모바일 Device-to-Device(D2D) 캐싱 네트워크는 다수의 모바일 사용자들 사이에서 인기 있는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠들을 사전에 캐싱 서버 단말 (CSD: Caching Server Device)들에 분산 저장한 후 네트워크 인프라를 거치지 않고 사용자들에게 직접 데이터를 전송할 수 있다. 이를 통해서 유선 트래픽과 서비스 지연 시간을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 모바일 D2D 캐싱 네트워크에서 모바일 사용자가 요구하는 콘텐츠를 캐싱하고 있는 다수의 CSD들을 활용하여 네트워크의 전송 효율을 높일 수 있는 효율적인 전송 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 각 모바일 사용자가 전송 받기를 희망하는 콘텐츠를 캐싱하고 있는 다수의 CSD들을 채널 이득에 따라서 정렬하여 최적의 CSD 조합을 선택함으로써 기존의 Brute-force 탐색 기반의 최적 방식 대비 복잡도를 획기적으로 줄일 수 있으며, Blanket 전송 방식과 Opportunistic 전송 방식 대비 높은 네트워크 전송 효율을 얻을 수 있다.

This study has a purpose to analyze quantitatively whether ICT industry provides the qualitative indicator of employment to attract excellent human resources. We investigate the relationships of labor market conditions among ICT manufacturing, non-ICT manufacturing, ICT services, non-ICT services. Therefore, the quantitative and qualitative indicators of employment (wages, working hours, admission and turnover, involuntary retirement, and the duration years of job) are analyzed for the ICT industry and IT workers. In order to quantitatively analyze qualitative indicators such as employment status and longevity, we used employment statistics. In order to compensate for the limitations of employment insurance data, the comparison analysis with the survey data of economically active population of the National Statistical Office was conducted. As a result of this research, ICT service industry has to improve the working conditions of employees and establish an ecosystem for a lifelong career base to grow as a specialist, need to pursue an investigation for ICT worker career shift, and promote standard labor contracts. In addition, protection of employees, ICT-related job vision and social respect have to be perused.

The government has strengthened the system of restricting participation of large corporations to limit participation in national information system construction projects and to increase participation of SME software companies. This study analyzes the financial performances of small and medium sized IT firms in Korea three years prior and 3 years after the restrictions on participation of large firm. A sample of 121 small and medium-sized IT services firms were classified into 3 groups and statistical techniques (T-test and one-way ANOVA) were used for the purpose of the analysis. In the three years after the restriction of participation of large corporations, the total assets and sales of the medium and small IT service firms were positive, but the operating profit and net profit were negative. There were many worries about the introduction of the restriction on the participation of large corporations, but many were stabilized. However, the negative impact was more pronounced for SMEs. Therefore, the reduction effect of SME IT service companies is different from the first legislative purpose of enforcing the restriction system of large enterprises, so we propose to revise the policy.

Distributed Denial of service attack is one of the major threats nowadays especially to the government infrastructure that give huge impact to the reputation and interrupt the services and resource. Our survey start with brief introduction about DDoS attacks, we illustrate the trends and incident happened at government from various countries. We then provide an extensive literature review on the existing research about implication, types of attacks and initiative to defence against the DDoS attacks. Our discussion aims to identify the trends in DDoS attacks, in depth impact of DDoS attacks to government infrastructure, classification of attacks and techniques against the attacks. And we will use for a fire fight safety and management.

Sensor application systems for remote monitoring and control are required, such as the establishment of databases and IoT service servers, to process data being transmitted and received through radio communication modules, controllers and gateways. This paper designs and implements database server, IoT service server, data processing middleware and IoT management system for IoT based services based on the controllers, communication modules and gateway middleware platform developed. For this, we firstly define the specification of the data packet and control code for the information classification of the sensor application system, and also design and implement the database as a separate server for data protection and efficient management. In addition, we design and implement the IoT management system so that functions such as status information verification, control and modification of operating environment information of remote sensor application systems are carried out. The implemented system can lead to efficient operation and reduced management costs of sensor application systems through site status analysis, setting operational information, and remote control and management.

This paper has addressed the implementation of the single rate Rate Adaptive Shaper(srRAS) described in RFC2963. This shaper has been proposed to use at the ingress of differentiated services networks providing Assured Forwarding Per Hop Behavior (AFPHB). srRAS is typically used in conjunction with single rate Three Color Marker(srTCM) described in RFC2697. srRAS itself is the tail-drop FIFO that is drained at a variable rate, and srTCM is the marker with metering function. G-srRAS is the same as srRAS except that RAS receives the green token state information from the downstream srTCM to avoid delaying a packet in RAS although there are sufficient tokens available to color the packet green. In this paper, we have addressed the algorithm and the architecture of srRAS, and the scheme to implement srRAS using VHDL(Very high-speed integrated circuit Hardware Description Language) and its related tools.

본 논문의 목적은 다중 셀 OFDMA 시스템에서 효율적인 부채널 할당에 근거하여 서비스 연속성을 제공하는 것이다. 특히 지연 및 손실에 의해 서비스 지속성에 악영향을 야기할 가능성이 있으므로 다양한 이동 멀티미디어 서비스의 QoS 요구사항을 유지하기 위하여 핸드오버 관리 방안이 필요하다.

모바일 폰의 급속한 확산으로 사용자들은 모바일 폰을 지속적으로 개인 활동에 연관시켜 활용하기 위해 많은 관심을 가지고 있다. 그리고 사용자들은 모바일 환경에서 더 쉽고, 간단하게 데이터를 공유(전송 및 수신), 저장하려는 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문은 GCM 서비스를 기반으로 위치기반 서비스를 이용하여 일정한 거리에 위치한 다수의 사람들과 개인 정보 공유를 위해 모바일 폰의 모션 인식을 제안한다. 제안된 애플리케이션은 Android 운영 체제에서 실행되는 모바일 애플리케이션과 비동기적으로 통신할 수 있게 해주는 Google 클라우드 메시징을 기반으로 한다. 어디서나 모든 모바일 장치를 통해 개인 정보 공유를 쉽고, 간단하게, 실시간으로 액세스할 수 있으므로 경량 메커니즘의 요구 사항을 충족할 수 있다.

In this paper, we propose the controllability function and service design to efficiently implement the control of the disaster communication network, using Internet of Things(IoT) Technology. In accordance with the spread of Information Communication Technology(ICT), the era for building a disaster communications system without exclusion over the entire areas has emerged. National wireless mesh networks for public safety and disaster relief have been evolving to strengthen the pre-disaster response system using the latest technologies through the convergence of various technologies and services from the viewpoint of the command and control between disaster response agencies. In line with such a technological paradigm shift, the controllability of the objects in the IoT has been emerging as a key quality requirement of a disaster communications system. In this study, the objects are classified by the subject of control according to the IoT component, such as data, network resources and services in order to effectively implement their controllability. In addition, based on the destination of this controllability, technologies and services have been designed that can reduce the damage caused by disasters. Technologies and services that were derived from this study must be implemented in the current disaster safety network systems together with the establishment of an infrastructure for the networks in order that all persons are able to effectively utilize the disaster communications system for their safety.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the nature of relationships among service quality, customer satisfaction and e-loyalty in e-learning site. In order to achieve the study purpose, survey method was applied As a result. it was revealed that service quality had significant effects on customer satisfaction in e-learning site. The influential factors of service quality on customer satisfaction included convenience of use, personalization, tangibles, responsiveness, and reliability in learning site. In addition, service quality had significant effects on e-loyalty as well.
