With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, virtual reality, a technology that has recently attracted attention, is emerging as a core technology that will lead the future industry by changing the paradigm of various industries. The development of 3D rendering, computer graphics, and mobile technologies enabled the development of various smart devices and led to the popularization of virtual reality services using them. Recently, with the development of virtual reality-related technology, various devices and contents such as VR-related HMDs are being developed and released. However, since the classification for VR technology has not yet been established, it is difficult to define a range of industries and services to which VR can be applied. Therefore, in this study proposes a service classification system in terms of industries that can apply VR technology and services that can be provided based on the studies on industries and services of VR technology related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. VR's industrial classification consists of eight industries including entertainment, media, education, medical care, architecture, manufacturing, distribution, tourism and each service is divided into two service categories and composed 16 services. Through the collection and analysis of virtual reality service cases, the service distribution and characteristics of each industry can be analyzed. In addition, we can develop a virtual reality new business model and present a service case for the intersecting areas. This study is expected to be used as a basic research for the activation of virtual reality services in the future.

The family of ISO/IEEE11073 standards is the basis of the e-health system and provides interoperability for personal health devices. In the early stage of e-health business, it was expected that people would use a health device individually. In this case, a measurement datum was episodically acquired and generally transmitted for one person at a time. Recently, a health device is expected to be used by multiple people, and large amounts of measurement data are gathered in a short time interval. In addition, mobile health devices have become more popular, so that energy efficient measurement data transmission is required, to prolong the use of a device. In IEEE11073 PHD standards, data transmission is classified into three different types: immediate individual transfer, small block transfer, and large block transfer. The large block transfer using PM-store concept provides efficient transmission. However, an existing PM-store has problem when a device is used by multiple people. To address the defined problem, a modified PM-segment that is in compliance with 11073 standards is proposed in this paper. In particular, the proposed PM-segment is designed to minimize the additional complexity of an agent instead of a manager and it is interoperable with the existing manager. The proposed PM-segment shows better performance than the existing PM-segment, in terms of memory requirements and expected queue time. Also, performance comparison among the three transfers is performed in regard to the delay time and communication power consumption points of view.

Purpose - After the transition, the development of defense industry in Eastern Europe has been regressed. Recently, they have internationally recognized that new products have been exported and contributed to the Innovation-Based Manufacturing of national economy such as unmanned reconnaissance aircraft, water purification technology, and mobile chemical laboratory, etc. The military forces in Eastern Europe are re-armed by the localization of self-produced munitions in their own defense industry, and then emphasize fostering their own defense industry. Thus, if they make a collaboration with other nations as a industrial cluster, it will gain a competitive edge on the defense industry. Research design, data, and methodology - The study was designed with the data of each national defense department. The research of the subject was reviewed before and after the transition. Thousands of workers have worked in defense industries before the transition, however, the defense industry and experts left after the transition. The Hungarian defense spending on GDP also dropped sharply from 1.72% in 2000 to 0.85% in 2013. But, due to the crisis in Ukraine and the crisis of Syrian refugees, the Viségrad Group (V4) member countries have also increased their interest in a defense and industries as well as the confidence in the EU and NATO. Results - On the whole, the joint of military training and purchase of defense materials were found in order to form the EU cooperative combat troops in CEE. There are the implementation of a joint manual plan for strengthening V4 security policy and the joint military exercises for V4 every year, and the others are electronic warfare and innovation of V4 national forces. Through such a performance analysis methodology, we found that the defense industry is developed through the national cluster cooperation among CEEs and spreading global distribution. Conclusions - Eastern Europe and Balkan countries have been looking forward to cooperating with the non-EU countries such as Korea and other defense industries. There are a lot of potential development into a new civilian cooperation defense industry for global-distribution. Thus, Korea should develop electronic commercial applications, not just as a weapon exporting region.

The domestic game industry is diversifying itself in terms of game contents. The existing contents have limits when it comes to satisfy various needs and tastes of users. A scenario which successfully absorbs the players and users of a game may affect the whole game structure. Companies also introduce new contents to seize new customers. Thus, contents are considered more important than the past. Now that companies are able to produce various forms of contents and products out of one specific content, the development of new, user-satisfying contents can affect other fields of the industry. Thus, they are now found in one of the top positions in the business hierarchy. But game developers and experts concentrate more on other factors and environments of games, slowing down the growth of contents development. Therefore, this study focuses more on contents as an essential attribute to game production, especially scenario making. How changing results of a synopsis, as a part of a scenario, affect the preference of game users was the main focus of the study. The result of the study should suggest a positive direction for contents and scenario development.

Ubiquitous is a Latin-derived word meaning "to exist at any time and place" like water or air. In computing, the word "ubiquitous" indicates an environment in which users have access to networks without any limitation regarding computer networks or places. Important issues in building Ubiquitous Korea (U-Korea) are the social problems appearing with a rapid increase in the old age population. Nowadays, with the rise of the nuclear family, the increase in the number of elderly people living alone, and the change in the status of women, both wives and husbands are employed outside the home, and the relatives who would be responsible for supporting the elderly sometimes are on long or short business trips, and it happens that old people can't be looked after. Therefore the government developed a wireless paging system for the sick, disabled, old and weak so that when an emergency happens, by just simply dialing 119, an emergency aid center could take prompt action. However, the present wireless paging systems composing the under-layer of the emergency aid information system have some problems, such as, a lack of reliability, problems among terminals, mobile transmitters and receiving terminals, the users' refusal to admit the need for the system and poor operational skills, administrators' perfunctory management and checks, etc. On account of these problems, the system efficiency has degraded and therefore a system upgrade is necessary. In this paper, we attempt to evaluate the newly implemented SAFE119 system, a new wireless paging system seeking to correct the problems of the current system.

The study is being conducted to ensure the transparency of research and development have identified the problems of the current system and improve the way out. Such a study about the subject that do not follow either outside the institutional system has a disadvantage compared to an unfulfilled. R & D in order to prevent the misuse and fraud enforcement shall detect abnormal transactions that occur from transactions between research institutions and credit card issuers in real time. In this paper, we propose a detection method for real-time transaction over. It is able to detect and respond fraudulent transactions that may occur in a variety of environments by adding the data obtained by the business rules to derive stopped making detection system.

The importance of hi-tech communications technology including mobile or ubiquitous system and the related business field is currently expanding. In terms of wellness for enhancing quality of individual life, ICT technology became a requirement, not an option. The first purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence user's perceived usefulness & perceived ease of use related to the acceptance of TAM focused on ubiquitous fitness service through multiple regression analysis, thereby discovering important factors influencing consumer behavior. In conjunction with the result, the second purpose of this study has also its implication on the u-Healthcare system development using QFD. That is, this research is to propose the possibility of combining the external variables of TAM to u-Healthcare system service characteristics with user requirement reflected by using QFD method. Based on these results, the suitable system may be constructed and developed.

Nowadays economic and commercial businesses have been increased because of the Internet. As a result of this, electronic commerce is becoming one of the most Interesting topic of discussion. Electronic commerce is equal to a real market, only the place of business is the imaginary space supported by the Internet. There are a few conditions to consider, making electronic commerce work safely. The electronic commerce should be connected by a substantial system and an on-line Protocol. There are some conditions needed for information security, authentication, and payment by electronic currency etc. Although there are many kinds of existing systems, which create services successfully, further research for security is required. Therefore, this paper suggests an authenticated Agent management, which offers more convenience and security than before. Also, this paper shows many authenticated methods for a management system. An Agent that is one of interesting things to study can handle information problems and works related to electronic commerce.

Rapid technological innovation led by digitization has significantly changed the business of digital content goods, and has led to the emergence of new forms of services, such as music streaming. However, whether the streaming service is a threat to the traditional downloading service is still under debate. In this study, we examine whether music downloading is a substitute for or a complement to music streaming by investigating the moderating effects of LTE technology penetration. Using a unique dataset on the online music market from a dominant music platform in Korea, we found that music downloading services are complementary to music streaming services, but this complementary relationship is significantly and positively moderated by the introduction of LTE technology.

Gathering information and systemization of infrastructure disaster management is to reduce uncertainties in making decisions and maximize the number of alternations for reasonable decision making. The key object is the progress report & propagation automation system based on sensors, which is major for providing objective data to realize and support decision makings and delivering decision to a certain area, department, manager and other people rapidly. Collecting, reviewing and database of existing progress report & propagation manual in order to achieve networking of safety management on major social infrastructure of the nation, materialization of field-oriented intelligent business process by developing mobile safety management command transmission device and integrating it into facility safety management network.
