The rapid growth and development of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and internet services has boosted the adoption of Mobile Government services all around the globe. There is a huge increase in the adoption of government services during COVID-19 pandemic. Existing Mobile Government (MG) solutions are not trustworthy and secure. This paper provides secure and trustworthy solution for mobile government, proposes a centralized smart governance architecture which is based on trust manager. Our proposed work has Wireless Bridge Certifying Authority (WBCA) and Wireless Public Key Infrastructure (WPKI) thereby ensuring security and privacy. Our proposed work ensures trust with WBCA as WBCA acts as a Trust Manager (TM). Proposed protocol has less computational cost and energy cost

This study was carried out to investigate the quality control of domestic and imported Puerariae Radix. It was analyzed by HPLC using ${\mu}$-Bondapak C$\sub$18/ column with 35% MeOH containing 1% CH$_3$3CO$_2$H system as the mobile phase at UV 254nm. Good linearity showed over the range of 10 to 200$\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$(r$^2$=1) for Puerarin, and 0.5 to 10$\mu\textrm{g}$/mg(r$^2$=0.9999) for Daidzein. The average contents of Puerarin and Daidzein were 5.5${\pm}$1.2%(Domestic), 5.3${\pm}$0.7%(Imported), and 0.05${\pm}$0.02%(Domestic), 0.08${\pm}$0.02%(Imported).The average recovery rates of Puerarin and Daidzein were 101.8${\pm}$1.9% and 97.2${\pm}$0.7%, respectively.

아세설팜칼륨, 싸이클라메이트, 삭카린나트륨, 수크랄로스, 스테비오사이드, 아스파탐을 HPLC/MS/MS를 이용하여 동시 분석한 결과 각 감미료 별로 고유한 스펙트럼을 얻어 정량하여 머므름 시간은 2.26~9.96로 10분 이내로 분석이 가능하였다. 각각 감미료의 상관계수($R^2$)은 0.9986~0.9999로 양호한 직선상의 그래프를 얻을 수 있었고 각각의 감미료를 단계적으로 희석하여 분석한 결과 검출한계는 아세설팜칼륨, 싸이클라메이트 삭카린나트륨, 수크랄로스, 스테비오사이트, 및 아스파탐의 경우 0.02 mg/kg이었다. 시료에 대한 6종의 감미료에 대한 분석법의 회수율은 과자 87.4~106.9%, 캔디 99.8~114.7%로 전반적으로 좋은 회수율을 보여 어린이기호식품에서의 감미료 분석에 적용하였다.

인터넷에서 판매되는 건강기능성표방식품 51개를 구매하여 발기부전치료제 5종과 그 유사물질 29종, 이카린, 요힘빈, 시부트라민 그리고 시부트라민 유사물질인 데스메틸시부트라민, 디데스메틸시부트라민 총 39종의 부정유해물질을 3개의 혼합표준용액으로 만든 후 HPLC를 이용하여 총 50분 동안 이동상 용액 A(5 mM sodium hexanesulfonate와 0.1% phosphoric acid을 함유한 물), B(95% acetonitrile) 두 가지를 기울기 용매 조건으로 분석하였다. 검출된 화합물의 확인을 위하여 LC-ESI-tandom MS의 MRM 조건을 최적화하고 정성분석 한 결과 1개의 홍삼제품과 영양보충용제품 2건에서 실데나필과 슈도바데나필, 디메틸티오실데나필성분이 1회 복용량당 1.3-82.1 mg 검출되었으며, 2개의 기타가공품에서 부작용이 우려되어 사용이 금지된 시부트라민의 유사물질인 디데스메틸시부트라민이 각각 1회 복용량 당 2.2, 1.7 mg이 검출되었다. 시중에 판매되는 비아그라의 실데나필 1회 최소복용량은 25 mg으로 시료에서의 검출량은 이보다 높은 수준으로 함유되었으며, 의사의 처방 없이 식품 중에 불법적으로 함유된 이들 물질 혹은 이들의 유사물질은 소비자들의 건강상에 문제를 일으킬 수 있으므로, 시중에 유통되는, 더욱이 온라인 상에서 음성적으로 판매되고 있는 건강관련식품에 대한 모니터링이 지속적으로 필요한 실정이다.
