아파트 입주가구의 이주동기와 주거만족도 변화에 관한 연구 (Motives for Moving and Residential Satisfaction after Moving)

  • The objectives of study were 1) to investigate the motives for moving to the current residence, 2) to analyze residential satisfaction after moving in relation to household characteristics and the motives for moving, and 3) to test relationships among household characteristics, residential satisfaction before moving, motives for moving, and residential satisfaction after moving. Residential satisfaction was evaluated in relation to housing, neighborhood, and socio-psychological environments. Methdo-logy included literature and questionnaire survey. Questionnaires were administered to 269 homemakers living in an apartment complex in seoul. Data were analyzed with the use of SPSSS PC+ computer package. The motives for moving were classified in five types: tenureship improvement, improvement of the physical condition of housing, improvement of neighborhood environment, commuting improvement, and constraints. There were significant differences in the types of motives for moving by socio-economic status, types of houses lived in previously, change in type of tenures, and the duration of residence before moving. There were significant differences in residential satisfaction after moving among types of houses lived in previously, change in type of tenures, and the types of the motives for moving. There were significant relationships among residential satisfaction variables. They were the socio-economic status, change in type of tenures, residential satisfaction before moving.

  • 스마트폰은 개인 소지물이고 계산 능력과 기억 용량이 막강하여 상황 기반 서비스를 제공하기에 매우 적당한 장치이다. 스마트폰의 이동 관련 상황은 상황을 결정하는 중요한 요인들 중 하나이다. 예를 들어, 사용자가 전시관 내에 있는 상황에서 스마트폰이 움직이지 않고 있으면 사용자가 전시물을 관람 중이라고 결론지을 수 있다. 이 논문은 스마트폰이 이동 중인지 아닌지를 결정하는 알고리즘을 최초로 제안한다. 또한, 본 알고리즘이 100% 정확하다는 것을 보이는 실험 결과도 소개한다.

  • 전장분석을 위해서는 대상이 되는 적 부대에 대한 식별 및 이동 상황에 관한 정확한 정보가 요구된다. 그러나 통신 기술, 전파 방해, 전술 등의 이유로 모든 정보를 완벽하게 수집하는 것은 어렵다. 따라서 이미 수집된 이동 정보 및 도메인 지식을 이용한 미래 이동 상황의 예측 및 분석이 필요하다. 특히, 이동하는 부대들은 시간에 따라 위치 및 모양이 변하는 이동 객체의 특성을 가지므로, 전장분석을 위해서는 이동 객체를 관리하고 위치를 예측하는 기능이 필수적이다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 전장분석을 위한 이동 부대들의 위치를 예측하는 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 전장분석 응용 도메인에 적합한 미상의 부대 추론, 미확인 부대 추론, 주타격 방향을 예측하며, 데이타베이스에 저장되지 않은 이동 객체의 과거 및 미래의 위치를 추정한다.

  • 스마트 디바이스는 개인 장비이고 내장된 센서들을 사용할 수 있는 능력을 갖고 있다. 따라서 센서 정보를 통해 사용자의 상황을 인지하여 맞춤화된 서비스를 제공하는 것이 가능하다. 이러한 맞춤화된 서비스를 위해 사용자의 이동 상황은 많은 영역에서 활용이 될 수 있는 중요한 정보이다. 기존의 사용자의 이동 상황을 결정에 관한 연구들은 스마트 디바이스가 가방이나 주머니에 있다고 가정하였기 때문에 사용자가 스마트 디바이스를 사용하고 있는 경우에는 사용자의 이동 상황을 정확하게 결정하는데 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 사용자의 스마트 디바이스 사용과 이동 상황을 판별하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리즘은 스마트 디바이스의 이벤트를 활용하여 사용자의 스마트 디바이스 사용 여부를 판단하고 가속도 센서 데이터를 통해 사용자의 이동 상황을 판별한다. 실제 실험을 통해 분석한 결과 평균 약 75%정도의 정확도를 보였다.

Moving Object Management System for Battlefield Simulation

  • A battlefield simulation is the evaluation and analysis of the battlefield area, based on the data for terrain, climate, unit's maneuver and tactics basically required in battlefield simulation. Because it is difficult for the military authorities to collect all of the information perfectly for the reason of communication technology, jamming, and tactics, the military authorities need the future moving status for the target units by using acquired moving information. Therefore, we propose a moving object management system that concurrently provides domain reasoning function for the battlefield simulation. In order to implement the proposed system, we show the data modeling of the moving object for the battlefield simulation, and propose an inference engine using domain rule base and spatiotemporal operation. Also, we analyze the query response rate by inference function to verify domain reasoning of the implemented system.

은퇴 후 주거이동 의사가 있는 미국 베이비붐 세대의 주거이동 요인분석 (U.S. Baby Boomers' Intention to Move and Reasons for Moving after Retirement)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify U.S. Baby Boomers' intention to move and their reasons for moving after retirement, and to examine the associations between their socio-demographic characteristics and housing characteristics, and their reasons for moving after retirement factors. A total of 403 usable data were collected through an online survey using a self-administrated questionnaire. For data analyses, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, and ANOVA were used. Almost 30% of the total respondents considered moving and 15% were strongly agreed to move after their retirement. The most frequently mentioned reasons for moving after retirement were 'a place with good weather', 'being close to leisure activities', and 'a change or decline of my current neighborhood'. Four factors of reasons for moving after retirement (quality of residential environment, need assistant, proximity to activities, and proximity to family/friends) were identified. Age, marital status, number of household, housing type, homeownership, length of residence, and number of bedroom were significantly associated with the four factors of reasons for moving. The results of this study provide a better understanding to U.S. Baby Boomers' housing behavior after retirement which is 10 years faster than Korea, and suggest insights of housing plan for Korean older adults.

서울 및 근교신도시 예비노인층의 주거이동 특성 (Characteristics of Pre-Elderly's Housing Mobility Living in Seoul and New Towns in the Capital Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify pre-elderly's housing mobility related characteristics (reasons for moving, change of personal life after move, housing attachment, and plan to future move) and to examine the associations between their socio-demographic characteristics and housing characteristics, and their housing mobility related characteristics. A total of 200 usable data were collected through personal survey using a questionnaire developed by the researcher. Samples were selected in Seoul and new towns in the capital area and a survey conducted from February, 2014 to December, 2014. For the analyses, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test and ANOVA were used. The most frequently mentioned reasons for moving were 'a good place for nature and retirement life'. Age, education level, liiving expenses, locaion, tenure status, and housing size were the variables to show significant difference to reasons for moving. Respondents experienced positive personal life changes after moving, especially, 'physical health' and outgoing activity'. Respondents who moved to a new town was more positively changed. Personal life changes was the most important variable associated with 3 factors of housing attachment. Location, tenure status, housing size were the major variables to show differences to housing attaachment. Also, personal life changes after moving and housing attachment were the important variables affecting a plan to future move. In other words, the respondents who do not plan to future move showed higher positive life change and strong housing attachment.

가중이동평균법을 이용한 케이블TV 광고시장에 대한 예측모형 개발 (A Study on Forecasting Model based Weighted Moving Average for Cable TV Advertising Market)

  • Purpose This study suggests the development of forecasting model for local cable TV advertisement. In order to verify the expected effect of the suggestion, using the causal loop map of System Dynamics, the factors affecting the prospects of cable TV commercial market were divided into 5 groups. Then targeting 97 people involved in the cable TV commercial market in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam, a survey was conducted on their perception of the current status of local advertisement market and future prospect. Design/methodology/approach The analysis of the collected data shows that workers in advertising and advertisers perceive the influence of cable TV as an advertising media to be high, while clearly understanding the problems of cable TV commercial market. Based on this the effects on the prospects of cable TV commercial market were analyzed and a forecasting method called Weighted Moving Average was applied. In order to improve accuracy of the added value of Weighted Moving Average, the 5 factors were divided into qualitative factors and quantitative factors, and using Multi-attribute Decision Making method, all the factors were normalized and weighting factors were deduced. The result of simulating the prospects of cable TV commercial market using Weighted Moving Average, both qualitative and quantitative factors showed downward turn in the market prospect for the following 10 years. Findings The result reflects generally negative perception of advertisement viewers about the prospects of cable TV commercial market. Compared to the previous studies on domestic cable TV commercials that focused on policy suggestions and surveys on perception of current status, this study has its significance in that it used scientific method and simulation for verification.

  • 지게차는 작업 환경여건상 이동하는 경우보다 제자리에서 작업하는 경우가 많아 일반적인 자동차의 계기판과 다르게 이동거리를 표현하지 않고 엔진 가동시간만을 표현한다. 그렇기 때문에 지게차를 구성하는 다양한 소모품들은 엔진 가동시간에 따른 교체주기를 가진다. 하지만 이러한 교체주기 또한 지게차마다 작업환경이 다르기 때문에 엔진 가동시간 만으로 정확한 교체 주기를 판단하기가 매우 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 GPS와 IMU센서를 이용하여 지게차의 위치정보, 이동거리 정보를 운전자에게 제공하는 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템을 사용함으로써 기존의 계기판으로 판단하기 어려운 지게차 상태정보를 보다 쉬운 정보로 제공해 지게차 관리 및 유지에 대한 경제적 이익을 기대한다.
