Evaluation of the Operation Quality of Port Using AHP

The success or failure of businesses affected by the decision makers, when good decisions go in the direction of social development, the ability to be more successful, while one bad decision away contrary to the trend of social development are less likely to succeed. Today AHP method is widely used to solve critical problems in many areas of life. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a quantitative comparison method is used to select a preferred solution using comparable pairs of solutions based on their relative effectiveness against criteria. The purpose of this study is provide an overview of the application of hierarchical analysis methods to solve many different important issues in the field of supply chain management.
