The study examines the impact of international integration on Vietnam's rural and urban income inequalities using the regression model. The data used for this study is based on the results of the Vietnam Household Living Standards survey from 2008 to 2016 of the General Statistics Office. These surveys conducted nationwide with a sample size of 46,995 households in 3,133 communes/wards which were representative at national, regional, urban, rural and provincial levels. The level of international economic integration used in the study is the proportion of import and export turnover of GDP, the proportion of FDI and GDP by province. Due to the heterogeneity and unobservableness of the single observant in the data set, we selected the models of random and fixed effects. The research results show that during the economic integration process, the Export/GDP factor is negatively related to income inequality. The remaining factors (GDP per capita, FDI/GDP, Educational level of households, Percentage of internet users, Aggregation of foreign cash inflow and GDP of the province) are all positively related to income inequality. The findings help assess the impact of international integration on rural-urban income inequality, but also provides a concrete basis to help policymakers address income inequality in the integration process.

The article reveals and theoretically substantiates the trends of foreign language teachers' professional training in universities of Ukraine in terms of European integration, which are systematized in three areas: macro-level (system of education), meso-level (universities) and micro-level (subjects of educational process). The article aims to substantiate the trends of foreign language teacher training in the context of European integration and the main directions of creative use of constructive ideas of European experience in the innovative development of education. The article lights up the system for improving foreign language teacher training in universities, which is based on updated goals, content and approaches to the implementation of basic concepts, principles and features of teacher training in European experience, enable us to improve the quality of teacher training, its competitiveness in the European labor market. In the article developed the conceptual model of strategic development of the university in the conditions of European integration. It is emphasized that information technologies provide great opportunities for the development of professional skills and intellectual potential of future professionals. At present, the computerization of the educational process in higher education institutions is considered as one of the first and most promising areas for improving the quality of education. The article offered directions of internationalization of educational activity of university in the conditions of European integration. Diagnostic tools for the development of the university in terms of integration into the European educational space, individual rating and ranking of structural units of the university have been developed; main directions of activity of the laboratory of the skill of the teacher of higher school and methodical recommendations on the creation and the organization of work of scientific laboratories.

Assuming that we introduced integration of medical insurance society for self-employed, this study was conducted to examine effects and results after the integration and to research more effective method for integration. To assess effects and results of the finacial status of 266 insurance societies after intergration, the data were obtained from "The Medical Insurance Program for Self-Employeds Statistical Yearbook in 1992". The major finding are as follows : 1. Three alternative integration proposals were made. First alternative proposal was consisted of 232 medical insurance societies, second was 187, and third was 115. 2. As the results of average number of the insured per insurance societies of medical insurance program for self-employed every alternative proposal, first was 88, 119 persons, second was 108, 576, and third was 178, 967 from 76, 576 persons of present socienties. 3. It was true that the more average size of societies increased, the more average administration expenditure per 1, 000 insured reduced. 4. The average size of societies grew bigger, the rate of general expenditure to general revenue more improved. Also, the rate of benefits to contributions was changed for better. But if not to have had correct analysis and precise preparation for integration, effects and results of integration were always not optiized. 5. According to results of simple regression formulas, it was proved that the more the average size of societies was increased, the more result was advantaged. 6. The law of majority and the economy of scale were applied in this study, and it was necessary to analyze and assess effectiveness and efficiency of integration. Therefore, when the integration of medical insurance societies for self-employeds will be performed, it must be taken into consideration. Among three alternative proposals, third was showed more effective alternative than anothe, second was presented more ineffective result than present system. To achieve more effective and efficient integration of regional medical insurance societies throughout the result of the regression formula on present cost curve, it is necessary to operate well-integrated societies and to know appropriative countermeasures of present situation of each societies. Also, for integrating regional medical insurance societies, it is necessary to continue more deep research through practical model activity and to investigate the effective size and managed method of the societies.societies.

The work is devoted to the problem of modernization of the higher education system of Ukraine through the integration of higher education institutions into the European Higher Education Area. Based on the analysis of statistical data, a conclusion was made about the collapse of the higher education system of Ukraine due to a number of problems, which negatively affects the formation of human capital. The importance of international cooperation with the EU in the field of education for the modernization of higher education is substantiated. The institutional principles of formation are investigated, the main priorities of its development at the present stage are determined. The legal bases of European integration of higher education in Ukraine are analyzed. An analysis of the development of international cooperation of Ukrainian universities and their participation in European educational programs. There is a positive tendency to increase the activity of Ukrainian universities in international cooperation, which increases their position in international rankings. Weaknesses of integration processes are revealed and directions of improvement of higher education are offered.

The article identifies areas for effective management of innovative development. The competitiveness of the economy in the context of European integration and economic security is assessed. The level of innovative economy of some countries of the world is analyzed. The issue of attracting foreign investors to stimulate innovative production in Ukraine is raised. It is identified the need for the formation of an updated state policy capable of providing innovative development and improving the competitive position of the state in international rankings. Emphasis is placed on the need to form a critical mass of managers-civil servants capable of developing, implementing and monitoring the policy of innovative development of entrepreneurship.

In order to improve the performance of a GPS/DR integration system, the error sources of DR sensors should be modeled accurately, This results in the increases in the dimension of the integration filter and, consequently, computational load becomes large. To reduce the computational load, suggested in this paper is a decoupled GPS/DR integration scheme that consists of two cascaded Kalman filters. The GPS velocity output is used in the first filter to calibrate the DR sensor and to fix the velocity as well. The velocity from the first filter is fed to the second filter where the position is corrected using the GPS position output. Experimental results show that the proposed integration scheme has positioning performance comparable to the conventional coupled one, while its computation is reduced to about 2/3.

Three structure-dependent integration methods with no numerical dissipation have been successfully developed for time integration. Although these three integration methods generally have the same numerical properties, such as unconditional stability, second-order accuracy, explicit formulation, no overshoot and no numerical damping, there still exist some different numerical properties. It is found that TLM can only have unconditional stability for linear elastic and stiffness softening systems for zero viscous damping while for nonzero viscous damping it only has unconditional stability for linear elastic systems. Whereas, both CEM and CRM can have unconditional stability for linear elastic and stiffness softening systems for both zero and nonzero viscous damping. However, the most significantly different property among the three integration methods is a weak instability. In fact, both CRM and TLM have a weak instability, which will lead to an adverse overshoot or even a numerical instability in the high frequency responses to nonzero initial conditions. Whereas, CEM possesses no such an adverse weak instability. As a result, the performance of CEM is much better than for CRM and TLM. Notice that a weak instability property of CRM and TLM might severely limit its practical applications.

In this paper, we propose the effects of programming-based TPACK educational program on the pre-service teacher's self-efficacy beliefs for technology integration. For this study, pre-service teachers who received programming education and TPACK education based on ICT were set as control group and pre-service teachers who received programming-based TPACK education as experimental group. In order to observe the change, the pre-service teachers conducted the test tool to measure the self-efficacy beliefs for technology integration before and after applying the educational program. As a result of the study, only the pre-service teachers who received the programming-based TPACK education showed significant improvement in the self-efficacy beliefs for technology integration. Furthermore, in the post-test, the experimental group showed a significantly higher difference than the control group. Through this study, it was concluded that programming-based TPACK educational program is effective in enhancing pre-service teacher's self-efficacy beliefs for technology integration.

This paper analyzed the integration cases of the social insurance systems of Germany, Sweden and United Kingdom. On the basis of the two dimensions - institutional and organizational integration, this study reviewed the historical processes of the social insurance integration of the three countries. In Germany, the institutions and the organizations are divided still now and the sickness insurance funds take charge of the entitlement and collection services. In Sweden, the social insurance system is divided by institutions but the organizations were united. the Inland Revenue has charge of the entitlement and collection. In UK, the institutions and the organizations were united and the entitlement and collection services is assigned to the Inland Revenue. Regarding these historical processes of the social insurance integration of developed countries, this paper evaluated the transfer of the collection service to the National Health Insurance Corporation in Korea, which was enforced in 2011.

This paper proposes and implements a mobile service and web service integration for utilizing public bicycle sharing system NUBIJA. The NUBIJA system is operated by Changwon City, GyeongNam since 2008 and maintains 247 unattended bicycle sharing terminal on the city. Average users per day of the NUBIJA are more than 8,000 and many users want to get more services from their mobile phones. We implemented realtime mobile bicycle rental and return information service. The informations are acquired from each terminal kiosks and we integrated the information and location based services(LBS) on iOS and Android platform. In this paper, we described an integration services between web and mobile application and shows graphical user interface for highly customized on mobile platforms.
