2018년 네이버 쇼핑의 고용영향 평가 (Employment Effects Evaluation of Naver Shopping in 2018)

  • Purpose - Naver has emerged as a new leader in the open market. While existing open markets such as Gmarket, 11th Street, and so on are suffering from profitability deterioration, Naver is attracting sellers based on low commission and powerful search engine. We would like to analyze the impact of Naver shopping on the national economy, especially on employment, in a situation where the market reaction to Naver's strength as a leader in online shopping is mixed. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - Through the demand inducing inter-industry analysis, we estimate the employment inducement effect by Naver shopping from its shopping transaction. In turn, through the supply inducing inter-industry analysis, we estimate the employment inducement effect by Naver shopping from its low commission and powerful search engine. For the purpose of inter-industry analysis, as of 2018, the most recently announced 2014 inter-industry table (extension table) from the Bank of Korea is used. Results - The results of this study are as follows. First, Naver Shopping is expected to generate 7.8 trillion won's trade in 2018, resulting in 244,225 of job inducement, and 158,598 of employment inducement. In addition, Naver Shopping is estimated to benefit KRW 213 billion to its sellers due to low commission and powerful search function, resulting in 8,667 of job inducement, and 5,655 of employment inducement. Second, in terms of job inducement and employment inducement due to Naver Shopping's trade, transportation, business support service, information and communication, broadcasting, restaurants and lodging were ranked. Third, in terms of job inducement and employment inducement due to Naver Shopping's low commission and powerful search function, restaurants and hospitality, f/b and cigarette manufacturing, construction, and transportation equipment manufacturing were ranked. Conclusions - The number of job inducement resulting from low commission and powerful search engine of Naver shopping in 2018 was 8,667 (3.7% of 244,225, which was caused by transaction in Naver shopping in 2018), and employment inducement was 5,655 (3.7% of 158,598, which was caused by transaction in Naver shopping in 2018), which can be considered as additional employment impacts of Naver Shopping compared to the other online shopping operators.

  • 코로나19로 인한 이커머스 거래의 급증으로 해외에서는 Buy Now Pay Later(선구매 후결제, 이하 BNPL)가 밀레니얼 세대 사이에서 차세대 결제 수단으로 부상했다. 국내에서는 네이버 쇼핑과 쿠팡이 후불결제를 제공해 고객 락인(lock-in) 효과, 카드사 수수료 절감, 소매금융사업 진출 등을 도모한다. 그러나 소비자 관점에서 후불결제의 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 국내 연구는 부족하다. 이에 20~30대 대상으로 실증연구를 진행한 결과, 후불결제 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인은 네이버쇼핑은 호환성>혁신저항>충동구매 성향, 쿠팡은 호환성> 상대적 이점>혁신저항>추가가치 순으로 나타났다. 한편 네이버쇼핑은 충동구매 성향이 수용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치므로 연체율 관리가 관건이며, 쿠팡은 충동구매 성향이 지각된 위험에 정(+)의 영향을 미치므로 연체료, 신용등급 하락 등 위험 요소를 충분히 전달하고 후불결제로 유도한다는 느낌을 소비자가 받지 않도록 해야 한다. 후불결제 수용을 높이려면 타깃 고객을 세분화하고 버티컬 커머스와 제휴하는 방안을 추천한다.

인터넷 패션 소호 쇼핑몰 활성화를 위한 촉진전략 연구 (A Study on the Promotion Strategy for Internet Fashion Soho Shopping Mall)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the promotion methods for successful management of 'the fashion saho internet shopping mall' with a small capital. This study analyze the research reports, the news items, the documents on the internet shopping mall and data on promotion method which are offered by the hosting companies of the internet shopping mall like 'Cafe 24', 'Make shop', 'Whoismall' and the promotion consulting companies like 'Whoisad', 'Naver keyword shop'. And also analyze the data that interviewed the administrator of internet shopping mall and directly observed the famous internet shopping mall sites. Generally speaking, the promotion mix, marketing communication program can classify 'advertisement', 'publicity', 'personal selling', and 'sales promotion'. This study analyze the research materials on the basis of advertisement, publicity, personal selling, and sales promotion. The result are as follows. 1. The promotion methods at the stage of information the shopping mall site to the consumer are advertisement, and publicity. ${\bigcirc}$ The methods of advertisement are 'searching engine registration', 'advertisement of key word', 'advertisement of overture', 'advertisement of banner', 'advertisement cooperation marketing', 'advertisement of e-mail'. ${\bigcirc}$ The methods of publicity are using 'cafe', 'blog', 'Naver information site', 'community bulletin board', 'the fashion magazine or a press report' and 'cosponsorship'. 2. The main promotion methods at the stage of inducing the purchase are 'personal selling', and various 'sales promotion'. ${\bigcirc}$ 'Personal selling' at the shopping mall have an effect on the communication at bulletin board over the internet and the telephone. ${\bigcirc}$ 'Sales promotion' are attempted by 'VMD', 'deposit system', 'sale', etc.

건강식품 소비자의 한약 및 천연물 온라인 구입 검색 동향 분석 및 고찰 (Analysis of health food consumers' online purchase search trend of herbal medicines and natural products)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to confirm the consumption trends of Korean medicine for health food consumption of consumers by using the Naver DataLab Shopping Insight service. Methods : In this study, the search data for the category of Korean herbal ingredients in the health food field of Naver Datalab shopping insight site was collected and sorted in order of frequency from August 1st, 2017 to June 22nd, 2022. The frequently searched keywords were organized based on the inclusion of Korean Pharmacopoeia (KP), Korean Herbal Pharmacopoeia (KHP), and Food Code. Results : 67,804 keywords were collected, and the most frequent keywords appearing for more than 200 days among the top 500 were 827 (1.184%). Among the frequent keywords, there were 149 keywords related to traditional medicine names included in the KP and KHP, and five prescriptions were included. 60 keywords were not included in the KP and KHP, and the keyword with the highest search frequency was "kujibbongnamu" (Maclura tricuspidata). Conclusions : The findings of this study provide information on the consumer's interest in traditional korean medicine (TKM) and natural products (NP), and can be used as a basis for understanding the demand for TKM and NP in the online shopping market.

온라인 Social Shopping 사이트 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Factors Influencing Acceptance of Online Social Shopping Site)

  • The market structure and consumer characteristics are changing dynamically according to internet shopping industry developing based on Web 2.0. But, there is absent typical online service after 'Cyworld.' The social shopping sites based on social networking reflect to present phenomenon that collective intellect, information sharing, participate in making information. The social shopping sites are not limited in particular shopping sites but include all of sites in online. So, consumers can copy various products and display on their own blog provided from social shopping sites and make some purchase reviews and any comments about products can lead transactions among social shopping sites. So, it might be a one of meta-shopping mall like 'Naver.' As the social shopping sites are new form, we just applied to TAM theory to figure out acceptance factors using SEM. The perceived enjoyment affect to usefulness, ease of use and using intension. The perceived ease of use also affect to usefulness and the usefulness affect to using intension positively. But the perceived ease of use was for nothing in using intension. Finally, we provided managerial implications to activate domestic online shopping industry and theoritical meaning using extended TAM.

국내의 웹 상의 쇼핑 정보 서비스 분류 (Classification of Shopping Information Services on the Web in Korea)

  • In this paper, we review and classify shopping information services for electronic commerce in Korea. Shopping information services for electronic commerce can be divided into shopping mall information service and product information service. Shopping mall information service simply shows and suggests information on the shopping malls that it has in its data store. But product information service provides information about the items of the shopping malls the service has and therefore gives more powerful and convenient interfaces to users. Cutting-edge product information services can perform online comparison shopping facility, which searches and compares the items what the users want on the reasonable basis of economical criteria, such as price. Books, CDs, and Personal Data Assistant(PDA)s are the products of which the specification is clear enough to be described on the Web. And the comparison of the products by the information service is performed on the basis of "price" of the product item. The approach to design and implement product information service can be divided into two categories. The one is an application of data warehousing mechanism, which stores the product information on the regular basis of time and provide it when the users query over the Web-database gateway. The other approach is a shopping agent mechanism, which stores information on "how to shop" and the shopping agent collects the information of product items just after users query about the product and provide the information in real time or notify them by alerting service. Thirty nine shopping information services are compared and classified in this paper and they are extracted from "Naver" and "Yahoo! Korea". The final result shows that most services are just a simple shopping mall information service in growing stage, product information services with data warehousing are lack in product ontology in middle stage, and that product information services with shopping agent are in early stage.

스마트폰의 정보구조와 사용자경험 (A Study on Information Architecture & User Experience of the Smartphone)

  • 본 연구에서는 스마트 폰의 사용 시 가장 많은 이용 목적을 가진 정보 검색의 인터페이스의 정보 구조와 사용자 경험 패턴을 분석하여 보다 효율적인 사용자 경험을 제공하는데 목적을 두었다. 대표적인 모바일 인터넷 접속 기기인 스마트폰의 특징과 사용자 경험 요소에 대해 알아보는 것을 우선으로 정보 검색에 있어 가장 많이 사용되는 포털 사이트인 네이버와 다음의 메인 페이지를 중심으로 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 네이버와 다음은 각각 28개와 15개의 카테고리로 구성되어 있었다. 또 네이버와 다음 모두 하향식 순차 구조를 가지고 있었으며 네이버의 카테고리에서는 3Depth 계층을 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 네이버의 경우는 중복된 뉴스 콘텐츠와 과도한 스크롤의 사용으로 인지 부하의 가능성이 제기 되었으며 다음의 경우는 하단의 쇼핑 카테고리에 있어 터치 제스처 사용의 오류 가능성이 제기 되었다.

국내 쇼핑 사이트 적용을 위한 리뷰 스팸 탐지 방법의 성능 평가 (Performance Evaluation of Review Spam Detection for a Domestic Shopping Site Application)

  • 상품 또는 상점에 대해 거짓된 후기를 남기는 악의적인 사용자가 증가함에 따라 사용자에게 신뢰성 있는 정보를 제공하는 데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 거짓된 후기는 리뷰 스팸이라고 불리는데, 제품을 홍보하거나, 평판을 훼손하기 위해 작성된다. 이는 제품의 판매량에 직접 영향을 미치기 때문에 이러한 리뷰 스팸을 탐지할 필요가 있다. 국내 쇼핑 사이트에서도 리뷰 스팸은 흔히 접할 수 있으나, 기존 연구에서 제안된 방법은 모두 외국 사이트에서만 평가되었다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 리뷰 스팸을 탐지하는 기존 방법의 소개와 더불어 네이버 쇼핑의 리뷰 특성을 파악하고, 리뷰 스팸을 탐지하는 여러 가지 방법을 네이버 쇼핑에 적용하여 성능을 평가하였다.

데이터 주도 접근법을 활용한 소프트웨어 테스트 자동화 : 온라인 쇼핑몰 결제시스템 사례 (Software Test Automation Using Data-Driven Approach : A Case Study on the Payment System for Online Shopping)

  • This study examines a data-driven approach for software test automation at an online shopping site. Online shopping sites typically change prices dynamically, offer various discounts or coupons, and provide diverse delivery and payment options such as electronic fund transfer, credit cards, mobile payments (KakaoPay, NaverPay, SyrupPay, ApplePay, SamsungPay, etc.) and so on. As a result, they have to test numerous combinations of possible customer choices continuously and repetitively. The total number of test cases is almost 584 billion. This requires somehow automation of tests in settling payments. However, the record playback approach has difficulties in maintaining automation scripts due to frequent changes and complicated component identification. In contrast, the data-driven approach minimizes changes in scripts and component identification. This study shows that the data-driven approach to test automation is more effective than the traditional record playback method. In 2014 before the test automation, the monthly average defects were 5.6 during the test and 12.5 during operation. In 2015 after the test automation, the monthly average defects were 9.4 during the test and 2.8 during operation. The comparison of live defects and detected errors during the test shows statistically significant differences before and after introducing the test automation using the data-driven approach.

청년자영업자의 온라인쇼핑몰 창업에 관한 탐색적 연구 (Explanatory Study on Online Shopping Mall Startup by Young Entrepreneurs)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 창업 인프라 기관인 N사의 파트너스퀘어(광주)를 이용한 경험이 있는 청년자영업자를 대상으로 온라인쇼핑몰에서 창업하는 과정을 근거이론(Grounded Theory) 방법을 활용해 규명해 보는 데 있다. 본 연구는 심층 면접 조사 자료를 활용했는데, 연구 참여자의 선정에 있어 이론적 표본 추출 (Theoretical Sampling)방식을 사용했으며, 스트라우스와 코빈(Strauss & Corbin)이 제시한 개방코딩, 축 코딩, 선택코딩 순으로 진행한 후 패러다임모형으로 분석했다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모는 온라인쇼핑몰에 대해 잘 알지 못하거나 부정적이라도 자녀의 창업에 대해서 긍정적이면 자녀가 온라인쇼핑몰에서 창업하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 부모가 온라인쇼핑몰에 대해서 부정적이고, 자녀의 창업에도 부정적이면 자녀는 온라인쇼핑몰에서 창업하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청년층의 온라인쇼핑몰에서 창업과 성과 창출 조건으로 온라인쇼핑몰 활용능력이 중요한 것으로 나타났는데, 특히 파트너스퀘어 (광주)는 온라인쇼핑몰 활용능력을 증대시켜, 청년층의 온라인쇼핑몰에서 창업에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청년층은 온라인쇼핑몰에서 창업 이후 단순한 매출액 증가 이외에 자존감 상승, 기회발견, 창의성 역량이 강화되는 것으로 나타났다.
