Purpose: This study was conducted to verify the effectiveness of a cost management education program, focusing on the differences between a web-based group and a mobile-based group. Method: This was a quasi-experimental study using a two-group pretest-posttest design. Participants were 74 nurses in a web-based group and 69 nurses in a mobile-based group. Data were collected between January 2 and February 10. The cost management education program was configured such that the participants studied eight modules over four weeks. The after-program post-test was conducted for one week. Results: Both the web-based group and the mobile-based group showed significantly higher values for cost management knowledge (S=5.98, p<.001 and S=2.76, p=.006, respectively). The web-based group had statistically significantly higher values for cost management knowledge (S=4,461.50, p<.001) than the mobile group. Conclusion: The cost management education program showed improvement in knowledge in both the web-based and mobile-based groups; however, the web-based approach was more effective for nurses. A cost management education program which can be implemented effectively across all range of nurses is recommended.

This paper presents a teleoperation system that combines computer network and an autonomous mobile robot. We control remotely an autonomous mobile robot with vision over the Internet to guide it under unknown environments in the real time. The main feature of this system is that local operators need a web browser and a computer connected to the communication network and so they can command the robot in a remote location through the home page. The hardware architecture of this system consists of an autonomous mobile robot, workstation, and local computers. The software architecture of this system includes the client part for the user interface and robot control as well as the server part for communication between users and robot. The server and client systems are developed using Java language which is suitable to internet application and supports multi-platform. Furthermore. this system offers an image compression method using JPEG concept which reduces large time delay that occurs in network during image transmission.

Today most students have a smartphone. Students learning numerical analysis can practice coding using their smartphone in the classroom without going to the computer lab. The tool NAPHP[1] makes it easy to practice coding using PHP in an internet web browser without installing a coding app on your smartphone. This paper introduces a debugging tool for the NAPHP.

본 논문은 모바일 사용자들이 스마트폰(Android OS)을 통해 쇼핑몰을 접속할 때 사용자가 보기 원하지 않는 상품을 선택하여 웹 브라우저에서 보이지 않을 수 있도록 지원하는 프로그램(Application)을 제안한다. 프로그램은 웹페이지를 파싱하고 파싱된 데이터를 사용자에게 상품별로 선택할 수 있도록 제공한다. 선택된 데이터는 웹 브라우저를 통해 보여줄 때 제거하여 보여준다. 따라서 사용자는 사용자 필요에 맞게 재구성된 웹페이지를 이용할 수 있다.

현재 세계적인 이동통신 업체들은 대부분 XHTML Basic 을 수용하여 새로운 브라우저들은 WAP 프로토콜을 배제하고 TCP/IP 기반의 통신을 지원하는 경향을 나타내고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기술 추세를 반영하여 WAP 2.0 을 지원하는 PalmOS 용 XHTML 브라우저를 개발하였다. 본 브라우저의 특성은 이식성을 높이면서 휴대용 단말기의 자원 제약을 극복하기 위하여 이미지 변환 프락시를 활용하는 방식을 채택한 점이다.

이동통신망의 진화와 더불어 다기능 휴대폰을 이용한 신규 사업모델들이 개발되고 있다. 이동통신사업자는 다기능 휴대폰을 이용하여 기존의 음성서비스에서 WAP, ME 등의 모바일 브라우저와 WIPI, J2ME, BREW 등의 이동멀티미디어 플랫폼을 이용한 무선인터넷 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 카메라, MP3, MPEG, 3D 게임엔진, DMB 등의 멀티미디어 솔루션, 블루투스, IrDA, W-LAN, 등의 PAN 기능, GPS 연동을 통한 위치정보 등의 다기능 휴대폰이 개발됨에 따라 이를 기반으로 한 다양한 모바일 어플리케이션이 이동통신사업자가 사용하는 플랫폼으로 개발되고 있다. 콘텐츠 사업자는 하나의 모바일 어플리케이션을 이동통신사업자가 제공하는 모바일 플랫폼에 맞추어 새로이 개발해야 하는 문제점을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이기종 모바일 플랫폼 간 어플리케이션 상호 호환을 위해 대표적인 무선인터넷 플랫폼인 WIPI와 BREW에서 변환 솔루션을 제안한다. WIPI와 BREW의 특성을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 하여 WIPI에서 BREW, BREW에서 WIPI로 모바일 어플리케이션을 변환하는 솔루션을 제안한다.

국내 인터넷 브라우저 시장 점유율 1위인 인터넷 익스플로러의 일부 버전에서 CORS(Cross-Origin Resource Sharing)를 이용한 사용자 정보의 유출이 가능함을 확인하였다. 이는 이전의 방법과는 달리 악성 프로그램 등의 설치 없이도 로그인한 계정의 정보를 유출할 수 있으며, 이를 이용하면 보안 프로그램의 영향을 받지 않고서도 SNS와 포털 사이트의 사용자 정보 혹은 계좌 정보나 카드 사용내역까지 얻을 수 있다. 인터넷 익스플로러 뿐만 아니라 일부 모바일 브라우저에서도 CORS를 이용한 공격이 가능함을 보였다. 이 논문에서는 인터넷 익스플로러로 접속한 은행사, 카드사, SNS, 포털 사이트를 대상으로 한 CORS를 이용한 공격으로 사용자 정보의 유출은 물론 2차 공격으로 이어질 수 있는 가능성과 개선방안을 살펴본다.

본 논문에서는 웹 서비스 기술을 이용하여 동적으로 가격비교를 위한 SOAP기반 유/무선 웹 서비스 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 웹 서비스 시스템은 크게 상품검색, 상품정렬, 상품주문과 UDDI 검색 브라우저를 지원하는 웹 서비스 클라이언트 모듈과 상품 검색/주문 원격 프로시저와 UDDI 게시 브라우저를 포함하는 서버모듈과 무선 환경에서 상품 검색/주문을 지원하는 모바일 클라이언트 모듈로 나누어지며, SOAP 표준 환경기반으로 상호 정보를 교환하도록 구현하였다. 따라서 사실표준 환경인 SOAP, WSDL, UDDI 표준을 따르는 모든 환경에서 이식가능하며, 플랫폼에 독립적으로 지원할 수 있다.

This paper proposes an one-time authentication system for web applications by making use of the quick-response code, which is widely used nowadays. The process is not time-consuming. It does not require any browser extensions or specific hardware to complete a task. The system uses QR code which is basically a two-dimensional black and white image encoding a piece of digital information. When a user logs into a site, the web server will generate a challenge encoded to form a QR code. The user captures a picture of QR code with a mobile camera which results in decoding the QR code. The challenge shall be sent back to the server; the web server then logs the PC browser in. The authentication using Challenge-Response is easy to understand and the process is fast. The system proposes the improvement of usability and security of online authentication.
