In addition to the proliferation of intelligent information technology, the field of disaster management is being approached from a multifaceted perspective. In particular, as the interest in establishing a disaster safety management system using data increases, there is an increasing need for a large amount of big data distribution generated in real time and a systematic management. Furthermore, efforts are being made to improve the quality of data in order to increase the prevention effect of disasters through data analysis and to make a system that can respond effectively and to predict the overall situation caused by the disasters. Disaster management should seek both precautionary measures and quick responses in the event of a disaster as well as a technical approach to establishing governance and safety. This study explores the policy implications of the significance and structure of disaster safety management governance using data.
Purpose: This study applies the ICF to identify the patient's body function, structure, and participation, evaluates the patient's environmental factors and individual factors, and is a high level of movement to return to the society of patients with multiple ligament injury of the knee joint. This study aims to comprehensively assess the phenomenon of structural unemployment, with a specific emphasis on unemployment resulting from spatial mismatch, while also exploring potential solutions. Spatial mismatch unemployment presents a unique challenge distinct from unemployment stemming from demand deficient, thus requiring a more multifaceted approach beyond the efforts of individual businesses and national economic recovery policy. To underscore the importance of addressing spatial mismatch, this research seeks to quantify its contribution to overall unemployment. Additionally, we evaluate the effectiveness of local labor markets, a prominent mechanism for alleviating spatial mismatch, categorized by occupation, to assess their effectiveness for addressing this issue. Through this analysis, our study advocates for the development of comprehensive policies within the realm of job-related initiatives, including spatial alignment through inter-regional collaborations, in conjunction with region-specific policies and strategies for job creation.

Recent years have seen a notable increase in fire incidents in university cafeterias, yet the social attention to these occurrences remains limited. Despite quick responses to these incidents preventing loss of life, the need for large-scale evacuation in such high foot traffic areas can cause significant disruptions, economic losses, and panic among students. The potential for stampedes and unpredictable damage during inadequate evacuations underscores the importance of fire safety and evacuation research in these settings. Previous studies have explored evacuation models in various university environments, emphasizing the influence of environmental conditions, personal characteristics, and behavioral patterns on evacuation efficiency. However, research specifically focusing on university cafeterias is scarce. This paper addresses this gap by employing Pathfinder software to analyze fire spread and evacuation safety in a university cafeteria. Pathfinder, an advanced emergency evacuation assessment system, offers realistic 3D simulations, crucial for intuitive and scientific evacuation analysis. The studied cafeteria, encompassing three floors and various functional areas, often exceeds a capacity of 1500 people, primarily students, during peak times. The study includes constructing a model of the cafeteria in Pathfinder and analyzing evacuation scenarios under different fire outbreak conditions on each floor. The paper sets standard safe evacuation criteria (ASET > RSET) and formulates three distinct evacuation scenarios, considering different fire outbreak locations and initial evacuation times on each floor. The simulation results reveal the impact of the fire's location and the evacuation preparation time on the overall evacuation process, highlighting that fires on higher floors or longer evacuation preparation times tend to reduce overall evacuation time.In conclusion, the study emphasizes a multifaceted approach to improve evacuation safety and efficiency in educational settings. Recommendations include expanding staircase widths, optimizing evacuation routes, conducting regular drills, strengthening command during evacuations, and upgrading emergency facilities. The use of information and communication technology for managing emergencies is also suggested. These measures collectively form a comprehensive framework for ensuring safety in educational institutions during fire emergencies.
The increasing integration of intelligent information technologies within organizational systems has amplified the risk to personal information security. This escalation, in turn, has fueled growing apprehension about an organization's capabilities in safeguarding user data. While Internet users adopt a multifaceted approach in assessing a company's information security, existing research on the multiple dimensions of information security is decidedly sparse. Moreover, there is a conspicuous gap in investigations exploring whether users' evaluations of organizational information security differ across industry types. With an aim to bridge these gaps, our study strives to identify which information security attributes users perceive as most critical and to delve deeper into potential variations in these attributes across different industry sectors. To this end, we conducted a structured survey involving 498 users and utilized the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the relative significance of various information security attributes. Our results indicate that users place the greatest importance on the technological dimension of information security, followed closely by transparency. In the technological arena, banks and domestic portal providers earned high ratings, while for transparency, banks and governmental agencies stood out. Contrarily, social media providers received the lowest evaluations in both domains. By introducing a multidimensional model of information security attributes and highlighting the relative importance of each in the realm of information security research, this study provides a significant theoretical contribution. Moreover, the practical implications are noteworthy: our findings serve as a foundational resource for Internet service companies to discern the security attributes that demand their attention, thereby facilitating an enhancement of their information security measures.
This study was aimed at exploring the meaning and essence of the conflict experiences of clinical dental hygienists. In-depth interviews with 13 dental hygienists working in a dental clinic were conducted. Giorgi's method was used for qualitative analysis of the data. Conflict experiences of clinical dental hygienists were categorized into four central meaning as task conflicts, interpersonal conflicts, organizational environment conflicts, and conflict management style. Participants felt more sensitive towards the attitudes of people than treatment itself. Further studies on the multifaceted approach to conflict experiences of dental hygienists should be made. Additional research is necessary to develop effective measures and program to prevent and reduce conflict and stress in the work environment of dental hygienists.
Child friendly cities are to be prepared to create a community environment that allows children to live happily when children's rights are created when the environment in which children's rights are guaranteed is created. Therefore, this study examined the relationship between children's rights and happiness and explored what needed to be done to build child friendly cities for children. For this purpose, 1,000 elementary and middle school students in W district with the certification of child friendly cities were surveyed and analyzed. From the results of this study, first, elementary students were more aware of children's rights than middle school students. Second, children's rights affecting happiness appeared as health, social services, and educational environment. Third, children's rights affecting happiness were found to vary according to the level of school. Housing, safety and protection, and educational resources were important for elementary school students, and health and social services, and safety and protection were important for middle school students. Based on the results of this study, this study suggested that multifaceted intervention and approach should be considered for various aspects of health, welfare, education, safety, etc. to build child friendly cities.
Questions of why, what, and how represent the new perspective on goal construct. This paper proposed a novel approach toward the goal construct as a dynamic decision-making process. A number of researchers have agreed that goals initiate and sustain human motivation. In spite of the consistency in emphasis on goals, there are apparent inconsistencies in definitions of goal construct across theories and research. These inconsistences hinder interdisciplinary communication about goal construct, which in turn leads to jingle-jangle fallacy. Therefore, on the basis of systematic literature review, I defined the goal construct as a multifaceted and hierarchical decision-making process to structure desired end-states. The first process is generating goals, which can be also called "why" process. During this phase, individuals generate cognitive schema about general direction of desired end-states based on the conscious and nonconscious interpretation of subjective experience. The second process is goal setting, which can be called "what" process. Here, individuals clarify contents of multiple goals and structure hierarchy and priority of them. The last process is implementing goals, "how" process. This process contains decision making about whether he/she decides to implement the goal or not and how to execute goal-directed behaviors. In the last section of this paper, I tried to suggest several practical applications of this new perspective for adolescents, who struggle with why-what-how to have goals in learning context.
This study has been conducted to identify the theoretical understanding of cultural competence by systematically reviewing national and international quantitative studies on 'nurses' and 'nursing students' cultural competence dimensions. A literature search was conducted over approximately three months from June to August 2020, targeting academic journals and dissertations published from January 1, 2010, to December 31, 2019. Literature extraction was conducted according to the PRISMA guidelines, and 67 papers from a total of 1,175 were selected for the systematic literature review. As a result, the most commonly measured component was cultural perception, other dimensions included cultural knowledge, cultural skills, cultural sensitivity, cultural encounter, cultural attitude, cultural behavior, cultural longings and cultural receptivity, cultural experience, cultural security, cultural ethics, cultural beliefs, cultural practice, motivation and curiosity, cultural emotions and empathy. Therefore, in order to improve the cultural competency of nurses and nursing students, it is necessary to seek consensus and a multifaceted approach that is essential in each society based on various components.
Objective : The purpose of this study was to analyze the format and effects of lifestyle intervention provided to community dwelling older adults. This systematic review was written following the PRISMA guideline. Methods : The National Digital Science Library(NDSL), RISS, PubMed, and CINAHL were used to search for articles published from January 2008 to December 2017. In total, 20 articles were selected for the analysis and the risk of bias was screened through the Physiotherapy Evidence Database Scale. Lifestyle interventions in the articles were classified according to the disease of the participants. Results : Major contents of the lifestyle interventions were increased physical activity like moderately intensive exercise and education or training to help participants have a healthy diet. Of the 20 articles, 17 included more than 2 types of contents. Examining biochemical factors was the most common measurement among the multifaceted measurements used to assess the effects of lifestyle interventions. The results of the lifestyle interventions described in each article did not indicate congruent effects. 14 of the 20 articles reported the lifestyle interventions had significant effects. Conclusions : The results of this study could help practitioners select the contents of and provide lifestyle interventions to older adults. Further study on the various applications of lifestyle interventions in a community setting is necessary.
