The study examines the relationship between credit risk and operational risk (understanding of risk management, risk identification, risk assessment and control, and risk monitoring) on risk management practices followed by private and public sector commercial banks. The cross-sectional data method was used to check the impact of risk management practices. Data was collected from the bank employees and a total of 284 respondents were finally selected for further analysis. Measurement Invariance of Composite Models analysis is used to test the quality of the measurement model for sub-samples, and multi-group analysis is used for path analysis in sub-sample through PLS-SEM. The findings of the study as the total sample show that both types of banks are managing adequate and significant risk management practices. On the other hand, sub-groups' results show private sector banks are more momentous than public sector banks. Risk identification is significantly different at the sub-group level, which shows public sector banks are more concentrating on this type of risk. Understanding of risk management has no significant effect on both types of banks and risk assessment & control for public sector banks, and there is a difference in the risk management practices among private and public sector commercial banks.

본 논문에서는 2005년 1사분기부터 2009년 3사분기까지 개별 화물자동차 운전자들의 실제 화물운송 실적자료를 이용하여 영업용 도로화물운송업의 업종 및 품목별 생산 효율성을 평가하고, 위탁관리제 및 다단계거래 등 규제적 요인을 포함하여 영업용 도로화물운송업의 생산 효율성에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 구체적으로 영업용 도로화물운송업의 생산 효율성 평가를 위해 자료포락분석법을 적용하였고, 개별 화물자동차 운전자들의 생산 효율성에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하기 위해 토빗모형을 이용하였다. 분석결과, 개별화물과 용달화물보다는 일반화물 업종의 생산 효율성이 더 높은 것으로 분석되었으며, 품목별로는 철강화물의 생산 효율성이 가장 높고, 유류화물의 생산 효율성이 가장 낮은 것으로 평가되었다. 특히 시간이 지남에 따라 영업용 도로화물운송업의 생산 효율성은 소폭 증감을 보이고 있으나, 전반적으로 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있다. 아울러 본 연구에서는 실증분석결과를 토대로 영업용 도로화물운송업의 생산 효율성 증대를 위한 정책방향을 제시하였다.

Since there is currently no commercial protocol simulator for CDMA mobile communication system, we need to develop a General-Purposed Protocol Test Simulator (G-PTS). This paper is concerned with the design and implementation of this G-PTS contains the multi-scenario generating functions, multi-tasking kernel and multiple interface functions. Thus it can be utilized in the test category using multiple base-stations such as soft-handoff, 3-way handoff and mulit-party call features. G-PTS is verified using the model of CDMA soft handoff scenario and the result shows its reliable operations.

In this paper we propose a method to generate a multisyllable onsense wordest for the purpose of synthetic speech assessment and applies th ewordest to assess one commercial text-to-speech system. Some results about the experiment is suggested and it is verified that the generated nonsense wordset can be used to assess the intelligibility of the synthesizer in phoneme level or in phonemic environmental level. From the experimental results it is verified that such multi-syllable nonsense wordset can be useful for the assessment of synthesized speech.

Two servo control algorithms are suggested to reduce the tracking error of a computer hard disk drive. One is the repetitive control to reduce the repeatable tracking error which is not explicitly taken into account in the design of a conventional controller. This algorithm was successfully applied to a commercial disk using a fixed point DSP. The other is the multi-rate sampling control which generates the control output between each sampling times since the sampling time of hard disk drives is limited. These algorithms were shown effectively to reduce tracking errors.

Numerical study on the advection in a microchannel with multi blocks has been performed. the microchannel is simulated three-dimensionally using a commercial fluid analysis code, FLUENT 6.0. Geometric factors of blocks are used in analysing the mixing effect. the numerical results show that the height of blocks in the channel is a key factor. Further study is required to investigate mixing effect of the microchamel with various shapes.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the transition of housing facilities and the technicalization of the housing life through the newspaper advertisements between the 1970s' and 1990s'. The modernization on multi-family housing life since 1970s' was come true by functional equipments. Although the improvement on the material environments deteriorated the modernized life to the commercial uniformity.

This paper presents numerical analysis result of rotor-bearing system of a multi-stage high pressure pump. Especially resonance possibility, stability and damping factor are estimated for a selected commercial multi-stage high pressure pump. The result shows that it is not easy to avoid resonance of rotor-bearing system against main excitation forces which are residual unbalance force and pressure pulsation. This makes damping effect be more important.

본 논문에서는 Power Integration사의 플라이백 컨버터 제어 IC인 TOP258YN의 주요 기능을 PSPICE로 구현 및 검증하였다. PSPICE를 이용한 IC 모델링을 통하여 제한적으로 제공되던 IC의 모델링을 시뮬레이션이 가능하도록 하였다. 모델링를 이용하여 실시한 시뮬레이션과 회로 실험 비교를 통하여 본 논문을 검증한다.

In this paper, multi-objective optimization of a multi-bubble pressure cabin in the underwater glider with Blended-Wing-Body (BWB) is carried out using Kriging and the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA-II). Two objective functions are considered: buoyancy-weight ratio and internal volume. Multi-bubble pressure cabin has a strong compressive capacity, and makes full use of the fuselage space. Parametric modeling of the multi-bubble pressure cabin structure is automatic generated using UG secondary development. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is employed to study the structural performance using the commercial software ANSYS. The weight of the primary structure is determined from the volume of the Finite Element Structure (FES). The stress limit is taken into account as the constraint condition. Finally, Technique for Ordering Preferences by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is used to find some trade-off optimum design points from all non-dominated optimum design points represented by the Pareto fronts. The best solution is compared with the initial design results to prove the efficiency and applicability of this optimization method.
