인터넷 웹사이트 문서의 평가 기준 및 방법 - 내용적인 측면을 중심으로 - (The Criteria and Methods for Evaluating of Internet Website Documents)

  • 인터넷은 질적으로 통제되지 않는 가치없는 정보의 증가, 신뢰성의 저하, 비체계적이고 무조직적인 정보자원의 확산이라는 심각한 문제점을 안고 있다. 본고에서는 인터넷 정보자원의 일반적인 평가기준을 근거로 하여, 내용적인 측면에 초점을 맞추어 저작성, 발행기관 관점/선입관, 학문적 지식, 정확성/실증 및 최신성 그리고 웹사이트 문서의 기본요소의 일곱 가지의 항목을 설정하여 사용자 개개인의 입장에서 인터넷상의 웹사이트에 수록되어 있는 문서들을 탐색하여 이용할 경우 해당 문서의 평가에 적용될 수 있는 기준 및 방법을 제시하였다.

Monitoring corrosion of reinforced concrete beams in a chloride containing environment under different loading levels

  • Corrosion has significant adverse effects on the durability of reinforced concrete (RC) structures, especially those exposed to a marine environment and subjected to mechanical stress, such as bridges, jetties, piers and wharfs. Previous studies have been carried out to investigate the corrosion behaviour of steel rebar in various concrete structures, however, few studies have focused on the corrosion monitoring of RC structures that are subjected to both mechanical stress and environmental effects. This paper presents an exploratory study on the development of corrosion monitoring and detection techniques for RC structures under the combined effects of external loadings and corrosive media. Four RC beams were tested in 3% NaCl solutions under different levels of point loads. Corrosion processes occurring on steel bars under different loads and under alternative wetting - drying cycle conditions were monitored. Electrochemical and microscopic methods were utilised to measure corrosion potentials of steel bars; to monitor galvanic currents flowing between different steel bars in each beam; and to observe corrosion patterns, respectively. The results indicated that steel corrosion in RC beams was affected by local stress. The point load caused the increase of galvanic currents, corrosion rates and corrosion areas. Pitting corrosion was found to be the main form of corrosion on the surface of the steel bars for most of the beams, probably due to the local concentration of chloride ions. In addition, visual observation of the samples confirmed that the localities of corrosion were related to the locations of steel bars in beams. It was also demonstrated that electrochemical devices are useful for the detection of RC beam corrosion.

암 환자의 정신사회적 치료 (Psychosocial Management of Cancer Patients)

  • The author presented several points of experienced materials obtained from the joint meetings of consultation-liaison Psychiatric division with oncologic department in Kyung Hee University Hospital. The joint meetings which have been held regularly every other week were very helpful not only for the psychiatrist but also for the cancer department stags to manage the cancer patients actively. The joint meetings have been progressed into more cohesive and active communication as time goes by. Most of the subjects discussed in the meeting was focused on the psychological and behavioral problems of the cancer patients. Besides, the difficulties arising from the chemotherapy were discussed. Probably the most difficult task for the treatment team was to provide complete information while respecting the patient's right to deny their situation The liaison psychiatrist usually gave comments to the charge doctor and/or nusing staff how to evaluate the patient's behavior and what would be the influential factors in developing the doctor-patient relationship. It was found that many cancer patients and their family members had their own peculiar illness behavior and disease concept which led patients to take non-medical or moreover, anti-therapeutic care. The family members were found to play an influential role in the choice of treatment method and progression of the disease. Another role of the liaison psychiatrist in the oncology ward was to encourage the treatment team members. In the practical point of view, it was not easy for the liaison psychiatrist to have time regularly for the cancer patients to encourage the liaison activities. And it seems to be fundamental that the consultation fee for the liaison psychiatrist should be set up at the resonable level.

COLLAPSE PRESSURE ESTIMATES AND THE APPLICATION OF A PARTIAL SAFETY FACTOR TO CYLINDERS SUBJECTED TO EXTERNAL PRESSURE

  • The present paper investigates the collapse pressure of cylinders with intermediate thickness subjected to external pressure based on detailed elastic-plastic finite element (FE) analyses. The effect of the initial ovality of the tube on the collapse pressure was explicitly considered in the FE analyses. Based on the present FE results, the analytical yield locus, considering the interaction between the plastic collapse and local instability due to initial ovality, was also proposed. The collapse pressure values based on the proposed yield locus agree well with the present FE results; thus, the validity of the proposed yield locus for the thickness range of interest was verified. Moreover, the partial safety factor concept based on the structural reliability theory was also applied to the proposed collapse pressure estimation model, and, thus, the priority of importance of respective parameter constituting for the collapse of cylinders under external pressure was estimated in this study. From the application of the partial safety factor concept, the yield strength was concluded to be the most sensitive, and the initial ovality of tube was not so effective in the proposed collapse pressure estimation model. The present deterministic and probabilistic results are expected to be utilized in the design and maintenance of cylinders subjected to external pressure with initial ovality, such as the once-through type steam generator.

Physico-chemical and mineralogical study of ancient mortars used in Harran area (Turkey)

  • Very limited studies have been accomplished concerning the historical structures around Harran area. Collected mortar samples from the historic structures in the area were tested to explore their mechanical, chemical and mineralogical properties. Mortar samples from three different points of each historical structure were taken and specified in accordance with the related standards taking into consideration their mechanical, chemical and mineralogical properties. By means of SEM-EDX the presence of organic fibres and calcite, quartz, plagioclase and muscovite minerals has been examined. Additionally, by means of XRF analysis, oxide ($SiO_2$, $Al_2O_3$, and $Fe_2O_3$) percentages of mortar ingredients have been specified, also. According to the test results obtained, it was confirmed that the mortars had densities ranging between $1.51-2.10g/cm^3$, porosity values ranging between 8.89-35.38% and compressive strengths ranging between 5.02-5.90 MPa. Specimen HU, which has the highest durability and lowest water absorption and porosity, was the mortar taken from the most intact building in the mosque complex. This result is most likely due to the very little fine aggregate content of HU. In contrast, HUC mortars with a small amount of fine particles and brick contents yielded slightly lower compressive strengths. The interesting point of this study is the mineralogical analysis results and especially the presence of ettringite in these historic mortars linked to the use of pozzolanic materials. Survival of these historic structures in Harran Area through centuries of use and, also, having been subjected to many earthquakes can probably be explained by these properties of the mortars.

우리나라 농업용 저수지의 영양상태 및 수질특성 (Trophic State and Water Quality Characteristics of Korean Agricultural Reservoirs)

  • 본 연구에서는 $2002{\sim}2005$년까지 측정된 한국농촌공사의 수질측정자료를 이용하여 계절별, 공간별 저수지의 부영양화 및 수질 특성을 분석하였다. TN에 의거하였을 때, 대다수(전체의 88%)의 저수지는 부영양 상태로 나타났다. OECD 기준에 의거하여 산정한 TP에 의한 영양상태에서는 전체 저수지의 26%가 부영양 상태로 나타났고, 71%는 중영양, 3%는 빈영양 상태로 나타났다. 계절적 변이는 강우 집중기인 7월에서 8월 사이에 강하게 나타나고 있었으며, 전기전도도, COD, SS, TN, TP 및 CHL 값은 강우 후에 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. TP는 전기전도도와 COD 농도가 높은 저수지에서 높은 수준으로 나타나고 있었으며, TP의 증가에 따라 CHL의 농도도 함께 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. COD와 SS는 집중 강우해에 높은 수치를 기록하였으며, TP와 CHL은 가뭄해에 비하여 약 2배정도 높은 수치를 기록하였다. 이는 인근 점 비 점오염원으로부터 장마 기간에 유기물 및 부유물, 영양염의 다량 유입이 원인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 회귀분석에서는 TN: TP 비와 TP가 매우 높은 상관관계 ($R^2$=0.84, p<0.001, n=34)를 보였으며, CHL과 TP는 1차 함수관계 $(Log_{10}TP=0.5{\times}Log_{10}CHL+0.086)$를 보였다. TN, TP, CHL에 의거한 유사도 분석에서는 약 90% 수준에서 염도가 높으면서 해양 인접 지역에 위치한 그룹, 염도가 낮으면서 내륙에 위치한 그룹, 그리고 뚜렷한 위치 특성을 보이지 않는 중간적인 그룹으로 분류되었다.

  • Halobacterium halobium으로부터 분리 정제된 퍼플멤브레인을 7.5% 폴리아크릴아미드겔에 혼합시켰다. 이 겔을 사용하여 pH 변화에 따른 흡수 스펙트라와 원편광 이색성스펙트라를 얻었다. pH 7.0에서 보여준 이들 스펙트라의 성질들은 수용액내에 부유하고 있는 퍼플멤브레인으로부터 얻은 것들과 동일하였다. pH 2.7에서는 최대흡광도를 605nm에서 나타내었으며 pH 0.8에서는 565nm에서 보여주었다. 광에 노출되지 않았던 겔의 경우는 광에 노출되었던 겔과는 달리 등흡광점을 보여주었다. pH 2.7과 pH 0.8에서 측정한 원편광 이색성스펙트라는 pH 7.0에서 보여준 bilobed형을 유지하였으며 UV영역에서 분자편광도나 스펙트라의 모양도 pH에 따라 큰 영향을 받지 않았다. pH 2.7에서 생성된 bR605acid 가 퍼플멤브레인의 정상 광화학 순환기 중간 생성물인 $O^{640}$와 유사한 성질을 가진종이 아닐까 추측된다.

간호사의 가치관에 관한 조사 연구 (A Study on the Values of Nurses)

  • Paying attention to the notable social problem occured by the confusion of values in the modern industrialized society changed rapidly, this study aimed to examine the values of nurses which lie at the heart of the diverse universe of their behavior considering their activities and professionalism influencing the applicants directly. The applicants for this study were 173 nurses selected randomly from both hospitals of rKJ located in Inchon and ry J located in Seoul. $\ulcorner$K$lrcorner$ The findings from this study were as follows; 1) Values of nurses In the Spranger's six personality category of values, the religious value was found to be the most important for the nurses, and followed by social value. These facts are thought to be disirable and hopeful very much reflecting the philosophical basis of nursing, that is, humanitarianism. But the theoretical value marked the lowest point that probably mean the lack of nurse's theoretical conditions which should be essential for the nursing professionalism. Thus it is suggested that the measures for encouraging the nurses or nursing students to have more interest in the educational training courses and schooling. 2) Analysis of relationship between the nurse's general characteristics and their values CD There were no differences statistically in values relating to the professional career and occupation. The nurses without religion placed, naturally, the lower religious value (t= 4.28. p=.000) than the nurses with religion. but placed higher aesthetic value(t=-2.82. p=.006) showing significant statistical differences. (3) Nurses from the 3-year program got the higher aesthetic value(t=3.07, p=.003) than those from the diploma program. but got the lower religious value (t = -2.05. p =.041) showing significant statistical differences. (4) The singles placed the higher aesthetic value (t= 2.21. p =.028) than those married in significant statistically.

화강암 풍화층의 특성과 결빙포행 (The Characteristics and Frost Creep of Granite Regoliths)

  • 한국의 화강암 풍화층은 한냉하고도 습윤한 환경에서 사용하는 결빙과 융해에 의한 특이한 구조들이 잘 발달되어 있다. 이들의 구조들은 일반적인 풍화가 진전된 상황에서만 발견된다. 조사지역인 대관령의 풍화층은 두껍지는 않지만 결빙된 특색이 현미경관찰에서 파쇄되지 않은 채로 보존되어 있다. 특히 조립의 모래알에는 미립의 운모류와 실트 중심의 물질들이 압축되어 치밀하게 덮여 있고 풍화층 상층부에 미립물질이 더욱 많아지고 있다. 결빙에 의한 이동현상도 뚜렷하여 현미경하의 토립들은 미약하게 원마되어 공극과 더불어 화석화되었다. 풍화단면층에서는 사면경사를 따라 커브를 나타낸 적색의 band현상도 관찰되었다. 본 연구결과 풍화층은 냉각과 결빙정도가 오늘날과 달랐던 한냉습윤한 환경이 시차를 두고 존재했음을 시사한 고환경 즉 주빙하 조건에서 형성되었고 동시에 결빙포행이 이루어졌다고 추정된다.

허리 디스크탈출증 환자의 재위치 감각과 근 피로도에 미치는 안정화운동 프로그램의 영향 (The Effects of Lumbar Repositioning Sense and Muscle Fatigue after Stabilization Exercise Program in Disc Disease Patients)

  • Background: The purpose of this study was designed to find out the effectiveness of reposition sense, muscle fatigue response on lumbar spine after apply lumbosacral stabilization exercise program to 4 patients with chronic low back pain and for 12 weeks. Method: In this study the reposition sense was measured in 3 angle(60, 30, 12) of the lumbar spine motion with blind by MedX test machine and the difference of instability to lumbar vertebra segments in flexion, extension test of standing position and spinal load test Mattress Test by Spinal Mouse. The stabilization exercise program was applied 2 times a week for 12 weeks in hospital and 2 times a day for 20 minutes at home. Result: The results of the present study were that the repositioning sense was appeared the most error in 12 angles of lumbar flexion and Men was appeared to decrease an error more than female in average value of 4 angles after 12 weeks. And average error of male was decrease more than female. Thus the effects of lumbosacral stabilization exercise was improved repositioning sense of prorioceptor. Fatigue response test(FRT) results, in male, was raised muscle fatigue rate during increase weight, on the other hand female appeared lower than male. Conclusion: As a results, lumbosacral stabilization exercise was aided to improvement of lumbar spine repositioning sense and vertebra segments stabilization. It was showed the rate of decrease in typically 12 degree angle point of each 3 angle(60, 36, 12). Especially, that spine instability patients will have a risk when in lifting a load or working with slight flexion posture around 12 degree during the daily of living life and it is probably to increase recurrence rate. Thus, not only lumbar extension muscle strength but also stability of vertebra segments in lumbar spine may be very important.
