The previous limited authority system capable of implementing attitude command response type and translational command response type by operating SAS actuator has the problem of early saturation of SAS actuator since SAS actuator should compensate the mechanical linkage displacement caused by control sick movement. In this paper, a limited authority system where flight control computer receives the command from the control stick which is not connected to the mechanical linkage is described. In this system the compensation by the SAS actuator is not necessary and SAS actuator saturate later. SAS actuator saturation problem can be further relaxed by using the trim actuator. This new limited authority system is applied to BO-105 model, simulation is performed for the doublet input and pirouette maneuver is also simulated and analyzed.

본 연구의 목적은 소규모의 디지털 아카이브인 국채보상운동 디지털 아카이브의 개인과 단체 전거데이터를 관리하기 위한 메타데이터 AP를 개발하는 것이다. 도서관과 기록관의 개인/단체 메타데이터 표준, 구축 사례 및 지침을 분석하여 설계 원칙과 핵심적인 메타데이터 요소를 도출하였으며, 국채보상운동 개인/단체명 시소러스 데이터, 위키데이터 연계 메타데이터 모델과 매핑하여 최종적으로 식별영역 10개 요소, 내용영역 14개 요소, 관계영역 8개 요소, 통제영역 4개 요소를 도출하였다. 소규모의 기관에서도 적용할 수 있도록 단순 구조 스키마를 적용하였고, 상호운용성을 위해 DublinCore, SKOS 스킴을 참고하여 스키마를 제안하였고 실제 데이터를 토대로 적용가능성을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 데이터 관리의 중요성은 알지만, 실제적인 적용이 어려운 기관에서 전거데이터 관리체계를 마련하고자 할 때, 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, a new method of Eye Movement Pattern Encoding (EMPE) which is based on electrooculography(EOG) was suggested for the purpose of effective communication between man and machine, instead of Point-Of-Regard-Selection (PORS) method. Also, ocular interface is designed and the typing aid, eye-pattern writer, was constructed for the test of theoretical validity and its practical aspect. Effect of eye fatigue on the performance of ocular interface was quantified through fatigue test.

Currently, school computer education has turned to multimedia education, and the related policies are run by each regional authority of education. School principals and parents show strong interest on computer education and the movement into multimedia education as well. In current school education it also seems that computer use is being integrated into all subjects.

The QC circle is a small group organized for accomplishing the company's purpose of improving constitutions of the enterprise, developing the capabilities of the mem-bers and improving human relations. The present study intends to investigate the current situations and problems of the QC circle and to develop most effective models for QC circle movement in Korea. For this purpose the author surveyed 93 QC circles and interviewed more than 20 QC circle members and managers. The author has concluded that it is necessary to: 1. establish the authority and duty of the QC divisions. 2. train the top and middle management, especially the indirect divisions manage-ment. 3. motivate the QC circle members for achieving their purpose.

Pick-up/delivery of consumer goods to offices, shops, and restaurants in order to support urban lives is one of the most vital activities in a city. With economic growth and technological innovation, a greater variety of goods have come to be supplied, and pick-up/delivery of consumer goods has become more complex. Efficient urban goods movement in Central Business District(CBD} starts with an efficient system for loading/unloading, and pick-up/delivery activities. Loading/unloading activity may be carried out on-street, or on especially designated space inside or outside buildings. Therefore, purpose of this study is to clarity the efficient urban goods movement in CBD(also called the pick-up/delivery activity) from the three different types of loading/unloading facilities. For this purpose, the differences in loading/unloading and truck-trip activity time of each loading/unloading facility was compared by performing the simulation analysis.

일반적으로 사적(私的)영역에서 수집되는 기록물, 즉 매뉴스크립트는 물리적 상태가 불량하고 기록물의 전후 맥락과 생산이력에 대한 정보가 파편적으로 수집되는 경우가 대부분이다. 때문에 수집형 기록관에서는 다양한 경로로 수집되는 기록물에 대한 생산기관(생산자)명을 효과적으로 통제하고 기록물 생산배경을 이해할 때 핵심요소인 출처정보를 축적할 필요가 있다. 수집형 기록관에서 이러한 전거제어와 출처정보 관리는 수집부터 체계화되어야 하며, 이는 수집시 관리과정까지 고려하여 필요한 정보를 구축하는 것을 의미한다. 이 논문은 민주화운동기념사업회 사료관이 개발한 사료관리시스템 가운데 전거제어 방식을 소개함으로써 수집형 기록관의 전거제어 및 출처정보 축적의 필요성을 확인하고 기록물 전거시스템을 구축할 때 고려할 사항들을 제안하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 사료관리에서 전거제어의 필요성을 알아보고, 사료전거제어 기준과 실무절차, 구축과정에 대해 살펴보았다. 사료관 사료전거시스템의 특징은 수집, 등록, 기술 등 각 업무 흐름에 따라 전거를 제어하고 출처정보를 관리하여 이를 사료의 지적 관리와 검색도구로 이용한다는 것에 있다. 끝으로 이러한 전거관리 사례를 통해 국제표준인 ISAAR(CPF)를 준용하여 기관마다 적합한 형태로 기술요소를 재구성하고 전거파일 유형을 설정하여 표준적으로 관리해야 할 것을 제안함으로써 향후 수집형 기록관에서 기록물 전거시스템을 구축하는데 있어 참고할 수 있도록 하였다.

The Hong Kong's Anti-Ordinance Amendment Movement is the most serious radical social movement since the 1997 return, which has served as the promotion of the 2014 Occupy Central Movement and broken through the violence baseline. The movement came from a criminal case committed in Taiwan,which gave a good reason and motivation for the HK government to amend the Fugitive Offenders Ordinance. The HK government has responded to the protests by strictly limiting the legal scope and transfer procedure, even giving up the legislative motion. But the protests still say no and develop into the constantly violent activities. Many of the protests have committed the crimes in HK laws,part of whom have been arrested,prosecuted and under judicially judged. It is necessary for the offenders to be punished to protect the authority of rule of law in HK. Two different paths for HK have fought against each other since the 1997 return: one is the "democratic-welfare" path taken by the Pan-Democratic Camp, the other is the "Legal-development" path taken by the Pan-Establishment Camp. The second path shares some nuclear characteristics of the so-called The China Model mainly shaped from the 40-years Reforms and Openness. However, the HK people can't understand the China Model very well and show great fear and distrust on the judicial system of Mainland China. The foreign powers such as US and UK have illegally interfered the HK issues which are deemed to be the domestic affairs of China. The so-called Sino-UK Joint Declaration can't serve as the legal basis for the interference. Taiwan, as a part of China, also plays a negative role in this movement for its electoral and political interest. Up to now, the movement has gone down and the HK government has the legal capacity to solve the problems under the supports from the central government and the HK people. The HK people love its rule of law and order under the constitutional framework of One Country Two System. After the movement,One Country Two Systems will be go on, and the integrated development under the policies of the central government will be the main stream. However, the relevant problems exposed by this movement muse be checked and solved legally and strictly,especially concerning the social inequality and youth development.

The United Kingdom proposed the development of the strategic vision for e-Navigation at MSC 81 held in 2006. As the development is under way, the concept has not been specified yet. Moreover, It has not come to agreement what information is important and treated in priority for e-Navigation. Korea has been studying it in the various points of view, but no achievement until now. This study looks into the development methods for e-Navigation in Korea through examining international movement and industrial situation as to e-Navigation.

China power market is fast changing. The strong economic growth does make BOT power projects to be one of the focuses for investment in China due to the huge demand for energy by the Chinese government. Since late 80's,various power projects BOT studies have been carried out but appear too fragmented which fail to linked the BOT studies to the most recent government policies' changes or market movement. This study has carried out analysis on the recent changes in China power industry reform and local government authority empowerment. The impact of those changes to BOT investment has been identified and recommendations have been made on the new opportunities and new strategies especially from the Singapore's investors' point of view. A case study on BOT hydropower plant has been presented which could be a suitable model for Singapore investors.
