본 연구는 개별 상업용 건물들을 중심으로 주변지역에 위치한 상업용 건물들과 주거지 개발패턴이 해당 건물가격에 미치는 영향을 고찰함으로써 물리적 도시공간구조가 부동산시장, 특히 상업용 부동산시장에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 GIS 소프트웨어를 이용하여 용도간 근접성을 체크하였다. 연구 결과, 용도혼합이 오프스 건물가격에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 뉴 어버니즘에서 강조하는 복합용도개발을 통해 지속가능한 커뮤니티를 만들 수 있다는 가능성을 확인하였다. GIS기술을 이용하여 기존 연구들이 경제사회변수와 같은 대리변수를 사용했던 한계를 극복하고, 공간구조를 보다 정밀하게 측정할 수 있었다. 또한 토지이용에 따른 2차원분석이 아니라, 각 건물의 높이를 계산하여 3차원 분석을 함으로써 공간의 이용과 함께 밀도까지 고려한 방법론을 사용한 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 대구문화콘텐츠산업 클러스터를 대상으로 가치사슬 변화가 지역경제에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이에 대한 정책대안을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 가치사슬의 부가가치 창출구조의 변화와 가치사슬의 변화에 영향을 미치는 제도적 환경과 혁신 주체들의 네트워크 변화를 분석하였다. 그 결과 대구문화콘텐츠산업 클러스터의 가치사슬은 직간접적 부가가치 창출 활동의 범위가 확대되었고 지역 내 혁신주체들과의 네트워크도 증가하였다. 이러한 가치사슬의 변화는 지역경제에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 평가된다. 그러나 지역 문화콘텐츠 산업클러스터가 지속적인 경쟁력을 갖기 위해서는 기업의 역량 강화뿐만 아니라 문화콘텐츠산업을 둘러싼 제도적 문화적 환경의 창출과 혁신주체들 간의 트리플 힐릭스체제의 강화가 요구된다.

도시화 현상과 소득분배 문제는 세계적 관심사이며, 소득불평등에 도시화가 미치는 영향에 대한 연구들의 결과는 분석 국가와 기간마다 상이하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 2000-2021년 기간의 지역 데이터를 사용하여 우리나라 소득불평등에 도시화가 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 특히 지니계수에 시차 자기상관과 공간의존성 및 공통요인 효과가 존재함을 확인하고, 이를 고려한 동적공간패널회귀모형을 통해 분석하였다. 추정 결과, 지역의 도시화는 소득불평등 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 소득분배 문제의 개선을 위해 지역별 도시화를 지속적으로 추진할 필요가 있으며, 이미 도시화율이 높은 지역은 저숙련 노동자의 교육훈련 기회 확대로 임금격차를 줄임으로써 소득불평등을 감소시켜야 하며, 도시화 종착 단계에서 발생할 수 있는 역도시화 현상을 방지하기 위한 방안을 마련해야 한다.

Information technology has been transforming the relationship between shippers and carriers, but an unresolved question remains: what is the relative importance to shippers of service versus cost benefits of e-logistics solutions? This research develops and empirically tests a model to determine how Internet-based logistical operations in international shipping impact on the relative importance of cost versus service benefits to shippers. Contrary to expectations, results show that shippers perceived cost benefits from well-designed web sites, undoubtedly a consequence of perceptions that multi-function portals with ease of access contributed to savings in time and money. Another result was the confirmation of the positive effects of cargo tracing and bill of lading issuance on service-related factors. Finally, this study draws attention to the need for improvements in on-line booking capabilities and development of a comprehensive common portal; issues that must be addressed for shipping lines to succeed in an increasingly competitive e-logistics market.

Mechanical, physical and petrographic properties of seventeen marble specimens collected from ten marble mines in Korea were investigated. Studied marbles were mainly composed of calcite, dolomite, and various amounts of serpentine, tremolite, olivine, quartz and opaque minerals. Complete and sutured textures were dominant. Compressive strength measured normal to the bedding plane is larger almost two times than that measured parallel to the bedding plane. From the results of Shore hardness test on marbles, water content was an important factor to decrease Shore hardness values. Engineering geological properties, especially, compressive strength, Young's modulus, wear resistance and water absorption could be controlled by the presence of quartz, and the type of marble texture. Water absorption-porosity, compressive strength-Young's modulus, and impact strength index-Los Angeles abrasion couples show good correlation. According to the comparative utility as commercial stone, it could be concluded that marbles from the Banglim mine, Songbo mine, Kwangdeok mine and Bongjeong mine were superior to that of other studied marbles.

광역경제권 선도산업은 지역 간 협력 및 연계를 통해 산업 경쟁력을 높이는 것을 정책 목표로 하고 있어 R&D 경제적 파급효과에 대한 권역별 분석이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 충청광역경제권 선도산업 중 'New IT' 분야 '차세대무선통신 단말기 부품소재 글로벌 경재력 강화' 프로젝트에 대한 경제적 파급효과를 한국은행에서 발간한 지역산업연관표를 활용하여 분석하였다.

스마트그리드의 개념이 확장되면서 다양한 산업과 융합되어 확산되어가고 있는 상황에서 스마트그리드의 가능성 및 가치를 검증하고 평가할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 스마트그리드가 융합되어 확산될 수 있는 산업분야를 조망하고 이를 토대로 스마트그리드 산업의 경제적 파급효과를 도출하고자 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 스마트그리드산업의 확산방향을 파악하기 위하여 참여사업자(players)의 진화 전략과 파생될 수 있는 신사업을 중심으로 살펴보았으며, 이를 통해 에너지, 건설, 가전, 자동차산업이 융합산업으로 선정되었다. 선정된 산업분야와 추정한 국내 전망치를 적용하고 산업연관표를 활용하여 유발계수를 도출한 후, 경제적 파급효과를 추정하였다. 그 결과, 2010-2020년까지의 총생산유발액은 약 77조 원, 총부가가치유발액은 약 24조 원, 총고용유발인원은 약 31만 명에 이를 것으로 전망되었다.

관광 동기나 관광만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 주로 분석한 기존 연구들과 달리 본 연구는 방한 중국인 관광객 수에 영향을 미치는 정치적, 경제적, 문화적 요인을 분석하였으며 특히 정치적 요인을 관심변수로 살펴보았다. 실증분석 결과 중국의 정권, 양국 간 회의나 회담 횟수, 양국 정상 간 전화통화 횟수, 한중 FTA(경제적 요인이기도 함)의 발효 등 정치적 요인이 방한 중국인 관광객 수에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 경제와 관련된 정치적 우호성(FTA 발효)은 정치적 분야에서만 우호적인 분위기를 형성하는 요소들보다 더 가시적으로 방한 중국인 관광객에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 정치적 요인과 더불어 한중 FTA와 같은 경제적 요인, 그리고 한국화장품으로 대변되는 한류와 같은 문화적 요인도 방한 중국인 관광객 수에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The main purpose of this study was to identify the impact of neighborhood settings on peer risks experienced by delinquent adolescents. A convenience sample of 1,086 youth who came to the attention of four county juvenile courts was used for the present study. The peer risk levels were measured through use of version 1.0 of the Global Risk Assessment Device (GRAD); in addition, neighborhood information obtained from the National Census was utilized. The results of the HLM demonstrated that there were significant between-neighborhood variations in peer risks and the neighborhood economic disadvantage variable was associated with peer risks after controlling for the variables of individual characteristics. The findings of this study add to the literature on juvenile delinquency by providing empirical support for the proposed model that illustrates the significant relationship between a neighborhood setting indicator and peer risks experienced by delinquent adolescents when practicing treatment or intervention programs with delinquent adolescents.

With the advent of a recent knowledge-based society, interest in patents is steadily increasing. The patent is an important indicator that can capture the level of R&D investment and technology development. In an era of deepening new protectionism and the pandemic of COVID-19, patents play an important role in sustainable economic development and establishing a strong domestic industrial ecosystem. In this paper, we analyze the impact of patent applications on the corporate performance of the Korean manufacturing industry over the past 21 years from 1999 to 2019. We divide patents into overseas patents and domestic patents and analyze the respective effects on the entire manufacturing industry, ICT industries, and non-ICT industries. Major findings are summarized as follows. First, patents have a positive effect on both exports and sales of Korean manufacturing companies. Second, overseas patents have a greater impact on corporate performance than domestic patents. Third, Patents have a more positive effect on ICT industries than on non-ICT industries.
