대학도서관의 웹기반 정보활용교육 모델 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Web-based Information Literacy Model Development for University Libraries)

  • 웹을 활용한 정보활용교육의 제공은 도서관 정보활용교육에 있어 새로운 전환점이 되고 있다. 2005년 이후 국내 대학도서관을 중심으로 도입되고 있는 웹기반 정보활용교육은 내용의 빈약, 동기 및 흥미유발 요인의 부족, 제공방법의 단순성 등 도입초기의 문제점을 보이고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서, 웹기반 정보활용교육의 효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 교육내용의 경우 도서관 이용 및 검색방법과 함께 정보요구, 재가공, 그리고 정보윤리 등을 포함한 정보활용능력 전반에 관한 내용으로 구성할 필요가 있으며, 제공방법의 경우 이용자의 성향에 대한 이해와 정보기술(Information Technology)을 기반으로 방법의 다양성과 유연성을 확보하고 다양한 매체와의 연계를 추구할 필요가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • 모바일 통신기술의 발전은 모든 산업분야에서 큰 변화를 가져오고 있다. 이러한 모바일 기술을 경마베팅에 적용함에 있어 기술적인 판단 및 운영성과에 관해 연구하였다. 모바일 기술의 경마베팅 적용을 위한 판단은 경마공원 내,외로 구분하여 경마공원내는 무선데이타 기술을 경마공원외는 무선인터넷(이동통신사) 기술방식으로 선택하였다. 모바일 통신기술의 경마베팅 적용은 베팅사업자, 통신사업자, 정보제공 사업자가 전략적 제휴를 통해 추진하였다. 모바일 경마베팅을 통한 운영성과는 매출액 및 신규 고객창출 측면에서 뚜렷한 상승을 보이고 있어 향후 모바일 비즈니스분야의 새로운 모델로 갬블링 분야가 자리매김 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Barrow의 문제해결학습 모형을 적용한 정보처리능력 신장 방안 (A Strategy for Information Processing Abilities Based on Barrow's Problem-based Learning)

  • 본 연구는 초등학교에서 정보처리 능력 향상을 위한 교수 방법에 대한 연구이다. 현 시대의 학생들은 정보의 홍수 속에서 '정보를 활용하여 새로운 지식을 창출해 낼 수 있느냐?' 하는 정보 처리 능력이 중요하게 요구된다. 그러나 초등컴퓨터 교육 현장은 '정보 처리 능력'에 대한 교육이 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구는 Barrow의 문제해결학습 모형을 적용하여 정보처리 능력을 신장 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제안하고 적용하였다. 학생들은 컴퓨터를 이용하여 주어진 문제들을 해결하는 과정 속에서 자연스럽게 새로운 정보를 창출할 수 있고, 정보의 연관성을 표현할 수 있는 능력을 기르도록 하였다. 연구방법은 부산의 초등학교 5학년 23명을 대상으로 8개월간 적용하여, 적용 전후를 비교하는 실험연구를 중심으로 하였다. 연구 결과 '정보의 정선', '정보의 신뢰성 확보', '정보의 분류 분석 비교', '정보의 내면화' 등에서 주목할 만한 발전적인 변화가 있었다.

Real-time Imaging of Inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate Movement in Mouse Salivary Gland Cells

  • Inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate ($IP_3$) plays an important role in the release of $Ca^{2+}$ from intracellular stores into the cytoplasm in a variety of cell types. $IP_3$ translocation dynamics have been studied in response to many types of cell signals. However, the dynamics of cytosolic $IP_3$ in salivary acinar cells are unclear. A green fluorescent protein (GFP)-tagged pleckstrin homology domain (PHD) was constructed and introduced into a phospholipase C ${\delta}1$ (PLC ${\delta}1$) transgenic mouse, and then the salivary acinar cells were isolated. GFP-PHD was heterogeneously localized at the plasma membrane and intracellular organelles in submandibular gland and parotid gland cells. Application of trypsin, a G protein-coupled receptor activator, to the two types of cells caused an increase in GFP fluorescence in the cell cytoplasm. The observed time course of trypsin-evoked $IP_3$ movement in acinar cells was independent of cell polarity, and the fluorescent label showed an immediate increase throughout the cells. These results suggest that GFP-PHD in many tissues of transgenic mice, including non-cultured primary cells, can be used as a model for examination of $IP_3$ intracellular dynamics.

Chitosan Oligosaccharides Inhibit Adipogenesis in 3T3-L1 Adipocytes

  • The 3T3-L1 cell line is a well-established and commonly used in vitro model to assess adipocyte differentiation. Over the course of several days, confluent 3T3-L1 cells can be converted to adipocytes in the presence of an adipogenic cocktail. In this study, the effects of chitosan oligosaccharides (CO) on adipocyte differentiation of 3T3-L1 cells were studied. The CO significantly decreased lipid accumulation, a marker of adipogenesis, in a dose-dependent manner. The low molecular mass CO (1-3 kDa) were the most effective at inhibiting adipocyte differentiation. Moreover, mRNA expression levels of both CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein (C/EBP) ${\alpha}$ and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) ${\gamma}$, the key adipogenic transcription factors, were markedly decreased by CO treatments. CO also significantly down regulated adipogenic marker proteins such as leptin, adiponectin, and resistin. Our results suggest a role for CO as antiobesity agents by inhibiting adipocyte differentiation mediated through the down regulated expression of adipogenic transcription factors and other specific genes.

건설폐기물인 순환골재를 이용한 수용액상에서의 혼합 중금속 제거 특성 (Removal Characteristics of Mixed Heavy Metals from Aqueous Solution by Recycled Aggregate as Construction Waste)

  • 본 연구에서는 순환골재를 이용하여 수용액상에서 혼합중금속의 제거능을 평가하였다. 순환골재는 주요 성분인 CaO, $SiO_2$, $Al_2O_3$, $Fe_2O_3$가 약 95% 함유되어 흡착제로서 유리한 조성을 가지고 있다. 동적흡착결과를 유사 1차 모델과 유사 2차 모델로 분석한 결과 두 모델 모두 실험결과에 잘 부합하는 것으로 나타났다. 평형흡착 실험은 Langmuir 모델에 잘 부합했고, $Cu^{2+}$ > $Pb^{2+}$ > $$Zn^{2+}{\simeq_-}Ni^{2+}$$ > $Cd^{2+}$순으로 흡착량이 높았다. 용액의 pH가 6에서 10로 증가함에 따라서 흡착률은 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 순환골재의 양이 증가함에 따라서 중금속의 흡착률은 증가하였지만, 단위 질량당 흡착량은 감소하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 순환골재는 중금속을 효율적으로 제거할 수 있는 흡착제로 판단된다.

Poly-N-acetyl-glucosamine이 당뇨병 쥐에서 창상치료에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Poly-N-acetyl Glucosamine(pGlcNAc) Patch on Wound Healing in db/db Mouse)

  • Purpose: Poly-N-acetyl glucosamine(PGlcNAc) nanofiber-based materials, produced by a marine microalga, have been characterized as effective hemostatic and angiogenic agents. The similarity between PGlcNAc patch and the natural extracellular matrix allows it to support new healthy tissue growth in an injured area and to encourage fluid absorption. In this study, we hypothesized that a poly-N-acetyl glucosamine fiber patch(PGlcNAc patch) may enhance wound healing in the db/db mouse. Methods: PGlcNAc patches were applied on one square centimeter, full-thickness, skin wounds in the db/db mouse model. Wounds(n=15 per group) were dressed with a PGlcNAc nanofiber patch for 1 hour(1 h), 24 hours(24 h) or left untreated(NT). After the application time, patches were removed and wounds were allowed to heal spontaneously. The rate of wound closure was evaluated by digital analysis of unclosed wound area in course of time. At day 10, wounds(n=7 per group) were harvested and quantified with immunohistochemical markers of proliferation(Ki-67) and vascularization (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule, PECAM-1). Results: Wounds dressed with PGlcNAc patches for 1 hour closed faster than control wounds, reaching 90% closure in 16.6 days, nine days faster than untreated wounds. Granulation tissue showed higher levels of proliferation and vascularization following 1 h treatment than the 24 h and NT groups. In addition to its hemostatic properties, the PGlcNAc material also appears to accelerate wound closure in healing-impaired genetically diabetic mice. Conclusion: This material, with its combination of hemostatic and wound healing properties, has the potential to be effective agent for the treatment of complicated wounds.

'지층과 암석'에 대한 초등 예비 교사의 지식 이해와 교수유형 (Pre-service Elementary Teacher' Knowledge understanding and Teaching-learning type about 'stratum and rock')

  • The study aims to figure out pre-service elementary teachers' knowledge understanding on 'stratum and rock' as well as teaching-learning types on the same topic. A total of 65 seniors in an advanced science education course at B University of Education joined the research to fulfill the purpose above. With PCK classification framework, the study examined pre-service teachers' knowledge understanding on 'stratum and rock' while it analyzed how the teachers would teach the given topic to students. The results of the study are presented as follows. First, it was observed that the pre-service elementary teachers have a great understanding on 'stratum and rock' that would be taught via a science textbook for elementary fourth graders. However, regarding terms in 'shale and limestone', they appeared to have a relatively short understanding. Second, PCK elements of the pre-service teachers related to 'stratum and rock' were analyzed and according to the results, the teachers would be interested in teaching model selecting in the teaching-learning strategy field while they would be well aware of how important it is for them to perform an experiment in a teaching process. The teachers also appeared to understand that the teacher question can be mutual complementary during class. However, it turned out that the teachers would have a very much low understanding on learners' prior knowledge as they particularly believe that learning could be significantly affected by the learners' perception level as well as their learning interest and motive. Third, the pre-service elementary teachers were told to design teaching plans on 'stratum and rock' so that the study could find out what learning-teaching methods the teachers would adopt to teach the topic. It was learned that the teachers would proceed with the class basically by giving the learners a descriptive explanation on the topic and also by using pictures and drawings to enhance the learners' understanding during the class.

밤꽃(Castanea Crenata Flos.) 메탄올 추출물의 항산화 효과 (Antioxidative Activities of Castanea Crenata Flos. Methanol Extracts)

  • 밤꽃의 항산화효과를 측정하기 위해 밤꽃의 수꽃을 수집하여 메탄올로 추출한 후 추출물의 항산화 효과를 측정하였다. 밤꽃 조추출물의 추출수율은 6.26% 였으며, 총 페놀함량은 0.199 mg/mL 인 것으로 나타났다. DPPH법으로 free radical 소거능을 측정한 결과 밤꽃 추출물이 17.22%로 기존의 항산화제에 비해서는 소거능이 다소 낮은 것으로 측정되었다. SOD 유사활성 측정은 밤꽃 추출물이 65.10%로 BHT(95.70%)와 quercetin(93.29%)에 비해 낮았지만, ascorbic acid(30.30%) 보다는 높은 활성을 나타내었다. Lecithin 산화저해율은 밤꽃 추출물이 51.45%, BHT(67.08%), quercetin(63.46%), ascorbic acid(23.60%), chlorogenic acid(48.76%), tannic acid(50.10%)로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과 밤꽃 추출물이 DPPH free radical 소거능에서 기존 항산화제에 비해 낮은 활성을 나타냈지만, 시간경과에 따른 활성의 지속성과 50% 이상의 지질과산화 억제효과가 있어 천연항산화제로서의 가능성이 충분히 있는 것으로 추정된다.

전문방사선사 제도의 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on System Model of Clinical Specialist in Radiologic Technology)

  • License system of radiologic technologists has been started since 1965 in Korea. This study is to explore directions on radiotechnologists' license system classified by subspecialty. For this purpose, the authors surveyed on radiotechnologists' license system classified by subspecialty, with the subject related to radiotechnologic societies. Additionally, data on qualification and license system associated with medical and health care field were collected. The results are as follows. 1. The main body for subspecialty system for radiologic technologists should be the Korea Radiologic Technologists Association and the Association should maintain a close cooperation with radiotechnologic societies. 2. A radiologic technologist should be a basic role once they pass the license examination. In addition, they can get a special qualification by subspecialty in radiologic technology. 3. Radiotechnologists' license system classified by subspecialty will be keep priorities in order and done systematically. Execution order is as follows ; This study proposes that radiotechnologists responsible for ultrasonography, computed tomography(CT), magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and security management be started for the first stage. For the second stage, radiotechnologists for mammography, angio-cardiography, digital imaging, maxillo-facial and dental radiography, nuclear medicine, radio-therapeutic field should be in force. 4. Professional education course(basic and intensive) and clinical training program have to be made for the eligibility of radiotechnologists' license system classified by subspecialty. 5. Eligibility system of radiotechnologists' license system classified by subspecialty(non-government or government) has to be made. Further more, inquiry commission to investigate eligibility for radiotechnologists' license system should be established.
