Consumers' store loyalty and brand loyalty are closely related in apparel product purchase decision making process. The purpose of this study was to identify consumers' composite loyalty orientation considering both store loyalty and brand loyalty. As for the method of the research, in-depth face-to-face interviews were carried out. 20 interviewees were asked to describe apparel product purchase decision making process related to store choice and brand choice. Store loyalty and brand loyalty were combined to identify composite loyalty orientation. In this process, 6 types of loyalty orientation were identified; single-store type loyal/convenient brand loyal, single-store type loyal/low brand involved, multi-store type loyal/affected brand loyal, multi-store type loyal/economic multi-brand loyal, multi-store type loyal/value-seeking multi-brand loyal, multi-store type loyal/brand non loyal. The characteristics of each loyalty orientation were compared.

The purposes of this study were to identify the sub-dimensions of consumers' attitude and types of loyalty behavior toward fashion brands, and to analyze the influence of consumers' brand attitudes on brand loyalty. A survey was conducted with the questionnaire for consumer's buying experience of fashion brand. A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed, and 341 complete responses were analyzed. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis, and multi-group analysis were used for data analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the consumers' brand attitude consisted of four sub-dimensions of affective, familiar, value-expressive, and utilitarian attitude. Second, each brand attitude significantly influenced the brand loyalty behavior(single-brand loyalty, multi-brand loyalty, and brand switching). Finally, the causal relationship between brand attitude and brand loyalty differed by consumer's variety seeking tendency.
The purpose of this study was to examine if multi-shop's store image affects store loyalty and brand switching. Two hundred fifty females and males who have purchased fashion products in multi-shop participated in this survey. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Pearson's correlation and regression analysis were used for this study. The results were as followed. First, respondents' the most favorite multi-shop was MUE, followed by Boon the shop and ABC mart. Second, store image was classified into four factors such as store atmosphere, service of store, store recognition and product variety. Store loyalty was classified into five factors such as emotional relationship, pursue of novelty, trust about salesperson, satisfaction about service, and active loyalty. Third, result revealed that 'product variety' and 'store atmosphere', 'store recognition', 'service of store' accounted for 39.6% of the explained varience in store loyalty, and 'store recognition' accounted for 4% of the explained varience in brand switching behavior, while 'trust about salesperson', 'pursue of novelty' accounted for 5% of the explained varience in brand switching behavior. Based on these results, multi-shop's fashion marketing strategy would be suggested.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of retailing types on consumers' omnichannel experience while purchasing fashion products. The omnichannel experience occurs when retailers provide seamless customer experience across the various touchpoints of retail channels. In this empirical study, retail types were categorized into single-brand stores and multi-brand stores, and the relationship among store loyalty, brand loyalty, and customer retention was observed by the research model. A survey was conducted on the global consumers who had experience in purchasing fashion products via the omnichannel using Amazon Mechanical Turk; as a result, 351 responses were analyzed. The mediating and moderating effects of loyalty constructs and retail types were analyzed using Process Macro 4.0. The results indicated that a seamless omnichannel experience affects customer retention by mediating store loyalty and brand loyalty; additionally, the dual mediating effect of store loyalty and brand loyalty was significant. The moderating effect according to retail type was identified, and the moderated mediation effect of store loyalty was validated. The results showed that multi-branded retailers' store loyalty had a stronger influence on customer retention than that of single-brand retailers and exhibited the relationship between store loyalty and brand loyalty as well as retail types (single vs multi) in a seamless omnichannel customer experience.

This study examines the dimensions of brand experience and brand commitment within mass cosmetic brand stores that target female high school students and analyzes the effect of multi-dimension brand experience and brand commitment on brand loyalty. A model linking brand experience to brand commitment and loyalty was tested, using structural equation modeling analysis. A total of 175 female high school students completed the online questionnaire. The current study extended the understandings of the construct of brand commitment by adopting a broadened five-component consumer commitment. The results confirmed that developing brand experience in domestic mass cosmetics brand stores influences consumer loyalty through various types of brand commitment. This study can be beneficial for brand managers by providing guidelines on how to establish consumer loyalty affected by brand experience through brand commitment. Especially, brand managers should consider the negative impacts of forced commitment on consumer loyalty despite brand experience within the stores not influencing teenage consumers' forced commitment toward mass cosmetic brands. The importance of habitual commitment in the relationship between brand experience and loyalty was also revealed. The results can provide a realistic blueprint for consumer brand experience and commitment strategy.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the difference of Structural Equation Model which shows the path between BRQ and its performance variables according to purchase product types-fashion brand types, clothing item groups. The subjects were women in their 20s to 40s living in Seoul and Metropolitan areas, and 482 copies of questionnaire were analyzed. Multi-Group Analysis of AMOS 5.0 Package was used to investigate structural equation model according to fashion brand types and clothing item groups. The results of this study were as follows. As for fashion brand types, there appeared to be significant differences between high price brand type and medium-low price brand type for three paths, namely brand satisfaction to brand loyalty, BRQ to brand attitude, and brand attitude to brand loyalty. However the verification of structural equation model according to clothing item groups showed no significant differences between formal wear and informal wear. Consequently, BRQ was proved to affect brand satisfaction and brand loyalty, and brand satisfaction was the important intermediate variable between BRQ and brand loyalty. As consumers were likely to show the difference of structural equation model according to the price of purchase goods, differencial marketing strategy would be suggested.
The purpose of this study is 1) to develop and validate the BRQ construct perceived by brand loyal consumers, 2) to evaluate the predictive capacity of the individual BRQ dimension and brand relationship benefit on consumers' relationship intention, and 3) to identify the distinctive loyalty orientation based on the concept of BRQ. Questionnaire data from 379 brand loyal consumers on BRQ, brand relationship benefit, relationship intention, and their brand loyal behavior pattern were analyzed. The results showed that brand loyal consumers' BRQ composed of 3 dimensions including 'compensational bind', 'self attachment', and 'trust'. In addition, the mediating role of BRQ in predicting consumers' loyal relationship intention was validated using the structural equation model. Regarding the effect of each BRQ dimension on loyal relationship intention, consumers' intention to be loyal to an apparel brand was more explained by self attachment than the other dimensions. This study also intended to provide a useful direction to apparel brands in finding out which relationship quality type is more effective for differentiated marketing strategies by comparing the BRQ of single-brand loyal consumers and that of multi-brand loyal consumers.
The present study proposes and tests an integrative model for global consumers to examine the relation among fashion marketing mix, brand attitude, brand loyalty, and purchase intention in the jeans market. The questionnaire surveys 692 consumers in the United States, China, and France. The statistical analysis methods that are used are as follows: frequency analysis, factor analysis, SEM analysis, and multi-group analysis. The results show that fashionability, perceived quality, and advertising have a direct and also a positive effect on brand attitude; however, advertising didn't have a direct effect on purchase intention. In addition, the results of the SEM analysis show that brand attitude leads to brand loyalty, while also showing a direct and indirect positive effect on purchase intention. Furthermore, the multi-group analysis reveals significant differences in SEM among countries such as the United States, China, and France.
This study was conducted to look into consulting areas that can secure loyalty customers by clarifying relations between perceived quality factors, brand image and customer loyalty in terms of a multi-function printer. To accomplish the study purpose, this study carried out a validation analysis, a reliability analysis and a structural equation model analysis by setting up a study model and a hypothesis based on precedent studies and collecting data from purchase decision-makers. The findings of the study are summarized as follows. First, effects of perceived quality components of a multi-function printer on brand image were product quality, sales man's service and service quality in order of majority. Second, brand image of a multi-function printer has a positive impact on customer loyalty. This study is meaningful as it expanded the scope of study related to a multi-function printer up to the administrative field. This study is expected to help industries, who have similar business structure of a multi-function printer, establish a business strategy and support practical work and administrative consulting.

Coalition loyalty programs, loyalty cash-back programs that enable their members to accrue and redeem points at a wide-range of affiliated outlets, are emerging. In a coalition loyalty program, unlike in a single-brand loyalty program, points accrued from one outlet can be redeemed in other outlets which even may be of other brands than the very one where the points were from. However, in spite of such systematic characteristic of coalition loyalty programs, there is only little research on the effect of the program. The present study is aimed at examining the difference between the effects of a coalition and a single-brand loyalty program in terms of acquisition and retention of customers and tries to provide strategic implications for a firm to run a loyalty program. We classify purchase conditions into two types-acquisition vs. retention. Then we compare the effects of a coalition and a single-brand loyalty program on the purchase intention, under both the acquisition and the retention conditions. The result shows that the effect of the coalition loyalty program is stronger than that of the single-brand loyalty program under the acquisition condition. On the other hands, the single-brand loyalty program is more effective than the coalition loyalty program under the retention condition, at least for the minor brand.
