  • The rapid growth of mobile communication technology has provided the expansion of mobile internet services, particularly mobile realtime transaction takes much weight among mobile fields. Current mobile transaction service has serious problems which check its development, such as low bandwidths, hand over, expensive charge system, and low response time. but, There is an increasing demand for various mobile applications to process transactions in a mobile computing fields. In mobile computing environments. A mobile host computing system demands for new concurrency control method to use the bandwidth efficiently, to improve the bottleneck and the response time of transactions. This study suggests about an efficient concurrency control in a mobile computing environment. Concurrency control method in existing method uses two phases locking method. In this method, Many clients can't use the same segment simultaneously, and so useless waiting time increases. The characteristic of this proposed method unlike existing one, Enable the transaction approaching different data in the same segment to minimize the useless waiting time by permitting segments, and therefore improves the coexistence of system. Also, It shows the algorithm of the proposed concurrence control method.

  • Present system of maritime mobile communication is depend upon HF Band mostly. Due to the range of technical development activities for HF Band has reached to uppermost limit, it is going to be hard to meet the requirements of communication which would be increased in the future, by utilization of HF Band. Studying difficulties of realizing communication function and the uppermost limit of HF Band system, in order to seek more smooth communications under present system, I have been studying remedy of problems in using of HF Band system with examples of relay of free-charge telegrams for the group of an ocean-going vessels of our country, and analized and studied of future prospects of maritime mobile communication.

  • This paper introduces the development process of mobile home CCTV that enables remote control and object recognition using unused smartphones and Arduino. Clients can control motors connected to Arduino through button, enable bidirectional voice communication between client-server and receive video from the server in real time. The server sends a PUSH notification to the client when its battery is low. When the server recognizes the charger, the client's remote control allows the server to dock to the charger and charge it. It was confirmed that video and voice delivery between client and server works well without any problems, and that object recognition works smoothly.

  • Workers' demands for new applications, especially mobile applications, are increasing. Many industry analysts, researchers and corporate executives say the demand for mobile applications is becoming increasingly difficult to follow in the IT department. Gartner predicts that by 2021, the demand for mobile application development within the enterprise will increase about five times faster than IT can deliver applications. The purpose of this paper is to provide an environment where non-developers who are in charge of business development can develop apps and webs for their work. The basic concept of a new innovative App development tool, Smart Maker Authoring Tool is to develop Apps on the level using easy-to-learn Word or Excel in a computer. The main feature is that the app is developed by a non-developer worker. The coding technology is perfectly optimized to the structure and operation mechanism of the IT Infra such as hardware devices and operating system, which are the targets for implementing a desired function. Rather, it shows excellent software productivity. The most important feature of future business development is that it is developed by a non-developer worker. In this paper, we propose a no-code and low-code platform for non - developers to develop their business. In the future, we will link the IoT based Arduino system and artificial intelligent interpretation system.

  • In this paper refer to the digital multimedia mobile phone with the combination of broadcasting and the communication the unity of wire and wireless solution that can provide the UMA(Unlicensed Mobile Access) function is added. In UNC(Universal Naming Convention) in the case of CAS(Conditional Access System) is supported, the device(mobile phone) is authenticated through AP and then following the method of broadcasting signal the user can view the wanted contents as long as they want and for this matter the service charge system are proposed.

  • The mobile content which adopts the subject matter of wired online game with interoperability element is in service. This is one of the plans which are the possibility of benefiting wired online game in game industry. In this paper, interoperability method of game content between wired and wireless classifies this with three branches and it tries to analyze the interrelationship of the interoperability element and interoperability types adopted in many wired online games. And, the development of interoperability server is composed of mobile server which takes charge of I/O process of mobile device and game server records all information of users in the game. With developing the content which is suitable in specific game(Ran-Online), this paper presents the development method of game content through interoperability between wired and wireless.

  • In this paper we propose reliable billing schemes between users and contents providers where a user is provided valueadded service for a paid contents using mobile terminals. Our schemes support various types of services such as short messages, bell sounds, images or music data transmissions, and games in mobile communication environments. Using hash chain method, we also reduced the computational overhead of mobile terminals and the volume of data transmitted between the user and the content provider. Content providers can save memory space because they don't need to store each user's usage evidence but still can charge.

  • In this paper, we propose a strategy of charging by analyzing the difference of path coefficient according to whether consumers are free or not, rather than presenting strategies for charging. Mobile devices have become so popular that they are called necessities. Companies have to adapt to the mobile environment and respond to the situation, and have to expand market opportunities strategically. In this study, we extend the technology acceptance model to analyze the incentives of consumers' behavior by analyzing the difference in the effect consumers perceive as a moderating variable, whether paid or free. Efforts to maximize company's inherent profit continue, and in particular, charging is a strategy that all companies should pursue in the mobile environments. It is necessary to grasp the degree of the consumer's response to free and charge. The model of satisfaction with the continuous use and the word-of-mouth intention, which is the behavior intention, is presented by adding parameters of satisfaction to the technology acceptance model. In addition, we try to derive implications by analyzing the influence of moderating effects of whether free or not.

  • We analyze the economic effects of mobile termination rate asymmetry by simulation model. The asymmetry allows the mobile operator to get access profits at the expense of the incumbent and induces negative effects such as the entry of inefficient operator and allocative efficiency as well as productive efficiency. We use simulation model to investigate the effect on social welfare of asymmetric regulation. If the brand loyalty is high, social welfare increase as the termination charge of entrant increases. The extension of the basic model shows that the degree of social welfare increase becomes higher as the brand loyalty increases when the cost of entrant is smaller than that of incumbent. But, the degree of social welfare decrease becomes lower as the substitution effects increase.

  • The rapid growth of mobile communication technology has provided the expansion of mobile internet services, particularly mobile commerce takes much weight among them. Even though current mobile commerce service has serious problems which check its development, such as limited contents, expensive charge system and hardware restriction of mobile device, it is strongly expected as one of the next generation Internet services. In this paper, we summarize the problems like above and provide some total solution to meet them as follows: a function for automatic gathering of product information on online Internet and automatic translation it to data for mobile commerce, a middlelet application which provides functions for product search and order on the mobile device through off-line processing, and a function of user adaptive recommendation. We have actually designed and implemented the proposed system and verified the functions and effectiveness of the system.
