having suffered bodily injury due to falling or serious traffic accidents; 92.2% reported having suffered bodily injury caused by suicide attempts; 91.6% reported having experienced physical violence or abuse; 76.0% reported having experienced sexual assault or abuse; 68.9% reported having experienced some difficulties during their nursing care due to lack of forensics knowledge; and 88.6% reported never having been trained in forensics nursing. The educational needs score for "forensics nursing" was 3.61; the needs score for "abuse- and violence-related education" was 3.65; the needs score for "incident data collection related education" was 3.47; and the needs score for "forensics theory related education" was 3.34. Conclusion: The findings of the study underscore a strong need to develop an educational program on forensics nursing for emergency department nurses.

교원 재교육 프로그램에 대한 한국어 교원의 요구와 관련 변인 연구 -국내 대학 부설 한국어교육기관을 중심으로- (A Study of Korean Teachers' Needs in In-Service Teacher Training and Variables Related to Their Needs: A Case of University Korean Language Education Centers in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine Korean teachers' needs in in-service teacher training and variables related to their needs. This study was conducted with teachers from Korean language centers in Korean universities. The following three research questions were investigated: (1) What are the teachers' experiences of Korean language teaching and in-service teacher training? (2) What are the teachers' needs and expectations for the content and components of in-service education programs? Are there any disparity between teachers' needs and institutional needs? (3) What are the variables to be considered in designing an effective in-service teacher education program? In order to answer the research questions, a survey was developed and distributed to university Korean language institutions and Korean language teachers. The results indicated that both institutions and teachers are highly aware of the importance of the need for in-service teacher training. The results also suggested that a more teacher-centered, bottom-up approach should be implemented for successful outcomes of teacher education programs. Based on the results, this study offers a summary of the need for in-service teacher training and variables (both individual teacher variables and environmental variables) to be considered in designing the content and components of a teacher education program.

한국 노인의 인구·사회경제적 특성과 미 충족 치과진료와의 관련성 (Relationship between demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of the Korean elderly and unmet dental care needs)

  • Objectives: This study investigated the relationship between demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of the Korean elderly and their unmet dental care needs, by using the 2015 data from the $6^{th}$ Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES). Methods: In total, 1,372 elderly persons aged 65 and over, who responded to the $6^{th}$ NHANES, were included in the final analysis. Logistic regression analysis was performed in order to identify any relationship between demographic and socioeconomic characteristics and unmet dental care needs. Results: The rate of unmet dental care needs was shown to be less by 0.799 times in the elderly who reside in dong than those who live in eup and myeon (OR: 0.799, 95% CI: 0.679-0.959). Unmet dental care needs were higher in participants with 'low' and 'below average' than 'above average' income, by 1.645 times (OR: 1.645, 95% CI: 1.087-2.366) and 1.172 times (OR: 1.172, 95% CI: 1.108-1.880), respectively. Elderly individuals living alone had a higher rate of unmet dental care needs than those living with their family by 1.157 times (OR: 1.157, 95% CI: 1.084-1.498). Conclusions: Demographic and socioeconomic factors influenced unmet dental care needs, causing inequality. Proper policy support to the vulnerable should be considered in order to enhance the elderly's access to dental care.
