개의 신내혈류(腎內血流)에 미치는 Isoproterenol의 영향(影響) (Influence of Isoproterenol on Intra-renal Blood Flow in the Dog)

  • The direct effect of isoproterenol on renal function, when given intravenously, is usually obscured by its potent hypotensive action. To obviate the latter action, isoproterenol was infused directly into one renal artery of the dog, the other kidney serving as a control for the general action. And following results were obtained. In the first series of experiments, the directic action of isoproterenol was ascertained. $1.0\;{\mu}g/kg/min$. reduced on both kidneys the urine flow, clearances of PAH and creatinine, as well as the amount of sodium excreted, but the effect was weaker on the experimental side than on contralateral side. With $0.1\;{\mu}g/kg/min$., two cases among 6 experiments showed marked diuresis, two cases no apparent effect, and another two marked antidiuresis on the experimental kidney, whereas the contralateral kidney exhibited antidiuresis in all cases. Further reducing the dose unmasked the diuretic action on the ,experimental kidney. In another series, the effects of isoproterenol on the blood flow distribution within the kidney and on sodium concentration gradient within the kidney tissue were observed. $0.05\;{\mu}g/kg/min$ isoproterenol markedly increased the medullary plasma flow and slightly increased total renal plasma flow and glomerular filtration rate, along with concomitant increase in the amount of sodium excreted and osmolar clearance, and decrease in reabsorption of free water. Sodium concentration gradient markedly decreased in the experimental kidney, reaching 2/3 of the value observed in the contralateral kidney at the papilla. It is thus concluded that isoproterenol exerts a diuretic action, when infused directly into a renal artery, and the mechanism of the action rests on its hemodynamic action, substantiated as the increase in glomerular filtration and in the medullary blood flow, resulting in washout of hyperosmolality produced by the coutercurrent multiplier system.

  • 본 논문에서는 이원오차성분을 갖는 패널회귀모형에서 모형식별을 위하여 LM 검정통계량을 유도하고 검정통계량의 연산을 위하여 인공회귀방법(Double-Length Artificial Regression, DLR)을 이용한다. 모의 실험 결과, 소표본의 경 우에는 Outer-Product Gradient(OPG)에 근거한 LM 검정통계량은 유위수준이 과대기각하는 경향을 보인 반면 DLR에 근거한 LM 검정통계량은 명목유의수준을 잘 유지하고 검정력도 높게 나타났다.

배연가스의 $NO_x$제거용 코로나 방전장치에서 OH 발광 스펙트럼 측정 및 관련 반응 연구 (Study on the Measurement of Emission Spectrum and Reaction Mechanism of OH Radical in the Nitrogen Corona Discharge System for Removal of $NO_x$ in Flue Gas)

  • We constructed a wire-cylinder type pulsed corona discharge system for $NO_x$ removal, which was operated in room temperature. A emission spectrometer was built with a boxcar averager and monochrometer equipped with photo-multiplier tube detector. The sensitivity of the emission spectrometer was greatly improved by synchronizing the emission spectrometer with pulsed corona discharge system using a triggered spark-gap switch. $N_2$ spectrum($c^3{\Pi}_u{\rightarrow}X^1{\Sigma}_g{^+}$) was measured in the range of 300 - 450 nm and oxidizing OH radical emission($A^2{\Sigma}^+{\rightarrow}X^2{\Pi}$) was measured in case $N_2$ was supplied with water bubbling. As wet gas composition of inlet $N_2$ supplied in the discharge system increased, the intensity of OH emission was increased and saturated at wet gas composition 50%. We also investigated additive effect of $C_2H_4,\;H_2O,\;H_2O_2$ on the intensity of OR emission and $NO/NO_2/NO_x$ reduction and analysed the related reaction mechanism in corona discharge process. $H_2O_2$ additive increased the intensity of OH emission and $NO/NO_x$ reduction.

연료 균형을 고려한 인공위성 편대비행유지 최적 임펄스 제어 (Optimal Impulsive Maneuver for Satellite FormationKeeping with Fuel Balancing)

  • 위성 편대 비행 시 주위성과 부위성 간의 연료 소비 균형을 고려한 임펄스 기동에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 위성 간 사용가능한 연료량을 비교하여 가중치(weight)를 두고 가격함수(cost function)를 설계하여 라그랑지 승수법을 통해 필요한 임펄스를 획득하였다. 상대궤도 발산 방지를 위해 에너지 매칭 기법을 사용하였고, 임펄스 기동 후 상대 거리 구속이 이루어짐을 시뮬레이션을 통해 확인하였다. 시뮬레이션은 지구 중력 외의 외란이 없는 경우와 대기 항력이 외란으로 존재하는 상황으로 시나리오를 나누어 수행하였다. 본 논문 결과는 이후 실제로 위성을 편대로 사용한 위성 군집 비행 시, 상대 궤도 구속 요건을 만족하고 각 위성의 연료량을 비교한 임펄스 기동이 요구될 때 사용가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Indigenous Thai Beef Cattle Breeding Scheme Incorporating Indirect Measures of Adaptation: Sensitivity to Changes in Heritabilities of and Genetic Correlations between Adaptation Traits

  • A model Indigenous Thai beef cattle breeding structure consisting of nucleus, multiplier and commercial units was used to evaluate the effect of changes in heritabilities of and genetic correlations between adaptation traits on genetic gain and profitability. A breeding objective that incorporated adaptation was considered. Two scenarios for improving both the production and the adaptation of animals where also compared in terms of their genetic and economic efficiency. A base scenario was modelled where selection is for production traits and adaptation is assumed to be under the forces of natural selection. The second scenario (+Adaptation) included all the information available for base scenario with the addition of indirect measures of adaptation. These measures included tick count (TICK), faecal egg count (FEC) and rectal temperature (RECT). Therefore, the main difference between these scenarios was seen in the records available for use as selection criteria and hence the level of investments. Additional genetic gain and profitability was generated through incorporating indirect measures of adaptation as criteria measured in the breeding program. Unsurprisingly, the results were sensitive to the changes in heritabilities and genetic correlations between adaptation traits. However, there were more changes in the genetic gain and profitability of the breeding program when the genetic correlations of adaptation and its indirect measures were varied than when the correlations between these measures were. The changes in the magnitudes of the genetic gain and profit per cow stresses the importance of using reliable estimates of these traits in any breeding program.

접안된 선박에 있어서 자기 compass 의 자착수정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Adjustment of the Magnetic Compass on the Vessel alongside the Wharf)

  • This paper offers a method of magnetic compass adjustment for the vessel alongside the wharf using newly designed magnetic north former, which makes the same magnetic field-change as the turning vessel does. The characteristics of the magnetic north former was examined by observing the deviation curves of the magnetic compass installed on the compass deviascop at laboratory. The magnetic north former consists of A and B arms which hold the permanent bar magnets at the both ends of each arm. The arm is to rotae in the horizontal plane about the vertical axis fixed at the center boss of the magnetic compass and it is to compensate the horizontal plane about the vertical axis fixed at the center boss of the magnetic compass and it is to compensate the horizontal component of the earth's field. The B arm makes the artificial magnetic north around the magnetic compass for every ship's heading. The results of investigation are summarized as follows ; 1. The observation and correction of magnetic compass deviation can be done without swinging the ship, of the effect of D coefficient is negligible. 2. The residual deviation curve of the magnetic compass depends on the accuracy of deduced value of ship's multplier($\lambda$). 3. The errors due to the inaccuracy of deduced value of ship's multiplier change in the same way as the B and C coefficient do.

패널 데이터모형을 이용한 지역별 취업자 수 결정요인 추정에 관한 연구 (Estimating the Determinants for employment number by areas : A Panel Data Model Approach)

  • Employment number by areas is composed of various factors for groups and time series. In this paper, we use the panel data for finding various variables and using this, we analyzed the factors that is major influence to employment number by areas. For analysis we looked at employment number by areas, the region for analysis consist of seven groups, that is, the metropolitan city(such as Busan, Daegu, Incheon, Gwangiu, Daejeon, Ulsan.) and Seoul. Analyzing period be formed over a 63 time points(2005.01.- 2010.03). We examined the data in relation to the employment number by occupational job, unemployment rate, monthly household income, preceding business composite index, consumer price index, composite stock price index. In looking at the factors which determine employment number by areas job, evidence was produced supporting the hypothesis that there is a significant negative relationship between unemployment rate and monthly household income the consumer price index. The consumer price index and composite stock price index are significant positive relationship, preceding business composite index is positive relationship, it are not significant variables in terms of employment number by areas job.

고주파 강조필터를 이용한 의료영상의 화질향상을 위한 최적화 방법 (A Visual Quality Enhancement of Medical Image Using Optimized High-Frequency Emphasis Filter)

  • 의료영상의 화질이 진단의 정확성에 중요한 요소이다. 그러므로 의료영상의 화질을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법들이 연구되어져 왔다. 그 중에서 주파수 도메인 필터가 영상의 화질을 향상시킬 수 있는 강력한 도구이다. 본 논문에서는 X선 의료영상에 기존의 고주파통과 필터에 최적값을 적용해서 에지영역을 개선하였고, 결과영상에 기존의 고주파 강조 필터에 최적값을 사용하여 에지영역 및 평탄영역의 대비를 향상시켰다. 마지막으로, 최소평균제곱오차필터를 사용해서 결과영상에 잡음을 최소화했다. 결과적으로, 제안된 방법이 기존 필터들에 비해서 영상의 대비와 에지부분들을 향상시켰으며, 더불어 잡음제거의 효과를 보였다.

  • 최대 양자화 오차는 W 비트 입력으로부터 W 비트의 곱을 출력하는 고정길이 곱셈기의 성능에 많은 영향을 준다. 본 논문에서는 고정길이 modified Booth 곱셈기의 오차범위를 분석한 후 최대오차를 줄이기 위해 추가해야 하는 칼럼 수를 결정하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한, 오차범위 분석방법이 reduced-width 곱셈기 디자인 시에도 적용할 수 있음을 보인다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 오차분석 방법이 고정길이 modified Booth 곱셈기의 실제 디자인에 유용하게 사용될 수 있음을 보인다.

뽕잎 차에서의 성분 비파괴형 기기 기술 개발 및 응용 (Development and Application of Non-Destructive-Type Device of Ingredients in Mulberry Leaf Tea)

  • 기존의 기기분석에 있어서의 미비한 점을 보완한 물질 분석 과정에서 주요 성분의 파괴를 최소화하고져 비파괴형 원적외선 도자기 가마를 이용하여 비파괴형 성분물질을 유지할 수 있는 기기 분석 장치를 개발 하였다. 또한 광폭증폭관(PMT) 기기를 사용하여 뽕잎 차에 함유된 항산화 물질의 형태적 효과를 기존의 기기분석기와 원적외선 도자기 기기를 사용한 것과의 차별화 실험을 통해 그 효과를 측정 하였다. 그 결과 특히 과산화수소를 이용한 항산화 효과를 측정한 결과 성분이 파괴되지 않음을 측정하여 그 효과가 인정 되었기에 이를 보고한다.
