무선 인터넷 기술의 발전과 함께 이용자 수가 증가하면서 모바일 데이터베이스 응용 프로그램의 수요가 급증하고 있다. 그러나 모바일 데이터베이스 응용에 필요한 사용자 인터페이스와 질의 처리 코드는 대부분 수작업으로 작성되기 때문에 모바일 응용의 생산성이 낮고 버전 관리에도 많은 시간과 노력이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 데이터베이스 응용을 위한 스크립트 생성기인 MobileGen의 설계 및 구현을 기술한다. 생성된 스크립트들은 데이터베이스 연동 및 질의 처리 코드를 포함하고 간단한 폼 형태의 카드 또는 연계된 카드들의 집합인 데크를 사용자 인터페이스로 제공함으로써 모바일 데이터베이스 응용의 생산성을 향상시킨다. 생성된 스크립트들은 스크립트의 원형인 템플릿을 기반으로 하기 때문에 MobileGen의 버전 관리와 생성된 응용의 유지.보수를 용이하게 한다. 또한, MobileGen은 상용 스크립트 생성기들에 비해 관심의 대상인 엔티티 외에 이 엔티티와 직.간접적으로 연관된 모든 엔티티들에 대한 정보를 한 데크에 제공한다.

The rapid deployment of smart mobile equipments such as mobile phones and mobile note pads is considered a driving force to change several aspects of today's work life in organizations. Among all, this paper focuses on organizational collaboration as collaboration is a key aspect of organizational performance and success and is considered to be affected by digitally mediated communication. A questionnaire survey was performed to analyze the impact of the use of modern mobile office technology on productivity increase under the context of organizational collaboration. Some specific functions of mobile office technology were found to significantly affect the productivity. In addition, different requirements for desired collaboration were found to be associated with the use of different functions of mobile office technology and different situational use of the technology. Organizational and technical implications of the findings are discussed.

Economists have advocated that the privatization and market competitiveness improve the firm's productivity and eventually its service quality. However, the previous researches did not provide the empirical results enough to prove that the privatization and competitiveness do improve the service quality. In this paper, we conducted an empirical research to find whether the privatization and competition induces the quality of service. The mobile telecommunication industry was chosen since it went through bringing the privatization and increasing the competition along with a high attention. We found that the privatization and competition itself does not guarantee the quality of mobile telecommunication service. It is the intensity of competition that improves the mobile telecommunication service quality. The service quality depends mainly on the competitor's competence, i.e. the intensity of competition rather than the competition itself. In sum, when we want to improve the service quality as well as the productivity, we had better increase the intensity of competition by allowing many new strong entries.

현대 지식사회에서 모바일 기기는 유용한 업무 도구로 자리잡고 있다. 언택트로 대표되는 코로나19의 감염병 상황에서, 모바일 기기를 이용하여 업무를 수행하는 모바일 생산활동은 그 중요성이 더욱 부각된다. 본 연구에서는 코로나19 상황에서 직장인들의 직무만족도와 모바일 생산활동 증가의 선행변수로, 코로나19의 감염우려, 리더의 주체성향 및 교감성향을 제시하였다. 제안된 연구모델을 검증하기 위해 본 연구는 407명의 직장인을 대상으로 설문 데이터 및 모바일 애플리케이션 사용 데이터를 수집하였으며, 회귀분석을 통해 연구모델을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 코로나19의 감염우려는 직무만족도나 모바일 생산활동과 유의한 관계를 보이지 않았다. 그러나 리더의 주체성향 및 교감성향 모두가 직장인의 직무만족도에 유의한 관계를 보였고, 리더의 교감성향은 모바일 생산활동과도 유의한 정적 관계를 보였다. 본 연구의 결과는 감염병 상황에서 직장인들의 기술 도입과 지식생산성을 이해하고 고취시키고자 하는 연구자 및 관리자에게 유용한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

IT is the key enabler of digital economy. Appropriate usage of IT can provide a strategic competitive advantage to a firm in a dynamic competitive environment. However, there has been a continuing debate on whether IT can actually enhance the productivity of firms. This concept is called IT productivity paradox. In this study, we analyzed the causality among appropriate indicators to demonstrate the real impact of IT on productivity. The 12,100 sample data from 2011 were used for analysis. As expected, the results indicated that mobile device usage, website adoption, e-commerce, open source, cloud computing, and green computing positively influence IT productivity. This unprecedented large-scale analysis can provide clarification regarding the ambiguous causal mechanism between IT usage and productivity.

모바일 웹 애플리케이션들이 다양한 모바일 디바이스의 성능향상으로 형태로 변화하고 있다. 하지만 기존 PC환경과 달리 개발환경 및 표준에 대한 고려가 적어 애플리케이션을 디바이스 별로 구현하는 등의 이유로 개발비용이 소모되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MWeb-프레임워크를 통해 최근 각광 받고 있는 웹 프레임워크기반의 모바일 웹 개발을 수행하는 개발방법론을 제안하며 이와 더불어 다양한 디바이스에서 동일한 사용이 가능하도록 모바일 웹 표준 준수를 지원한다. Ruby on Rails기반의 모바일 웹 개발 아키텍처를 정의하고 이를 바탕으로 모바일 웹 표준을 준수하는 애자일 개발방법론을 적용한 프로세스 모델을 제안한다. 제안한 모바일 웹 개발 프레임워크를 통한 사례연구를 수행하여 제안한 프레임워크를 검증한다. 이를 통해 개발 수행 시 애자일 개발방법론을 도입하여 신속한 개발을 수행할 수 있으며 모바일 웹 표준 환경을 준수하여 모바일 웹애플리케이션의 품질과 신뢰성을 획득할 수 있다. 향후 연구로 제안한 MWeb-프레임워크의 다양한 사례연구를 통해 잠재적인 문제를 개선하고 이를 바탕으로 표준화를 제안한다.

The progress of information technology triggered the rapid progress of tourism industry and the industry has now grown to be the biggest and the highest value added producing industry. Tourism industry is characterized by its high information dependency and is subject to the frequent changes of schedule. Therefore, dynamic cooperations between the service provider and the service agent is essential. One of the latest trend in information technology is the popular adoption of XML as the standard means of document exchange in the internet environment. This paper proposes a supply chain management system which enhances the productivity and customer satisfaction in the tourism industry by exploiting the exchange of information in XML among the tourism society, which consists of the producer, the agents, and the consumer. This Paper is especially addressed to the applicability of e-SCM for the productivity enhancement in the tourism industry, which is known as the leading service industry in the internet environment.

In order to inspect the quality of spot welding, inefficient destructive test and NDT (non destructive testing) utilizing expensive foreign ultrasonic inspection are being conducted in the automobile production lines, but NDT will be difficult to be used in the domestic automobile production due to complexity of the waveform analysis and lack of mobility. In this paper, NDT system inspecting the quality of spot welding based on mobile network is proposed to complement drawbacks of the conventional inefficient destructive testing and NDT inspecting the quality of spot welding. Regardless of daily condition of NDT tester, the proposed NDT system can determine the quality of spot welding automatically and transmit the information of NDT quality to smart devices of field workers in real-time so that convenience of NDT and productivity of automobile production will be improved. Several specimens with a variety of welding quality was produced to evaluate the performance of the proposed mobile ultrasonic NDT system and the conventional foreign equipment, through this experiments, the proposed mobile ultrasonic NDT system indicate the superior properties compared to the conventional equipment in terms of convenience, productivity, and economic.

본 논문은 스프링 프레임워크 2.5와 아이바티스 2.3 ORM 솔루션 환경에서 안드로이드 스마트폰 기반의 모바일 오피스 티켓 예매 시스템의 설계 및 구현을 하는데 목적이 있다. 현재까지 경량 컨테이너 구조로 많이 사용되고 잘 알려진 구조로 스프링 프레임워크이 있다. 또한 데이터베이스의 생산성을 높여주기 위한 기법으로 ORM이 있다. 현재 ORM 매퍼로 현업에서 널리 이용되고 있는 도구로 아이바티스가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 경량 컨테이너 구조로 가장 잘 알려진 스프링 프레임워크 2.5와 아이바티스 2.3 ORM 솔루션 환경에서 안드로이드 스마트폰 기반의 모바일 티켓 예매 시스템을 분석 및 설계한 후 구현하여 모바일 웹앱의 객관적인 개발 생산성 지침을 제공하고자 한다.

As a futuristic construction model, building information model(BIM) based project management system(PMIS) and mobile PMIS have been showing visible sign. However, researches on the 3D BIM based PMIS using mobile device are hard to find, result from limitation of mobile device application(slow speed at huge BIM file, display size, and etc.) and undefined standard of business processes. Therefore, this research aims at studying feasibility of mobile BIM PMIS based on cloud computing as a business model. In case of applying mobile BIM PMIS, 3D drawings and integrated building informations are possible on mobile devices in real time. it would support increasing the productivity of project participants as designer, engineer, supervisor, and etc. Globally, BIM based PMIS and Mobile BIM system, cloud computing based mobile BIM simulator are in the concept or experimental phase, therefore it is possible to secure global leading technology of IT and construction merger in the mobile BIM.
