The purpose of this study is to provide a suggestion to improve speciality and job performance of social work case management using importance-performance-analysis(IPA). A quantitative research design was used and data were collected from 209 social workers who are in charge of case manager job at Ulsan metropolitan area. Study participants were asked the recognition of importance-job competence and need for supervision-experience of social work case management job description on the NCS(9 competency units, 33 competency units). Descriptive analysis and IPA were performed. This study found the need for intensified job competence of 'building external operating systems' and 'development of resource linkage systems'. Also, it is necessary to provide intensive supervision for 'building an external and internal operating system.' Based on the results, future direction of intensified job performance for socla work case management was discussed.

This paper finds solutions for using ZigBee in wireless networked control system (WNCS). The round trip time delay and packet loss rate of the WNCS are measured. On the basis of these measured data, a playback buffer is used to solve the variable time delay in WNCS, and a Smith predictor is introduced to compensate for the time delay. The WNCS was able to be actually constructed to perform DC motor position control with 40 Hz sampling frequency.

As job mismatch intensifies in the employment market, the work based learning has emerged as a solution to this social problem. The so called Korean dual education system is expected to raise jobseekers equipped with knowledge and skills demanded by industry. This study intends to recommend an effective operational model for contracted education programs at higher institutions in order to support soft landing of Korean dual education system. Students of contracted education programs are adults graduated from vocational high schools and working for companies during weekdays. In consideration of the difficulties experienced by employee students, more flexible operation of academic affairs is required. To address these challenges, the recommended contracted education model includes such beneficial features as S-OJT courses, standard curriculum based on National Competency Standard, recognition of prior learning, flipped classroom, and tutoring system. In the last part, several directions for implementing the new contracted education model are discussed.

The career management concept is changing rapidly in the career management field in recent years. It becomes very difficult to have a lifetime employment within the same firm. As there is career interruption that is pervasive phenomenon in the women's career management area, many academics and practitioners have been interested in it. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of women's career-interruptions as the effective career strategy on career development actors and career success. To test the effects of the proactive career management of career-interrupted women, data were divided into two groups including proactive career management group and general career management group based on whether career-interruptions are voluntary or not. The results showed that the proactive development actors was significantly different depending on women's proactive career management and general career management group. First, proactive-career women were more self-directed to learn and have a significant impact on developing skills through training. Second, the career successes were not significantly different depending on and general career management group.

The zinc(II) complex, $Zn(NCS)_2(C_3H_4N_2S)_2$, I, has been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis and infrared spectroscopy. The complex I crystallizes in the triclinic system, $P\bar{1}$ space group with a = 7.587(1), b = 8.815(1), $c=12.432(2){\AA}$, ${\alpha}=75.584(8)$, ${\beta}=83.533(9)$, ${\gamma}=68.686(8)^{\circ}$, $V=750.0(2){\AA}^3$, Z = 2, $R_1=0.036$ and ${\omega}R_2=0.101$. The central Zn(II) atom has a tetrahedral coordination geometry, with the heterocyclic nitrogen atoms of 2-aminothiazole ligands and the nitrogen atoms of isothiocyanate ligands. The crystal structure is stabilized by one-dimensional networks of the intermolecular $N-H{\cdots}S$ hydrogen bonds between the amino group of 2-aminothiazole ligands and the sulfur atom of isothiocyanate ligands. Based on the results of thermal analysis, the thermal decomposition reaction of complex I was analyzed to have three distinctive stages such as the loss of 2-aminothiazole, the decomposition of isothiocyanate and the formation of metal oxide.

As this research is the one analyzing the color using status of the office furniture in overseas, it surveyed and analyzed the color use on the basis of total 22 products by selecting 7 office furniture companies in overseas so as to promote the upright use of the color in planning the office furniture. As for the research method, the theory of color system (NCS) and the theory of color harmony (Ostwald and Fiber Biren), which are used in this research on the basis of the theoretical consideration for the office furniture and the definition and importance of the color, have been specified and analyzed on the basis of these. In this result, only 8 products, which are 36.4% among 22 products of 7 companies, are harmonized as per the theory of color harmony of two colors. It is expected that the effective influence may be bestowed on improvement of the office environment and increase of the work efficiency as the more planned and effective use of the color is made for the office furniture on the basis of this research.

This study examines' form 'and' color 'by paying attention to the art of emotional game, which is directed toward abstract, as opposed to the game' s art is directed toward concept. First, the form and color were quantitatively analyzed through the researcher model and the NCS color system, and the result was derived as 'abstract' and color as 'pastel ash'. Based on the results, he insists that 'emotion' game is oriented to abstract form and plane color, and supports the claim through the boring almost abstract impulse and Baudrillard's pastel order.

The title complex, $Ni(L)_4(NCS)_2$(1) (L=2-ethylimidazole) has been synthesized and charac-terized by X-ray single crystallography. The complex 1 crystallizes in the tertragonal system P4nc space group with a=10.587(2), $c=12.927(3){\AA}$, Z=2m, $R_1$=0.581 and $wR_$=0.1675 for 672 independent reflection. The central Ni(II) atom of the complex has a regular octa-hedral coordination geometry, with the 2-ethylimidazole ligands bonding through nitrogen atom and the isothiocyanate ligands bonding through nitrogen atom in a trans arrangement.

As fast-speed of aging in modern society has led to increased concern for aging and health improvement of senior citizens, desire about having healthy living-environment has also increased. Living space for senior citizens has to play role of healing for their body feature as well as decrease in mental and psychological function. Color, as important factor that supplements degenerated sense and coping ability caused by aging, it has been revealed through modern medical science that color is effective for making nervous or calming down when it is delivered to one's nerve through sight. The purpose of this study is to suggest basic resource for color arrangement palette of living space and application method by color therapy to improve seniors' mental health by considering psychological and physical features caused by aging. First, consider psychological and physical feature of seniors and color therapy effect through previous research. Second, extract RGB value after selecting color that is helpful for their mental health by using palette from 'Korea Agency for Technology and Standards'. Third, extract other 3 colors that are similar with extracted color from 'NCS 1950 Color System'. Fourth, deduct palette of 3 color arrangement by using 'NCS Navigator' program. Lastly, extract arrangement palette for them by considering difference in visual features, and then suggest arrangement application for each palette through Computer Simulation.
