  • An approach method of the semiotics theory is analyzing fashion: the look is that a sign represents one character and the image is interpreted as the destination of the changes. The fashion image interpretation by semiotics is possible because the fashion phenomenon by society has been accumulated in their abbreviation code. It is not possible to produce contradictions of the human imagination coined solution. The myth relieved to people, allowanced a meaning in the world and explained it have been unable to explain and protect us. Today's role of the world myth becomes the star's future. Public resting star's fashion image analysis promote that we understand the inherent desire. Madonna probably is one of the world's most famous women. To Create Madonna's own mythology staged image in various attire reveals symbolism. In this study, Madonna's fashion images, the myth 8 analysis of semiotics represent publicity. Madonna's album jacket 8 analysis of the myth. The fit and the relationship between the star and myths closely is obvious. The Madonna fashion image investigate that so forth implied myth into duality of feminine, upset of gender roles, upset of sexual roles, object of worship. In addition to the creation of these myths are based on sensuality heterosexual fashion images, body-conscious look, lingerie look, Androgynous Look, Dominatrix Look in the fashion style of the images, fashion items made to body suit, bra top, black panties, black boots, long gloves, pink, red, gold, satin, and leather; the addition, there are exaggerated props and accessories. These use such as the human body building wave blond hair. This study through Madonna's fashion image, semiotics analysis is acquainted with suitable means of myth.

신화에서 인간출현과정의 교육적 의미 - 단군신화와 창세기 내용을 중심으로 - (Educational Meaning of Human Creation Process in Mythology)

  • The myth reflects the human way of thinking about the world. Therefore, an important part of myth is human creation and role. This study examines the process of human creation in myth and discusses implications for education. The subjects that can be considered from the viewpoint of education are as follows. The status and role of teachers and students, the relationship between teachers and students, how to create or create humans, and the purpose and results of human creation. First, it is the position and role of the teacher. In myth, being like a teacher is a divine being that transcends human ability. In Dangun mythology, Hwanwoong or Shinwoong descended from heaven, and in the Genesis it is the Creator God. In Dangun mythology, the role of the teacher guides the way of becoming a human and provides necessary tasks. In Genesis, the image of the teacher is the Creator God. God plays the role of a teacher who prepares various environments in which learners can work. Second, the status and role of students in myths. In Dangun mythology, students are symbolized by bear and tiger. They go to the teacher with the desire to become human beings. In Dangun mythology, the student is not a passive existence but an autonomous and active image. In Genesis, the appearance of a student is a passive being created by a teacher. Third, the creation of human beings in myth can be seen in terms of educational process and method. In Dangun Myth, the beginning of education is the wish or expectation of learners. Learners eat mugwort and garlic and participate in human learning. In Genesis 1, however, there is no need for a special method, since human beings are created according to the Creator's command. Fourth, the purpose of education can be discussed through the purpose of human creation. In Dangun mythology, the purpose of education is not to live according to instinct but to become human with culture and personality. In Genesis 1, the purpose of human creation is the role of the Creator in creating and managing the world. Therefore, it is the aim of humans to manage the world in an orderly manner. The purpose of education in Genesis 2 is to enable humans to serve the world.

판단자의 강간통념이 강간사건 피해자와 가해자에 대한 판단에 미치는 영향 - 강간 사건 전 피해자의 일탈행위 여부의 조절효과 - (The influence of rape myth on evaluating rape victim and perpetrator: focusing on moderation effect of victim's deviant behavior)

  • 본 연구는 판단자의 강간통념이 피해자와 가해자에 대한 판단에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 살펴보고 이러한 영향이 피해자의 강간 사건 전 일탈 행위 여부에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 세 연구에서 일탈 조건과 비일탈 조건으로 시나리오를 구성하여 참가자들에게 피해자 책임과 가해자 책임, 피해자 고통 수준, 가해자 처벌정도를 평정하도록 하였다. 그 결과, 세 실험에서 모두 강간 사건 전 피해자가 일탈 행동을 보이지 않은 경우(비일탈행동 시나리오 조건)에는 강간통념 수준에 따른 강간 피해자와 가해자에 대한 평가에 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 하지만 강간 사건 전 피해자가 일탈 행동을 보인 경우(일탈행동 시나리오 조건)에는 강간통념 수준이 높을수록 강간 사건의 책임을 가해자가 아닌 피해자에게서 찾으려는 태도를 보였다. 이는 강간통념 수준이 강간 사건 평가에 미치는 효과가 해당사건의 원인을 피해자에게 귀인하기 용이한 정도에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 보여주는 증거라할 수 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점이 논의되었다.

단일민족, 그 신화 형성에 관한 일 고찰: 종교 가르치기의 한 사례 연구 (A Myth-Making of Homogeneous Ethnicity of Koreans: A Case Study of Teaching Religion)

  • 신화는 일차적으로 고대인들의 사유와 표상이 담긴 이야기로서 전승집단의 종교와 삶의 규범을 담고 있는 유산이지만, 이 이야기는 전승과정에서 당대의 필요에 의해 어떻게 읽느냐에 따라 새로운 신화로 탄생한다. 동아시아의 근대국가가 성립할때 일부 지식인들이 고대로부터의 전승에 새로운 가치를 부여하여 민족과 국가의 기원을 설명해주는 이야기들을 구축했다는 것은 한중일의 공통적인 현상이다. 여기서 주목할 것은 당대에 절대시하는 개념들 가운데 어떤 개념은 그 자체가 초역사적으로 신성시 되어 신화로 기능한다는 점이다. 역사적 위기상황의 극복을 위해 수용한 '민족' 혹은 '단일민족'의 개념이 그렇다. 따라서 한국민족이 단일민족이라고 하는 것은 근대에 형성된 일종의 '신화'로서 근대 민족주의 형성과 함께 만들어진 전통이다. 이 글에서는 종교가르치기에서 신화를 다룰때 반드시 짚어야할 신화(myth) 개념을 근대신화의 형성과정이라는 역사적 사례연구를 통해 알아보았다. 역사적 사례를 통해 신화개념에 역점을 두는 이유는 다음과 같은 두 가지 사실 때문이다. 첫째, 동아시아 '근대신화' 형성의 토대와 그것이 만들어지는 과정을 살펴보는 것은 침략전쟁과 식민지배로로 점철된 '근현대사'를 파악하는데 필수불가결하다. 아울러 신화개념을 통한 역사적 사례를 살펴봄으로써 신화학을 교양과목으로 수강하는 학생들은 근현대사의 심층적 이해는 물론 현대문화비평의 안목을 기르는데 도움을 받을 것이다. 둘째, 신화라는 용어가 내포하는 복합적인 함의를 균형있게 살펴봄으로써 종교가르치기에서 종교의 역동성을 파악하는 데 중요한 역할을 할 것이다.

기업광고를 통해 본 가족신화와 젠더의 기호학적 의미: SK기업광고를 중심으로 (The Semiotic Meaning of Myth of Family and Gender Through the Corporate Advertisement: Focusing on the SK Advertisement)

  • This study attempts to identify the process in which how the Myth of family and gender image are reproduced and taken in by the recipients through semiotics analysis of three versions consisting of children, husband and housewife series of SK corporate's TV advertisements from the last half of year 2009 to the first half of year 2010. The analysis of the corporate advertisements shows that each advertisement binds and stereotypes concept of family and gender to Myth of family, especially case of female, and consequently, the result through text analysis is that corporate advertisements reproduce and restructure traditional Myth of family and role of gender. Going forward, Family study requires to realize importance of effect of mass media, especially of TV advertisement, to research diverse case studies and searching about it.

일본의 신화적 상상계와 전통공간디자인의 상징적 구조 (Japanese Mythic Imaginaries and the Symbolic Structure of Traditional Space Designs)

  • Myths and architectural spaces are cultural products symbolizing ideologies and objects respectively. Myth has the structure and the contents of a unique view of the world that reflects thoughts and representations of the nationalities. This study is about 'the spaces of the memory' adapted by the mythic tradition among many aspects of the Japanese tradition. The process of this study is illustrated as follows: At first, it mentions the concept of Gilbert Durand's mythic imaginaries and prototype with the method on how the myth is applied to the architectural spaces in the cultural context. Secondly, It clarifies basic meaning arrangement of the Japanese traditional spaces related to the myth. It shows sourceful 'prototipical system' that lies in the relation between thoughts and representations, regarding the shinto's spaces in terms of mythical imaginaries and Japanness. Thirdly, it ascertains mythical structure represented in the traditional space designs on terms with 'prototype' from symbolic system of the myth. It selects the cases among Japanese contemporary architects's works designed after 1960's, and analyses the meanings. In conclusion, it clarifies that this way can be a suggestion as the space design method combining the human's imaginary property with the time-stratigraphic region, and offering creative ideas for the strategy of the space design brand image that embraces a wide range of culture, ecology, and sensibility.

성역할 관련 태도가 강간통념 수용에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Gender-Role Related Attitudes to the Acceptance of the Rape Myth)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the relationship between college students' acceptance of the rape myth and variables in gender-role attitude, which have been known to forecast the acceptance of the rape myth. Method: This study was a survey research. Data were collected from May 1, 2006 to February 31, 2007 with 240 undergraduate students. Descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and regression analysis with SPSSWIN 12.0 program were used for data analysis. Results: Men were more acceptable to the rape myth than women. Men were very likely to see the occurrence of rape incidents as the rapist being provoked by women, and this attitude made them misunderstand and perceive women as responsible for the occurrence of the incident. Women on the other deny their idea. As a result of analyzing the difference between males and females in attitudes related to gender-role, male students were shown to have a much more traditional and patriarchal attitude than female students. Conclusion: It was found that a hostile attitude toward women and the justification of violence to others act as the main factors in forecasting the acceptance of the rape myth.

불도제의 신화를 이용한 유아용 텍스타일 디자인 (Textile Design for Baby using the myth of Buldoje)

  • This research aims to develop textile patterns using mythical motives based on Buldoje in the Jeju myth. this textile design is not only decoration effect by filling the space, but also plays the original role of a pattern by expressing its symbolic meaning. The research methods are as follows: 1) Using integral analysis on materials related to the myth of Jeju and Gime used in Buldoje Gut, where Halmangbonpuli story is performed to set formative elements for textile design and their meanings; 2) Designing motive by composing formative elements; 3) Coloring properly; and 4) Layout motives. Adobe CS5 (Photoshop, Illustrator) and TexPro, a design CAD program, were used for textile design. Motives were combined in a various ways. Two-directional, four-directional, set, rotating, toss layout techniques, which are frequently used in apparel design and able to reduce cloth use, were used in developing patterns. Coloring methods including tone-in-tone and Faux camaieu were used to deliver coherence and soft effects. Developed textile design symbolizes the desire for the conception of a child, birth, and health, so it is made on baby clothes. In doing so, the plan for development of a fashion-cultural product applying Jeju myth symbol is suggested.

대학생들의 인터넷 음란물 추구성과 성폭력(강간) 통념 수용태도 (Internet Pornography Seeking and Sexual Violence(Rape) Myth Acceptance Attitude in College Students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 일반적 특성에 따른 인터넷 음란물 추구성과 성폭력 통념 수용태도의 차이를 조사하고 두 변수 간의 상관관계를 파악하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구대상은 일개 전문대학교 학생 381명이었고 연구기간은 2012년 9월 2일부터 9월 14일까지였다. 대상자의 인터넷 음란물 추구성은 성별, 전공, 인터넷 사용시간, 인터넷 음란물 접촉경험, 1회 접촉시간, 접촉빈도, 접촉장소, 동반자 유형, 접촉이유, 성적 자극이 가장 큰 인터넷 음란물의 종류에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대상자의 성폭력 통념 수용태도는 성별, 연령, 전공, 인터넷 음란물 접촉 시 동반자 유형, 자주 접촉하는 인터넷 음란물의 종류, 성적 자극이 가장 큰 인터넷 음란물의 종류에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대상자의 인터넷 음란물 추구성과 성폭력 통념 수용태도 간의 상관관계는 정적 상관관계로 인터넷 음란물 추구성이 높을수록 성폭력 통념 수용태도가 높았다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 대학생들의 인터넷 음란물 접촉빈도를 감소시켜 나가는 데 효과적인 교육 프로그램의 개발과 운영을 통해 대학생들의 잘못된 성폭력 통념을 개선시켜 나가야 할 것이다.
