본 연구는 최근 어려운 경영환경 속에서 건설기업이 앞으로 나아갈 관리회계시스템 목표모델을 구축하는데 도움이 되고자 한다. 연구방법은 건설 산업의 전반을 살펴보고 관리회계에서 사용되는 기법을 융복합하여 기본적인 개념을 제시하고자 하였다. 건설 기업 중 관리회계시스템을 도입하여 운영 중인 기업도 있으나 자금의 여력이 충분한 대기업 위주이며, 대기업 역시 관리회계시스템의 도입 후 그 절차와 내용에 대해 여러 가지 문제점은 여전히 존재하고 있다. 이러한 건설 기업 관리회계시스템의 성공적인 구축을 위해서는 책임회계제도, 목표이익, 목표원가, 성과평가의 핵심적인 관리회계 기법이 반드시 필요하고, 이를 지원하기 위한 최고경영자의 확고한 의지와 지속성, 현장과 본사직원의 적극적인 의사소통, 목표모델을 지원하기 위한 조직 및 제도, 표준화가 필요하다. 향후 본 연구를 토대로 델파이 기법이나 AHP를 통한 사례연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

One of the benefits of the internet-assisted instruction is that it can improve L2 Learners' motivation to express themselves in English. The purpose of this paper is to investigate an effective approach to British-American fiction learning in Korean universities, which can emphasize communicative strategies drawing on video-conferencing system, a chat system(CUSeeMe), and an e-mail system. Students are passive participants who cannot assert their creativity in the traditional teaching method of British-American fiction, which mainly relies upon reading and translation far from literature lessons. In CCDL(Cross-cultural distance learning) class, students can play active roles in asserting their own ideas and assuming considerable responsibility for making a presentation in English. A professor can play a role as a coordinator in supporting the students' activities and in winding up the class. The main significance of this article lies in providing a paradigm for CCDL class beyond the limitation of the traditional teaching method of British-American fiction in Korea and futhermore in exploring the eclectic integration of the traditional one and CCDL.

본 논문에서는 양식어장을 보호하기 위한 어장 탐지 시스템의 개발에 대해 논의한다. 어장탐지시스템(FDS)은 어장에 침입하는 도적선박을 실시간으로 식별하고 어장의 위치변동 둥을 파악하는 기능을 갖는다. 본 연구에서는 어장에 접근하는 물체탐지 및 적아식별을 위해 저가이면서 대역의 레이더 응답기능을 갖는 어장작업선용 AIS(F-AIS)를 개발하여 소형어선 등의 식별기능에 이용하고자 한다.

Quaternary prevention should be implemented to minimize harm to patients because the ultimate goal of medicine is to prevent disease and promote health. Primary care physicians have a major responsibility in quaternary prevention, and the establishment of clinical epidemiology as a distinct field of study would create a role charged with minimizing patient harm arising from over-medicalization.

The purpose of this study is to develop a dynamic DSS (Decision Support System) interfaced with GIS (Geographic Information System) and agriculture information network, In this study, DSS was developed to assist services which required tremendous and real time data in national scale. The data transmitte'd from the local area by the agriculture network were stored in DBMS (Data Base Management System) and analyzed by GIS. GIS and database tools used in this study were ARC/INFO 7.1.1 and INFORMIX 4.0. ACSAS (Agriculture Calamity Service Asist System) by the system prototype was constructed to solve the problem about the drought counterplan service which was to take the responsibility in the Ministry of Agriculture. It was easy to transfer, process, and analyze the information using the system. Specially, the meteological, the reservoir storage rate and the drought counterplan information were spatially analyzed by the functions of GIS.

Organizations worldwide have implemented quality management system, ISO 9001:2000 and environmental management system, ISO 14001:2004. Researches have been conducted regarding occupational health and safety management system, integration of these management systems, and extension to corporate social responsibility and sustain ability management system, ISO 26000. This paper examines quality and environment management systems for machinery and metal companies using audit results. We perform statistical tests to see if there are any significant differences of minor nonconformities for requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 based on implementation motive, operating periods, and organization's size. We also present causes and reasons for statistical differences and minor nonconformities to use as references for implementing efficiently quality management system and environment management system.

Maximum utilization of unused license spectrum is one of key factor in cognitive radio network which can handle the large number of systems and devices connected on smart grid AMI network. The central intelligence control system has responsibility to accept new technologies and users for automation. To ensure a reliable communication in smart grid system through cognitive network, a minimum mean square error (MSE) signal using unused licensed spectrum (or frequency) is necessary to be detected with small decision error. In this paper, we introduce a user control wireless smart grid system with minimum MSE using LMS algorithm.

탈추격형 혁신체제가 강조됨에 따라 국가연구개발사업은 기술역량 향상에 초점을 맞춰온 기존의 방식과 달리 문제해결 실용화 사회적 영향을 모두 아우른 통합적 접근을 필요로 한다. 이러한 상황에서는 R&D예산의 효과적 효율적 집행과 성과관리가 중요한 과제이나, 기존의 성과평가제도는 획일적 평가, 양적지표 위주 등으로 인해 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점에 대응하기 위해 우리나라의 국가연구개발사업 성과평가의 진화과정을 조사 분석 평가 체제와 1,2차 성과평가기본계획 체제 세 시기로 나누어 제반 법 제도, 평가체제 및 내용, 평가의 활용 등의 요소를 비교분석하였다. 성과평가제도는 조사 분석 평가에서 1차 기본계획, 2차 기본계획으로 이행되면서 R&D자원 투입에 따른 양적 성과관리 위주에서 연구사업의 다각적 측면을 평가하기 위한 수단으로 진화하였다. 그 과정에서 평가인프라, 표준성과지표 등 평가체계의 고도화 실효성을 제고하기 위한 제도적 장치가 다수 마련되었다. 1차 기본계획에서는 과학기술행정체계의 잦은 개편이 성과평가 진화의 일관성에 영향을 미쳤으나, 2차 기본계획 이후 체계가 안정화되면서 성과평가제도는 우리나라 혁신시스템 전환을 뒷받침할 수 있는 방향으로 개선되고 있다.

Subcontractors have an increased risk of accidents compared to large contractors. Subcontractors' safety management system is in close association with workers in construction sites. Contractors should strengthen subcontractors' roll and responsibility and provide continual support to prevent an accident. And also these supporting system should be provided to subcontractors' headquarters as well as construction site. Contractors' priority management for subcontractors safety should be transferred from the post management for disciplinary action to the preventive management to improve subcontractors participation and safety performance. Subcontractors can not establish the safety management system with just a one time supporting only. Contractors support and monitoring should be provided to subcontractors regularly and continuously to establish their self safety management system. The subcontractors safety management system improvement program(SSMSIP) suggested in this study will be a effective supporting system for subcontractors to establish and improve their safety management system. If we carry out the objective and quantitative evaluations and supporting system such as SSMSIP and provide the consequential incentive program to subcontractors, it can contribute to the accident reduction.

디지털 시대의 국가도서관은 자국의 모든 오프라인 및 온라인 출판물을 수집ㆍ보존해야 하며, 그 책무와 기능을 보증하는 법적 장치가 납본제도이다. 그러나 한국의 현행 납본제도는 인쇄자료에 기반한데다가 부실하며, 특히 전자출판물을 수용하는데 한계가 있어 그 개선방안의 마련이 시급한 실정이다. 한국의 지적 및 문화적 유산이 부실한 납본제도로 인하여 체계적으로 수집ㆍ보존되지 못한다면 국가적 비극이 아닐 수 없다. 이에 본 연구는 납본시스템의 법령체계와 구성내용(용어, 납본주체, 피납본기관, 대상자료, 부수와 시기, 보상과 제재, 매체변형과 접근권 등)을 중심으로 개선모형(안)을 제안하였다.
