지능정보사회에서 디지털 리터러시는 필수사항이며, 리터러시 교육이 활발히 시행되고 있다. 디지털 리터러시 수준이 올라갈수록 프라이버시 우려가 증가하는데, 이는 디지털 서비스 이용을 저해할 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 스마트기기 활용 역량과 프라이버시 우려와의 관계에서 온라인 사회참여 활동과 정보 사실성 판단 능력의 매개효과와 프라이버시 리터러시의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 스마트기기를 사용하고 온라인 활동을 하는 13세 이상의 동일 패널 7,737명의 2020년과 2021년 실시한 한국미디어패널 조사 자료를 활용하였다. 주요 변인의 비교 및 분석을 위해 SPSS(v26.0)와 PROCESS Macro(v4.1, Model 15)를 이용하였다. 2020년과 2021년의 비교에서 스마트기기 활용역량과 프라이버시 리터러시는 증가 하였지만, 프라이버시 우려와 정보 사실성 판단 능력, 온라인 사회참여 활동은 감소하였음을 보았다. 분석 대상 전체와 통제 집단에서 프라이버시 우려와 정보 사실성 판단 능력의 평균간 차이가 상대적으로 크게 감소하였으며, 통계적으로도 그 차이가 유의미하다. 연구모형 검증 결과, 스마트기기 활용역량이 프라이버시 우려에 미치는 영향은 2020년과 2021년 모두 증가하는 유의적인 효과를 확인하였으며, 온라인 사회참여 활동의 매개효과와 프라이버시 리터러시의 조절된 매개효과도 확인되었다. 정보 신뢰성 판단 능력은 2020년에 유의적이지 않지만, 2021년에는 유의한 매개효과와 조절된 매개효과도 확인되었다.

The business value of IT has been the focus of the academic and business field in recent years, along with the massive IT investment. Unfortunately, those studies have not been able to demonstrate strong linkages between the IT investment and performance. The impact of IT investment on performance is an important research topic that needs to consider the role of key contextual factors and intermediate factors. This study develops an integrated model for IT investment, with the mediating effects of production/coordination performance towards firm performance. In addition, the model is moderated by some factors like ISP(Information Systems Planning), Business Planning alignment, top management support, IT education and training, and process innovation. The empirical result, based on the moderating regression analysis, indicates that the relationship between IT Investment and production/coordination performance is significantly positive depending on moderating factors. However, production/coordination performance is partially related to firm performance.

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to identify the influence of the hospital mobile app service quality on consumer satisfaction, involvement, and re-use intention of consumers who have experience in hospital mobile app service. Methodology: The survey was conducted on 230 users. The collected data were analyzed using correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and the Process Model in Hayes(2013). Findings: (1)The usability, reliability, and medical information provision among the service quality factors of hospital mobile apps had an effect on reuse intention, and consumer satisfaction partially mediated. (2)The usability and the provision of medical information were partially mediated by the involvement, which also affected the intention to reuse. (3)Only reliability showed an age-moderated effect. In reliability and re-use intent, age was a moderated mediating effect that controlled the effect of consumer satisfaction. Practical Implications: The results of this study provide initial data of mobile app services centered on hospitals and prove the type of consumer usage. It suggests that it can be used to attract potential consumers of hospitals and strategies to increase the use of mobile apps.

본 연구는 간호사의 기본심리욕구, 긍정심리자본, 진성리더십과 심리적 소진 간의 관계를 알아보고, 기본심리욕구와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과와 진성리더십의 조절된 매개효과를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 2020년 4월부터 2020년 6월까지 M시에 소재한 5개 종합병원 간호사 182명을 대상으로 하였으며 자료수집은 자기보고 설문지법을 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 23.0 Program과 SPSS PROCESS MACRO(모텔4번과 모텔 7번)을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 기본심리욕구는 심리적 소진에 부적영향을 주었으며, 기본심리욕구와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과와 진성리더십의 조절된 매개효과가 있었다. 본 연구결과 간호사의 심리적 소진 감소를 위해서는 기본심리욕구 충족과 긍정심리자본의 향상이 필요하며, 관리자의 진성리더십이 요구되는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러므로 간호사의 심리적 소진 감소를 위해서는 간호사의 기본심리욕구와 긍정심리자본을 향상시킬 수 있는 전략개발과 간호관리자의 진성리더십 개발을 위한 리더십 프로그램개발이 필요하다.

본 연구는 농업경영체 종사자를 대상으로 SNS 활용을 조절변수로 하여 내부마케팅요인이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 내부마케팅요인을 교육훈련, 커뮤니케이션으로 및 보상시스템으로 구분하고 기업성과를 재무적성과와 비재무적성과의 하위변수로 설정하였다. 농업경영체 종사자들로부터 수집한 설문지 349부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v22.0과 Process macro v3.4를 사용한 분석결과는 첫째, 커뮤니케이션과 보상시스템은 재무적성과에 유의한 영향을 미치고 교육훈련은 재무적성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 커뮤니케이션은 비재무적성과에 유의한 영향을 미치며 교육훈련은 비재무적성과에 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 미치고 보상시스템은 비재무적성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, SNS 활용은 내부마케팅요인과 재무적성과 간의 관계를 유의하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, SNS 활용은 내부마케팅요인과 비재무적성과 간의 관계를 유의하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 농업경영체가 가진 특성으로 인해 일반기업에 영향을 미치는 내부마케팅요인이 다르며, 농업경영체의 성과에 영향을 미치는 내부마케팅요인을 발굴했다는 의의를 가진다. 특히 농업경영의 성과확대를 위해서는 커뮤니케이션을 중요하게 다뤄야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 후속 연구로는 매개변수의 발굴로 형성된 매개모형에 대한 연구와 추가로 매개변수가 도입된 조건부과정 모형을 통한 조절된 매개분석을 위한 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

본 연구는 상담자 스트레스가 삶의 만족에 미치는 과정에서 상담자 자기돌봄을 통한 소진의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 상담현장에서 근무하고 있는 상담자 416명의 응답 자료를 활용하여 모형을 분석하였다. 첫째, 상담자 스트레스는 소진을 매개로 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상담자 스트레스와 자기돌봄의 상호작용 효과는 유의하며, 자기돌봄 수준에 따라 스트레스와 소진 간의 관계가 달라지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 상담자 스트레스는 소진을 거쳐 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 매개효과가 자기돌봄에 의해 조절되는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과는 상담자의 스트레스와 소진을 예방하고 완화하여 삶의 만족을 증진시키는 자기돌봄의 효과 검증을 통해, 상담자의 개인적·전문적 성장, 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있는 자기돌봄 요인의 실증적인 근거를 마련했다는 데 의의가 있다.

This study examined the influence of bullying victimization on reactive aggression among upper elementary school students, and the mediating effect of victim justice sensitivity on the relationship between such victimization and aggression. It also investigated whether negative urgency moderates the influence of bullying victimization on reactive aggression. The participants were a group of 262 children (114 boys and 148 girls) who were fourth to sixth-grade students from 10 elementary schools located in Seoul, Gyeong-gi, and Daegu. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and SPSS Process Macro Model 5. The results were as follows: First, victim justice sensitivity mediated the influence of bullying victimization on reactive aggression among upper elementary school students. Second, negative urgency moderated the effect of bullying victimization on reactive aggression, whereas the impact of this was greater when the level of negative urgency was high. The results suggest that reactive aggression among upper elementary school students could be effectively decreased by preventing bullying victimization, and reducing the level of victim justice sensitivity and negative urgency.

Prior studies focusing on safety behavior have not given sufficient consideration to the potential impact exerted by different leadership styles. Of these various styles, my attention is specifically drawn to the influence of ethical leadership on safety behavior. In this paper, I delve into the influence of ethical leadership on safety behavior, shedding light on both the underlying mechanisms(mediators) and a significant contextual factor(moderator). I probe into the successive mediating roles of employees' trust in the organization and their commitment to it, within the context of the relationship between ethical leadership and safety behavior. Further, I posit that authentic leadership positively adjusts the connection between ethical leadership and organizational trust. My findings underscore that ethical leadership enhances employee safety behavior, facilitated by the chain mediation of trust in the organization and organizational commitment. Moreover, I discover that authentic leadership, as a positive moderator, magnifies the favorable impact of ethical leadership on organizational trust. This paper will also articulate the theoretical implications, practical applications, and limitations of the study.

본 연구는 자기애와 성폭력의 관계에서 경로모형을 설정하고 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 자기애가 특권 분노에 영향을 미치고 특권 분노가 성적 지배에 영향을 미쳐 성폭력으로 연결되는 경로와, 자기애가 허용적 성태도에 영향을 미치고 허용적 성태도가 성적 대상화에 영향을 미쳐 성폭력으로 연결되는 경로로 구성된 이중 경로모형을 설정하였다. 또한 각 경로의 2차 매개변인인 성적 지배와 성적 대상화가 성폭력에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 알콜사용과 강간통념수용의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 모형적합성과 조절효과 검증을 위해, 충청지역 4개 대학교에서 수집한 368명의 질문지 자료를 사용하여 구조방정식 모형분석을 하였다. 모형검증 결과, 다양한 대안모형과 적합도 비교에서 1, 2차 매개변인들이 완전 매개하는 연구모형이 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 연구모형의 성적 지배가 성폭력에 영향을 미치는 경로에서, 성적 지배동기가 높으면 알콜사용 수준이 높을 때 또는 강간통념수용 수준이 높을 때 성폭력이 대폭 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 논의에서는 본 연구 결과의 시사점 및 제언이 기술되었다.

본 연구는 장애아동의 외현화된 문제행동이 어머니와 아동의 심리사회적 상호작용에 의한 결과물임을 인식하고, 이의 체계적 인과구조와 다차원적 영향관계를 실증적으로 검증함으로써 외현화 행동의 감소를 통한 장애아동 및 장애아동 가족의 순적한 정상화과정(normalization process)에 도움을 줄 수 있는 실천적 함의를 도출하고자 하였다. 이에 편의표집에 의해 선정된 장애아동 및 어머니 135명을 대상으로 어머니의 양육행동과 아동의 외현화 행동 간 관계에서 아동의 의도적 통제를 매개변인으로, 어머니 및 아동의 방어유형을 조절변인으로 하는 연구모형을 설정하고 조절된 매개효과를 검증할 수 있는 조건부 과정분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 어머니의 과보호 양육행동은 아동의 외현화 행동을 증가시키는데 있어 직접적 효과와 간접적 효과 모두 통계적으로 유의하고, 이에 아동의 의도적 통제에 의한 매개효과 역시 통계적으로 유의미함이 확인되었다. 둘째, 어머니의 방어유형에 의한 의도적 통제의 조절된 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의미하고, 아동의 방어유형에 의한 의도적 통제의 조절된 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않음이 확인되었다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로, 어머니의 양육행동의 영향에 대한 중요성을 전제로, 부모-아동 상호작용 치료와 긍정적 행동지원 등의 효과적 전략 기틀 위에 과보호 행동변화를 위한 직접적 전략, 아동의 의도적 통제성향과의 병행전략, 어머니의 대처전략 적용을 통한 차선적 전략 등에 대한 실천적 함의를 논의하였다.
