What enabled Armany to grow into a world fashion designer is based on two factors : postmodernism of the new spirit of the times and the fashion industry of Italy, his mother country. That is, his capability to connect the spirit of the times with his works and use local advantage for his works led him to be a maestro of fashion circles. Founding on his outstanding ability, he established his own world of unique design, where his philosophy of design remained. This philosophy was a distinctive character from other designers. Since he was founded on this philosophy, his own features that other designers can't imitate are dissolved in his designs. Armany is very suggestive to our design circles which look for globalization of fashion. A fashion designer should look straight at the fact that the final aim of fashion is to satisfy customers who buy it. In addition, he should recognize that understanding customers' demands and developing products with his fashion style in accordance with them are the way to success and study new things continually by setting up the direction of the future based on the recognition. It is essential to cultivate sensitivity to create a new beauty from a basis just like Armany expresses modern women's image by harmonizing rationality and functionality, the existing male features, with female pliability adequately. As well, the analyses of design made by Armany are thought to be helpful in reestablishing fashion design education so that unique design styles may be maintained and future-oriented international fashion products may be produced.
Objectives: This study was conducted to examine the relationship between crude oil exposure and physical symptoms among residents participating in clean-up work associated with the Hebei Spirit oil spill, 2007 in Korea. Methods: A total of 288 residents responded to a questionnaire regarding subjective physical symptoms, sociodemographic characteristics and clean-up activities that occurred between two and eight weeks after the accident. Additionally, the urine of 154 of the respondents was analyzed for metabolites of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and heavy metals. To compare the urinary levels of exposure biomarkers, the urine of 39 inland residents who were not directly exposed to the oil spill were analyzed. Results: Residents exposed to oil remnants through clean-up work showed associations between physical symptoms and the exposure levels defined in various ways, including days of work, degree of skin contamination, and levels of some urinary exposure biomarkers of VOCs, metabolites and metals, although no major abnormalities in urinary exposure biomarkers were observed. Conclusions: This study provides evidence of a relationship between crude oil exposure and acute human health effects and suggests the need for follow-up to evaluate the exposure status and long-term health effects of clean-up participants.
This article deals with five main theories about the origin of Yeonwahdae(蓮花臺), a Korean court dance(jeongjae; 呈才) and its transmission process through the age from Chinese Dang(唐) and Song(宋) to Goryo(高麗) and Joseon(朝鮮) in Korea. As a result, it was found that there was a significant difference between Chinese Chaj-u(?枝舞) dance and Korean Yeonwahdae, and furthermore there was an enormous change as it came to Joseon period in the number of performer, costume and music. Therefore, it is seriously necessary to select, restore the main version of Yeonwahdae in each period, and to make an effort to create new version of Yeonwahdae that reflects the spirit and taste of our time. Besides, it is important to inherit the inner spirit of Yeonwahdae as well as its outer appearance. Shortly, the main purpose of Yeonwahdae performance at present should be to reflect the most important, urgent issues of our time thereby to pray the welfare and prosperity of our country.
The purpose of this study is to determine social values of self-support enterprises, known as the origin of social economy by using a qualitative research method. Main themes representing social values of self-support enterprises were developed through four sessions of FGI and thematic analysis. First, self-support enterprises embody the value of 'social safety net' by providing workfare for disadvantaged people as well as by operating market-oriented business. Additionally, 'communal spirit', for which self-support enterprises strive, is social value that enables the entirety of self-support enterprises and participants to fulfill non-profit values, reciprocity, and sharing. Lastly, ontological, diachronic, and ecological 'sustainability' of self-support enterprises is a foundational element which creates continuous positive impact on our society. Findings of this study are significant to provide theoretical and empirical evidence for preservation and development of the social economy ecosystem. Based on this, further researches on comprehensive social economy are suggested.

Purpose: This study aimed to understand the keywords and major topics of the educational goals and objectives of nursing educational institutions in South Korea. Methods: From May 10 to May 20, 2022, the educational goals and objectives of all 201 nursing educational institutions in South Korea were collected. Using the NetMiner program, degree and degree centrality, semantic structure, and topic modeling were analyzed. Results: The top keywords and semantic structures of educational goals included 'respect for human (life)-spirit-science-based on, global-competency-professional nurse-nursing personnel-training, professional-science-knowledge-skills, and patients-therapeutic care-relationship.' The educational goals' major topics were clients well-being based on science and respect for human life, a practicing nurse with capabilities and spirit, fostering a nursing personnel with creativity and professionalism, and training of global nurses. The top keywords and semantic structures of the educational objectives included 'holistic care-nursing-research-action-capability, critical thinking-health-problem solving-capability, and efficiency-communication-collaboration-capability.' The educational objectives' major topics were 'nursing professionalism, communication and problem-solving capability; a change of healthcare environments and a progress of nursing practices; fostering professional nurses with creativity and global capability; and clients' health and nursing practice.' Conclusion: Educational goals in nursing presented specific nursing values and concepts, such as respect for human life, therapeutic care relationships, and the promotion of well-being. Educational objectives in nursing presented the competencies of nurses as defined by the Korean Accreditation Board of Nursing Education (KABONE). Recently, the KABONE announced new program outcomes and competencies, which will require the revision of educational goals. To achieve those educational objectives, it is suggested that the expected level of competencies be clearly defined for nursing graduates.
Objectives: To review studies on HonBeck (魂魄) in Traditional Chinese Medicine and clearly understand the psychological theory in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: We reviewed studies published in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) up to 2016. Keyword was "魂魄". We found 103 articles about HonBeck (魂魄). Among them, articles describing the spirit of souls and ghost not related to TCM were excluded. We only included papers related to TCM, including those that performed comparative study on Honbeck (魂魄) between the Canon of Internal and recent studies published. Specialty publications on Honbeck (魂魄) within oriental medicine were also included. Results: Many advanced opinions on concepts of Honbeck(魂魄) between Ohsin (五神) and Ohji (五 志) were obtained. Conclusions: Ohsin (五神) is useful to explain human's whole psychologic activity and process of human memory. Hon (魂) can be described as personality in mental activity. Beck (魄) can be described as sensory and perception in mind.
In order to prepare liqueur of Acanthopanax koreanum, changes in major constituents by soaking below 0.5 cm size dried sample 700 g in 10 l of $15{\sim}95%$ spirit solution for 70 days were investigated. Color b was increased according to lower ethanol concentration and longer soaking periods. Extract was increased gradually with soaking periods, and the content was $0.6{\sim}0.7%$ (w/v) with stem, $1.0{\sim}1.5%$ (w/v) with root. Eleutheroside B and E were extracted rapidly within 20 days of soaking, moreover were increased according to ethanol concentration within 15% to 70%. Acantoic acid was extracted rapidly $2.8{\sim}22.6\;{\mu}g/ml$ with stem, and $560{\sim}1,700\;{\mu}g/ml$ with root within 5 to 10 days. For preparation of liqueur of Acanthopanax koreanum, it is necessary to soak more portion of dried root with $60{\sim}80%$ ethanol concentration for $30{\sim}50$ days, and then to blend after aging for 13 weeks.
The present study was conducted with aim for establishing the framework of integrated veteran policy for unified Korea through the analysis of the North Korea's veteran policy. For the purpose, this study reviewed the legal system and implementation process concerning the North Korea's veteran policy and analyzed the establishment of fundamental framework of unification and the implications from the North Korea's veteran policy for unified Korea. The review of the North Korea's veteran policy covered the beginning of the North Korea's veteran policy to the present. Based on the findings of the review, this study revealed the necessity of re-establishing the principle of veteran policy in preparation for unification and proposed a plan for unified veteran policy. The results from this study are expected to be a meaningful milestone to unified veteran policy after unification. It is reasonably expected that there will remain considerable differences and conflicting factors, which could block the path to national integration, between two countries and their peoples after unification. Therefore, it is more important to make a thorough preparation and form social consensus than any other. In this respect, national policy for veterans should go back to basics and be reviewed to be ready for unification. Although different in time, the North Korea's veteran policy was and is the base of the nation's system and source engine for development every period. Re-designing the principle of veteran policy should reflect both symbols of the unified nation and the national identity, but also of socially integrated spirit. Therefore, it must include the spirit of patriotism and awareness of national security. Furthermore, as for the integration of veteran policies for unification, it is especially important for two countries to possess and share common historical consciousness. The unified veteran policy should be integrated on this base.
Living spaces are the results of social environment and also the reflection of the viewpoints by their residents toward human culture and society. Therefore, in studying living spaces, the true essence of the spaces could be easily distorted when cultural and symbolic motives and values are disregarded and only their apparent characteristics are looked into. Hence, it's necessary to simultaneously understand both physical dwelling spaces from architecture's view points and social ideas, simultaneously, of people who form and interact with the spaces. Hence, this paper tries to study housing religion which is one of shamanistic religions which, in turn, have been the fundamental element of ancient religions and came into existence on the basis of dwelling spaces. This study presumes that house religion may have been permeated with its creators' ideas about living and those ideas could be one of those factors which plays a role in organizing of dwelling spaces. As such, with these prior analyses, this thesis attempts to understand the meaning of various dwelling spaces via the characteristics and functionalities of various house spirits which are mentioned in a local house religion and also will find out spatial harmony of Korean traditional living spaces by way of corelations among living spaces, people, and personalized house spirits. Almost all traditional Korean houses have assigned a house spirit to their individual dwelling space. This means a traditional house was considered as a scared space in a secular world called human society and the space was actually intended to protect sacredness of dwelling places from earthliness outside. So when the hierarchy of house spirits in housing religion is projected to a Korean traditional house, it can be shown that a dwelling house as a building was personified to a respectable human status. In other words, it can be concluded that each space was synonymous with a dwelling place for each house spirit and was considered a sacred godly place. In a nutshell, not only each space in a Korean traditional house was a physical and functional space, but also it formed a scared spatial place along with the concept of house spirits intending to ward off disasters and enjoy a comfortable life through those religious symbols and meanings. Housing shamanistic religion which has long been existing with residents and their lives is seeped with the viewpoints of the residents toward life, and hence understanding the meanings and organization of Korean traditional housing can reveal commonly practiced principles of spatial organization of the traditional houses. Therefore an analysis of Korean traditional housing on the basis of humanistic social ideas will help learn Korea's traditional houses which need to be understood in various methods.

Change in fish species composition after the Hebei Spirit oil spill in December 2007 off Taean were determined by analysis of samples collected in Mailpo beach, 10 km south from the oil spill site and polluted by the crude oil. Fish samples were collected by a beach seine in the shallow water at Malipo beach during the low tide of the new moon from February 2008 to December 2009. Five seine hauls were made during the day and the night in each sampling time. Monthly day and night samples did not show the significant differences in species composition. A total of 21 species, 1,032 individuals and 6,544 g of fish were collected in 2008, and 31 species, 4,206 individuals and 35,659 g of fish in 2009. The species collected were composed of the small-sized fish or juveniles. Abundant fishes were the resident species in coastal water, and the migrants were low in abundance. Among the fish occurred, Chelon haematochelius, Sebastes schlegelii, Takifugu niphobles and Pleuronectes yokohamae were predominated in abundance of both years. Monthly fish abundance and species diversity in 2008 were significantly lower than those in 2009. A few number of resident fish were collected from February to June 2008 showing the lowest in May 2008, and fish abundance increased from July 2008. The number of species and abundance of fish in 2009 were increased in spring as the temperature raised, showed a peak in summer and decreased in autumn. This monthly variation in fish species composition and abundance was similar to those in the non-polluted water in other temperate waters. Low fish abundance during several months after oil spill was considered to be related to the residual oil in the water and habitat disturbance due to oil cleaning activity in the beach. Monthly fish species compositions after September 2008 were similar to those of 2009 suggested that the impact on the shallow water fish by the oil residuals was not too significant at least to the fish species composition after September 2008.
