간호대학생의 인문학적 소양과 공감능력이 윤리적 가치관에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Humanities and Empathy on Ethical Values of Nursing Students)

  • This study was to identify the factors of ethical values in nursing students. The survey was conducted in two nursing colleges (n=180) using self-reported questionnaire. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analyses using SPSS/WIN 21 software. Influencing factors of ethical values were empathy(t=3.436, p=.001), teaching method except lecture(t=3.037, p=.003), and curriculum track at high school(t=2.309, p=.022). The model was statistically significant explaining 16.2% of the variance (F=11.185, p<.001). This study suggests that strategies for increasing nursing students' ethical values include reinforcing empathy, utilizing various type of teaching method except lecture in nursing ethics class, and allowing high school students applying to college of nursing regardless of their curriculum track.

해양스포츠 참여자의 즐거움 요인이 레크리에이션 전문화에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Enjoyment Factors on Recreation Specialization of Water Sports Participants)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the influences of sport enjoyment factors on recreation specialization of water sports participants. The study conducted a research survey through purposive sampling method after selecting 4 water sports center in Busan. 260 questionnaires distributed and 246 were selected as final valid sample by removing 14 questionnaires that have insufficient answers. Then data were analyzed through exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS Window ver. 20.0. The results were as followings. First, the enjoyment factors have a positive effect on recreation specialization. Second, escaping from daily routine and improving technical skill dimensions of enjoyment factors have an influence on centrality of life. Third, improving technical skill dimension of enjoyment factors have a positive effect on past experience. Lastly, flow and improving technical skill dimensions of enjoyment factors have an influence on economic investment.

부모로부터의 심리적 분리 및 부모에의 애착이 중학생의 학교적응 유연성에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Psychological Separation and Parental Attachment on School Resilience of Middle School Students)

  • This study attempted to investigate the influence of psychological separation and parental attachment of school resilience of middle school students. Although six hundred forty two middle school students participated in this study, final subjects of this study were 492(male, 243; female, 249) ones. Participants completed Psychological Separation Inventory, Parental Attachment Inventory and School Resilience Scale. Collected data were statistically analyzed using t-test, product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression. The results of analyses revealed psychological separation statistically significantly predicted school resilience of middle school students and parental attachment statistically significantly predicted school resilience of middle school students. Based upon above results, it is concluded that psychological separation and parental attachment can be useful protective factors for school resilience. The implications of these results were discussed and future research questions were suggested with several comments on limitations of this study.

서핑참여자의 참여동기가 몰입경험 및 지속적 참여의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Surfing Participants' Participation Motivation on Flow Experience and Continuous Participation Intention)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the influences of surfing participants' participation motivation on flow experience and continuous participation intention. The study conducted a research survey through purposive sampling method after selecting 2 surfing center in Ganwon-do. 280 questionnaires distributed and 269 were selected as final valid sample by removing 11 questionnaires that have insufficient answers. Then data were analyzed through exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS Window ver. 20.0. The results were as followings. First, participation motivation factors have positive effect on flow experience. Second, participation motivation factors have an influence on continuous participation intention. Third, flow experience have an influence on continuous participation intention. Fourth, leisure flow have an influence on continuous participation intention.

  • The purpose of this study examined the effects of sexual autonomy, sexual assertiveness, sexual subjectivity on sexual behavior among university students. The data was collected from 226 university students and analyzed with t-test and multiple regression using SPSS 21.0 program. The significant factors influencing sexual behavior were sexual attitude, sexual assertiveness, sexual autonomy and sexual subjectivity. And these factors explained 35.7% of the variance in sexual behavior. In conclusion, the results from this study indicated a need to develop the sex education program to improve sexual health among university students.

삼치어종의 동태적 최적어업관리 (The Dynamic Optimal Fisheries Management for Spanish Mackerel)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 다수어업에 의해 어획되는 삼치어종에 대해 잉여생산모형을 이용하여 최대지속적어획량(YMSY) 및 최대지속적어획노력량(FMSY)을 추정한 후 현재 가치 해밀토니안 기법을 적용하여 삼치어종을 어획하는 다수어업의 이윤 극대화를 위한 최적어업관리 수준과 민감도 분석을 통한 삼치어종의 제도적 접근 방안을 제공함에 있다. 분석 내용으로, 우선, 다수어업의 어획노력량을 Gavaris의 일반선형모형을 적용하여 하나의 단위로 표준화한 후, 다양한 잉여생산모형 중 CYP 모형을 채택하여 정태적 자원평가를 시도하였다. 다음으로, 생물·기술적 계수와 경제적 매개변수를 가지고 현재가치 해밀토니안 기법을 이용하여 어업 이윤을 극대화하는 동태적 최적 수준을 추정하였다. 분석 결과, 우선, MSY 수준과 이윤이 극대화되는 수준에서 우리나라 삼치자원은 남획되고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 다음으로, 경제적 주요 변수인 생산가격과 단위당 어업비용 변화에 따른 민감도 분석을 시도해본 결과, 생산가격 및 어업비용이 변화할 때 삼치어종의 자원량이 민감하게 반응하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 실제 삼치어종에 대한 어획노력량이 과도하게 투입되고 있어, 동 자원의 남획으로 인해 삼치어종을 어획하는 쌍끌이대형저인망어업, 대형선망어업, 대형트롤어업의 경영에도 비효율성을 야기하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 결론적으로, 본 연구에서는 우리나라 연근해 수산자원의 회복과 TAC 총량규제의 정부 정책의 확대에 맞추어 삼치어종도 TAC 대상 품종에 포함하여 체계적으로 자원을 관리해 나가길 제안하였다.

제주도 양식넙치병어에서 분리된 연쇄상구균의 약제내성 전이성 plasmid (Transferable R plasmid of Streptococci Ioslation from Diseased Olive Flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) in Jeju)

  • 제주도내 양식넙치 병어에서 분리된 연쇄상구균 75균주의 항균제에 대한 감수성 경향 및 내성균 출현빈도를 조사하고 다재내성 균주로부터 전이성 R plasmid를 검출하였다. 넙치 병어에서 분리된 모든 연쇄상구균은 flumequine (AR)과 oxolinic acid (OA)에 대하여 저항성이었으며, 그 중 30균주 (41%)는 ampicillin (ABPC), doxycycline (DOXY), erythromycin (EM), norfloxacine (NFLX), oxyteracycline (OTC)의 약제에 대하여 다양한 조합으로 동시내성을 나타내었다. AR과 OA를 포함하여 4~6약제에 대하여 다재내성을 보인 균주는 26주였다. 연쇄상구균의 다재내성 전이에 관여하는 R plasmid인 pST9와 DNA구조가 유사한 plasmid의 분포를 알아보기 위하여 60 분리 균주에 대한 colony 혼성화를 실시하였다. 그 결과 13 분리균에서 혼성화 양성반응이 나타났으며 생사료의 원료로 사용되는 양치와 고등어에서도 양성반응이 나타남으로써 동일 DNA구조의 plasmid가 분포함을 시사하였다. 혼성화 양성반응을 보인 13균주로부터 전이성 R plasmid를 검출하기 위하여 conjugation을 실시하였다. OTC, DOXY, EM에 대한 항균제 내성 marker인 Otc, Doxy, Em은 R plasmid에 의하여 수용균인 Streptococcus sp.로 전이가 이루어졌다. 또한 이들 전이성 R plasmid를 보유하고 있는 연쇄상구균들이 동일 분류군에 속하는지를 알아보기 위하여 RAPD pattern을 분석하였다. 내성균주들의 RAPD pattern은 모두 유사하였으며, Streptococcus iniae type의 RAPD pattern (Kim and Kim, 2003)은 나타나지 않았다. 그러므로 pST9와 동일 DNA 구조의 R plasmid는 S. iniae에서의 출현빈도가 매우 낮을 것으로 예상되었다.

해기사 면허시험제도의 문제점 및 개선 방안 연구 (A Study on the Improvement and Problems of Marine Officer License Examination System)

  • Testing is a procedure used to measure a sample of behaviour in order to discover how well a seafarer performs, usually in comparison with others, or compared with identified performance criteria. In this context It is important that the test, in whatever form it is being used, yields consistent results by being valid, reliable and practical. Whilst we can only take a sample of a person's knowledge or comprehension about topic in this way, testing methods do provide a more reliable estimate of performance than most other observational techniques; unsystematic or irregular observation being too unreliable. The method of examination has been specified in the provisions of Regulation 12 of the Decree of the ship officers act as followings. Other necessary matters for conducting oral and written examinations have been set out by the Minister. But written examination is too shortage of period and small number of question to cover the qualification of each level and oral test is just simple and namely Traditionally, written examinations have been provided as the only means for determining the acquisition of knowledge by the mariner. Typically, the examination formats have taken the format of either an essay or multiple choice examinations. Essay items, used in the vast majority of subject examination(not in Korea), consisted of three basic types: situational, descriptive and computational. The level of certificate being examined determined the number and mix of the type of essay questions selected. Oral question has again been used by assessors of seafarer in a wide variety of contexts. Also, oral questioning is often used when observation of performance is undertaken to ask why a certain action has been taken, or to be broaden the scope of what has been observed. At end, Each techniques have their own advantage and disadvantage, so we have to choose some or all of the following techniques, depending upon the certificate, qualification or job for which the trainee is aiming. But in high lank, we have to use both of essay type and multiple choice and with enough time of oral test at least 30 minutes. Who would be the assessor? According to the STCW Code Section A-I/6, instructors, supervisor and assessors are appropriately qualified for particular types and levels of training or assessment of competence of seafarers either on board or ashore, as required under the Convention, in accordance with the provisions of this section.

나팔고둥, Charonia lampas sauliae의 산란유발, 유생 및 치패사육에 미치는 수온의 영향 (Influence of Water Temperature on Spawning Induction, Larval and Spat Rearing of Trumpet Shell, Charonia lampas sauliae)

  • 나팔고둥의 효율적인 종묘생산을 위한 생물학적 기초자료를 얻고자 산란유발, 유생 및 치패사육에 미치는 수온의 영향에 대하여 실험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 수온별 나팔고등의 산란양을 조사한 결과, 가장 많은 산란을 한 $15^{\circ}C$에서 전체 암컷이 2003년 11월에 113 개의 난낭을 산란하였고, 12월에 345 개, 2004년 1월에 1,232 개, 2월에 1,045 개의 난낭을 산란하여 우리나라에서 나팔고등의 산란기는 1월과 2월임을 알 수 있었다. 나팔고둥의 발생속도를 파악하기 위한 난발생과 유생의 성장 단계는 수정란, 4-세포기, 8-세포기, 상실기, trochophore, veliger, hatched veliger로 구분하였는데, 난낭을 뚫고 부출 하기까지 약 50-83일이 소요되었다. 각 발생 단계의 수온별 소요시간을 보면 8-세포기까지 $10^{\circ}C$에서는 10일, $15^{\circ}C$에서 7일이 걸렸고, $20^{\circ}C$$25^{\circ}C$에서는 5일이 소요된 반면, $5^{\circ}C$$30^{\circ}C$에서는 발생이 관찰되지 않았다. 나팔고등 유생의 수은별 성장을 조사한 결과, $10^{\circ}C$$30^{\circ}C$ 에서는 모든 유생이 폐사하였고, $25^{\circ}C$의 경우 실험개시시 평균 $408{\pm}21.52{\mu}m$이던 유생의 30일 경과 후 $544{\pm}23.22{\mu}m$, 60일 경과 후 $683{\pm}19.76{\mu}m$로 성장하여 가장 높은 성장을 보였으나, 생존율은 10%로 가장 낮았다. 또한 $15^{\circ}C$의 경우 30일 경과 후 $509{\pm}18.34{\mu}m$, 60일 후 $625{\pm}19.76{\mu}m$로 성장하였고, 생존율은 23%로 가장 높게 나타나 치패사육시 가장 적정한 수온은 $15^{\circ}C$라 판단되었다.

Forecasting Fish Communities in River Networks

  • Fish communities in river networks provide significant ecosystem services that will likely decline under future land use and climate change. We developed a model that simulates the consequences to multiple populations of one or more fish species-a meta-community-from multiple stressors across a river network. The model is spatially-explicit and age-structured, with three components: habitat suitability; population dynamics, including species interactions; and movement across a spatial network. Although this model is simple, it can form the basis of fisheries assessments and may be incorporated into an integrated modeling system for watershed management and prediction.
