This research was implemented to check what effects entrepreneurship have on the entrepreneurial intention verify the emotional factor 'Fear on Business' in terms of the relationship between entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial intention. Above all, in the study Health Belief Model was applied to research into emotional factors, such as 'Fear on Business'. Specifically, it was performed to check what effects 'Fear on Business' has on the entrepreneurial intention and to see if there are any mediating effects between entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial intention. To achieve the research purposes above, the students who took a business start-up and entrepreneurship related course were surveyed (all 356); and research findings were produced. To summarize the findings, entrepreneurship did influence the entrepreneurial intention significantly. In addition, entrepreneurship significantly influenced 'Fear on Business'. And 'Fear on Business' significantly influenced the EI; it turned out that 'Fear on Business' plays a mediating role between entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial intention. From these result, it is thought that programs or policies for reducing 'Fear on Business' are needed. Finally, because entrepreneurship can affect the entrepreneurial intention through the medium of 'Fear on Business', it is thought that the government's effort to create a social atmosphere is needed to overcome 'Fear on Business'.
The number of theoretical orientations and approaches in music therapy has risen sharply. This development of new theories may contribute to the advancement of specific therapeutic techniques; however, it can also lead to increased confusion for consumers and professionals for clinical and practical reasons. Due to these concerns, therapists often debate questions such as the following: what is the most effective therapeutic approach, what is the most ethical and professional course of action when clients do not appear to benefit from therapy, and is it possible to integrate ideas and techniques from multiple frameworks and theories in order to better serve the client? This paper describes a new way of thinking for music therapists called Integral Thinking in Music Therapy (ITMT), proposed by Kenneth Bruscia as a comprehensive approach to addressing the clinical needs of the client. ITMT is a way of thinking that embraces existing models and theories, suggests when a particular approach is indicated with its own value, and helps us to move away from one-way thinking to a more comprehensive approach in order to better serve our clients. This article illustrates the basic premise and clinical application as well as a hypothetical application of ITMT based on an actual case study.
Purpose - The movie market has the characteristics of being a perfectly competitive market as well as a pure monopolistic market at the same time. This is because there are competitors in the industry but prices, although not fixed, have not changed a lot. Price competition may not have spread, but the competition is focused on artistic value, and the degree of box office success is most important. The artistic value is determined in the course of the production process. However, the degree of box office success is dependent upon the marketing manager. The marketing strategy represents the difference in the standard or quality of the movie. Inherently, the marketing manager adopts the entertainment strategy based on the quality of the foundation of the completed movie. At this time, the marketing manager knows the pertinent information (high quality/low quality) regarding the movie. This research study tries to reveal what should be the reasonable movie marketing expense, dependent on the quality of the movie. Research design, data, and methodology - Using a game scenario with different market players, the goal of the research analysis is to find out the following. First, the marketing expense is determined to maximize the profits after film production. Second, after the production costs are already committed, the manufacturer gets to choose the marketing level. At this time, there will be a profit maximization point, considering the competition. The premise of the research is as follows: if it is a good movie of quality, positive word of mouth increasing the audience continuously slows down the speed of the demand curve. If the movie quality is bad, the negative word of mouth decreasing the audience gradually hastens the speed of the demand curve. On the marketing side, when the manufacturer invests heavily in the marketing expense of the movie, consumer expectations increase to drive up the audience numbers. On the other hand, it is difficult to improve the profits excessively. When the manufacturer invests in marketing a little bit, the marketing expense is only relatively committed, therefore a lot of demand cannot be gained. Results - If a fixed market share is in a competitive situation, a low quality manufacturer expends relatively more marketing expense. If the situation assumes two manufacturers spend the same for the cost of production, the high quality manufacturer takes more profit. If the manufacturer expends less marketing budget to save costs, the optimum profit cannot be achieved since the other party (opponent) grabs the initial market share. Conclusions - In conclusion, investment is essential for market share to increase. We must refrain from a zero-sum game and have models where the game participants pursue the creative profits together. In the current film industry, there is the dominating logic of winner and loser but we have to create a film industry environment where the participants can be altogether satisfied and live together.

This study had been performed to analyze flushing effects for instantaneous contaminants input with changing dam discharge in River. RMA-2 and RMA-4 models were applied to the downstream part of the Han River(from Jamsil submerged weir to Singok submerged one) The longitudinal dispersion coefficient of $50m^2/s$ was used. The four cases of dam discharges were selected as $500m^3/s,\;1000m^3/s,\;1500m^3/s$ and $2000m^3/s$, respectively, for 1 hour. The drought flow was fixed $200m^3/s$ in the Han River. The arrival time and the concentration of contaminant, the area of dispersion were estimated with RMA-4 model in the downstream part of the Han River. The arrival time which the concentration of contaminants become under 1ppm was analyzed with the stagnant and the instantaneous inflow contaminant at the section of Sungsan Bridge. The more increasing a dam discharge, the more short a dilution time of contaminant. The relation between the dam discharge and dilution time shows linearity. The instantaneous contaminant input was sensitively affected by the dam discharge than the stagnant contaminant one in the river. If it is tried to flush with a temporally increased dam discharge, it should be understood the range of overflowed contaminant dispersion from main channel to tributary channel.
Hypothesis that hypoxic tumors should be more responsive to the addition of preferential hypoxic cell cytotoxin SR 4233 (tirapazamine) to fractionated irradiation was tested in the mouse SCCVll carcinoma and RIF-1 sarcoma, Model of hypoxic tumor was established using the tumor bed effect: tumors growing in the preirradiated tissue (preirradiated tumors) were more hypoxic than tumors growing in the unirradiated tissue (unirradiated tumors). When the tumors reached a mean volume of 100 $mm^{3}$, both unirradiated and preirradiated tumors were treated with a fractionated course of 6${\times}$2 Gy in 3 days or 8${\times}$2.5 Gy in 4 days with SR 4233 (0.08 mmol/kg/injection) given 30 minutes before each irradiation or without SR 4233. Compared to the unirradiated tumors, hypoxic preirradiated tumors were approximately 5 times more resistant to fractionated irradiation alone but were approximately 5 times more responsive to SR 4233. Addition of SR 4233 Potentiated the effect of fractionated irradiation in both unirradiated and preirradiated tumors. Potentiation in the preirradiated tumors was morequal to or greater than that in the unirradiated tumors and seemed to be higher for more fractionated treatment. We confirm the hypothesis in a transplantable mouse tumor. Present results suggest that radioresistance of some hypoxic tumors can be overcome with hypoxic cytotoxin.

The effects of surface treatment on the hydrogen storage properties of a $Mg_2Ni$ alloy particle were investigated by the microvoltammetric technique, in which a carbon-filament microelectrode was manipulated to make electrical contact with the particle in a KOH aqueous solution. It was found that the hydrogen storage properties of $Mg_2Ni$ at room temperature were improved by the surface treatment with a nickel plating solution. The sodium salts(sodium phosphate and sodium dihydrogen citrate) contained in the nickel plating solution made the alloy form an amorphous-like state, resulting in an improved hydrogen charge/discharge capacity at room temperature as high as about 150[mAh/g] from the original value of 17[mAh/g]. Potential-step experiment was carried out to determine the apparent chemical diffusion coefficient of hydrogen atom($D_{app}$) in the alloy. Since the alloy particle we used here was a dense, conductive sphere, the spherical diffusion model was employed for data analysis. $D_{app}$ was found to vary the order between $10^{-8}{\sim}10^{-9}[cm^2/s]$ over the course of hydrogenation and dehydrogenation process.
This study aims to investigate the effect of a scientific inquiry worksheet-making class program on pre-service elementary school teachers' attitudes toward science and scientific inquiry in the class of elementary school science educational theory at education university. As for research subjects, this study selected 141 pre-service elementary school teachers who were in the third year of education university. The results of this study can be summarized as below. First, it was found that the scientific inquiry worksheet-making class program improved pre-service elementary school teachers' attitudes toward science and helped them realize it important to have knowledge about science, further making them find it more enjoyable to teach science at school in the future. Second, it was found that the scientific inquiry worksheet-making class program had positive effect on pre-service elementary school teachers' attitudes toward scientific inquiry. In other words, they came to think of inquiry-based learning styles as an important course of science class. Third, as a result of carrying out open-ended questions about what would be helpful in an actual education site through the scientific inquiry worksheet-making class program, this study found out that most of the research subjects responded it would be helpful when applying a class model, and thought it would be helpful for elementary school students to have scientific knowledge and understand the process of inquiry.

On a Mobile Ad hoc NETwork(MANET), it is difficult to detect and prevent misbehaviors nodes existing between end nodes, as communication between remote nodes is made through multiple hop routes due to lack of a fixed networked structure. Therefore, to maintain MANET's performance and security, a technique to identify misbehaving middle nodes and nodes that are compromise by such nodes is required. However, previously proposed techniques assumed that nodes comprising MANET are in a friendly and cooperative relationship, and suggested only methods to identify misbehaving nodes. When these methods are applied to a larger-scale MANET, large overhead is induced. As such, this paper suggests a system model called Secure Cluster-based MANET(SecCBM) to provide secure communication between components aperANET and to ensure eed. As such, this pand managems suapemisbehavior nodes. SecCBM consists apetwo stages. The first is the preventis pstage, whereemisbehavior nodes are identified when rANET is comprised by using a cluster-based hierarchical control structure through dynamic authentication. The second is the post-preventis pstage, whereemisbehavior nodes created during the course apecommunication amongst nodes comprising the network are dh, thed by using FC and MN tables. Through this, MANET's communication safety and efficiency were improved and the proposed method was confirmed to be suitable for MANET through simulation performance evaluation.
Nowadays, within the paradigm shift of e-learning, MOOCs service has been expanded among a number of global leading universities and this has affected our domestic universities' e-learning to look for different possibilities and new challenges. In consideration of our domestic educational condition, it is required to contemplate how university e-learning can be changed and developed with focus on MOOCs from the perspective of convergence development. This study suggests plans for convergence development in university e-learning based on MOOCs with conceptual model. We conducted the studies on relevant literature of university e-learning and MOOCs, expert consultation, SWOT analysis, survey for those involved of e-learning centers, etc. Through this process, we developed a final plan which integrates 'open advanced education course service', 'teaching and learning curation service', 'teaching and learning practice service', 'creative teaching and instruction method development and sharing service', and 'cloud based educational platform support service', etc with the perspective of convergence development. Also we designed convergence development plan based on MOOCs. It is assumed that the result of this research provides advanced plans for development of university e-learning and the base for further discussion of introduction and application of MOOCs service in domestic university.
Effects of human error relevant to the periodic test are incorporated in the evaluations of the unavailability and optimal test interval of a safety system. Two types of possible human error with respect to the test and maintenance are considered. One is the possibility that a good safety system is inadvertently left in a bad state after test(Type A human error) and the other is the possibility that a bad safety system is undetected upon the test(Type B human error). An event tree model is developed for the steady-state unavailability of a safety system in order to determine the effects of human errors on the system unavailability and the optimal test interval. A reliability analysis of the Safety Injection System (SIS) was peformed to evaluate the effects of human error on the SIS unavailability. Results of various sensitivity analyses show that ; (1) the steady-state unavailability of the safety system increases as the probabilities of both types of human error increase and it is far more sensitive to Type A human error, (2) the optimal test interval increases slightly as the probability of Type A human error increases but it decreases as the probability of Type B human error increases, and (3) provided that the test interval of the safety injction pump is kept unchanged, the unavailability of SIS increases significantly as the probability of Type A human error increases but slightly as the probability of Type B human error increases. Therefore, to obtain the realistic result of reliability analysis, one should take shorter test interval (not optimal test interval) so that the unavailability of SIS can be maintained at the same level irrespective of human error. Since Type A human error during test & maintenance influeces greatly on the system unavailability, special efforts to reduce the possibility of Type A human error are essential in the course of test & maintenance.
