The existing mobile learning service is the method that provides data packets in real time. It has some problems of much data packet cost and delay to provide the mobile learning service. In this paper, to solve the problems, we suggest to implementation of the mobile learning system of the new method using serial communication.

Development of information and communication technologies has given a lot of changes in the business processing methods including the school and class managements. However, many business processing systems are still based on desktop computer. In particular, most of the class management system only supports desktop computers; hence school teachers have difficulty in using their class managements systems on mobile environment. In this paper, we proposed and developed a mobile classroom management system for teachers, which will easily handle information such as personal records of students, student counseling records, student life record and so on. The implementation of the application of mobile-based class management can be managed by many school elements including student register information, student evaluation records and transcripts, counseling report, and so on.

In this paper, we propose that the chaotic behavior analysis in the mobile robot of embedding some chaotic such as Chua`s equation, Arnold equation with obstacle. In order to analysis of chaotic behavior in the mobile robot, we apply not only qualitative analysis such as time-series, embedding phase plane, but also quantitative analysis such as Lyapunov exponent In the mobile robot with obstacle. We consider that there are two type of obstacle, one is fixed obstacle and the other is VDP obstacle which have an unstable limit cycle. In the VDP obstacles case, we only assume that all obstacles in the chaos trajectory surface in which robot workspace has an unstable limit cycle with Van der Pol equation.

Many applications are developed on variety type of mobile terminal with mobile tole-communication improvement. We suggest that we offer more improve multimedia environment on that development. So we design SWF player which supports Macromedia SWF file format. It is application that animation and graphic module are independent of system. In addition to, we implement SWF player on mobile communication environment. for the purpose of it, we adapt AKL concept, which is designed for the consistent interface on heterogeneous operating system environment.

Recently, the use of mobile phone services has been tremendously increased. Thus, to prevent public nuisance related to mobile phone calls in specific locations such as theatres, contort halls or hospital. the use of the inhibiting equipment to deter communication over mobile phone etc.(hereinafter referred to as the “wavewall”) has been required. In this paper, we investigated the current status of wavewall for other countries and analyzed the effect on the mobile communication which is generated by using the wavewall.

Bundling has become a general promotion strategy in mobile shopping context. Previous research on bundling has mostly focused on bundle frame or price frame. Even though consumers are searching and purchasing the product in mobile channels, little research has investigated the effects of bundling in mobile shopping. The objectives of this study is to examine how different product image of bundle affects consumer's perception and purchase intention differently, and how brand familiarity moderate this influence. A sample of 140 subjects participated in a within-subjects experiment. A bundling composed of two different product image (a single product vs. bundled products) was evaluated by individuals. Brand familiarity (familiar brand vs. unfamiliar brand) were manipulated to test a set of hypotheses. We found that the effectiveness of bundling does not depend on the type of product image and brand familiarity. The findings of our study provide some implications for researchers and marketers. Although there have been studies on the effects of bundle framing on consumer behavior, we suggest new insights regarding bundling based on product image and mobile shopping context.

In this paper, We presented overview and characteristics of ITS(Intelligent Transport System) DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication) system that was introduced to the basic installation for ITS service. We proposed system structure, message format and implementation methods to realize Mobile Internet using DSRC system.
