  • Health medical service is passes with u-Healthcare and it promote health medical service environment change to the citizen center in the hospital center, and all methods of diagnosis, treatment, after management are forecasted in prevention because a balance develops. It is necessary for an u-Healthcare terminal is devoted to becoming an ubiquitous terminal of consciousness when in where and the following technology to result in implementation. Information communication equipment and an appliance technical data transfer technology Precision and how mobile gateway implementation, Bluetooth wireless appliance function is various with mobile communication and radio communication network and an appliance function are necessary. therefore, in this paper, we did a study on the implementation of bio signal measuring system for the u-healthcare based on mobile.

  • The change in performance of the mobile communication field took place due to jumping development of technology, so high performance terminals that anyone can directly search and amend desired information anywhere and anytime, namely, the mobile communication terminals called Smartphone were released to the market. The terminal can store informations that an individual stored, for example, call log, where to make contact and address of acquaintances, transmit/receive message and mail, photographs and videos, etc., but there are worries on surreptitious use of other people due to leaking of personal information through loss or theft of these terminals because of several reasons, so the present thesis aims to realize a method that remotely control information inside a terminal in case of loss of a mobile communication terminal.

  • Users using mobile terminal want to receive seamless service anywhere, anytime. In order to satisfy user's needs a communication between heterogeneous networks has to provide seamless service. Now a commercialized IMT-2000 is used with both WCDMA and CDMA together. Because asynchronous WCDMA and synchronous CDMA use different technology in their interface and traffic management, communication between the two networks can become disconnected. IP a mobile terminal swerves from the handoff area before handoff completion, packet loss and service disconnection will happened. In this paper, we propose a handoff scheme to provide seamless service, when mobile terminal moves from the WCDMA to the CDMA. And we prove that the proposed handoff scheme provide seamless service.

  • Traditional voice traffic over mobile communication has been changed into data and media contents traffic, which makes traffic amount increases and speedy data transfer required. In the near future ubiquitous mobile terminal environment will be common so that security issues will arise due to many heterogeneous equipments and connections. In this paper, many previous methods used for terminal authentication are examined. And we propose new system model which uses our novel user authentication protocol based on strong one-time password (OTP) and short message service (SMS). We verify our system model and protocol by implementation.

  • New business model for mobile internet has been developed using multifunction mobile terminal. Multifunction terminal provides mobile multimedia service such as VOD and AOD and personal area network(PAN) service using bluetooth and W-LAN. In this paper, we develop home network WEI application interworking with home network gateway This application controls home appliances and provides still image for home secuirt using the web camera. We further develop the home networking PAN services using multifunction terminal having GigBee and RFID.

Design of the Novel DVB-H Antenna for the Folder-Type Mobile Handheld Terminal

  • We have proposed a novel DVB-H(Digital Video Broadcast for Handheld) antenna for folder-type mobile handheld terminal by using a coupling element, a stub, and an L-type matching circuit. The L-type matching circuit consisting of two chip inductors is used for achieving an improved impedance matching over the DVB-H frequency band ($470{\sim}702\;MHz$). Simulated results showed the stub worked to more knot the lower and upper frequency ends of the input impedance curve. The antenna exhibits a flat gain characteristic from 2 to 2.8 dBi over the DVB-H frequency band. The radiation patterns are a stable Figure-of-eight radiation pattern in the frequency range.

  • In this paper, we design and implement a two-way search algorithm that can provide a customized service through the user with real-time two-way communication using a mobile instant messaging service. Therefore, we design and implement the automative search system which enables delivering message to each user mobile terminal from a plurality of relay mobile terminals by utilizing the mobile instant messenger, not to deliver a message from the main server to the mobile instant messenger user directly. Two-way search system using the mobile instant messenger can be immediately collect the user's response is easy to identify the orientation of each user, and thus can be provided to establish a differentiated service plan. Also, It provides a number of services(text, photos, videos, etc) in real-time information to the user by utilizing the mobile instant messenger service without the need to install a separate application. Experiment results, data processing speed of the category processing way to search for the data of the DB server from a user mobile terminal is about 7.06sec, data processing number per minute is about 13 times. The data processing speed of the instruction processing way is about 3.10sec, data processing number per minute is about 10 times. The data processing speed of the natural language processing way is about 5.13sec, per data processing number per minute is about 7 times. Therefore in category processing way, command processing way and natural language processing way, instruction processing way is the most excellent in aspect of data processing speed, otherwise in aspect of per data processing number per minute, the category processing way is the best method.

  • The electrolyte of the capacitor in mobile phone chargers leaks to the power input terminal resulting in tracking on the PCB board to form a carbonized conductive path. As a result of structural analysis of the cause of the tracking, It occurred when the power input terminal and the PCB board were connected directly using the connector. The larger the amount of electrolyte leaked from the capacitor into the power input terminal, or the lower the height of the partition provided between the plug pins of the power input terminal, the higher the tracking occurrence rate. Accordingly, to lower the occurrence rate of tracking in the charger, it is necessary to provide a partition on the capacitor or increase the height of the partition provided on the power input terminal so that the leaked electrolyte does not flow to the power input terminal. In addition, the tracking occurrence rate will be reduced further if the shape of the PCB board touching ther power connection terminal is changed to ${\Pi}$.

Broadband Main and Sub Antenna Connected by the Transmission Line (전송선으로 연결된 광대역 주, 부 안테나)

  • A broadband antenna using a main and a sub antenna for the mobile communication terminal such as mobile phone and ITS terminal is designed. Two antennas are based on the hybrid antenna that is operating both a monopole and a IFA(Inverted F Antenna). It's applied the transmission line to connect both antennas. Sub antenna located in small space of the terminal allows space usability for the terminal design. Antenna for the hexa-frequency band of LTE700, CDMA, GSM, DCS, PCS and WCDMA is designed and implemented on the bare PC board that is same size of the mobile phone. This antenna was measured 3 : 1 VSWR over the whole design band. And average gains and efficiencies were-3.78 ~ -2.62dBi and 41.9 ~ 54.73% for LTE700/CDMA/GSM frequency band, -3.75 ~ -1.84dBi and 42.19 ~ 65.46% for DCS/PCS/WCDMA frequency band.
