수입 패션 멀티샵의 점포속성과 의복쇼핑성향이 점포애고에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Store Attributes and Shopping Orientation on Store Patronage for the Imported Fashion Multi-Brand Shop)

  • An understanding of store patronage behavior is a critical issue for retail managers, especially when it comes to a new kind of retail store, as it enables them to identify and target potential customers. Reflecting this managerial need, this study is focused on the fashion multi-brand shop, specifically investigating its store attributes, customers' shopping orientation, and store patronage. Accepting the shifting marketing paradigm from 4P's marketing mix to 7P's marketing mix, the 7P's marketing mix is employed in this study to measure the store attributes, including people(sales oriented and customer oriented), price, place, promotion, physical environment, process, and product. The store attributes significantly influencing patronization are found as customer oriented sales people, product, physical environment, and process. The shopping orientations of the customers, 222 female adults aged from 20s to 40s are found as ostentatious, pleasant, fashion pursuant, rational, and addictive. The consumers who are ostentatious, pleasant, and fashion pursuant are highly likely to be patronize to the fashion multi-brand shops.

배합수에 따른 안정액의 공학적 특성 분석 (A Study on Engineering Characteristics of the Drilling Fluid Dependingon the Mix Water)

  • 본 논문에서는 지반 시추 시 공벽붕괴 방지를 위해 사용되는 안정액의 다양한 배합비에 따른 공학적 특성에 대한 실험적 연구를 다루었다. 이를 위해 먼저 배합수가 청수일 경우, 안정액의 공학적 특성을 검토하였으며 아울러 해수 배합시 안정액의 공학적 성능 변화에 대한 공학적 특성을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 청수에서 벤토나이트와 폴리머를 추가할 경우 공학적 성능이 향상되는 것으로 나타났으며, CMC에 비해 Polymer의 증점 효과가 우수한 것으로 검토되다. 또한 해수의 경우 벤토나이트에 비해 내염성점토의 내염성 성능이 우수한 것으로 검토되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 시공시 배합수에 따른 안정액을 성능에 대한 정성적인 결과를 제시하였다.

저배합 흙시멘트의 역학적 특성에 관한 시험적 연구 (Study on the Mechanical Properties of Low Mix Soil-Cement)

  • In order to expand agricultural lands in the western and southern coasts of Korean Peninsula, coarse soils excavated from hillsides have been used as fill materials for reclamation. In order to tackle with the problems and to confirm availability, research on soil improvement involve mixing cement to the fine wet soils. Required undrained shear strength$(C_u)$ for fill material was analysed to be 0.34~1.2 $kgf/cm^2$. It has been known that when cement is added to high water content marine clay its unconfined compression strength increased to 2 $kgf/cm^2$. Consolidation results show that pre-consolidation pressure increased to 1.8 $kgf/cm^2$and 3.4 $kgf/cm^2$ with the addition of 3% and 5% of cement respectively. This result shows that low-height embankments could be constructed without significant compression. Since the effectiveness of improvement may be different site by site, the mix design for each site is necessary in order to optimize it. The process is first to determine aimed shear strength and then optimum mix ratio of cement after carrying out a series of tests.

Effects of Cement Alkalinity on the Time-to-Corrosion of Reinforcing Steel in Concrete under Chloride Exposure

  • A series of classical G109 type concrete specimens was exposed to cyclic wet and dry ponding with 15 w/o NaCl solution for approximately five years. Mix design variables included 1) three cement alkalinities (EqA of 0.97, 0.52, and 0.36) and 2) three water-cement ratios (0.50, 0.41, and 0.37). To determine the corrosion initiation time, corrosion potential and macro-cell current between top and bottom bars were monitored. Subsequent to corrosion initiation, specimens were autopsied and visually inspected. Concrete powder samples were collected from top rebar trace and chloride concentration was measured. Also, time-to-corrosion, $T_i$, for specimens of the individual mix designs was represented using Weibull analysis. Time-to-corrosion was a distributed parameter; and because of this, corrosion initiation of four identical specimens for each mix varied, often over a relatively wide range. Specimens fabricated using the lowest water cement ratio and the highest alkalinity cement exhibited the longest time-to-corrosion initiation and the highest chloride threshold levels. Time-to-corrosion did not increase monotonically with cement alkalinity, however, presumably as a consequence of relatively high $Cl^-$ binding in the lower pore water pH range. The chloride threshold level, $Cl_{th}$, increased with increasing $T_i$ and, consequently, was greatest for the highest cement alkalinity specimens.

The Marketing Strategy to Stimulate Customer's Interest in Art-Gallery Business Plan

  • Purpose: Through strategic marketing, art galleries can help retain the artistic value in an extensively urbanized world and also provide a means to showcase aspirational messages that artworks attempt to portray. The purpose of the current study is to analyze a marketing strategy for an art gallery based on prior marketing theories. Research design, data and methodology: Scant research is available to guide regarding what elements of marketing theories should be applied to accomplish customer satisfaction in an art gallery business plan. Thus, the present authors suggest more specific marketing strategy using four traditional marketing theories for practitioners who conduct business planning strategy in an art gallery. Results: The current study suggests the synthesized model for a successful business plan of an art gallery and figured out that two distinctive segments through marketing mix and SWOT analysis are ideal because it would be easier to meet visitors' aesthetic tastes while still meeting organizational objectives. Conclusions: As all other businesses, art galleries have to adapt to survive by innovating some of the components of the marketing mix to create a competitive advantage. It also requires a strategy for that combines targeting and segmenting with the incorporation of the marketing mix to attain competitiveness.

Effectiveness of a Social Marketing Mix Intervention on Changing the Smoking Behavior of Santri in Traditional Islamic Boarding Schools in Indonesia

  • Objectives: This study investigated the effectiveness of the social marketing mix approach in increasing students' knowledge about smoking, promoting positive attitudes toward smoking cessation, and decreasing smoking behavior. Methods: This quantitative research study incorporated a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent group design. Using the purposive sampling technique, 152 smoking students were selected as participants. They were divided into 2 equal groups, with 76 students in the control group and 76 in the intervention group. The data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed with the chi-square test, independent t-test, Wilcoxon signed-rank test, and Mann-Whitney U-test. Results: The social marketing mix intervention was effective in increasing the students' knowledge about smoking (p<0.001), improving their attitude toward smoking cessation (p<0.001), and reducing their smoking behavior (p=0.014). Conclusions: This approach should be implemented by local governments to reduce smoking behavior in the community, especially among teenagers, in addition to instituting a smoking ban and applying fines.

Conceptualizing 5G's of Green Marketing for Retail Consumers and Validating the Measurement Model Through a Pilot Study

  • Purpose: This pilot study aims to conceptualize a new green marketing mix for retail consumers based on Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) model. Moreover, it also aims to conceptualize a testable research model of new green marketing mix with consumers' green purchasing behavior, and to validate the measurement model with traditional as well as modern suggested validating techniques. Research design, data and methodology: A pilot test data from 75 respondents of retail buyers of energy-efficient electric appliances in Pakistan were tested for the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) by examining a measurement model of the construct through different validation techniques (like Composite Reliability, McDonald's Omega (ω), rho (ρA), HTMT, etc.) as heretofore these scales were not validated through these modern methods. Results: The results revealed that the instrument has a certain degree of reliability and validity through different validating techniques. All the measurement items reach the suggested threshold values. Conclusions: Therefore, this study conceptualized an integrated framework of all the three stakeholders of the environment (government, companies, and public or consumers) to achieve environmental sustainability. Hence, future studies can extend these findings and conduct a full-scale study to establish an empirical relationship between the 5G's of green marketing for retailing businesses and consumers' green purchase behavior.

반사균열을 억제한 시멘트 안정처리 기층 재료개발 (The Development of Cement Treated Base Material with Restraint Reflection Crack)

  • 시멘트 안정처리 기층은 강성기층으로 러팅 저항성이 크고 상부하중 분산, 피로균열저항, 기층 보조기층의 파손 감소의 효과가 있으며 경제성이 뛰어나다는 장점이 있다. 그러나 건조수축에 의한 반사균열로 인하여 국내에서는 CTB가 전혀 적용되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내에 CTB적용을 위한 기초연구로써 반사 균열을 최소화하기 위해 건조수축을 억제할 수 있는 저수축 시멘트 안정처리 기층 재료개발을 시도하였다. 건조수축 이론을 고찰하여 건조수축 저감방안을 수립하였고 건조수축에 미치는 영향인자를 선정하였으며, 각 혼화재의 메커니즘을 분석한 후 실내 실험 및 현장실험을 수행하였다. 예비실험을 통하여 플라이 애쉬 첨가비율은 25%로 제안하였고 시멘트량은 모든 배합이 도로공사 린 기층의 허용강도를 만족하는 7%로 하였다. 본 실험 결과를 바탕으로 강도, 건조수축율, 경제성을 고려한 결과, 플라이 애쉬 25%, 플라이 애쉬 25%에 팽창재를 10%를 혼합한 배합을 대안으로 결정하였다. 실내실험에서 결정된 대안을 현장 실험에 적용한 결과 플라이 애쉬(25%)+팽창재(10%)가 최적의 저수축 시멘트 안정 처리 기층 배합임을 제시하였다.

섬유보강 친환경 상온아스팔트 혼합물의 역학적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Mechanical Characteristics of Fiber Modified Emulsified Asphalt Mixture as Environmentally-Friend Paving Material)

  • 상온아스팔트 혼합물은 생산공정이나 시공 중에 naphtha나 kerosene을 사용하는 컷백 아스팔트와 같이 환경오염물질을 생성하지 않고 골재와 아스팔트 바인더를 가열하지 않기 때문에 가열아스팔트 혼합물에 비하여 환경친화적이며 경제적이다. 그러나 일반적으로 상온아스팔트 혼합물은 가열아스팔트 혼합물에 비해 내구성이나 수분민감성에서 미흡한 점이 많다. 본 연구에서는 상온아스팔트의 수분민감성과 내구성을 증진시킬 수 있는 섬유보강 상온아스팔트 혼합물(FEAM)에 대한 평가를 하였다. 최적 유화아스팔트량(OEC), 최적함수량(OWC) 그리고 최적 섬유보강제 첨가량(OFC)를 결정하기 위해서 마샬배합설계를 수정 개발하였다. 최적의 섬유보강 상온아스팔트 혼합물과 일반 상온아스팔트 혼합물을 제작하여 마샬안정도 시험, 간접인장강도 시험 및 회복탄성계수 시험을 실시하였고 그 결과를 가열아스팔트 혼합물의 결과와 비교하였다. 결과로 FEAM과 EAM 모두 마샬배합설계 기준으로 중간 교통량에 충분한 것으로 판명되었다. 또한 섬유보강에 의하여 일반 상온아스팔트 혼합물의 수분민감성과 내구성이 증진하는 효과도 얻을 수 있는 것으로 판명되었다

3D 프린팅을 위한 굵은 골재가 포함된 콘크리트의 압출성 확보를 위한 배합설계 프로세스 (Mix Design Process for Securing Extrudability of Concrete Containing Coarse Aggregates for 3D Printing)

  • 기존 대부분의 3D 콘크리트 프린팅 연구는 모르타르를 재료로 활용하고 있다. 다만, 굵은 골재를 포함한 콘크리트에 비해 모르타르를 사용할 경우에는 높은 바인더 함량과 잔골재량으로 인하여 경제성이 저하될 수 밖에 없다. 따라서, 3D 프린팅 기술의 건설산업 적용 확대를 위해서는 굵은 골재를 사용한 콘크리트 3D 프린팅에 대한 연구가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 굵은 골재가 포함된 3D 프린팅 용 콘크리트의 배합설계 프로세스를 제안하고자 하였다. 다양한 문헌연구 및 배합실험을 참고하여 3D 프린팅에 적합한 배합을 도출하였으며, 출력실험을 통하여 압출성을 검증하였다. 콘크리트 배합의 증점제(Viscosity modifying agent, VMA) 함량을 출력실험의 변수로 설정하였으며, 출력된 필라멘트의 치수 적합성, 골재분포도, 표면 품질을 평가하여 압출성능을 검증하였다. 실험결과, VMA의 함량이 높은 배합이 더 우수한 치수 적합성과 표면 품질을 보였으며, VMA 함량이 다름에도 불구하고 모든 배합에서 골재분포가 균등하게 나타났다. 실험결과를 바탕으로 굵은 골재가 포함된 콘크리트의 압출성을 향상 시킬 수 있는 배합설계 프로세스를 도출하였다.
