Formation of the Strategy of Digital Marketing of the Enterprise in the Conditions of the Competitiveness Intensification in the International Market

  • The article defines the principles of formation of digital marketing strategy of enterprises in the conditions of intensification of competition on the international market. The stages of development of digital marketing strategy of enterprises in the conditions of intensification of competition in the international market are substantiated, which includes: setting goals, which envisages observance of the principles of SMART-scheme; product or service analysis; monitoring of competitors; analytics of definition and segmentation of the target audience of the enterprise; selection of digital marketing tools and channels for promotion on the international market of products or services; formation of a unique, unique trade offer, selection of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of digital marketing strategy and its tools. It is proved that according to the principle of SMART method of goal setting it is necessary that the goals have: specificity, measurability, achievability, relevance, achievement of the goal should be limited in time, have specific deadlines. To increase the effectiveness of digital marketing strategy, it is necessary to analyze the internal and external environment using the method of SWOT-analysis, the advantage of which is a comprehensive assessment of the company, competitors and the industry as a whole in the face of competition in the international market. The main indicators of evaluation of the effectiveness of digital marketing strategy in the conditions of intensification of competition on the international market are substantiated.

  • This paper presents a drive strategy to reduce torque ripple of a permanent magnet Brushless DC Motor(BLDCM) with short $120^{\circ}$ flat top Back Electromotive Force(Back-EMF). In this strategy, the phase Back-EMF is divided into four sections. Then, in each section the phase current is regulated by corresponding PWM duty ratio to compensatethe torque ripple caused by imperfect Back-EMF. A program based on this strategy has been implemented in MATLAB@Simulink. The validity of the presented method is verified by simulation results.

  • The problem of automated stacking cranes (ASC) dispatching in container terminals is addressed in this paper. We propose a heuristic-based ASC dispatching approach which adopts multi-criteria decision strategy. By aggregating different criteria the proposed strategy can consider multiple aspects of the dispatching situation and make robust decision in various situations. A multi-objective evolutionary algorithm (MOEA) is adopted to tune the weights associated to each criteria to minimize both the quay crane delay and external truck delay. The proposed approach is validated by comparison with different dispatching heuristics and simulation results obtained confirms its effectiveness.

  • The world has been rapidly restructured in an agenda of national security from center of military strength to that of economic strength since the post cold-war era China military leadership-division carried out RMA through learning of a lesson from Gulf war in 1990 -1991 and Iraq war in 2003, thus the leadership-division made an attempt to convert the military system to a technical intensive system. The principle based on RMA of China military is (National defense strategy) drafted by the central military committee 1985 and (Four modernization general principles) 1978. China has introduced Russian high-technological arms and equipment in order to build up the military arms greatly thanks to an economical development, and they take pragmatism line as chinese socialism with their strategy to make secure a position as military powers such as they successfully launched a manned spacecraft and are building an air-craft carrie and soon. USA has a theory of dichotomy whether a country is a cooperator for USA, or not. and also enemy or friend since 9.11terror, thus USA is different from their direction of police. This is because USA stands a position as the superpower of the supremacy hegemony of the world. We must be carefully aware that USA considers as important area for Middle east, West south Asia, Central Asia and Northwest Asia to meet the demands of 2lcentury. Accordingly, the focus of USA's military strategy will be probably concentrated at the above mentioned four areas. On the other hand, USA enjoys such a superpower position due to collapse of USSR which was the past main enemy since the post cold war era. We could give an conclusive example as fact that USA has recurred to unilateralism But USA carry on the military operations to the terror groups at global around by converting thje military strike strategy to pre-emptive strike strategy since9.11 terror, 2001. USA seeks for transformation to the mobile military forces with light-quantity oriented in order to carry on such the military operations and makes progress GPR, And the USA forces in Korea makes progress a military renovation as part of such a military strategy. On the other hand, USA promotes the measures of choose for the countries standing at the crossroads of strategy and carries forward a main scheme of provision for four priority aims that the leaders of a hostile country and mis-country shall be prohibited from use and obtainment of weapons of mass destruction. Accordingly, this treatise found out a significant meaning to have an effect on the national security in the korean peninsula.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate into the practical cases of social marketing and to seek the practical strategy in fashion business. These practical cases were investigated through theses, professional books, fashion magazines, fashion newspapers, daily newspapers and web site, etc. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The social marketing by decision-making is able to practice and to set up a strategy in consumerism, humanism and environmentalism. 2. The social marketing by feedforward is able to practice and to set up a strategy in business strategy and product strategy. 3. Student's Motivation and Strategy in Learning Science (학생들의 과학 학습 동기 및 전략)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the intercorrelations among various motivational patterns and learning strategies and to examine the differences in motivation and strategy usage in terms of students' science achievement level, gender, and grade. A questionnaire on achievement goal, self-efficacy, self-concept of ability, expectancy, value, causal attributions, and learning strategies was administered to 360 junior high/high school students (178 males, 182 females). Students who adopted performance-oriented goal tended not to be task oriented. Task-oriented students had high levels of self-efficacy, high self-concept of ability, and expectancies for future performance in science. They also valued science and attributed thier failures to the lack of effort. However, performance-oriented students evaluated their ability negatively, did not value science, and attributed thier failures to uncontrollable causes. With respect to learning strategy, task-oriented students tended to use deep-level strategy, whereas performance-oriented students tended to use surface-level strategy and not to use deep-level strategy. High-achieving students, boys, and junior high school students were more task-oriented, evaluated their ability more positively, and valued science more than low-achieving students, girls, and high school students, respectively. High-achieving students and boys also used deep-level strategy more than each of their counterparts. However, no significant difference in learning strategy was found between junior high school students and high school students. Educational implications of these findings are discussed.

  • In the background of the rapid development of the IoT, smart home work is becoming more and more important to each science and technology company. Smart home provides a safe, comfortable, high-quality, high-performance smart home living space compared to general homes, and at the same time It is responding to the low-carbon, eco-friendly global trend. Growth drivers driving the smart home market are increasing the number of Internet users, increasing disposable income in developing countries, increasing the importance of remote home monitoring, and increasing the need for energy saving and low carbon. In 2013-2014, Xiaomi launched a series of smart routers and smart home hardware devices. In 2015, it announced the latest product of the Xiaomi Ecological Chain, the "Smart Home Package," and in 2016 launched the MIJIA brand to invest in various smart product companies. In 2017, Xiaomi announced a plan to build an open smart hardware MIOT platform. We investigated the management strategy of Xiaomi home smart service based on IOT. The management strategy was divided into cost lead strategy, differentiation strategy of Xiaomi home service, and AIOT strategy of Xiaomi smart home.

  • Aircraft carriers: are they national platforms to maximize national interest or just simply paper tigers to be little useful for states' development? To some states such as U.S., U.K, and France, aircraft carriers functioned as national assets which is indispensable to their interest. By contrast, Thailand's aircraft carrier was a dead platform which is useless to its national interest and India's ones were little used on the mission field. What is the mechanism leading to this difference? The key is whether states make aircraft carriers connected to overall national evolution when it comes to establishing military strategy and planning a long-term force structure. Put it another way, conditions to acquire them need to be analyzed regarding two variables-national status(prestige and economic power) and threat(mission)-for the future as well as in the present. The former acquired carriers under the condition of making them becoming national platforms which is balanced with their overall development. However, the latter simply bought them without carefully taking account of economic obstacles, e.g., the poverty rate, when it comes to force planning. At the same time, we should not neglect to identify that states of the former cases might have a hard time in maximizing their key interests if they did not have carriers. Accordingly, conditions on carriers' acquisition need to be carefully examined and a typological theory suggested here could shed light on this process. This theory shows that South Korea's status is eligible to have a necessary and sufficient condition to acquire carriers.

  • Purpose: This paper deals with establishing Korean national standardization policy through a comparative trend analysis of national standardization strategies and each nation's policy environment. It first investigates the standardization strategies including Korea, the United States, Japan and Germany which is currently leading the 4th Industrial Revolution. Methods: This study compares and analyzes national standardization policies that synthesize the determinants of national standard activities using the STEEP, PEST analysis used for policy environment analysis, and National Standardization Model Canvas(N-STD Model Canvas) applying business model canvas. Results: This study confirms the reasoning and operating system of establishing national standard strategy reflecting the social, economic and political situation and the direction of national standard strategy. Conclusion: Based on the results, this study summarized the policy decision factors necessary for establishing the national standard policy and suggested the management plan in the midpoint of view.

Instructional Effect of Cooperative Learning in Problem Solving Strategy (문제 해결 전략에서 협동학습의 효과)

  • The effect of cooperative learning in a heuristic approach (four stage-problem solving strategy) that also emphasized molecular level representation was studied. Three high school classes (N=130) were randomly assigned to St group (using strategy individually), St-Co group (using strategy in cooperative group), and control group. After instruction, students' multiple-choice problem solving ability, strategy performing ability, and the perception of involvement were compared. Students' preferred instruction type was also examined. Although multiple-choice problem solving ability were not different significantly, a significant interaction between the treatment and the previous achievement level was found in strategy performing ability. Analysis of simple effects indicated that the medium-level students in the St group performed better than those in the St-Co group. In the perception questionnaire of involvement. however, the scores of the St group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The instruction type that students most preferred was also St-Co.
