The SMART (System-integrated Modular Advanced ReacTor) is an integral-type small modular reactor developed by KAERI (Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute). This paper discusses the development of a dynamic equivalent model of the SMART control rod drive mechanism that can be efficiently utilized for complicated analysis during the design of the SMART. A semi-empirical approach is used to develop the equivalent model; that is, the equivalent model is defined analytically and verified empirically. Two types of tests, dynamic characteristics tests and seismic loading tests, are conducted for the development and verification of the dynamic equivalent model, respectively. Acceleration response spectra from the seismic analysis based on the developed equivalent model show good agreement with those from the seismic loading tests.
The purpose of this study is to suggest the model of rural villages for 21th century guidance-style based on regional Indigenous resources. As a development model on premise environmental sustainability, economic sustainability, social-cultural sustainability, this paper aims to established that accommodate actively change element of village environment that stabilizes local environment and ecosystem on the basis of development model's principle and contents and information area. Through this model development, To makes the national setting an example village and plans the 21th century guidance style farm village continuously is big that study does.

Digital technology has now pervaded and become an inseparable part of our daily life. The art museum sector is evolving into a business model that adapts to the new digital format due to the requirement for survival and development. This study examines the development state of China's art museum industry and investigates the current business model innovation trend in the art museum industry from three perspectives: reorganization and development of the art museum industry's business model theory; reconstruction of the art museum industry's display and marketing logic; and innovation of the art museum industry's operation mechanism, based on a systematic assessment of domestic and international research. This research can provide reference value for digital technology to drive the innovation of business model in art museum industry. Moreover, the study has important reference significance for the development strategy of art museum industry.

Tropospheric delay is one of the largest error source in pseudolite navigation system. Because a pseudolite is installed on the ground and transmits its signal to a user in the air or on the ground, the conventional tropospheric delay model developed for a satellite navigation doesn't work properly. In this paper, performance analysis of several pseudolite tropospheric delay models has been done using meteorological data. Based on the result, a new compensation method for Hopfield model has been proposed.

In this paper, we suggest a quantitative management scheme to accomplish effective weapon systems test and evaluation service(T&E). The Capability Maturity Model Integration(CMMI) process model has been introduced and applied for that purpose by the 8th directorate, Agency for Defense Development(ADD). Although a CMMI process model was developed focusing on the software development, systematic approaching scheme in the CMMI process model can be utilized for the quantitative management implementation of a weapon systems T&E service. To manage a T&E service quantitatively, at first, organizational performance objectives and sub processes are established, and then each performance indicators and performance base lines are followed.
Prior research in R8ED innovation in Korea has been centered around the 'three-stage development model,' which hypothesizes that the Korean innovation process goes from the introduction (of foreign technology) stage, through assimilation stage to the final modification stage. As Korean economy shifts from traditional industry-led development to innovation-centric development, such an approach loses sight of the whole picture. The current study argues that a new framework is required for adequate analysis on newly arising innovative patterns in Korea, emphasizing source technology development and technology leader strategy. For this purpose, we propose the 'Jigsaw Puzzle Model' of technology development, which is then verified by an in-depth analysis on the innovation processes of 3 representative IT products of Korea, DRAM, TH LCD, and CDMA. The model suggests that Korean innovation model is a dynamic, efficient amalgamation of foreign-acquired and dependent technologies, based on internally accumulated technological resources. The model explains better how Korean firms are achieving a rapid catch-up of technological gaps with advanced nations and are able to transfer from the technology follower to the leader position.

Purpose: Accelerated degradation tests can be effective in assessing product reliability when degradation leading to failure can be observed. This article proposes an accelerated degradation test model for highly reliable solid state drives (SSDs). Methods: We suggest a nonlinear mixed-effects (NLME) model to degradation data for SSDs. A Monte Carlo simulation is used to estimate lifetime distribution in accelerated degradation testing data. This simulation is performed by generating random samples from the assumed NLME model. Conclusion: We apply the proposed method to degradation data collected from SSDs. The derived power model is shown to be much better at fitting the degradation data than other existing models. Finally, the Monte Carlo simulation based on the NLME model provides reasonable results in lifetime estimation.

The goals of this study were to development Natural Ecosystem Value Assessment Model, to suggest the practical applicability of the Natural Ecosystem value assessment for development areas, and to assess natural ecosystem quantitatively using GIS. The Model can evaluate Natural Ecosystem Value between before and after land developments. To select indicators for the model, we conducted the literature reviews. and six indicators and the standard of evaluation had been developed through the expert interviews and literature reviews. the relative importance of the evaluation index throught two times expert questionnaires was found out. the Natural Ecosystem Value Assessment Model has been established, The results demonstrate that although the suggested six indicators are arranged by priority, to maintain quantitative and qualitative the natural ecosystem value, all indicators are desirable to be maintained complementarily. The findings of this study suggest that the natural ecosystem value assessment model appears to be effective an assessment for damaged natural environment value and possible to assign a score value. Also, this model can be applied to research areas and has implications to help maintain the natural ecosystem in land development districts.

Currently, the overall tendency for green and sustainable economic development is creating a circular economy. In actuality, agricultural output is currently benefiting greatly from the growth of the circular economy. The creation of a circular economy helps address resource scarcity, save the environment, combat climate change, and increase economic efficiency. Vietnam's economy can grow quickly and sustainably by shifting to a circular economy production model. Comparing prior growth techniques to the digital age and implementing circular economic development connected with high technology will be a fantastic opportunity to boost growth efficiency. In actuality, Vietnam currently has a large number of agricultural circular economy models. These are models: Creating and using gas from waste and wastewater in livestock and farming; model combining cultivation, livestock, and aquaculture; agro-forestry model; garden-forest model; Circular model using agricultural by-products as a catalyst or creating other valuable products; model of moderation, linked to reducing the use of growth hormones, veterinary medications, pesticides, and artificial fertilizers in agriculture and animal husbandry. Unfortunately, there have been few studies and applications of the aforementioned models, which has made it difficult to build the agricultural sector sustainably. In this paper, we outline the current situation and propose solutions to develop a circular economy model in agriculture in Vietnam for sustainable development.
Component Based Software Development has been recognized as a new software development paradigm, and received much attention among researchers. However, it requires software architecture based development to assure component reusability and efficient software development. This paper proposes the Component Based 4+1 View Model of software architecture to support component based software development. It is redefined on the basis of the existing 4+1 view model of software architecture developed by Kruchten. Also, we describe the elements of the view model in detail with UML. This architecture constructs the foundation of component based software such as increasing the understanding of software and providing the information about how the components interact with each other. It can be done by exposing the context for the use of software components to each views.
