The study deals with the problem of the formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills in information environment. The role of reflection as a mechanism of formation of a modern teacher's self-consciousness was cleared up. The technology of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills was characterized and tested. The main stages of the technology were: a motivational and cognitive stage, a problematic and practical stage, and a reflective and operational stage. The substantiated pedagogical conditions of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills were adhered. The criterial and evaluative characteristics of the formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills were worked out: components (reflection of personal conformity, reflection of the psychological and pedagogical barriers, reflection of professional growth); criteria (criterion of consistency, criterion of difficulty, criterion of potential); indicators (cognitive-evaluative, value-motivational, activity-creative). The levels of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills (insufficient level, acceptable level, and optimum level) were determined. The analysis of students' surveys showed the effectiveness and expediency of using the technology of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills in the process of professional training.

EDISON 웹 포털을 기준으로 경진대회 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 다양한 전문분야의 역할의 분담이 필요하다. 또한 사용자의 팀 구성, 평가 반영 결과의 가시화 등의 구체적인 서비스 분할과 사용자에게 부여된 권한에 따른 서비스 차별화가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 경진대회를 진행함에 있어 다양한 사용자의 권한에 기반하여 경진대회 서비스를 구축하였다. 또한 현재 서비스를 구축하고 경진대회를 진행하였으며, 그 결과 각 사용자의 권한에 따른 서비스를 분할하여 제공하였다.

Recently the information system introduction and the application which use the computer are increasing. The efficient operation of information system helps corporations to improve productivity, customer service and corporate competitive power. SaaS(Software as a Service), which is the developed type of outsourcing in the area of information technology, is to use standardized and packaged application by hosting from the outside of enterprise. SaaS is not developed yet as much as people's interest about that in the initial stage, but its related technology and service capacity are accumulated after repeated trial and error, and it's ready to activate the industry. In the area of information system, studies on the measurement of service quality were followed. But there is little study on service quality measurement in the field of SaaS(Software as a Service). The purpose of this study was to divides the SaaS with e-SERVQUAL and it consider the relationship with the perceived recognition and the usage intention. According to this, variables of traditional research were rejected because SaaS is not developed yet in Korea. But information had a strong effect on perceived recognition. Therefore, business related with in SaaS must have provided a correct information about various applications.

인터넷이라는 혁신적인 정보기술의 도래 이후, 정보 환경의 다이너미즘(dynamism)은 정보 이용자들의 니즈 및 행태에 있어서의 변화를 초래하였다. 이러한 급변하는 환경의 정보 이용자들에 대한 이해는 필수적이며, 이를 기초해서 정보서비스와 이를 위한 시스템을 효과적으로 구축하여 운영할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 과학기술정보서비스시스템 이용자의 세분화(segmentation)에 따른 특성을 이해하고 콘텐츠 이용실태 조사·분석을 통하여 맞춤형 서비스와 콘텐츠 개발에 대한 개선사항을 도출함에 있다. 총 816명의 과학기술정보서비스시스템 이용자들이, 지난 9월부터 11월까지, 온라인 설문조사에 참여하였다. 수집된 데이터는 요인 분석과 클러스터 분석 기법을 적용하여, 이용자를 세분화하고 새로운 정보기술과 정보서비스에 대한 인식, 과학기술정보 니즈, 그리고 이용자들이 중요하게 생각하는 과학기술 속성 등을, 세분화된 이용자그룹에 따른 결과를 도출하였다.

While science and technology information service portals and heterogeneous databases produced in Korea and other countries are integrated, methods of connecting the unique classification systems applied to each database have been studied. Results of technologists' research, such as, journal articles, patent specifications, and research reports, are organically related to each other. In this case, if the most basic and meaningful classification systems are not connected, it is difficult to achieve interoperability of the information and thus not easy to implement meaningful science technology information services through information convergence. This study aims to address the aforementioned issue by analyzing mapping systems between classification systems in order to design a structure to connect a variety of classification systems used in the academic information database of the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information, which provides science and technology information portal service. This study also aims to design a mapping system for the classification systems to be applied to actual science and technology information services and information management systems.

Knowledge, technology and information have special characteristics different from the ones of normal consumer products and services. Especially the value of such information varies according to external elements such as the provided environment, their method of utilization, and the level and purpose, etc. of the user. In this study, the indicators of information customer value are developed and measured to enhance customer-based values with efforts for making new customers and maintaining existing customers. The result is as follows: 14 customer value indicators were developed. Among the indicators, value gained versus effort, reduced time for research idea investigation and savings in time searching for equipment, and tools and materials got the highest score, which means that time-saving effects were the most important. The field study of this paper was conducted from information users in the field of national R&D, and thus future studies could be conducted in various industries in many countries to attain generalized results.

한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)가 제공하는 과학기술정보서비스는 일반적인 정보서비스와 유사하게 구축된 콘텐츠를 이용자가 쉽고 편리하게 검색하고 조회할 수 있도록 만들어진 서비스이다. NDSL은 KISTI의 핵심 과학기술정보서비스로서 약 1억 38백만건의 콘텐츠를 제공하고 있으며 2019년 1년간 약 93백만회의 페이지 뷰를 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 NDSL이 제공하고 있는 학술논문, 보고서, 특허 등의 과학기술정보가 웹 서비스(https://www.ndsl.kr)를 통해서 어떻게 검색되고 활용되는지와 입력된 검색 질의어 등을 분석을 통해 다양한 인사이트를 도출하였다. 콘텐츠 구축 현황, 콘텐츠 유형별 활용 현황과 활용 방식 등의 일반적인 통계 이외에도 월별/요일별/시간대별 콘텐츠의 이용 행태, 조회수 구간별 활용 콘텐츠의 유형, 콘텐츠 유형별 1회 검색 대비 조회 비율, 학술논문의 발행년도별 이용 현황 비교, 국내 학술논문의 활용과 KCI 영향력 지수와의 관계, 학술논문과 특허 활용에 대한 특징 등 콘텐츠 유형별 활용성에 대한 분석을 진행하였다. 또한 콘텐츠 유형별 검색 질의어의 구성 방식, 질의어의 단어수 분석, 검색 질의어와 시기성의 관계 등의 검색 질의어에 대하여 분석하였으며 NDSL에서는 한글 성명 검색이 많다는 특징도 발견할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 정보시스템 구축 관점에서의 NDSL 서비스 개선 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠 활용에 대한 행태 분석 결과를 이용자의 검색 결과에 동적으로 반영, 비로그인 이용자에 대한 식별을 통해 타겟팅 서비스가 가능하도록 시스템을 구축, 질의어 확장하는 등의 것을 NDSL 개선 사항으로 제안하고자 한다.

The trend of Next Generation Networks' (NGN) evolution is towards providing multiple and multimedia services to users through ubiquitous networks. The aim of IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) is to integrate mobile communication networks and computer networks. The IMS plays an important role in NGN services, which can be achieved by heterogeneous networks and different access technologies. IMS can be used to manage all service related issues such as Quality of Service (QoS), Charging, Access Control, User and Services Management. Nowadays, internet technology is changing with each passing day. New technologies yield new impact to IMS. In this paper, we perform a survey of IMS and discuss the different impacts of new technologies on IMS such as P2P, SCIM, Web Service and its security issues.

There is a growing interest in convergence. National R & D is also providing various policies and institutional support to promote convergence research. Convergence research, however, does not clearly specify its characteristics at the academic and government levels. This research proceeds with the process of collecting, refining, analyzing, modeling, verifying and visualizing national R & D data through the National Science and Technology Information Service (NTIS). The method is to derive the convergence research characteristics and to derive through text mining, focusing on the unstructured information of national R & D project data. The study confirmed that there was a difference in perception between the definition of converged research and the research site. In order to improve this, the research suggested that convergence among research subjects, collaboration among research topics reflecting various backgrounds and characteristics of researchers, and analysis of characteristics of convergence research using information were suggested in the process of establishing convergence policy.

본 연구는 스마트폰화 된 관광환경이라는 새로운 IT 패러다임의 변화에 맞추어 농촌지역 방문객 및 스마트폰 사용자들에게 농촌어메니티자원 정보서비스를 실시간으로 제공하고 사용자의 만족도를 향상시킬 목적으로 실시되었다. 이러한 목적을 위해, 관광정보 모바일 서비스 이용자 600명을 대상으로 선호하는 콘텐츠 항목, 형태 등을 조사, 결과 분석하여 농촌어메니티 자원정보의 콘텐츠, 스마트폰의 활용방법, 서비스 방안 등을 도출하고, 농촌마을 1개소를 대상으로 스마트폰 기술이 적용된 모바일 콘텐츠를 구축하였다. 이를 통해 농촌어메니티자원에 대한 서비스 구축을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고, 국민들에게 스마트폰을 이용한 실시간 농촌정보를 제공함으로써 농촌정보 이용자들의 만족도 제고에 기여하고자 한다. 또한 농촌어메니티자원 정보서비스의 위치기반 모바일 정보서비스 확대를 통한 농촌지역 활성화에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.
