The article deals with the theoretical and methodological foundations of innovative approaches in the modern education system. The issues of introducing computerized and telecommunication technologies are characterized, which allow switching to distance learning (DL), which is a promising form of the system of open education support in the modern educational process. Special attention is paid to the study of practical technologies of vocational training and the activities of a teacher and innovative areas of vocational training of students.

The study of Web GUI(Graphic User Information) system for Virtual Reality System is mainly performed on effective methodology which transform real world data to computing world data. MGIS(Marine Geographic Information System) has its own target on reliable data service by acquisition of geometric information using accurate measurement and graphical visualization. This type of raw data visualization can be built without software tools, yet is incredibly useful for interpreting and communicating data. Even simple visualizations can aid in the interpretation of complex 3D relationships that are frequently encountered in the geosciences. The Virtual Reality Modeling Language provides an easy way for geoscientists to construct complex visualizations that can be viewed with free software. This study propose a three dimensional Web GUI system using MGIS-based three dimensional data models and virtual imaging system. Finally, we design a Web GUI system integrating above data models.

The National Education Information System(NEIS) has been utilized in primary and secondary schools. In this paper, we consider the NEIS should be used not only for educational administration affairs, but also for a lifelong management of national human resource. The current School Information Management System(SIMS), including the NEIS, is unsatisfactory due to the insufficiency of actual field suitability and end-user's conveniency. To this, we have devised improvements of the SIMS in the seven problem areas: ) The core business process of the school should be analyzed sufficiently and reflected in SIMS. (2) We should fully utilize groupware functions which activate the learning organization. (3) We might apply and use the CRM techniques of enterprises in SIMS. (4) The SIMS should be easy to make necessary school assessment data. (5) We should complement functions of the SIMS for a lifelong healthcare information management of national human resource. (6) The SIMS should support the school lunch management. (7) We should bring BOM and work-flow concepts into the SIMS.

최근 프로그래밍 교육의 중요성이 강조되고 있지만 수업시수 문제로 학교 수업시간만으로는 성과를 거두기는 어렵다. 온라인 채점 시스템은 학생의 코드를 평가하고 피드백을 제공해주기 때문에 자기주도적인 프로그래밍 학습에 도움을 줄 것으로 생각된다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 채점 시스템을 사용해서 C 프로그래밍 기초 학습을 한 학생들을 대상으로 학생들의 제출코드와 피드백을 분석하려고 하며, 학생들의 프로그래밍 학습경험과 학습참여도 등을 조사하여 대상학생을 선정하고, 데이터를 수집하였다. 그리고 대상 학생들의 소스코드 및 피드백을 분석하여 자기주도학습 과정을 분석하고, 문제개선의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있음을 제언한다.

본 연구의 목적은 효과적인 토론학습을 위한 여섯색깔사고모자 기반의 웹 토론학습시스템을 개발하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 구체적인 연구과제는 첫째, 여섯색깔사고모자 기법을 적용한 웹 기반 토론학습시스템을 위한 설계전략 도출, 둘째, 웹 토론학습시스템의 개발 모형 도출, 셋째, 여섯색깔사고모자 기반의 웹 토론학습 시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구의 연구방법은 교육공학전문가와 현장교육전문가로 구성된 포커스그룹인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 삼각검증법과 팀 구성원 상호점검을 통하여 최종 시스템이 수정 개발되었다. 본 연구의 결과 개발된 시스템은 1) 역동적인 상호작용 제공 2) 토론의 시공간의 한계 극복 3) 실생활과 관련된 주제를 통한 발전된 토론 과정의 구축 4) 다양하고 효과적인 토론 진행을 위한 과정 설계 등에 유용한 시스템이 될 것이다.

고등학교에서 학생의 진로교육에 대한 기본 자료는 교육과학기술부에서 지원하는 NEIS의 교무업무시스템과 담임교사 중심의 진로교육 자료가 오프라인 형태로 관리 및 운영되고 있어, 학생들의 진로교육을 위한 실질적 의사결정 시스템으로서 활용하기에 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 학생들의 맞춤형 진로교육을 위한 e포트폴리오, 성적 및 상담자료 등을 DB로 구축하여, 인터넷 웹 기반의 학생관리통합시스템(SMTS: Student Management Total System)을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 결과 교사들은 학생의 소질과 적성을 고려한 맞춤형 진로교육을 실시하여, 건전한 직업관을 가진 미래의 국가자원으로 성장시키고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

National Education Information System (NEIS) is an ambitious reform project that can improve the competitiveness and performance of education field and to link administrational work of between schools and their senior administration offices via internet. NEIS is introduced to lighten the teachers' overburden, to standardize the work process and to bring better quality education to each classroom and make it possible for those involved in education to resolve any related educational problem on line. This paper aims to construct a hierarchy model consisting of key factors such as technological and administrative factors for the effective use of NEIS and to evaluate the relative importance among key factors using fuzzy AHP technique included fuzzy concepts. Eventually, the analysis results can be utilized to develop the future improvement strategy of NEIS and to satisfy the users.

The purpose of this study was to develop a data base system for the information on science education research and development. As a part of this study, a data base program was developed on the Macintosh SE using the 4th Dimension from ACI. The data base consisted of two files, dissertation and journal. The information on the 107 theses including the master's theses and the doctoral dissertations from the Department of Scince Education, Seoul National University and on the 640 papers on science education from the first issues to the 1991 issues of five selected science education journals was input into the data base. The selected five Journals were Journal of the Korean Association for Research in Science Education(published by the Korean Association for Research in Science Education, 148 papers), Teaching Physics(published by Korean Physical Society, 164 papers),Chemical Education(published by The Korean Chemical Society, 98 papers), The Korean Journal of Biological Education(published by The Korean Society of Biological Education, 148 papers), and Journal of Science Education(published by Science Education Center, College of Education, Seoul National University,82 papers).

우리는 현재 정보화 시대에 살고 있다. 컴퓨터 테크놀로지의 도움으로 사회의 생산성과 효율성 그리고 편리성이 증진되었다. 교육에 있어서도 이러한 정보기술의 도움을 받고 있으나, 아직까지 학교 교육에서 가장 널리 사용되는 도구가 여전히 칠판과 교과서인 점을 생각해 볼 때 정보공학이 교육 분야에서 제대로 활용되지 못한 점을 느낄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 수학교육을 위한 학습시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 학습시스템은 저작도구를 이용하여 수학교육 콘텐츠를 초 중고등학교 교사들이 손쉽게 작성할 수 있으며, 이를 수업에 활용할 수 있다. 작성된 수학교육 콘텐츠를 데이터베이스로 축척하여 그 활용성을 높인다.

정보사회가 가져온 변화로 보다 더 효율적으로 학급을 경영할 수 있는, 학급경영 지원시스템으로서의 사이버 공간이 필요한 시점이 되었다. 본 연구는 Web 기반의 학급경영 지원시스템을 설계하고 구현하여 바람직한 인터넷 활용 방향을 모색하고 보다 더 효율적인 학급경영을 이끌어 낼 수 있도록 하였다. 학급 경영 과업 중에서 Web에서 구현 가능한 내용을 적용하여, 인터넷 활용을 보다 더 교육적인 방법으로 유도하고, 올바른 인성 함양, Web 자원의 학습적 활용, 학생을 특기와 적성을 신장시켜, 시간적 공간적 제약을 벗어나 학급경영의 지원 역할을 충분히 할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 시스템을 적용하여 학생들이 적극적으로 참여할 수 있도록 이끌어 낼 때 한 차원 높은 학급 경영이 이루어지는 계기가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
