다차원적 아동빈곤 경험이 아동발달에 미치는 영향에 대한 질적연구 (Effect of Multi-dimensional Child Poverty Experience on Child Development: A Qualitative Study)

  • 본 연구는 한국복지패널에 연계된 질적패널 중 성인 19명과 아동 20명에 대한 심층 면접을 실시하여, 빈곤가구의 아동빈곤의 경험에 대한 다차원적인 범주 분석을 실시하고, 빈곤경험이 아동발달에 미치는 영향과 의미를 현상학적 주제분석으로 제시하였다. 특히 본 연구는 상대적 박탈감에 초점을 두고, 빈곤화 과정, 주거, 건강, 교육, 양육, 문화, 가족, 아동의 꿈 차원에서 드러나는 빈곤 경험을 내부자 관점에서 기술하고, 빈곤 경험을 아동발달 관점에서 발견적이고 해석적으로 기술하였다. 연구결과 아동기의 빈곤경험은 트라우마, 성장과 기회의 박탈, 애어른, 빈곤의 대물림, 꿈의 제한이라는 부정적인 아동발달 경험과 결부되어있었다. 이러한 내부자 시각에 기반한 질적 연구는, 다차원적 아동빈곤 경험에 대한 깊이 있는 이해와 대상 밀착형 정책수요를 가능하게 하여, 빈곤 정책연구 외연 확장에 기여할 수 있다.

장애아 전문 어린이집 피난인식 및 건축현황 분석 연구 (A Study on the Recognitions on Evacuation and Architectural Design Characteristics of Child Care Center with Disabilities)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 재난약자인 장애아 전문 어린이집의 건축계획 및 피난관리의 개선방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 장애아 전문 어린이집을 운영하는 원장 및 관리자를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 피난인식을 조사하고, 어린이집 현장조사를 통해 보육 및 피난 환경을 분석하였다. 이상의 연구결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 65.3%의 보육시설 원장이 "자력으로 피난이 가능한 장애아동이 30% 미만"으로 응답하고, 중증복합장애 아동이 50% 이상인 시설이 73.2%를 차지하고 있어, 현실적으로 장애아동은 보육교사의 도움없이 안전한 피난은 어려울 것으로 판단된다. 둘째, 수직피난 또는 길찾기의 어려움이 있는 중증장애 아동이 2층 이상에 재실하는 장애아 전문 어린이집은, 각 층에 소방차 도착 후 구난시까지 대기할 수 있는 방화구획된 피난안전구역 설치의 필요성이 있다. 셋째, 서울시의 장애아 전문 어린이집은 대부분은 복지관 1층에 입지하고 있어 피난의 수월성은 보장되지만, 주택이나 공동주택 등을 리모델링하여 운영하는 어린이집은 시설환경이 노후화하고 열악하여 안전 및 피난을 위해 편의 및 피난시설의 개선이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

IPA 분석기법을 통한 공동주택의 무장애공간 인증기준 적합성 분석연구 (A Study on the Barrier-Free Space through IPA Method for the Elderly in Multi-family Housing)

  • 노인이 되면 시지각 인지장애 및 치매까지도 수반하게 되어 지지적 공간이 뒷받침되지 않으면 안전 및 생명에의 위험을 초래하게 된다. 이러한 공간지지는 연령이나 성별, 신체·정신적 한계를 포용하여 안전하고 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 유니버설 디자인개념에 기초하고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 IPA기법을 이용하여 공동주택 거주 노인계층을 대상으로 현행 무장애 공간을 위한 편의시설 설치기준 적합성을 검증하는데 있다. 교차분석결과, 고령화가 진행될수록, 남성보다는 여성그룹의 무장애 공간 만족도가 저하되는 것으로 나타났다. 다중회귀분석은 만족도에 가장 영향을 미치는 인자는 위생시설의 일부인 세면대 항목으로 나타났으며 중요도 또한 계단 및 승강기가 가장 중요한 변수로 제시되었다. IPA 분석결과, 14가지 인증항목 중 가장 시급하게 개선되어야 할 BF인증지표는 세면대, 욕실, 샤워실 경보 및 피난시설로 도출되어 위생시설에 대한 보다 면밀한 시설계획이 필요함을 시사한다.

장기미집행 도시공원의 특례법에 따른 민간공원사업 특성연구 - 포항시의 사업추진 어려움과 해결방안 - (A Study of Private Development of Long-Term Unexecuted Urban Parks through a Special Act - Difficulties and Solutions of Pohang -)

  • This is a case study of private sector's development of long-term unexecuted urban parks in Pohang through a special act, which provides a guideline of 30% of land for non-park while 70% of land for park. The strategy has a lot of validity in many respects along with the urban planning sunset system, but even with the special act it would not easy to be implemented in Pohang, where the guideline has been modified to 20% for non-park, mostly multi-family housing projects while 80% for park. Thus, participation of private companies would be discouraged due to low commercial validity. Also, there would exist various risks because the project would be completed through a long-term decision-making and execution process. Thus, this study argues that it would be better for Pohang to follow the original guideline of the government for better implementation of the projects, along with preparation of a law with which the government be able to recoup excess profits when too much profits would be given to private developers. For the project implemented smoothly, it is also important to understand local housing market and fluctuating economic conditions, and to prepare various incentives for private companies. In addition, to secure publicity, guidelines on the level of publicity of the project should be prepared through negotiation by parties to prevent the project being discouraged too much.

공동주택 유형별 친환경 마감재 사용 실태분석 연구 (Actual Use Pattern of Environment-friendly Finish Materials in Recently-Constructed and Remodeled Apartment Houses)

  • The concepts of interior design work have set forward an aesthetic and functional proposition to be answered by those who design spaces. The available range of suitable materials for interior use appears to be almost inexhaustible in this day and age. Now a day, relatively new fields of study on environmental-friendly interior examine humans'innate affinity for health and explore its implications for architecture and the built environment. A growing field of research suggests that spaces' relationship to aesthetics and environment can either help or hinder their occupants' health and wellness, productivity, and even their creativity. This paper presents several examples of already built apartment houses in practice, and discusses the demand of users of the spaces for health and sustainable environment, deepening the relationship between newly-constructed spaces and the remodeled ones. The considerations to some new and contemporary materials from the aspect of healthy indoor architecture design are presented in this paper. Designers need to rethink the conventional and high-tech interior environment in apartment houses with respect to perceived air quality, material emissions, and odors. The future of interior design is oriented on light shapeable materials which are able to create a unique memorable atmosphere. The primary assignment in accepting recent materials and proceedings is our responsibility to creating proposals, that are mainly safe, hygienic and environmentally proper.

공동주택의 겨울철 실내공기환경에 대한 거주자 반응 (Resident's Subjective Responses to Indoor Air quality of Multi Family Houses in Winter)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out understand the resident's subjective responses to physical indoor environment. The questionnaire survey was carried out to measure form Jan. 8th to Feb. 2th in 1996, the typical external climate of winter in Korea. The subjects were four hundred and eleven housewives, living in apartments of RC structure I Ilsan apartment complex. As the result, residents usual ventilate once or twice a day by opening outward windows for about ten minutes. Unpleasant smell producted by cooking and wet garbage made most of them negatively respond to kitchen's air quality. regression analysis of relativeness between sense of air freshness smell, dust and comfort revealed that sense of comfort was the most highly related with the extent of bad smell. Housing factors such as size of apartments and ventilating, smoking and gas usage had significant effects on indoor air quality and the subjective responses in winter. Therefore it is especially important to consider air pollution problem from the beginning stage when planning small apartments. It is required that the government of environment has to emphasize the importance of ventilation to residents, and makes an effort to establish the design criteria on indoor air quality in house.

Trade Scale, Property Types, and Location Environment of Vacation Houses: Examples from Central Japan

  • This study is a basic investigation of the contents and services relevant to the domestic vacation house business. In which, the trade scale, types of housing, and environmental conditions of various property locations were analyzed. The characteristics of properties listed on the Japanese website that conducts the greatest volume of vacation house trade in Japan were examined, and the following results were obtained: Villa areas, villas, and resort condos (resort mansions) are the three basic types of properties handled in the vacation house trade. In this market, sales per unit in villa areas and per spaces in resort condos accounted for the highest volume of trade, followed by that of villas (individual houses). In terms of land area, floor area, and sales price per house type, the relatively cheaper small and medium-sized vacation houses are more frequently traded, than expensive large-scale villas. In particular, small multi-family type villas (such as in resort condos) are the most popular. Land and floor area, and sales prices all show considerable variation depending on the type of property considered. Therefore, a business initiative to provide a more detailed classification of properties is required. In terms of the environment of vacation properties, most are located on coasts, plateaus, or inland mountains, and are generally within three-hours' traveling distance of large cities.

전동 블라인드 내장형 창호시스템 적용에 따른 공동주택 에너지 성능평가 연구 (Energy Performance Evaluation of Apartment Building in Case of Applying a Blind Integrated Window System)

  • Although recently revised building code requires 15~20% increased thermal insulation performance for window systems, since the code is focusing on winter heat loss, it is not satisfactory to contribute on reducing rapidly rising cooling load in summer. Window systems have great impact on building heat gain and loss. Therefore technological development for window system specialized in shading solar gain in summer is an urgent matter. This study evaluates the performance of sun shading and thermal insulation for blind integrated window system. Also, computer simulation evaluates the effect of heating and cooling energy consumption reduction for an individual unit(floor area of $85m^2$) of a multi-family housing. Physibel Voltra, a heat transfer analysis software, was used to analyse the effect of energy consumption reduction, and the energy load was converted to the cost to compare the actual effect of economical benefit.

  • 본 연구는 소비자 의식조사를 통한 친환경적 리모델링의 문제점을 분석한 후 개선방안을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 리모델링 시장 현황 및 시장 전망을 분석하였다. 다음으로 거주자들의 소비자 의식을 통하여 친환경적 리모델링의 문제점을 도출하고 이에 따라 친환경적 리모델링의 활성화를 위한 개선방안을 제시한다. 상기와 같은 목적과 방법으로 진행된 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 친환경적 리모델링의 의식조사를 위한 대상을 선정한 후 의식조사를 통하여 문제점을 분석하였다. 둘째, 분석된 문제점을 바탕으로 친환경적 리모델링의 활성화를 위한 개선방안을 제시하였다.

공동주택의 실내부 표면적 및 사용 마감재 구성 실태분석 (Real Survey on Interior Surface Area and Applied Finishes in Recently-Planned Apartment Houses)

  • This paper is an outgrowth of many years of practicing real interior work projects and one of my responses to the question not only about the actual dimension of interior work surface but also about the classification of contemporary finishing materials in basic interior project of high-rise apartment houses. For this purpose, 8 conventional apartment units which are already-built or designed have been surveyed and the results are interpreted in the form of proportion of space and finishes. The data can be applied to make up a schematic design in the selection of environment-friendly interior works and assessment of the degree of sustainability. For further study, the basic data provided here can be used as an index to differentiate the occupants' desire toward green interior design for their own apartment spaces, comparing to the conventional interior work in the Korean market. Not surprisingly, wall paper is dominated to make the interior surface in apartment houses. In the percentile of the utilization of finishing materials, wood-flooring and coating materials like wet paint also ranked at the upper position.
