NCS를 활용한 교육과정 개발 사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Development of a Curriculum by using NCS)

  • 인공지능 등의 4차 산업 기술의 발전과 코로나 상황으로 인해 최근의 대학 사회는 급격하게 변화하고 있다. 대학의 입시 환경도 심각하게 어려워지고 있어 대학 내에서 학과와 전공이 급속하게 변화하고 있다. 따라서, 대학의 학과는 학과의 내·외부 환경에 따라 새로운 전공 또는 융합 전공을 위한 교육과정을 개발할 필요가 있다. 하지만, 이러한 교육과정을 정확하게 개발하는 것은 매우 어렵고 긴 시간이 걸리는 작업이다. 본 논문에서는 국가직무능력표준(NCS)을 사용한 교육과정 개발 방법과 적용 사례를 제안하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제시한 교육과정 개발 방법은 전통적인 3단계 방식, 즉 분석, 설계, 그리고 개발로 구성되어 있으며, 각 단계에서 NCS를 활용하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 교육과정 개발의 시간을 줄이는 것에 중점을 두었으며, 제안한 방법의 유용성을 보여주기 위해서 교육과정 개발의 한 사례를 제시하였다.

4년제 대학에서 문화예술경영 NCS 교육과정도입과 융합의 필요성 (The necessity of the NCS curriculum introducing & Convergence for culture and arts management at a four-year college)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 4년제 대학에서 문화예술경영 NCS 교육과정 도입의 필요성과 NCS 교육이 취업과 자격증 취득에 도움이 되는지 살펴보는데 있다. 이를 위해 연구모형 "문화예술경영 NCS 교육에 관심, 4년제 대학에서 NCS 교육과정 도입의 필요성, 취업 및 자격증 취득에 도움"을 설정하고 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 Chronbach's Alpha 계수 값이 0.821, 0.807, 0.830로 산출되어 내적 일관성을 확보한 것으로 나타났다. 측정변수의 타당성분석도 모두 기준치(0.5) 이상 산출되었으며 집중타당성과 판별타당성도 모두 확보된 것으로 나타났다. 가설검증결과 표준화계수가 0.608과 0.977로 나타나 두 가설 모두 양(+)의 관계를 보여 주었다. 따라서 각 연구가설은 높은 상호 연관성이 있는 것으로 판단되었다.

  • National Competency Standard(NCS) is a national organization that organizes the knowledge, skills, and quality required to perform duties at industrial sites by industry sector and level. As NCS was developed and adopted as part of the government's implementation of capability-oriented society, the construction industry is also fully applying NCS to the curriculum and training. This study investigated and analyzed the problems of NCS development in construction work field through prior research analysis and experts interview and derived problems such as discrepancies in classification system, lack of connectivity with curriculum, and lack of effectiveness in revising NCS in construction work field. Further research is thought to be necessary for the establishment of the development system reflecting the construction characteristics in the future and for the presentation of practical improvement directions.

국가직무능력표준을 활용한 병원행정 전문인력 교육과정 개선방안 연구 (A study on the quality improvement of university education for Hospital administrator based on the NCS)

  • The purpose of this study was to support for quality improvement of educational curriculum on hospital administrator through the comparison of competence of new employee and need of field experts based on NCS. The participants of this study were implemented the self-report survey about competency and need on job skills of hospital administrator. According to the comparison, it is defined the point that is needed curriculum improvement and the competency gap between hospital and university hospital. This is support to be establish the base for the qualified education and training program for hospital administrators. NCS is useful as standardized tool for identify the gap between need and competency and as suggestion for education improvement of hospital administrator.

A study on the utilization ability of Instructional media based on NCS for Young Child's Preliminary Teachers

  • This thesis progressed research on the improvements of NCS multimedia utilization for preliminary teachers. A national module has not been developed yet in terms of child education, so this thesis suggests a curriculum according to the courses taught for freshmen and sophomores of K University Child Education majors. To lessen the burden of tremendous work and classes, provide motivation and interest in learning and maximize the effect, this thesis provides NCS based curriculum. It expects to improve task performance of teachers and help them with better skills to make class materials using up-to-date multimedia, regardless of the computer literacy of preliminary teachers. This thesis does prior research on the abilities to make use of computers and understand the level of computer literacy. Then it suggests NCS based curriculum goals and its performance standards to utilize task-suitable software. It aims to enable efficient multimedia usage, and optimize the learning efficiency of education linked to Nuri precesses.

NCS 능력단위 요소와 기존 교육과정 간 갭 분석을 위한 평가모델 (Evaluation Model for Gab Analysis Between NCS Competence Unit Element and Traditional Curriculum)

  • 국가 직무능력 표준 (NCS; national competency standards)은 직무를 수행하기 위해 요구되는 능력에 대한 체계화 및 표준화이다. NCS는 특정 직무능력인 능력단위 요소로 구체화하고 표준화하여 학습모듈을 개발한다. 기존 교육과정은 NCS 능력단위 요소를 교육 훈련에 활용하기 위해서 갭 분석 (gab analysis)이 필수적이다. 기존에 갭 분석은 전문가가 주관적으로 평가하였다. 전문가에 의한 갭 분석은 심리적 요소에 의해 주관적 결정, 정확성 결여, 시간 및 공간적 비효율성 문제가 제기되었다. 본 논문은 주관적 평가의 문제 해결을 위해 자동화 평가모델을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 기존 교육과정과 능력단위 요소 간 갭 분석을 위해, 색인어 추출, 단어빈도수-역 빈도수 기반 특징 값 추출, 코사인 유사도 알고리즘을 이용하였다. 또한, 기존 교육과정과 NCS 능력단위요소 사이 유사도 매핑 테이블을 제시하였다. 본 논문의 평가모델은 구조적 특징이나 속도 면에서 개선된 알고리즘을 통해 보완해야 한다.

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to understand the current status of MIS curriculum and to find ways to improve it. In addition, the results of the research can be used as basic data for improving MIS curriculum. Design/methodology/approach A research framework was designed to derive research results using the keyword network analysis method of this study: 1) Keywords were extracted based on the six units of the big data analysis job competency. 2) And based on the extracted keywords, the relationship between the keywords and MIS curriculum for each university was identified. Findings In the MIS curriculum information of a few universities, education related to big data analysis was conducted. 1) In the MIS curriculum of a few universities, education related to big data analysis was conducted. However, MIS curriculum of the university, which is the subject of analysis, education focused on concepts and theory rather than practical education was conducted. 2) And it was confirmed that there is a difference from the education required by the industry.

NCS 기반 고교 직업교육과정 '전자'교과의 마이크로프로세서 교수역량 규명과 상대적 중요도 분석 (A Study on Identification and Relative Importance Analysis of Vocational High School Teachers' Teaching Competency for Microprocessor Course on NCS-based Curriculum)

  • NCS 기반 교육과정의 전문교과 교사는 더욱 전문화된 교수역량을 필요로 한다. 본 연구는 NCS 기반 교육과정 '전자' 교과의 마이크로프로세서 교육을 위한 교수역량을 규명하고, 역량 간 상대적 중요도를 분석하였다. 주요 연구 분석결과는 첫째, NCS 기반 교육과정 '전자' 교과에서 마이크로프로세서 교육을 위한 교수역량은 8개의 주요 역량과 22개의 하위 역량으로 구성되었다. 둘째, 주요역량 간, 각 하위 역량 간 상대적 중요도 조사에서 각각 '소스코드 작성 역량'과 '타겟 시스템 회로도 활용 소스코드 작성 역량'이 최고 순위이다. 본 연구는 전자 교과의 핵심이 되는 마이크로프로세서 교육의 내용과 방법에 대한 개선 및 교사역량 강화를 제안하며, 직업교육 체계화를 위한 가이드라인을 제시하였다. 또한 교수역량 요소를 통해 교사 역량 개발을 위한 전략 수립에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Case Studies and Derivation of Course Profile in accordance with NCS-based Video Graphics Job

  • This study analyzed with the case analysis of a series of processes from job analysis survey. And results analysis, and academic achievement in order to transform the curriculum of existing courses into the curriculum of NCS-based courses. Also this study analysed of the existing curriculum. Also analyzed the trend of workforce trends and needs of the broadcasting content industry. Through a needs analysis for the industry and alumni and students, video graphics, video editing and video directing were selected. In this paper, it dealt mainly with respect to the video graphics in a dual job. Modeling capability into the unit through a job analysis, animation, effects and lighting were chosen accordingly based introduction of 3D Graphics. Application of 3D Graphics were derived two courses and selected profiles and performance criteria. This training according to the NCS curriculum for students was evaluated based on the student's job was to investigate the learning ability. Academic achievement were the result satisfaction.

NCS 교육과정 개편을 위한 프로젝트기반 학습법: 4년제 대학을 중심으로 (Project-based Learning Method to Reorganize the NCS Training Program: Focusing on the 4-Year-Course University)

  • National Competency Standards are the major administrative project to build a competence-based society. The manpower for the global society should be recognized by performance rather than educational records. Therefore, all colleges should first nurture NCS-type manpower based on field needs. This study comparatively analyzed the differences between the lecture style of four-year colleges and the outcomes of problem-solving and project-based learning method to prove why it is necessary to introduce the NCS program. Especially, It will review the constraints and measures of NCS introduction to overcome in a four-year university. Through this, it can be used as a means to help improve the field conformity of a four-year college curriculum by presenting the development and utilization of curriculum-based NCS in a four-year university. As a result, it was found that the overall satisfaction with the problem-solving and project-based learning method was above average. Many students were dissatisfied with the traditional teaching methods and the new project-based learning method was relatively effective in college education. Students' participation also improved. Based on the evaluation of learning performance, the new method was found more satisfactory than the old teaching method in terms of comprehension of professional knowledge in various fields, nurturing of logical thinking skills, acquisition of analytical skills, comprehensive thinking skills, creative problem recognition, and open-minded thinking skills.
