  • 전력선 통신기술은 추가 배선이 필요 없는 유용성에도 불구하고 전력선 채널에 대한 정확한 채널 모델링과 전력선 모뎀의 전송 신뢰성에 대하여 많은 문제점을 나타내고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전송선로의 주파수에 대한 잡음과 임피던스 특성을 분석하고, 이의 해결을 위하여 전력선 채널에 Spread Spectrum 기법을 적용한 신호를 전송하였을 때의 시뮬레이션 결과와 구현된 FPGA 보드를 비교분석 하였다. 채널 모델링은 잡음과 감쇄 특성을 고려하였으며, Spread Spectrum 변조 방식을 적용한 전력선 모뎀의 FPGA를 구현하여 성능을 분석하였다.

A Decision Tree-based Analysis for Paralysis Disease Data

  • Even though a rapid development of modem medical science, paralysis disease is a highly dangerous and murderous disease. Shin et al. (1978) constructed the diagnosis expert system which identify a type of the paralysis disease from symptoms of a paralysis disease patients by using the canonical discriminant analysis. The decision tree-based analysis, however, has advantages over the method used in Shin et al. (1998), such as it does not need assumptions - linearity and normality, and suggest appropriate diagnosis procedure which is easily explained. In this paper, we applied the decision tree to construct the model which Identify a type of the paralysis disease.

  • An Automatic Water Level Measurement System has been developed in this study. It has the characteristics that it use lower power and solar power and it has the ability of sending data and remote-controlled by wireless MODEM this system was set up in the experimental site and was tested. Also, the management system for the water level data has been developed and will be used by instruments administrating reservoirs.

  • 본 논문에서는 최근 주목을 받고 있는 대역확산 통신방식을 이용한 무선LAN 시스템의 하드웨어 구현에 관해 논한다. 내용으로는 직접확산 (Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DS/SS)) 통신방식을 이용한 무선 LAN 전송부 구조, 디지탈 정합필터를 이용한 역확산 및 비동기 DS/SS 수신기 구조, DBPSK 및 DQPSK 변복조 방식, Timing 및 Clock 복원, 그리고 Carrier Sensing 방식등이 포함된다. 또한 실제 시스템 구현을 위해 필요한 몇가지 변수들에 대해서도 논한다.

  • Choonwon, Lee Kwang-Soo was a literary man and activist for educational movement in modem age of Korea. This research was to review his arguments about improvement of house living. The major results of the research were as follows. First, he asked Korean people to establish solid identity of living. Second, he placed great emphasis on building hygiene facilities and bathroom. Third, he argued that the space within a household need to be divided in accordance with function. Finally he suggested Korean people to make home environment beautiful and convenient.

  • Longbow Apache의 밀리미터파 사통 레이더는 최첨단의 광학 체계조차 장님으로 만드는 연기와 날씨도 침투한다. 애초에 특수 작전용 Black Hawk와 Chinook에 탑재된 통합 RF Countermeasures는 대공 레이더를 식별하고 위치확인 후 교란한다. IDM(Improved Data Modem), 내장된 GPS 관성 항법장치 그리고 초지평선 HF 무전기가 헬기편대에 포함되서 미래전투체계(FCS)와 UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)의 정보를 실시간으로 이용할 수 있게 한다. 게다가 AWACS와 JSTARS같은 공군의 공중 레이더, 혹은 해군의 네트워크 중심의 전장 공간 같은 데 있는 해상 센서를 통해 전체적으로 파악된 영상까지도 가능하게 될 것이다.

  • This paper is about design broadband impedance matching circuit for Coupler to improve power transfer efficiency in the power line communication (PLC) system. The Tchebycheff gain function algorithm is represented to design broadband matching circuit. A practical PLC Coupler impedance matching circuit is designed, and the characteristics for S11 and S21 of PLC coupler are enhanced comparing with unmatched one. This is done by maximizing the power transfer gain from modem to the load.

  • This paper presents two methods of designing a Broadband Impedance Matching (BIM) circuit for maximizing a power line communication (PLC) equipment (or Modem) signal injection into its load at any power line connection port. This optimal (BIM) circuit design is achieved in two phases: Butterworth gain function and Tchebycheff gain function. According to the comparison of simulation and practical results, the performances of two gain functions on BIM are discussed.
