Purpose - The development of Anhui high-tech industry is the key to transforming the mode of economic development and optimizing the industrial structure. Research design, data, and methodology - The data of paper that is the data of Anhui province and the six provinces of central China from 2010 to 2015, which analyzed the present situation of High-tech industry in Anhui Province by means of data comparison and literature analysis, and then explored several possible modes of undertaking. Results - With the analysis of the current situation of the development of high-tech industry in Anhui Province, several possible modes for undertaking the transfer of high-tech industries in Anhui Province were explored: The mode of undertaking of Leading Enterprises + Industrial park, the mode of undertaking of differentiated development + Regional comprehensive exploitation and the mode of undertaking "Dynamic industrial Chain" + industrial cluster. Conclusions - Based on the perspective of industrial upgrading, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of Anhui Province in the traditional mode of undertaking industrial transfer and expounds the inherent requirements of innovation industry undertaking. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, the author explored three possible modes of acceptance.

Dynamic stability of a flying structure undertaking constnat and pulsating thrust force is investigated in this paper. The equations of motion of the structure, which is idealized as a free-free beam, are derived by using the hybrid variable method and the assumed mode method. The structural system includes a directional control unit to obtain the directional stability. Unstable regions due to periodically pulsating thrust forces are obtained by using the Floquet's theory. Stability diagrams are presented to illustrate the influence of the constant force, the location of gimbal, and the frequency of pulsating force. The validity of the diagrams are confirmed by direct numerical simulations of the dynamic system.

This paper presents the dynamic analysis of a cantilever beam undertaking impulsive force that undergoes rigid body motion. The transient response of the beam induced by the impulsive force and the rigid body motion is calculated based on hybrid deformation variable modeling method by applying the Rayleigh-Ritz assumed mode method. The stiffness variation effect caused by the rigid body motion is considered in this modeling. The effects of the impulsive force position and the angular velocity on the transient responses of the beam are investigated through numerical studies.

The equations of motion of the structure, which is idealized as a free-free beam, are derived by using the hybrid variable method and the assumed mode method. The structural system includes a directional control unit to obtain the directional stability. The analysis model presented in this paper considers the nonlinear effect due to rigid body motion of the beam. Dynamic stability of the system is influenced by the nonlinear effect. In order to examine the nonlinear effect, first the unstable regions of the linear system are obtained by using the method based upon Floquet's theory, and dynamic responses of the nonlinear system in the unstable region are obtained by using direct time integration method. Dynamic stability of the nonlinear system is determined by the obtained dynamic responses.

This paper presents a robust control of a smart flexible structure featured by a piezofilm actuator characterizing its light weght and quick response time. A mathematical governing equation for the proposed structure is derived by employing Hamilton's principle and a state space control model is subsequentrly obtained through modal analysis. Uncertain system parameters such as frequency variation are included in the control model. A sliding mode control theroy thich has inherent robustness to systme uncertainties is adopted to design a tracking controller for the peizofilm actuator. Using the output informaiton from the tip deflection sensor, a full-order observer is constructed ot estimate state variables for the system. Tracking performances for desired trajectories of sinusoidal amd step functions are evaluated by undertaking both simulation and experimental works.

문화란 정보사회를 살아가며 누리고 있는 물질적, 정신적 생활양식의 복합체로 볼 수 있다. 즉 어떤 특정지역의 구성원들이 공유하고 있는 습득된 지식, 믿음, 기술, 행동들을 모두 포함하는 생활양식이다. 사람들은 정보와 문화가 새로운 부가가치를 창출하는 시대라고 한다. 이와 같은 두 가지 개념의 공통점은 보이지 않은데 있으며, 인간의 내면의 세계에서 창조되는 것으로 수많은 경험과 체험에서 나온다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 정보문화가 글로벌화 되고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 정보문화의 확산을 위해 필요한 이론적 근거로서 사례를 중심으로 정보문화 창조과정의 모형을 제시하고 있다.

A sliding mode control theory which has inherent robustness to the sys- tem uncertainties is adopted to design a force tracking controller for the piezoceramic actuator. Using out- put information from the tip force sensor, a full-order observer is constructed to estimate state variables of the system. Force tracking performances for desired trajectories represented by sinusoidal and step func- tions are evaluated by undertaking both simulation and experimental works. In addition, in order to illustrate practical feasibility of the proposed method, a two-fingered gripper is constructed and its performance is demonstrated by showing a capability of holding an object.

Patient safety remains one of the most important health care issues in Korea. To improve patient safety, we have introduced concepts from the field of safety science such as the Swiss cheese model, and adopted several methodologies previously used in other industries, including incident reporting systems, root cause analysis, and failure mode and effects analysis. This approach has enabled substantial progress in patient safety to be made through undertaking patient safety improvement activities in hospitals that are systems-based, rather than individual-based. However, these methods have the shared limitation of focusing on negative consequences of patient safety. Therefore, the paradigm shift from Safety I to Safety-II in safety science becomes the focus of our discussion. We believe that Safety-II will complement, rather than replace, Safety-I in the discipline of patient safety. In order to continuously advance patient safety practices in Korea, it is necessary that Korea keeps abreast of the recent global trends and development in safety science. In addition, more focus should be placed on testing the feasibility of new patient safety approaches in real-world situations.

This study aims to investigate factors affecting eBook acceptance and learning outcomes among students experiencing online distance learning. As conventional textbooks are now switched into eBooks, the effects of contextual factors including lecturer, student computer competency, content and design of the course, access ability, infrastructure, and university support on eBook acceptance and learning outcome needs to be evaluated. The sample of this study is represented by students at the Universiti Teknologi MARA, City Campus Melaka, undertaking 'strategic management course'. Non-probability random sampling was selected as the sampling technique and a purposive sampling method was chosen to select the samples. The samples comprised 171 students randomly selected through Google Form. The questionnaire data was analyzed by using PLS-SEM. The results indicated that these factors contributed 62.3% variations in the eBook acceptance and 67.1% variations in the learning outcomes. The strongest factor affecting both dependent variables was content and design of course. Managerial implication suggested that the content for all courses taught through the eBook platform needs to be revisited and improved in accordance with the mode of online deliverance. Tutorial on how to navigate the eBook platform is important to all users as this would enhance acceptance and produce better learning outcomes among students.
