GA를 이용한 복수 애로공정 생산방식제어 (Production Control in Multiple Bottleneck Processes using Genetic Algorithm)

  • This paper seeks to present a multi-control method that can contribute to effective control of the production line with multiple bottleneck processes. The multi-control method is the production system that complements shortcomings of CONWIP and DBR, and it is designed to determine the raw material input according to the WIP level of two bottleneck processes and WIP level of total process. The effectiveness of the production system developed by applying the multi-control method was verified by the following three procedures. Raw material input conditions of the multi-control method are as follows. First, raw materials are go into the production line when the number of the total process WIP is lower than established number of WIP in total process and first process is idle. Second, raw materials are introduced when the number of WIP of two bottleneck processes is lower than the established number of WIP of each bottleneck process. Third, raw materials are introduced when the first process and in front of bottleneck process are idle even if the number of WIP in the total process is less than established number of WIP of the total process. The production line with two bottleneck processes was selected as the condition for production environment, and the production process modeling of CONWIP, DBR and multi-control production method was defined according to the production condition. And the optimum limited WIP level suitable for each system was obtained by applying a genetic algorithm to determine the total limited number of WIP of CONWIP, the limited number of WIP of DBR bottleneck process, the number of WIP in the total process of multi-control method and the limited number of WIP of bottleneck process. The limited number of WIP of CONWIP, DBR and multi-control method obtained by the genetic algorithm were applied to ARENA modeling, which is simulation software, and a simulation was conducted to derive result values on the basis of three criteria such as production volume, lead time and number of goods in-progress.

  • This study shows the floor plan types and the space composition of multi-used toilets in public-toilets of Choongchung-Do. The areas of multi-used toilets are various from 4.8m2 to 10.5m2 And there Is usually one multi-used toilet in one public-toilet, but some public-toilets have two multi-used toilets. Multi-used toilets have several equipments such as toilet stool, urinal, washstand, change diaper, chair for baby-care, toilet stool for child, urinal for child, so on. All the multi-used toilets have toilet stool and washstand, but urinal and change diaper were used restrictively, and chair for baby-care, toilet stool for child, urinal for child were used in few cases. There are six types how the multi-used toilets are located in public-toilets, five types of multi-used toilet forms, and five types how the equipments are installed in multi-used toilets. The dotted blocks are installed partially in line type, and partially in spot type. But some cases, there was no installation of dotted block. Auto-sliding door were usually applicated, and some other types of door system were used restrictively. This study offers not only the present conditions, but also the appropriate planning directions of the multi-used toilets.

웹기반 이러닝 멀티에이전트 시스템 (An Intelligent Web based e-Learning Multi Agent System)

  • 이 논문에서는 멀티에이전트 기반 지능형 웹기반 이러닝 시스템을 구현하였다. 이 시스템 구현을 위해 사용자들의 취향검사를 수행하였고, 결과 사용자 그룹에 맞는 적절한 이러닝 커뮤니티를 형성하였다. 제안하는 시스템인 IMAS는 신경회로망에 의해 이러닝 커뮤니티를 학습하였고, 새로운 분산기반 멀티에이전트 프레임워크를 이용하여 에이전트를 생성한다.

  • In this paper, we describe study on the development or multi-path ultrasonic gas flowmeter using a transit time method. This system includes 5 pairs of ultrasonic transducers. ultrasonic signal processing unit using switch matrix method, computation algorithm of gas flow rate, spool piece type multi-path pipe unit. We have developed enhanced type of main ultrasonic signal processing unit using switch matrix method fer multi-path ultrasonic gas flowmeter. Also, we have developed the new transmitting & receiving method of ultrasonic waves and the new signal processing algorithm for the computation of ultrasonic transit time from received ultrasonic waves. In this study, we have designed more compact signal processing unit compared with the conventional hardware system of multi-path ultrasonic gas flowmeter. We have confirmed its reliability for multi-path ultrasonic gas flowmeter through the laboratory test using calibration system. In the future. we will perform the field test for the developed system in the POSCO gas line.

광대역 다단 전력 분배기의 일반화된 설계 방법 (A General Design Method for the Broadband Multi-Section Power Divider)

  • A novel multi-section power divider configuration is Proposed to obtain wide-band frequency performance up to microwave frequency region. Design procedures for the proposed microwave broadband power divider are composed of a Planar multi-section three-Ports hybrid and a waveguide transformer design procedures. The multi∼section power divider is based on design theory of the optimum quarter- wave transformer Furthermore, in order to obtain the broadband isolation performance between the two adjacent output ports, the odd mode equivalent circuit should be matched by using the lossy element such as resistor. The derived design formula for calculating these odd mode∼matching elements is based on the singly terminated filter design theory. The waveguide transformer section is designed to suppress the propagation of the higher order modes such as waveguide modes due to employing the metallic electric wall. Simulation and experiment show excellent performance of multi section power divider.

댐 제체 및 침투수 흐름의 지열학적 고찰 (A Study on Geothermal Characteristics of Dam Body and Seepage Flow)

  • In recent geotechnical engineering, geothermal approach has been on the horizon to deal with geoenvironmental issues, freezing and thawing problems, and seepage phenomenon in dams and embankments. In this study, geothermal characteristic through inner body of dams and its influence on the seepage flow were experimented by lab test and field instrumentation. Also, one of up-to-date temperature monitoring technique, called as multi-channel thermal line sensing, was evaluated its availability. As a result of lab test, it is found that the seepage flow has influence on the geothermal characteristic and a potential of finding phreatic line and seepage fluctuation could be possible by continuous temperature monitoring using thermal line sensing skills. These kine of geothermal information could be available to the modelling of water geo-structure interaction. Out of short-term field tests, clear water table and temperature distribution of a dam were easily found through temperature monitoring in holes located near a reservoir and holes within a depth of constant temperature layer. However, it is also found that the geothermal flow and finding seepage line could not be easily understandable through multi-channel temperature monitoring because of the existence of constant temperature field, thermal conductivity of soils and rocks, and unsaturated characteristics of geo-material. In this case, long-term geothermal monitoring is recommended to find sudden fluctuation of seepage line and amount of leakage.

Chain Matrix를 이용한 Twisted Cable의 EMP(Electromagnetic Pulse) 결합 해석 (Analysis of Electromagnetic Pulse Coupling to Twisted Cable Using Chain Matrix)

  • 본 논문은 다중 도체 전송선 해석법과 chain matrix 알고리즘을 이용하여 twisted cable과 같은 비균일 전송선의 EMP 결합을 해석하였다. 전송선의 EMP 결합 해석을 위해 BLT(Baum-Liu-Tesche) 해석법이 널리 사용되고 있으나, twisted cable과 같은 비균일 전송선에 기존의 BLT 해석법을 바로 적용하기는 어렵다. Twisted cable과 같은 비균일 전송선을 해석하기 위해 수많은 작은 길이의 균일 전송선으로 나누어 모델링하였으며, 전체 비균일 전송선의 결합 특성은 각각의 균일 전송선의 EMP 결합 분석을 통해 최종적인 전송선의 결합 특성을 구함으로 써 가능해진다. 이러한 비균일 전송선 EMP 결합 해석 기법을 검증하기 위해 균일 전송선에 대하여 기존의 BLT 해석 결과와 비교하였으며, 제시된 비균일 전송선 EMP 결합 해석 기법을 지표면 위에 놓여 있는 twisted cable에 적용하여 대기 중의 핵폭발에 의한 HEMP(High altitude Electromagnetic Pulse)와 같은 매우 강한 펄스가 입사되었을 때, 전송선에 연결된 부하에 유기되는 전류(또는 전압) 응답을 분석하였다.

Multi-Thread 쉐이더 구조에 적합한 Vector 기반의 Rasterization 알고리즘의 구현 (Implementation of a 'Rasterization based on Vector Algorithm' suited for a Multi-thread Shader architecture)

  • 현재 개발되고 있는 Shader 프로세서는 처리 성능을 높이기 위하여 Multi-Core, Multi-Thread를 채택하고 있다. 또한 Shader 프로세서에서 각 수행 단계별 마다 IP를 따로 구현하지 않고 하나의 Core IP를 다양한 목적으로 사용할 수 있도록 설계하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 목적에 맞게 Shader-Core를 이용하여 연산이 가능하고, Multi-Core, Multi-Thread 기반에서 픽셀의 병렬처리가 가능하도록 고안된 Vector 기반의 Rasterization알고리즘을 제안한다. 이를 통하여 동일 조건의 기존 알고리즘에 비하여 약 2%의 연산량을 가지면서 각 픽셀이 독립적으로 연산이 가능하도록 하였다.

다지점 가진을 고려한 장경간 사장교의 비선형시간이력해석 (Nonlinear Time History Analysis of Long Span Cable-Stayed Bridge Considering Multi-Support Excitation)

  • 본 논문에서는 다지점 가진 시 장대교량에 대한 지진응답해석을 수행하고 설계상의 다양한 요구에 유연하게 대처하기 위해서 다지점 가진 해석에 필요한 비선형시간이력해석 알고리즘(영향계수법)을 제안하고, 이를 신뢰성있는 비선형 유한요소해석 프로그램(RCAHEST)에 추가하였다. 동일한 유한요소모델에 대해 범용 유한요소해석 프로그램 SAP2000의 Multi-support Excitation 기능을 이용하여 연구에서의 결과에 대한 비교 검증을 수행하였다. 이 연구결과를 바탕으로 인천대교에 대해서 유한요소모델링을 실시하고 다지점 가진을 고려한 비선형시간이력해석을 수행하였다. 수평변위응답의 분석 결과 시간지연이 늘어날수록 최대 수평변위가 줄어드는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 입력지진파의 최대가속도를 단계적으로 증가시키며 극한해석을 수행하여 대상 교량의 사용성을 평가하였다.

Structural Response Analysis for Multi-Linked Floating Offshore Structure Based on Fluid-Structure Coupled Analysis

  • Recently, offshore structures for eco-friendly energy, such as wind and solar power, have been developed to address the problem of insufficient land space; in the case of energy generation, they are designed on a considerable scale. Therefore, the scalability of offshore structures is crucial. The Korea Research Institute of Ships & Ocean Engineering (KRISO) developed multi-linked floating offshore structures composed of floating bodies and connection beams for floating photovoltaic systems. Large-scale floating photovoltaic systems are mainly designed in a manner that expands through the connection between modules and demonstrates a difference in structural response with connection conditions. A fluid-structure coupled analysis was performed for the multi-linked floating offshore structures. First, the wave load acting on the multi-linked offshore floating structures was calculated through wave load analysis for various wave load conditions. The response amplitude operators (RAOs) for the motions and structural response of the unit structure were calculated by performing finite element analysis. The effects of connection conditions were analyzed through comparative studies of RAOs and the response's maximum magnitude and occurrence location. Hence, comparing the cases of a hinge connection affecting heave and pitch motions and a fixed connection, the maximum bending stress of the structure decreased by approximately 2.5 times, while the mooring tension increased by approximately 20%, confirmed to be the largest change in bending stress and mooring tension compared to fixed connection. Therefore, the change in structural response according to connection condition makes it possible to design a higher structural safety of the structural member through the hinge connection in the construction of a large-scale multi-linked floating offshore structure for large-scale photovoltaic systems in which some unit structures are connected. However, considering the tension of the mooring line increases, a safety evaluation of the mooring line must be performed.
