Mongolia is aiming at connect and expand global trade to third countries using Russia, China and East Asian ports. Also, trying to evolve infrastructure and super-frastructure in international maritime transportation. This paper presents maritime development trends in Mongolia and focuses on discussing the current situation of international maritime plan and points out some issues currently facing by the policy to develop promoting the country's maritime businesses. Finally, this paper presents some future directions for developing the maritime transportation in Mongolia.

Nowadays, the issue of maritime safety is an extremely important issue in the maritime industry and Human' Stress is one of the biggest causes of maritime accidents. The purpose of this study was to research and compare the risk marine accidents analysis methods and find the methods which used to analysis data of the human' stress and obtained the relationship between it and the risk of maritime accidents.

With the development of science and technology, various research on ship collision avoidance has also developed rapidly. The research and development of ship collision avoidance technology has also received high attention from many researchers. This paper proposes a new collision avoidance algorithm for ships based on the artificial force field collision avoidance method. Using the simulation platform, the simulation results show that ships can successfully avoid collision in open water under single ship and multi ship situations, and the research results are relatively ideal.

본 연구에서는 인천항의 인식에 관해 퍼지이론을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석한 결과 인천항만개발에 대해서 긍정적 이미지의 경우 절충이 0.73, 찬성이 0.27로 나타났고, 부정적 이미지에서도 절충이 0.69, 반대가 0.31로 나타나 양자의 고려가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 긍정의 경우 연령별로는 20대에서 30대로 이미지가 급격히 낮아지고 부정의 경우에는 10대에서 20대로 이미지가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 긍정적 이미지는 높이고 부정적 이미지는 낮출 수 있는 항만개발을 해야 할 필요가 있다.

Sea-ports in Northern Vietnam have experienced a rapid growth of container throughput volume in recent years. To accompany with such development, huge investments also have been performed to enhance local ports capacity. It becomes a crucial task for the port authorities or the port stevedoring industry to improve the ports efficiency in order to customize national resources. In this paper, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is employed to evaluate the relative efficiency of container terminals in Northern Vietnam by collecting data from terminals since 2005 up to now. The development progress of the given terminals will be presented before providing a relative comparison among those year by year. The DEA result is then analyzed and suggestions with regard to changes in local economic environment in near future are contributed.

The success or failure of businesses affected by the decision makers, when good decisions go in the direction of social development, the ability to be more successful, while one bad decision away contrary to the trend of social development are less likely to succeed. Today AHP method is widely used to solve critical problems in many areas of life. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a quantitative comparison method is used to select a preferred solution using comparable pairs of solutions based on their relative effectiveness against criteria. The purpose of this study is provide an overview of the application of hierarchical analysis methods to solve many different important issues in the field of supply chain management.

목포항은 우리나라에서 가장 많은 연안여객선과 연안여객선의 항로를 운영 중이며, 지형적인 영향으로 목포항으로 입출항하는 연안여객선은 서남해안 곳곳의 좁은 수로를 통항하고 있다. 상대적으로 대형선박이 이용하는 항로에 비하여 연안여객선이 이용하는 좁은 수로에 대한 해상교통환경의 안전성을 체계적으로 검토한 사례는 찾아보기 어렵다. 이에 본 연구에서는 목포항 항계 부근에 위치한 좁은 수로에 대하여 대상이 되는 연안여객선의 통항 안전성을 항만 및 어항설계 기준에서의 항로 폭, 수심, 굴곡도 기준에 따라 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 맥도와 달리도 사이의 좁은 수로 폭이 대상 연안여객선이 통항 가능한 전장의 1.5배보다 좁을 뿐만 아니라, 수로의 굴곡 정도가 기준값인 30°를 초과하여 조선이 쉽지 않고, 좁은 수로 인근에 어구가 다수 존재하여 통항 시 지장을 초래하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구의 결론으로, 동 좁은 수로에서 대상 연안여객선의 주간 단독 통항 및 야간·시계제한·저조 시의 경우 항내의 지정 항로로 우회하여 통항할 것을 개선방안으로 제시하였다.
