  • This paper describes the path planning method in an unknown environment for an autonomous mobile robot equipped with CCD(Charge-Coupled Device) camera. The mobile robot moves along the guideline. The CCD camera is useful to detect the existence of a guideline. The wavelet transform is used to find the edge of guideline. Using wavelet transform, we can make an image processing more easily and rapidly. We make a fuzzy control rule using image data then make a decision the position and the navigation of the mobile robot. The center value that indicates the center of guideline is the input of fuzzy logic controller and the steering angle of the mobile robot is the fuzzy output. Some actual experiments for the mobile robot applied fuzzy control show that the mobile robot effectively moves to target position.

  • In recent times, there is an increasing interest in wireless charge of smartphones and devices, and many companies are developing wireless charges. The range of application of wireless charge would be expanded to almost all electronics, including not only mobile devices, but also notebook computers and vacuum cleaners. On-line electric vehicles are to be launched in the market this year in a massive scale. As such wireless charge-related markets are inexhaustible. Wireless charge is included in the world's top 10 promising technologies, and its rapid growth is expected to have annual growth by more than 100%. However, there's a need to establish a safe environment, by analyzing security threats to technical limitations and harmfulness to human body, and arrange institutional compliments. The development of communication method for a variety of wireless charging are delivering comfortable and safe information. This paper aims to examine the factors to threaten electric vehicle, which are usually intruded through network system and analyzes security threats to and security requirements for magnetic resonance mode-based wireless charge in mobile devices, and suggests security requirements.

  • Dry oxidation and wet oxidation processes of silicon have been examined experimentally. The oxidation temperatures were 1.10$0^{\circ}C$, 1.15$0^{\circ}C$, and 1.200 $^{\circ}C$, and oxygen flow rate was changed from 0.2 liter/min to 2.8 liter/min. From the experimental measurements, oxidation temperaturel time and oxygen flow rate have been tabutated for oxide layers 0.1$\mu$ - 1.0$\mu$ in thickness. The quality of the grown oxide layer has been investigated In terms of the dielectric constant, breakdown voltage, fixed surface charge densify (Qss/q) and mobile charge density (Q /q). From these measurements, it is concluded that the quality of the oxide layer is sufficient to expect the normal operation of MOS transistors.

  • In the present study, we report that the charge-directed (assisted) peptide dissociation products, such as b- and y-type peptide backbone fragments, were the major products in MS/MS and $MS^3$ applications of some o-TEMPO-Bz-C(O)-peptide ions, while radical-driven dissociation products, such as a/x and c/z-type fragments, were previously shown to be the major products in the free radical initiated peptide sequencing mass spectrometry (FRIPS MS). Those o-TEMPO-Bz-C(O)-peptides share a common feature in their sequences, that is, the peptides do not include an arginine residue that has the highest proton affinity among free amino acids. The appearance of b- and y-type fragments as major products in FRIPS MS can be understood in terms of the so-called "mobile-proton model". When the proton is highly mobilized by the absence of arginine, the chare-directed peptide dissociation pathways appear to be more competitive than the radical-driven dissociation pathways, in our FRIPS experiments.

  • Through dark injection space-charge-limited current (DI-SCLC) and trap-free SCLC measurements, it has been demonstrated that an indium tin oxide (ITO)/buckminsterfullerene ($C_{60}$) electrode can form a quasi-Ohmic contact with N, N'-bis (naphthalen-1-yl)-N, N'-bis(phenyl) benzidine (NPB). The DI-SCLC results show a clear peak current along with a shift of the peak position as the field intensity varies, implying an Ohmic (or quasi-Ohmic) contact. A theoretical simulation of the SCLC also shows that ITO/$C_{60}$ forms an Ohmic contact with NPB. The Ohmic contact makes it possible to estimate the NPB hole mobility through the use of both DI-SCLC and trap-free SCLC analysis. This also contributes to a reduction in power consumption.

  • In general, secondary batteries are widely used as an electric energy source. Among them, the state of energy storage of mobile devices is very important information. As a method of estimating a state, there is a method of estimating the state by integrating the current according to an energy storage state of a battery, and a method of designing a state estimator by measuring a voltage and estimating a charge amount based on a battery model. In this study, we designed the state estimator using an extended Kalman filter to increase the precision of the state estimation of the charge amount by including the error of the system model and having the robustness to the noise.

  • As digital ecosystem has been rapidly transforming into the mobile based platform, several mobile operating system, which is in charge of user interface with mobile device has been appeared. This research suggest critical factors affecting success and failure of several commercial mobile operating systems from Palm OS appearing in 1996 to main mobile OSs appearing in 2013. For this, we analyse several mobile operating OS cases, elicit factors affecting success and failure of mobile OS, and conduct ID3 based inductive learning analyses based on elicted factors and values in case dataset. Through this, we draw rules in success and failure of mobile OS and suggest strategic implications for the commercial success of mobile OS.

  • Inbody is a tool for measuring health information with high reliability and accuracy to analyze body composition. Unlike the existing method of storing/processing and outputting data on the server side, the health information generated by InBody requires accurate support for health sharing and data analysis services using mobile devices. However, in the process of transmitting body composition measurement information to a mobile service, a problem may occur in data transmission/reception processing. The reason for this is that, since the network network in the cloud environment is used, if the connection is cut off or the connection is changed, it is necessary to provide a global service, not a temporary area, focusing on the mobility of InBody information. In addition, since InBody information is transmitted to mobile devices, a standard schema should be defined in the mobile cloud environment to enable information transfer between standardized InBody data and mobile devices. We propose a mobile cloud system using EMRA(Extended Metadata Registry Access) in which a mobile device processes and transmits body data generated in the inbody and manages the data of each local organization with a standard schema. The proposed system processes the data generated in InBody and converts it into a standard schema using EMRA so that standardized data can be transmitted. In addition, even when the mobile device moves through the area, the coordinator subsystem is in charge of providing access services. In addition, EMRA is applied to the collision problem due to schema heterogeneity occurring in the process of accessing data generated in InBody.
