The purpose of this study was to identify attitude of hospital nurse's on death with dignity. The subjects of the study were 516 nurses. The data was analyzed by SPSS PC 19.0 program. 1) 82.8% participants agree to death with dignity, and they and their family will ask death with dignity in actual situations. 2) The average score of overall attitude on death with dignity was $3.13{\pm}0.52$. 3) With respect to the general characteristics of participants there were statistically significant difference in total score according to age, Marital Status, education level, religion, career, position, and existence of patients with incurable disease around. 4) With respect to the death with dignity related characteristics of participants there were statistically significant difference in total score according to agreement to death with dignity, request to my death with dignity, in case my family member requests death with dignity. Although many nurses had a positive concept of death with dignity, they still have ethical dilemmas in life-sustaining care. Therefore training programs on moral rights are necessary to provide guidelines foe end-of-life care.

지식사회에서 주요자원은 지식이 되며 이러한 지식을 관리하는 도서관의 역할이 매우 중요하다. 기하급수적으로 증가하는 지식정보들 중 조직구성원들이 필요하고 유용한 지식만을 선택하여 이용자의 취향에 맞는 형태로 제공할 수 있는 지식정보관리가 필요하다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 기존의 도서관 정보봉사에서 나타나는 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 도서관이 수행해야 할 역할 및 기능들을 Help-Desk 서비스 측면에서 온라인과 오프라인으로 구성요인들을 조사하고 분석하였다. 이 결과를 토대로 웹기반 Help-Desk 지식관리 시스템 모형을 제시하였다.

Purpose: Post-purchase service in online platforms has created an exciting focus for consumer behavior studies. This study intends to ascertain the impact of post-purchase shipping dimensions (shipping service, tracking service, return service, and customer care) on customer satisfaction and behavior intention. The authors developed a new model considering behavioral intention as the endogenous variable integrated framework of previous studies. Research Design and Methodology: The total sample is 223 respondents, selected using purposive sampling. The data collection uses Google Forms and is analyzed using AMOS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results: Our findings showed shipping, tracking, returns, and customer service positively impact customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction mediates shipping, returns, and customer service on customer behavior intent. Furthermore, customer satisfaction does not affect the effect of tracking service on customer behavior intention. Conclusion: Our hypothesis of the relationship between the post-purchase dimension and customer satisfaction was supported. However, only two of our three mediating hypotheses are supported. The mediating effect of customer satisfaction on the post-purchase dimension on behavioral intention is insignificant, while their direct relationship was significant. It showed that, concerning tracking service, customer satisfaction is not a requirement for the customer to perform behavioral intention in an e-retail context.

With the recent increase in the types of services provided by Internet companies, collection of various types of data has become a necessity. Data collectors corresponding to web services profit by collecting users' data indiscriminately and providing it to the associated services. However, the data provider remains unaware of the manner in which the data are collected and used. Furthermore, the data collector of a web service consumes web resources by generating a large amount of web traffic. This traffic can damage servers by causing service outages. In this study, we propose a website search engine that employs a system that controls user information using blockchains and builds its database based on the recorded information. The system is divided into three parts: a collection section that uses proxy, a management section that uses blockchains, and a search engine that uses a built-in database. This structure allows data sovereigns to manage their data more transparently. Search engines that use blockchains do not use internet bots, and instead use the data generated by user behavior. This avoids generation of traffic from internet bots and can, thereby, contribute to creating a better web ecosystem.

사범대학 조교수는 어떤 삶을 살고 있는가? 이 연구의 목적은 한 지방 국립 사범대학 조교수의 삶을 탐색하여 과학 교육 연구자 및 교사 교육자로서의 삶의 모습을 기술하고 이해하는 것이다. 연구자 스스로 삶을 정리하고 반성하는 자서전적 연구를 수행하였다. 조교수의 삶이 담겨진 기록들을 수집한 후 그것을 분류하는 틀을 개발하였다. 조교수의 삶을 대학에서의 삶과 개인적인 삶으로 크게 분류하고, 대학에서의 삶은 다시 교육, 연구, 봉사로, 개인적인 삶은 본인과 가정으로 구분하였다. 나의 다양한 삶의 모습에서 '변화'와 '학습'의 핵심 주제를 찾았고, 그에 해당하는 삶의 내용을 재구성하여 제시하였다. 그리고 조교수 시기의 나를 '자신에게서 타인으로', '어울림과 고립의 조화', '끊임없는 배움으로 운신의 폭 증가'로 표현할 수 있었다. 나의 삶에 대한 이해와 반성을 통해 사범대학 교수의 역할을 되짚어보고 교육적인 시사점을 논의하였다.

최근 증가하는 협업 연구는 원격 의료 데이터 공유 및 외부 기관의 데이터 접근을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 융통성 있고 효율적인 의료 데이터 관리를 위해 웹서비스를 이용하여 그리드와 PACS 간의 상호운용성 프레임워크를 제안하고 구현하였다. DICOM 표준은 PACS와 이미지 데이터베이스 사이에 의료 이미지 데이터의 교환과 전송을 정의한다. 그러나 병원들 간 의료 데이터 교환은 신뢰할 수 있는 기관들 사이에서만 제공된다. 더군다나 DICOM은 의료 데이터 관리 기능을 제공하지 않고 그리드 미들웨어는 DICOM 데이터에 접근 가능한 표준 툴킷을 제공하고 있지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 PACS 간의 연동과 의료 데이터 관리를 가능하게 하는 웹 서비스기반의 그리드 서비스 중계자(Web Services-based Grid Service Mediator, WGSM)를 개발하였다. WGSM은 압축 중계자, GridFTP 중계자, RFT 중계자, MyProxy 중계자, MDS 중계자, RLS 중계자 등으로 구성된다. 제안한 웹서비스 기반의 프레임워크는 협업 환경에서 PACS 간 사용자 인증 및 안전한 데이터 접근을 제공한다. 특히, WGSM은 일반 사용자들이 그리드 미들웨어에 대한 어떠한 지식이 없어도 간단하고 효율적인 방법으로 원격 PACS를 접근할 수 있게 한다.

Purpose: To provide an in-depth analysis of the physical changes in and marital experiences of immigrant women in Korea, considering the differences in their cultural backgrounds. Methods: A qualitative research methodology with a phenomenology perspective was used. Data were collected through interviews from four focus groups and through in-depth interviews from five individuals. Data analysis was carried out using Colaizzi's phenomenological analysis method. Results: Twenty-four participants from nine different nations were interviewed. Three phenomenological theme clusters were identified and six sub-themes were derived. These comprise: "emergence of physical changes", "experienced symptom with negative result", and "coping with my body". The derived themes comprise: "struggling for my body to survive", "changed body after pregnancy and delivery", "diagnosed as normal but", "neglected my health", "using familiar care", and "unfamiliar health service system". Conclusion: Immigrant women by marriage in Korea are new subjects of nursing care. Their physical changes and experiences in coping with marriage at an early stage of immigration as described by themselves provide valuable information for nursing professionals. Cultural differences, problems specific to women, and our social conditions regarding minorities and our patriarchal tradition that discriminates against women affect their health problems. We strongly recommend that nurses should actively determine and engage in the health problems of immigrant women.

Today, customer satisfaction is the most important issue for Vietnamese banks. There are numerous factors that influence bank customers' satisfaction. The study investigates the factors that influence customer satisfaction with deposit services at the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) in Bac Giang province, Vietnam, and analyses the impact of each component. The authors used 5-point Likert scales to assess whether elements were related to the factors determining consumer satisfaction with Agribank's deposit service. To perform this study, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and multiple regression were used to find factors determining customer satisfaction with Agribank services. Customers that use deposit services at Agribank in Bac Giang province, Vietnam, provided samples of 300 survey questionnaires for this study. SPSS software is used to examine the data. Customers' satisfaction with Agribank's deposit service is influenced by six factors, including reliability, responsiveness, service capabilities, empathy, tangible means, and service price, according to the study. This finding also offers some recommendations for improving service quality in local Vietnamese banks to gain a competitive advantage.

최근 생물정보학에서의 워크플로우 관리 도구를 이용한 생명 현상에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 워크플로우 관리 도구는 서비스의 재사용과 공유를 통해 연구자들이 서로 협업할 수 있는 기반으로 MyGrid 프로젝트의 Taverna를 비롯하여 Kepler, BioWMS 등의 다양한 워크플로우 관리 도구들이 오픈소스로 개발되어 사용 되고 있다. 이러한 워크플로우 관리 도구는 공간적으로 떨어진 서로 다른 서비스들을 웹 서비스 기술을 기반으로 하나의 작업공간에서 연구 과정을 모델링하고 자동화 할 수 있도록 해준다. 생물정보학에서 사용되는 많은 도구와 데이터베이스들이 웹 서비스 형태로 제공되어 워크플로우 관리 도구에서 사용되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 생물정보학에서 기본으로 사용되는 서열 유사성 검색에 대한 웹 서비스의 개발과 안정적인 서비스 제공은 생물정보학 분야에서 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 리눅스 클러스터를 기반으로 생물학 서열 데이터의 유사성 검색 속도를 향상시키는 한편, 이를 웹 서비스 형태로 개발하여 워크플로우 관리 도구와의 연동하여 단시간에 서열 유사성 검색을 가능하게 하였다.

최근 컴퓨터 네트워크와 무선 통신 기술의 발전은 원격 의료 상담, 원격 환자 모니터링과 같이 의료 분야에서 폭넓은 범위의 원격 어플리케이션에 대한 적용을 가능하게 해주었다. 본 논문은 환자의 생리학적인 데이터를 수집 및 관리하기 위한 RF 통신 기반의 헬스케어 어플리케이션을 설계하고, 전체적인 실험 과정을 기술한다. 그리고 MySQL 데이터베이스는 환자의 생체 데이터인 체온, 혈압, 심장 박동수 등의 데이터를 기록하고 환자에 대한 의사의 처방 등 의료 행위에 대한 정보를 저장하기 위해 설계한다. 따라서 헬스케어 어플리케이션에서 인증 받은 사용자는 환자의 수집 데이터를 조회하고 수집된 데이터는 임상 실험을 위한 데이터 재구성에 활용할 수 있다. 이런 환경은 수시로 체크해야 하는 병실의 온도 습도를 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크를 통해 자동으로 처리하며 모바일 폰 또는 웹 상에서 입력받아 데이터베이스에 저장하므로 컴퓨터를 통해 체계적으로 관리가 가능하다. 그리고 환자 가족들에게 병원에서 처리되고 있는 데이터를 쉽게 접근하도록 지원함으로써 의료 서비스의 향상을 기대할 수 있다.
