韩·中博物馆文化商品营销比较研究 : 以国立中央博物馆和故宫博物院为中心 (A Comparative Study on the Marketing of Korean and Chinese Museum Cultural Products : Focused on the National Museum of Korea and the Palace Museum)

  • 博物馆文化商品在博物馆收益中逐渐占据重要部分, 因此, 在博物馆经营中, 文化商品营销的重要性日益增大。本研究通过对中国故宫博物院和韩国国立中央博物馆的文化商品营销战略进行比较分析, 来探索两国博物馆文化商品营销的发展方向。为此, 通过产品, 价格, 渠道, 促销等营销4P战略分析, 分析了韩国国立中央博物馆(以下称中博)和中国故宫博物馆(以下称故宫)的文化商品的差异。研究结果表明, 在产品(product)方面, 故宫重视与其他企业的合作战略, 但中博主要以"企划展文化商品"为中心, 将重点放在自身的商品开发上。价格(price)方面, 中博的文化商品比一般产品的价格定价要高。与此相反, 故宫的部分文化商品与市面上类似产品比较, 以相对低廉的价格出售。据分析, 这是因为不同的市场占有率而采取的战略。从渠道(place)方面来看, 故宫利用多种电商销售文化商品, 而中博则通过特定网站进行集中销售。另外, 故宫的线下卖场位于故宫正门出入口等位置, 但中博的线下文化商品店则设立在中博内部。在促销(promotion)方面, 故宫主要利用网络社交媒体营销战略, 而中博会每年通过公开招募活动收集人们各种各样的想法, 开发文化商品。本次研究通过中国故宫博物院和韩国国立中央博物馆的博物馆文化商品营销方式的比较, 对中国和韩国博物馆文化商品的发展具有新的启示意义。

It is necessary Museum do marketing for benefit Enterprise. In this Paper, we study empirical of Museum Marketing Activation which are introduced Quality Management. We prove four hypothesis which are (1)As professional manpower operation is high, Museum Performance result may rise, (2)Operation conformation is no impact in Museum management result, (3)If quality management operation are introduced, Museum Performance result may rise, (4)As there is much contents of Museum, Museum Performance result may rise.

Marketing for Real and Virtual Museums: A marketing Model to Explain Visitor Behavior in Real Museums and an Outlook on its Applicability to Virtual Museums

  • The purpose of this study is to obtain more insight into the explanation and prognosis of consumer behavior in real and virtual museums. The analysis focuses on the influence of the museum environment on the museum patrons (rather than on the influence of the art objects). On the basis of the emotional approach to environmental psychology by Mehrabian and Russell (1974), a behavior model has been developed for museums. The model, which is based on the emotional variables pleasure, arousal and dominance (PAD), is also enhanced by cognitive variabies (learning attractiveness, education standard and information demand). The enhancement of the classical model was necessary because cognitive variables play a major role in cultural institutions such as museums: One important objective of museums is the communication of cultural knowledge to visitors. The model is tested empirically using structural equation modeling. 301 visitors were interviewed individually. Two different museum environments were represented using visual stimuli. The theoretical model for museums can be proved empirically. The degree to which the model fits the empirical data was extensively tested. The model showed high compatibility with the data and could be accepted. The study proves that a model can be developed, which explains visitor behavior in museums. The model shows museum designers how museums should be designed to be both emotionally appealing and a learning environment. Based on empirical studies in virtual stores on the Internet, it is discussed whether the research findings in these environments may be applied to virtual museum environments. In order to create an emotionally appealing virtual museum, it is recommended that one uses a 3-dimensional representation to offer various possibilities for interaction and to create a multi-sensual environment that appears highly realistic.

패션하우스 뮤지엄의 역할에 관한 연구 - 유럽의 럭셔리 패션브랜드를 중심으로 - (The Role of Fashion House Museums - Focused on European Luxury Fashion Brands -)

  • The purpose of this study is elucidate the status and role of fashion house museums including art museums that are affiliated to luxury fashion brands. This study is significant in that it offers profound understanding of the history of luxury brands and the direction of communication these luxury brands are taking through online and offline museums. For research methods in this study, literature review and case studies were combined. Based on the luxury type classification by Sicard, the scope of research was determined to include the French classical luxury brands to modern luxury brands and contemporary luxury brands. Examining the current status of fashion house museums, it was found that Cartier Foundation for Contemporary Art is an art museum operated by the luxury fashion brand, Cartier. Other fashion house museums in operation included $Herm{\grave{e}}s$ Museum, Foundation Louis Vuitton Museum, $Crist{\acute{o}}bal$ Balenciaga Museum, Yves Saint Laurent Museum, Gucci Museum, Christian Dior Museum, Prada Foundation Museum, Ferragamo Museum, Armani Silos, and so on. As for online museums, there was Valentino Garavani Virtual Museum. These luxury fashion brands' museums serves the following roles: provides references to the fashion industry professionals and researchers; differentiates the brand as means of experience marketing; promotes the brand and enhances brand communication through exhibitions of the founder and designers; archive the brand's design and builds the brand's history as a means of storytelling marketing.

  • Digital technology has now pervaded and become an inseparable part of our daily life. The art museum sector is evolving into a business model that adapts to the new digital format due to the requirement for survival and development. This study examines the development state of China's art museum industry and investigates the current business model innovation trend in the art museum industry from three perspectives: reorganization and development of the art museum industry's business model theory; reconstruction of the art museum industry's display and marketing logic; and innovation of the art museum industry's operation mechanism, based on a systematic assessment of domestic and international research. This research can provide reference value for digital technology to drive the innovation of business model in art museum industry. Moreover, the study has important reference significance for the development strategy of art museum industry.

  • This study looks into the change of the concept of museum and the programs as well from sociocultural point of view Since the very beginning in history, the museum has been a place to educate people with diverse evidences regarding on the human history by preserving legacies of the past. Throughout the long history, the concept of museum and its programs have been revised in accordance with social changes. Consequently, these changes brought the transformation of museums' roles nowadays. The reason is the public in diverse society are so accustomed to stimulus and dynamic cultural changes has induced those change in some senses. The study points that the variation of museum programs are to be developed and museum marketing strategies including global management of art museums should seriously be considered. It also brings new form of museum architecture. The concept of revitalizing museum can expand the band of public and provide them opportunities a place for various cultural activities which can lead a new trend in this society.

패션투어리즘에서의 패션박물관의 역할 (Roles of A Fashion Museum in Fashion Tourism)

  • Fashion can be regarded as an effective marketing tool for the promotion of urban tourism. Since fashion is attractive in itself, it can work as a resource which fascinates people and attracts many tourists to the city. This study examines fashion tourism based on the close relationship between fashion and tourism. This study focuses on analyzing the positive effect of the existence of a fashion museum on the advent of fashion tourism, in particular. A fashion museum can be classified in the same category as an art museum, whereby the museum exists as specializing in fashion and is considered a fashion brand museum. Thus, this study examines the current trends and characteristics of fashion museums and analyzes roles of fashion museums in fashion tourism by types, which are based on advanced researches of general tourism including trends in the fashion tourism industry. The results of this study are as follows: First, a fashion museum can help spread the word and educate tourists about fashion culture. Second, a fashion museum can increase the value of its brand by strengthening the city's identity. Lastly, the presence of a fashion museum would encourage tourists to spend more money in the city, which causes a ripple effect on the city's economy such as creating more jobs within the fashion.

  • 이 논문의 목적은 미술관 방문 및 참여 증가 요인이 사물인터넷을 통한 서비스 마케팅 강화에 있다고 보고 이론적 관점에서 사물인터넷 도입 후 제공된 클리블랜드 미술관 서비스의 내용과 그로 인한 결과는 무엇인지를 분석하여 한국의 예술기관에 적용할 수 있는 시사점을 찾는데 있다. 분석을 위하여 저널논문, 통계, 기관 및 정부의 보도자료, 뉴스기사, 웹문서, 웹페이지 기사를 수집하여 참조한다. 분석결과는 첫째, 디지털 및 소셜미디어의 적용은 미술관 방문 및 재원 창출에 긍정적이다. 둘째, 사물인터넷의 도입은 미술관의 '교육', '접근성', '의사소통' 서비스의 강화는 물론 체험을 활성화시켜 온 오프라인 참여를 증가시킨다. 셋째, 시스템 구축을 위해 지방정부의 자금지원과 관련업체의 기술지원이 필수적으로 뒷받침되어야 한다. 결론으로 사물인터넷 불모지나 다름 없는 국내 미술관에 관람객의 참여 활성화를 위하여 이와 같은 디지털기술의 적극적인 도입을 제안한다.

문화.예술.과학의 관점에서 대학박물관의 특성화를 위한 기초연구 (A study on specializing the University Museum in the Perspective of Culture, Arts, and Science)

  • 이 논문은 대학박물관의 정체성과 역할 및 기능을 정의하고, 문화.예술.과학의 관점에서 대학박물관의 특성화를 제시하고자 한다. 대학박물관은 대학공동체와 대학공동체에 이바지하는 중심으로서 교육정보위락을 위하여 인간과 인간의 환경에 관한 유무형의 증거를 수집 보존 연구 교류 전시 교육하는 곳이다. 오늘날 대학박물관의 표적 이용자들은 교수와 학생, 교직원뿐만 아니라 관계되는 전문가, 후원자, 학부모, 학교 어린들과 동네사람들 같은 이웃 사람들이다. 다목적의 대학박물관은 문화.예술.과학의 관점에서 현실 세계 또는 가상현실 세계에서 설립될 수 있다. 현실세계뿐만 아니라 가상현실 세계에서 유비쿼터스 시스템을 기반으로 대학박물관은 어디서나 언제든지 어떤 기자재로든 쉽게 이용할 수 있다. 문화.예술.과학의 관점에서 대학박물관의 특성화를 위해서 대학박물관 관장은 대학공동체의 최고경영자와 함께 대학박물관의 인적, 물적, 조직적, 기술적, 재화적, 공간적, 상징적 구성요소를 평가하여 대학공동체의 경영 철학과 전략을 바탕으로 대학박물관의 특성화를 추진하는 것이 바람직하다. 대학박물관의 특성화는 박물관 활동의 독창적인 영역을 유지하고, 경영을 효율적으로 이끌어 갈 수 있는 방향으로 기획되고 추진되어야 한다. 문화.예술.과학 관점에서 대학박물관의 특성화는 대학공동체의 정체성 확립과 대학박물관의 역할 및 기능 수행에도 도움을 줄뿐만 아니라 대학공동체의 학문적 발전과 브랜드 가치 창출 및 홍보에도 크게 도움을 줄 것이다.
